소비자 특성에 따른 챗봇의 인지된 혁신속성과 혁신수용 (Perceived Innovation Attributes and Acceptance of Chatbots as Determined by Consumer Characteristics)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of chatbots' innovation attributes on the innovation acceptance for consumers who have used chatbots to purchase fashion products that account for a large share of transactions in mobile shopping. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from Korean consumers aged 20 to 49 who had experience using chatbots when purchasing fashion-related products via mobile circumstances. After a pilot survey of 31 customers, pre-questionnaire was revised for the final test, and the final questionnaire was distributed to 1,500 subjects. Out of these, 244 were retrieved. After excluding 48 inappropriate responses, 196 were used for statistical analysis. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis and independent t-test using SPSS 23.0 were employed for data analyses. Results - First, four factors of chatbots' attributes were extracted: relative advantages and compatibility, complexity, sensibility, and diversity. Second, two factors were extracted for fashion leadership: fashion opinion leadership and fashion innovativeness. Two groups based on the fashion leadership were identified: active innovation adopters and passive innovation adopters. Third, relative advantages and compatibility, diversity, sensibility of innovation attributes were found to have effects on the innovation acceptance in order. Fourth, significant differences were found in sensibility of innovation attributes and innovation acceptance in groups by marital status and age. The married in their 30s and 40s perceived sensibility as a more important attribute of chatbots than the unmarried in their twenties. Among the groups of different income levels, meaningful differences were found in diversity of innovation attributes and innovation acceptance. Fifth, there were significant differences found in relative advantages and compatibility, sensibility of innovation attributes, and acceptance of Innovation among the groups by fashion leadership. Active innovation adopters were found to be more aware of the importance of relative advantages and compatibility, and sensibility of innovation attributes, and innovation acceptance. Conclusions - The present study provides chatbots' marketing strategies for fashion items need to be modified by demographic characteristics and fashion leadership. Particularly, fashion leadership was found to be an important factor in determining the perception of innovation attribute as well as innovation acceptance.

수용전념치료가 과민성대장증후군(IBS)이 있는 사람들의 IBS 증상, 스트레스, 삶의 질 및 수용 행동에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT) on IBS-Symptoms, Stress, Quality of Life, and Acceptance-Action of People with Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

  • 수용­전념 치료(ACT)가 과민성 대장 증후군이 있는 사람들의 과민성 대장 증후군(IBS) 증상 심도, 지각된 스트레스, 과민성 대장 증후군 특이적 삶의 질 및 수용 행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 성인 156명에게 과민성 대장 증후군 진단척도를 실시한 뒤 14명을 참가자로 선정하였고, IBS 증상 심도, 지각된 스트레스, 삶의 질 및 수용 행동에 관한 사전 검사를 실시하여 치료 집단에 7명, 통제 집단에 7명을 할당하였다. 프로그램은 주 2회씩 총 10회기가 진행 되었고, 사후 검사 및 4주 후 추적 검사가 실시되었다. 최종 참여자는 치료 집단에 6명, 통제 집단에 6명이다. 연구 결과, 수용 전념 치료 프로그램에 따른 IBS 증상 심도의 변화는 유의하지 않았지만, 지각된 스트레스와 삶의 질 및 수용 행동 상의 변화는 유의하였다. 적은 수의 참가자로 치료 프로그램이 진행되어 참여 인원이 증가된 후속 연구의 필요성은 있겠으나, 과민성 대장 증후군이 있는 사람들의 스트레스 수준을 낮추고 삶의 질과 수용 행동을 높이는데 수용전념치료가 효과적임을 입증하는 경험적인 증거를 제공한다.

터보펌프용 미케니컬 페이스 실의 수락시험 (Acceptance Test of a Mechanical Face Seal for Turbopumps)

  • A mechanical face seal has been tested in Korea Aerospace Research Institute for turbopump applications. In this paper the acceptance test results of the mechanical face seal are described. By means of simulating a practical operating environment, the performance against leakage of mechanical face seal is monitored. In addition the carbon wear is measured to estimate the life of a mechanical face seal. The test results show the acceptable leakage performance and resonable wear tendency as well. Lastly the repeated test had been carried out to guarantee the endurance performance of mechanical face seal based on the turbopump life.

  • Economic Reliability test plans(ERTP) are proposed considering that the life time of the submitted items follow the Pareto distribution of the second kind. For various specified acceptance number, sample size and producer's risk, a minimum test termination time is obtained. A comparison of proposed plan has been made with the existing plan developed by Aslam et al. (2010). The results are explained by tables and example.

  • In the manufacturing process the most widely used $\bar{X}$ chart has been applied to control the process mean. Also, Accelerated Life Test(ALT) is commonly used for efficient assurance of product life in development phases, which can be applied in production reliability acceptance test. When life data has lognormal distribution, through censored ALT design so that censored ALT data has asymptotic normal distribution, $ALT\bar{X}$ control chart integrating $\bar{X}$ chart and ALT procedure could be applied to control the mean of process in the manufacturing process. In the situation that process variation is controlled, $Z_p$ control chart is an effective method for the very small fraction nonconforming of quality characteristic. A simultaneous control scheme with $ALT\bar{X}$ control chart and $Z_p$ control chart is designed for the very small fraction nonconforming of product lifetime.

  • This paper deals with a group acceptance sampling plan for time truncated tests which are based on the total number of failures from the whole group assuming that the life time of an item follows the Dagum (inverse Burr) distribution. This study is developed when a multiple number of items as a group can be tested simultaneously in a tester. The minimum number of groups required for a given group size and acceptance number is determined such that the producer and consumer risks are satisfied simultaneously at the specified quality level, while the termination time and the number of testers are specified. Comparisons are made between the proposed plan and the existing plan on the basis of size of the groups. Two real examples are provided.

인형극이 장애유아 수용 증진에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Puppetry for Improving the Acceptance of Young Children toward Young Children with Disabilities)

  • This study attempted to investigate which the effects of puppetry about disabilities for improving the acceptance of young children with disabilities. Total of 60 preschoolers served as experimental and control group and were administered pre and post test. The experimental group was presented with puppetry 6 times. The result showed that the acceptance to young children with disabilities was altered through puppetry. Significant gender difference was found in accessbility to young children with disabilities, girls were more improved than boys. However, there was no difference in perception about young children with disabilities and their classroom activity.

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting user acceptance of mobile banking. To test the hypotheses, this research incorporates trust to extend the model. This study investigates the causal relationship among four factors; perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and intention to use in mobile banking. This study also identifies the elements by which these factors are influenced. The result finds that facilitation condition and self-efficacy are significant elements affecting perceived ease of use. System quality, perceived ease of use and trust are significant elements affecting perceived usefulness, However, social influence is found to be not significant. System quality and perceived ease of use are significant elements affecting trust. Conclusively, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust are significant factors affecting the user acceptance in Mobile banking.

  • File sharing technology is the most popular methodology through which consumers gain music from online. However, music file sharing and free downloads of music have caused terrible recession of traditional music industry. The purpose of this paper is to develop the underlying theory for understanding the acceptance of music file sharing technology and empirically test our theoretical model. We develop extended TAM model and explore the influencing factors on the user acceptance of music file sharing technology. Our study delivers a better understanding on consumers’ attitudes towards music downloads. By understanding the fundamental characteristics of technology that makes consumers enthusiastic, traditional music industry will gain managerial implications.

복합재료의 인증, 동등성 및 수락시험 (Material Qualification, Equivalency, and Acceptance Test for Aerospace Composite Materials)

  • 복합재료를 사용하여 우주항공 부품을 설계할 때 국내는 물론, 미국을 비롯한 우주항공선진국의 감항규정에서 민간과 군용 모두 통계적으로 산출된 값을 사용할 것을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 이 기준을 만족하기 위해서는 방대한 데이터베이스가 필요하여 시험 비용 및 시간이 큰 문제가 되어왔다. 최근 미국 NASA/FAA에서 시험 개수를 줄이면서 동시에 통계적 기준을 만족할 수 있는 새로운 설계허용값 산출방법을 AGATE 프로그램을 통해서 개발하였다. 특히 이미 인증된 재료를 다른 사업에 사용하기 위해서 사용할 수 있는 재료동등성 시험(Material Equivalency Test)은 국내의 사업에 직접 적용할 수 있는 중요한 개념이다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 사용하고 있는 복합재료의 특성을 공유하여 비용을 절감하고 재료특성을 정확히 관리할 목적으로 재료 동등성 및 수락시험 절차를 설명하고, 예로서 국내에서 개발한 고온용 탄소복합재료의 설계허용값을 산출하였다.
