Purpose: This study used an exploratory sequential approach (mixed methods) design to explore essential meaning through comparing and analyzing the experiences of nursing students in virtual simulation practice and high fidelity simulation practice education in parallel. Methods: The study participants were 20 nursing students, and data were collected through focus group meetings from July 17 to August 5, 2020, and via online quantitative data from November 10 to November 15, 2020. The qualitative data were analyzed using Giorgi's phenomenological method, and the quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test analysis of variance and Spearman's ρ correlation. Results: The comparison between the two simulation training experiences was shown in five contextual structures, as follows: (1) reflection of the clinical field, (2) thinking theorem vs. thinking expansion, (3) individual-centered learning vs. team-centered learning, (4) attitudes toward participating in practical training, (5) metacognition of personal competency as a prospective nurse, and (6) revisiting the method of practice training. There was a positive correlation between satisfaction with the practice and the clinical judgment ability of high fidelity simulation, which was statistically significant (r=.47, p=.036). Conclusion: Comparing the experiences between virtual simulation practice training and high fidelity simulation practice training, which has increased in demand due to the Coronavirus Disease-2019 pandemic, is meaningful as it provides practical data for introspection and reflection on in-campus clinical education.

This study analyzes the performance of school library rehabilitation project for the past four years. The project was launched in 2002 as a 5-year project from 2003 to 2007. Based on the analysis, the author suggests some considerations for the second phase of the project. First, librarians are the focal point to manage the library newly built and remodeled at a massive budget of 300 billion Korean won. Second, when developing curriculum employing school libraries, the curriculum should be differentiated by grade. class, textbook and even chapter. Third. the project should demonstrate the positive influence of school libraries on students' academic achievement so that the parents and community leaders voluntarily promote school libraries. Forth, the project should examine diverse users to successfully meet their demand. Fifth, the project should incorporate capacity building in librarian training course. It is also crucial that librarians themselves make visible effort to achieve an expert status before students and fellow teachers.

Although COVID-19 has transitioned to a level 4 infectious disease in 2023 and has entered a stable trend, in special education settings, the importance of supporting the academic and social development gaps of students with disabilities caused by non-face-to-face learning situations such as remote classes during the COVID-19 period is emerging. there is. Accordingly, in this study, in order to identify and support the educational status and academic deficits of students with disabilities after COVID-19, we conducted a survey targeting 2,214 special education teachers in 17 cities and analyzed the results. As a result of the study, due to COVID-19, the developmental delay and educational gap in students with disabilities in terms of academics, emotions, and behavior deepened, and there was a high demand for manpower support, psychological counseling, and medical support for emotional behavior as a way to support this. Based on the results of this study, follow-up results were proposed.

Currently, each organization has developed its gridded data in the form of respective grid system for its own purpose. Interoperability among the organization had been limited and resulted in inconvenient data access and application across domains. In this study, we investigated potential standards for National grid system and their strength and weakness. We also reviewed existing gridding schemes and had a survey of demand about grid system to those who have used or would plan to use gridded data in academic and business sectors. As the result of survey of demand, we suggested national grid system for national grid data integration management system which has the mutual compatibility and also proposed sharing scheme of the grid type for users who need to grid data.

This study was conducted to investigate researches related to tourism transport conducted in Korea and to discover new complementary research projects based on this. Forty cases were reflected in the study, including 28 academic papers and 12 policy studies. Based on the characteristics of tourism transport and cases of prior research, this study divided the field of tourism transport research into three ranges: traffic mode choice for tourism, information for tourist traffic and support policy for tourist traffic etc. In particular, mode choice for tourist traffic was divided into four sub-ranges, reflecting the importance of tourist traffic and the weight of research cases. As a result of the study, it was found that there were not many cases of research on tourism transport, and the research cases were concentrated on the mode choice for tourist traffic. To complement this, this study proposed 10 new research projects in 3 ranges. This is a result of reflecting changes in tourist demand and tourism trends. In addition, a new research field was proposed to seek the connection between transport facilities supply and tourist demand.

Recently international marriage has been increasing steadfastly in Korea and its diversity of nationality has been expanding also. Korean government and academic circles are actively studying on such trends in population to find out proper measures to cope with such social changes. But their studies on improving the residential environment that is the base of the essential three factors of life, clothing, food and housing are not sufficient enough. Therefore it is necessary to study in depth and diversity about the residential environments of multi-culture families that are the base of their life. It is necessary to comparatively study the residential status and demands of these immigrants by marriage. The purpose of this study is to comparatively study the residential status and demand of immigrant women by marriage according to their nationalities. The objects of this study are the immigrant women by marriage from China, Vietnam and Cambodia who take the high portion of immigrant women in Jeonju-si and survey was used as study method. The result of this study revealed that the general characteristics, residential status and demands of immigrant women showed certain differences and the direction of residential plans for them in future based on these differences was proposed. This study is meaningful as basic information to improve the residential conditions of the multi-culture families in order to enhance their quality of life in preparation for the coming society of multi-culture.

Virtual Training generates virtual situation or environment with specific goals in order to instruct trainees as if they are in the real-world. Recently, the demand of experiencing certain incident, which we are not able to experience in real life, has been increased along with the fast developing Virtual Reality (VR) technology. Particularly, Virtual Training(VT) enables us to learn various fields those require high risk and high cost. The system of VT provides interaction and allows us absorb these learning materials better which augments learning effect. Based on the demand of Virtual Training system, this research analyzes current education paradigm National Competency Standards (NCS) in Korea and suggests possible education that utilizes Virtual Training system. At the end of the day, our future goal is to apply suggested Virtual Training contents to universities that reflect NCS curriculum like polytechnic university.

In the past, technology commercialization was implemented in a narrow sense, such as technology transfer or start-up support. It has been pointed out that lack of entrepreneurial experience, failure in technology development, and insecure markets lead to failure of technology commercialization. The project supporting direct commercialization of technologies owned by academic and research institutes conjoins public funds and operating power of large enterprises to introduce a new technology commercialization model that combines commercialization technology with capital, market, and government policies. And pain points for direct commercializing technology was derived. Through research and analysis, a gap was found between the demand factors and the capability of the actors performing the technology commercialization, and it showed a significant correlation with the paint points. In consequence, measures were drawn to improve support policies to enhance the efficiency of commercialization of technologies held by universities and research institutes.

Due to the phenomenal growth in mobile internet users, mobile business as a type of applications of mobile internet has attracted the related industries' and academic researchers' attentions. However, most researchers focus on the issues of Mobile B2C collecting survey questions from consumers or internet users. This paper points out that Mobile B2B has distinct service sector and analyzes the current trend and demand of Mobile B2B in Korea by collecting survey questionnaire from specialists in mobile industries and people in universities and research institutes. Survey fields include business, market, contents/application, research and development and legal system. According to the survey results, Mobile B2B business will rise in distribution, finance, sales, and logistics industries from the beginning of 2005 using wireless PDA and the important preconditions will be security, certification, and standardization.

This study investigated the luxury supply chain management called 'See now, Buy now'. This has been a new way of controlling the supply and demand for luxury brands in the fashion industry since 2016. In this study, we explored the backgrounds and impacts of 'See now, Buy now' in the digital era. 'See now, Buy now' was launched by the fashion brand, Burberry in February 2016. It was the first luxury brand to showcase its entire collection using 'See now, Buy now' among the brands which showcase in Paris, Milan, New York, and London fashion weeks. That has not only caused many controversies in the fashion world but also generated followers. In this study, we analyzed 'See now, Buy now' in three aspects, economics, efficiency, and management strategy, and this was done through a literature survey on articles pertaining to 'See now, Buy now' and empirical surveys on Burberry's collections. Based on 'See now, Buy now', Burberry tried a new process of supply and sale. In the era of SNS, the spread of information is getting faster. The speed of SNS and changes in the fashion market combining IT and mobile technology are major changes faced by the fashion industry. 'See now, Buy now', a model of the new supply and demand in luxury fashion brands, should be noted as a new directional aspect for the future of the fashion industry. Since it was a relatively recent trend that started from the September show of Burberry in 2016, there was still a lack of academic discussion or prior research on this phenomenon. Therefore this study aimed to predict future directions by recognizing the importance of 'See now, Buy now' in the fashion industry. Also, based on this research, the significance of this study was to present a management strategy that applies 'See now, Buy now' to the future of the fashion industry in the digital era.
