이 연구에서는 거대한 서지구조에서 개체를 식별하고 개체 간의 관계를 연결하는데 있어 핵심적 요소인 전거형 접근점에 대해 우리 도서관계가 어떠한 관점으로 접근해야 하며, 더불어 전거형 접근점은 어떠한 형식이 보다 바람직한지에 대해 폭넓게 논의해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, (1) KCR 2판 이후로 관련 논의조차 전무하였던 접근점의 개념이 오늘날의 정보환경에서 재조명되고 있는 의미에 대해 살펴보고, (2) 국제목록원칙과 최근의 새로운 목록규칙에 반영된 전거형 접근점의 개념과 관련 규정을 분석한 후, (3) 우리의 목록레코드에 반영되어 있는 접근점의 실체를 추적해가면서, (4) KCR 4판의 개정 작업에서 이견을 좁히지 못하고 있는 다국어 저작의 전거형 접근점의 형식, 그 중에서도 문자 형식에 대해 (1) 원어 형식, (2) 한글 형식, (3) 번자 형식으로 구분하여 각각의 적용가능성에 대해 검토하였다.

시스템 및 네트워크에 설치/운용되는 의료자산보호 솔루션 중 네트워크 접근통제 시스템은 내부 네트워크에 접근하는 정보통신 디바이스의 안전성을 검증한 후 자원을 사용하게 하는 프로세스를 제공한다. 그러나 인가된 정보통신 디바이스의 위장 및 허가된 사용자의 이석 시간을 이용한 비인가 사용 등으로 내부 네트워크에 대한 의료 정보절취 위협은 여전히 존재하고 있고, 장시간 운영되는 정보통신 디바이스의 경우는 사용자가 인지하지 못하는 시간대에 악성코드 감염에 의한 외부 네트워크 임의 접속 및 의료 정보유출도 발생할 수 있기 때문에 이러한 위협을 차단하기 위한 보안 대책이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 의료 정보유출 방지를 위해 현행 네트워크 접근통제 시스템을 개선하여 적용한 네트워크 이중 접근통제 모델을 제시한다. 제안한 네트워크 이중 접근통제 모델은 사용자가 실제 조직 내부에 위치하고 있어 인가된 정보통신 디바이스를 활용하는 때에만 내부 네트워크 접속을 허용한다. 그러므로 비인가자의 내부 네트워크 접근을 차단하고, 허가된 사용자 부재 시의 불필요한 외부 인터넷 접속을 차단함으로써 의료 정보를 보호할 수 있는 안전한 의료자산 환경을 제공한다.

자바는 실행 플랫폼에 독립적이고 모바일 분야(J2ME)로부터 엔터프라이즈 환경(J2EE)에 이르는 다양하고도 일관된 솔루션을 제공하여 이기종 분산 애플리케이션 환경을 위해 적합한 개발 도구로 평가받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자바 애플리케이션을 개발할 때 필요로 하는 접근제어 모듈을 자바 패키지 형태로 구현하여 제공함으로써 애플리케이션의 개발 기간을 단축시키고 시스템 관리자들이 보다 편리하게 접근제어 관리를 할 수 있도록 하였다. 구현된 모듈은 역할기반 접근제어(RBAC) 모델을 기초로 하고 자바 패키지 및 접근제어 관리도구를 포함한다.

본 논문에서는 유연한 접근통제를 제공하는 보안 운영체제에 적합한 새로운 접근통제 보안구조를 제안한다. 제안된 보안구조는 가상 접근통제 시스템을 추가하여 다양한 접근통제모델을 보안 운영체제에 쉽게 적용할 있는 특성을 제공한다. 또한, 기존의 리눅스 시스템의 표준 접근통제의 단점을 극복하기 위해 설계되었으며, 유연하게 보안모델들을 조합할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 동적으로도 보안모델들을 적용할 수 있다. 제안된 접근통제 보안구조는 접근통제집행부분과 접근통제결정 부분, 보안제어부분으로 분리되고, 가상 접근통제 시스템에 의해 접근통제 모델들은 계층적 구조로 추상화된다. 그리고 다양한 접근통제 모델을 적용함으로써 발생하는 정책충돌의 개념과 해결방법을 제시한다.

본 연구는 온톨로지를 기반으로 접근점을 제어하기 위해, 미국 작가 마크 트웨인을 대상으로 인물과 이름간의 다양한 관계와 특질을 RDF/OWL의 공리정의를 통해 인명접근점제어 온톨로지를 기술하였다. 적용된 공리정의는 인물 이름클래스 간 서로 소 공리정의, 객체속성의 정의역 치역 공리 정의, 인물 이름클래스의 객체속성 값 출현횟수 제약 공리정의, 인물과 이름 개체 간 역함수 관계 공리정의, 인스턴스와 리터럴 간 데이터속성 공리정의 등이다. 그 결과 온톨로지 기반에서 전거와 표목의 개념을 배제하고 모든 표현형식을 대등하게 다룬 대등형접근점이 기존의 제어기능을 수용할 수 있음을 확인하였고, 다양한 공리정의로 보다 강화된 표현력으로 공유성과 유일성이 광역적으로 확보된 인명접근점제어 온톨로지를 기술할 수 있었다.

There is a considerable gap in the level of the Internet access charges among countries because of the history of the Internet use, current status of the Internet infrastructure, the Internet penetration rate, and so on. Low Internet access charge increases the number of the Internet users and the Internet penetration rate, which boosts economic activities. This paper empirically explores the impacts of the internet access charges on economic activities using a cross-country analysis based on data from 76 countries for the year 1998-2001. To this end, several versions of the neoclassical growth models, explicitly including the internet access charges, are estimated with the GDP used for a proxy for economic activities and the level of Internet access charges considered as an input to production. Subject to the appropriate caveats, the results show that the level of the Internet access charges make a significantly negative effect on economic activities. In other words, it is concluded that low Internet access charges of a county increase economic activities and the increased economic activities in turn raise the real income of the county.

본 논문에서는 다중 서비스 다중 사용자 OFDMA 시스템의 임의 접근채널에서 차별화된 서 비스 품질을 제공하기 위하여 backoff기반 임의 접근 알고리즘을 제안하고, 임의 접근 채널의 주 자원인 부채널의 수와 PN-코드의 수가 주어진 경우, 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 각 서비스 클래스 접속 확률의 함수로서, 각 서비스 클래스의 접속 성공 확률, 처리율, 블로킹 확률, 접속 지연관점에서 분석한다. 수치적 분석을 통하여 제안된 backoff 기반 임의 접근 알고리즘이 서로 다른 서비스 클래스의 임의접근 시도들에게 차등한 서비스 품질을 제공할 수 있음을 보였다.

As the second most populous province in Cambodia, Battambang also exhibits an increasing number of urban poor areas. This research focuses on the economic situation of slum areas in Battambang and how people in slum areas are affected by climate change. This research report describes socioeconomics of people living in slum areas in 4 villages in Battambang City. An investigation will be made on motivation of moving to slum areas, access to water, access to sanitation, access to electricity, transport and delivery, access to health care, access to education, security of tenure, cost of living in slum, literacy, and access to finance. We also explore the policy of the public sector toward climate change in Cambodia.

Vaccine nationalism and its implications to vaccine supply were a huge concern globally when COVID-19 vaccines first became available in 2021. At the time, vaccine supply was limited and it was difficult for many countries around the world to get adequate supply of the COVID-19 vaccine to inoculate their people. At its most benign, vaccine nationalism delayed the access of poorer countries to vaccines that are widely considered as the long-term solution to the COVID-19 pandemic. Poorer countries needed to resort to diplomacy to wrangle early access to vaccine supply from vaccine-producing countries like the United States, the United Kingdom and others. In particular, Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte leveraged his country's Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) with the United States and the need for Filipino nurses by countries like the United Kingdom and Germany to secure early access to COVID-19 vaccines. It all seems trivial now (in 2022) because of better global vaccine supply, but in 2021 when countries scrambled for access to scarce COVID-19 vaccines, Rodrigo Duterte leveraged the Philippines' assets to gain early access to vaccine supply.

This study deals with the optimal design of mobile access network connecting base stations(BSs) and mobile switching centers(MSCs). Generally mobile operators constitute their access networks by leasing communication lines. Using the characteristic of leased line rate based on administration region, we build an optimization model for mobile access network design which has much smaller number of variables than the existing researches. And we develop a GUI based optimization tool integrating the well-known softwares such as MS EXCEL. MS VisualBasic, MS PowerPoint and Ip_solve, a freeware optimization software. Employing the current access network configuration of a Korean mobile carrier, this study using the optimization tool obtain an optimal solution for both single MSC access network and nation-wide access network. Each optimal access network achieves 7.45% and 9.49% save of lease rate, respectively. Considering the monthly charge and total amount of lease line rate, our optimization tool provides big amount of save in network operation cost. Besides the graphical representation of access networks makes the operator easily understand and compare current and optimal access networks.
