The effects of regional health insurance on access to ambulatory care are examined in this paper. Access is measured as use-disability ratios. The data are collected in a household interview survey at Hwachon county before and after the introduction of regional health insurance. Before the introduction of regional health insurance, low-income class has less contacts with physicians than high-income class. This disparity in accessibility among economic classes is reduced with the health insurance coverage, but not removed, even after adjusting for health need.

Museums after '70's shows remarkable development in public area as well as exhibiiton area. One of the main changes in recent museums is to extend the concept of circulatin area, which regarded solely as a corridor connecting exhibition areas, as a multiple function area with various service facilities. This study aims to outline atypological classification of exhibition area considering with circulation area in museum. On the base of two principal types of exhibition area, that is room type vs open plant type, 30 representative worldwide museums are analyzed and four different types are identified as a result. 1) Loop type as a rotating structure of serial exhibition rooms 2) Cluster type which produce complicated circulation with rooms lied one upon another 3) Centrum type which is specially available to multistory exhibition area 4) Loft type with maximum flexibi쇼 and accessbility.

This study attempted to investigate which the effects of puppetry about disabilities for improving the acceptance of young children with disabilities. Total of 60 preschoolers served as experimental and control group and were administered pre and post test. The experimental group was presented with puppetry 6 times. The result showed that the acceptance to young children with disabilities was altered through puppetry. Significant gender difference was found in accessbility to young children with disabilities, girls were more improved than boys. However, there was no difference in perception about young children with disabilities and their classroom activity.

This paper is to analyze the relationships among the service quality of regional festival, revisiting the festival, which is a customer loyalty, and orally transmitted effect in Jeonju International Film Festival (JIFF), which is a regional festival. It is significant in that the satisfaction of service quality effects on the overall satisfaction in the film festival Major factors for film festival service quality such as facility convienence, souvuior, program, PR, information and accessbility is significant in the statistics. It is estimated that overall satisfaction for service quality and royality affect each other positively.

This is to report a case of surgical and orthodontic of posterior scissor bite, deep bite and gummy smile by the segmental osteotomies. The surgical thechnics procedures used are Peterson's mandibular posterior segmental osteotomy, modified $K{\ddot{o}}le$ technic for mandibular anterior segment and Wunderer's maxillary anterior segmental osteotomy. The results are as follows : 1) Peterson's mandibular posterior segmental osteotomy could be achieved by the buccal approach with some difficulties in accessbility. 2) Upper and lower anterior segmental osteotomies were followed separately to correct the deep curve of Spee, deep bite and gummy smile in shortened period. 3) All alveolar segments were immobilized in preplanned position by the prefabricated palatal and lingual resin splint, therefore intermaxillary fixation was not necessary.

This study carried out to develop barrier-free certification program in forest trail. It is done to provide the certification system presented about certification organized, certification standard and indexes, evaluation method and operation plan. In order to develop certification program in forest trail, detailed measurement index must be developed earlier based on an accessbility, a stability, a preservation and a walking continuity. The suitable forest trail for weak pedestrian was investigated that running slope should be 1/20(5%) maximum, cross slope cannot exceed 1/50(2%) maximum and clear tread width should be above of minimum 90cm. In addition, the trail type is designed as a mixed trail system which is a combination of the loop and the line form and its distance should be 225~675m. Finally, forest trail should be manage sustainably by having regular monitoring and evaluation.

This paper is to investigate how selection variables and service quality influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty on Korean restaurants. They are chinese living in Korea that compose a little over 50% among foreigners. The findings and marketing guideline are showed up; First, 3 factors among choice attributions had highly significant on customer satisfaction and loyalty. They are 'service', 'food', and 'location' factors. They should reinforce food's taste & quality and also, service staff's elaborate service, and traffic's accessbility. Second, 'sympathy', 'tangibles', and 'response' factors among service quality were strongly influenced on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, they should provide various menu which is based on seasons & events, food's decoration, and immediate service. Third, customer satisfaction and loyalty are influenced each other. It should strengthen through consistent quality management and service.

Elongation of the styloid process (styloid syndrome, Eagle's Syndrome) is named after Eagle who insisted the styloid process as a cause of pain but distinguishable from the glossopharyngeal neuralgia. Eagle's syndrome is characterized by a dull nagging pharyngeal pain, a palpable hardness in the tonsillar fossa, radiopaque elongation and enlargement of the syloid process. This is to report two cases of Eagle's Syndrome. The clinical and radiological features, development and pathogenesis of the Eagle's Syndrome and pathologic findings of the calcified styloid ligaments were described with review of literatures. The external cervical approach to resect the enlarged calcified processes can be an option due to better visualization and accessbility, less infection at risk than intra-oral approach. The findings and results were as follows ; 1. The calcified styloid ligaments accompanied with throat pain were reseded in size of $5.5{\times}48mm(#1,\;Rt)$, $3.6{\times}5mm(#1,\;Lt)$, $5.2{\times}51mm(#2,\;Rt)$ and $3.1{\times}38mm(#2,\;Lt)$. 2. The submandibular approach to resect the calcified styloid process is of help to get better visibility and accessiblilty avoiding the injury to the deep cervial vital structures. 3. The resected styloid processes were examined histopathologically as the matured cortical bones with marrow structures or cartilagenous cells without any findings of neoplasmic changes. 4. The remained process did not show any noticeable regrowth in 3 years after surgical amputation.

This festival study is based on visitors' evaluation on the Danwon art festival. It was founded as follows; The major visitors of this festival were family and they were interested in educational programs. This festival was evaluated as the art and educational type experience oriented event for family. Visitors satisfied about organization of this event with 4.86 on Likert 7 point and positive percentage was 61.7%. The accessbility was evaluated the secondly satisfied program among 13 evaluation items. The average point was high with 5.34 and positive percentage was high with 79.3%. The highest satisfaction was educational evaluation with average point of 5.37 which was the highest satisfaction. Also the positive percentage was 84% which showed the highest positive opinion. The satisfaction of program interesting was average point of 4.84 which was relatively positive satisfaction. Visitors' positive percentage was 57.3% and negative percentage is only 8.3% which showed satisfaction of program interesting. But visitors unsatisfied about event variety, guiding facility, guiding pamphlet, guider service, parking facility, and foods service. there should be more improvement on the programs. Especially, improvement on public relationship, food quality, and parking for visitors should be implemented. in terms of interesting programs, visitors were most interested in the experience of blacksmith's shop among programs. It was founded that experience based festival programs were popular among this festival visitors and most festivals here in Korea at the moment. So more experience based programs are recommended for this festival.

This paper focuses on recontextualizing geography curriculum, i.e. examining recent changing aspects in three geography curriculum locators-society, student and discipline of geography-and searching future directions of geography curriculum in light of such changes. For conciliation and reflection of changing aspects of each locators, this paper dealt with social issues and societal changes in terms of locator of society, increased concern to student and development of cognitive science in terms of students, and challenging views on science and the meaning of epistemological changes in geography in terms of discipline. As a result, three future directions in geography curriculum are searched : issue-based geography curriculum, thinking geography curriculum, geography curriculum toward equity and accessbility.
