지각된 부모의 학업성취압력과 정신건강 간의 관계에서 정체성 발달의 매개효과 (The Mediation Effect of Identity Development between Perceived Parental Academic Achievement Pressures and Mental Health)

  • 본 연구는 지각된 부모의 학업성취압력과 자녀의 정신건강의 관계에서 정체성 발달의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 구체적으로, 지각된 부모의 학업성취압력과 자녀의 정신건강 간의 관계가 정체성 발달의 긍정적 측면과 부정적 측면 중 어느 측면을 통해 매개되는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국 대학생 110명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였다. 참여자들은 지각된 부모의 학업성취압력과 정체성 발달, 웰빙, 우울을 묻는 설문지에 응답하였다. 분석 결과, 지각된 부모의 학업성취압력은 참여자의 웰빙과는 부적, 우울과는 정적 상관관계에 있었다. 다음으로, 학업성취압력과 정신건강 관계에서 정체성 발달의 매개효과를 알아본 결과, 정체성 발달의 부정적 측면만이 유의하게 나타났다. 즉, 부모로부터 학업성취압력을 높게 지각한 참여자의 정체성은 제대로 발달하지 않았는데, 이는 곧 낮은 정신건강으로 이어졌다. 본 연구는 자녀가 지각한 부모의 학업성취압력과 자녀의 정신건강 간의 매개변인으로 정체성 발달을 제시하며 정체성 발달의 긍정적 측면과 부정적 측면 중 부정적 측면이 두 변인의 관계를 매개한다는 것을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 입시 경쟁이 치열한 한국사회에서 정체성 형성 과정에 대한 개입이 부모의 학업성취압력과 자녀의 정신건강 간의 관계에서 부정적 영향력을 상쇄할 수 있는 방안이 될 수 있음을 시사하며 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

일부 보건계열 대학생들의 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로정체감이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Career Identity by Health Science College Students on Job Preparation Behavior)

  • Objectives: This study is designed to evaluate the influential factors of career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity by health science college students on their job preparation beaviors. Methods: The total 714 questionnaires were distributed to juniors and seniors of health science college, and the result was statistically analyzed through IBM SPSS statistics 20.0. Results: 1. There was no significant difference of job preparation behavior between male students and female students, and while seniors showed highly active job preparation behaviors, those who had high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, and outgoing personality had highly active job preparation behaviors. 2. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, outgoing personality, and high expected salaries showed high career decision-making self-efficacy level. 3. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement and highly outgoing personality showed high level of career identity. 4. Subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy were collection of job information, goal setting, planning, and self-assessment, and all of them showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. 5. Among subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, "self-understanding" and understanding of job information showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. Conclusion: For improvement on career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity of health science college students, individual support, psychological support, educational support and other supports regarding job employment to provide wide paths and methods for job preparation behaviors are essential, and through various job employment education program and graded counseling, job preparation behaviors shall be promoted as a great strategy.

아이돌보미 여성의 근무환경, 직업정체성, 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Working Environment, Job Identity, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention among Child Care Providers)

  • Purpose: This study examined the impact of working environment, job identity, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among child care providers. Methods: Data were collected from a sample of 146 child care providers using self-administered questionnaires from May 1 to July 20, 2014. The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Results: Child care providers had a middle level of job identity, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Turnover intention among child care providers was significantly predicted by age, job satisfaction, and income satisfaction. Conclusion: These results suggest that intervention and strategy development are needed to decrease turnover intention among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to increase the job satisfaction and income satisfaction are needed, in order to reduce turnover intention.

간호대학생의 간호사 이미지 및 전공 만족도가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향: 전문직 자아개념의 매개효과 (Influence of nurse's image and satisfaction with the nursing major on their career identity: The mediating effect of professional self-concept)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of professional self-concept on the relationship between nurse's image and career identity, and between satisfaction with the nursing major and the career identity of nursing students. Methods: This study utilized a descriptive methodology, and 205 nursing students attending three universities in Busan Metropolitan City participated in it. Data were collected from self-reported questionnaires between March 26 and April 30, 2022. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and simple and multiple regression using the IBM SPSS 22.0 program and Sobel test. Results: The mean score of career identity was 2.92±0.57 out of a possible 4. Career identity showed a significantly positive correlation with nurse's image (r=.32, p<.001), satisfaction with major (r=.47, p<.001), and professional self-concept (r=.32, p<.001). Additionally, professional self-concept had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between nurse's image (Z=2.44, p<.001), satisfaction with major (Z=2.35, p<.001), and career identity. Conclusion: The results of the study show professional self-concept had a mediating effect on the relationship between nurse's image, satisfaction with the nursing major, and career identity. Based on the study's results, career identity education programs for nursing students need to include nursing image, satisfaction with major, and professional self-concept.

  • 본 연구에서는 웹 스타일 가이드를 구축하고 있는 해외 5개 대학 도서관 웹사이트의 스타일 가이드를 분석한 후 국내 10개 지역거점대학 도서관의 웹사이트의 구성요소를 추출하여. 공통항목을 도출하였다. 그리고 도서관 웹사이트에 있어서의 사용성(usability)과 접근성(accessibility)에 관한 연구결과들을 적용하여 대학도서관 웹사이트의 전반적인 디자인 흐름에 대한 통일성과 규칙성을 발견하였고 이를 바탕으로 웹사이트에 일관된 시각적 아이덴티티(identity)를 부여하기 위한 요소인 대학도서관 웹 스타일 가이드 요소들을 제시하였다.

부모-자녀 간의 의사소통유형 및 아동의 자아개념과 또래관계 (Parent-Child Communication Style, Child's Sense of Identity and Peer Relationship)

  • In this analysis of relationships among parent-child communication style, child's sense of identity, and their effects on child's peer relationships, a survey was conducted of 506 6th grade students in 3 elementary schools of Incheon City. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analyses. Results showed that : girls had higher scores in academic identity and more positive factors in peer relationships than boys; when communications between parents and children were more open, peer relationships were more positive and less negative; children with a stronger sense of identity had more positive factors in peer relationships; social identity was the most influential factor in positive and general identity was the most influential factor in negative peer relationships, respectively.

현대 한의학의 정체성 문제 연구 (Study on the Identity Issue of Current Traditional Korean Medicine)

  • This study focuses on seeking a desirable direction for the discussions about identity issue of the current Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM). The identity issue of the current TKM is about asking what exactly the current TKM is, what sets the TKM apart from the other medical systems, and what value the TKM has in the contemporary settings, and seeking suitable answers to all these questions. The most important factor that affects these answers is what kind of the concept of identity we have. Current discussions of the identity issue of the TKM take narrow and inflexible concepts of identity such as "Numerical Identity," or "Qualitative Identity", not suitable for TKM, which is always changing and open to other academic fields. This study suggests that Hannah Arendt's concept of identity is more desirable for the TKM, which highlights pluralism and relations, as well as defining identity as a creative, positive, and open-ended process. In addition, this study also suggests that taking a closer look at the "field", which has previously been hidden behind the discourse on the "modernization", will help in figuring out what exactly the identity of the current TKM is. Lastly, the current discussions about "unification of Eastern and Western medical system", and "Integrative Medicine" in Korea will affect the identity issue of TKM.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 실행중심 무용교육의 패러다임에 관한 비판적 접근을 바탕으로 무용교육학의 학문적 정체성을 탐색하는 것이다. 한국의 무용교육은 1955년 교육부에서 고시된 제1차 교육과정 이후 학교무용으로서 65년의 역사를 지니고 있음에도 무용교육학으로서의 학문적 정체성이 견고하지 못하다. 전통적인 무용교육은 실행중심 패러다임에 따라 지나치게 교사중심, 실기기능중심, 연습중심으로 운영되었다. 그러나 최근 학교, 지역사회, 전문 분야에서 무용교육학은 새로운 패러다임 구축을 요구받고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 시계열 관점의 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 무용교육연구의 각 구간별 주요 내용을 검토하였다. 연구결과, 무용교육연구는 5개의 구간으로 구분되었다. 제1구간(1968~1979)은 체육학을 기반으로 한 무용교육의 실천, 제2구간(1980년~1989년)은 초등교육을 위한 창작 기반의 움직임 교육, 제3구간(1990년~1999년)은 교급별 무용교육과정의 체계화, 제4구간(2000년~2009년)은 문화예술교육 패러다임의 등장, 제5구간(2010년~2019년)은 교육실천과 학제의 다양화가 이루어졌다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 복합학으로서 무용교육학, 학제간 실천 및 연구를 지지할 수 있는 학문적 정체성을 정립할 수 있는 노력이 요청된다.

간호대학생의 성별에 따른 성정체성, 성평등의식과 자아존중감 (Gender Identity, Gender Equality, and Self Esteem of Nursing College Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences between gender identity, gender equality, and self-esteem among nursing college students. Methods: The subjects were nursing college students who were selected from 4 different nursing colleges. We measured gender identity, gender equality, and self-esteem using verified measurement tools. Data were analyzed using descriptive and comparative statistical methods. Results: Gender equality among nursing college students showed a significant difference between male students and female students. Male students had higher gender equality scores than female students on all 4 types of gender equality. Conclusion: Male nursing college students that there are differences in gender equality, especially in the areas of education and employment. Based on these results, we suggest that future work should focus on developing a curriculum to increase awareness of gender equality among under graduate students, and thereby build an organizational culture of mutual respect for gender equality among clinical nurses.
