We proposed an unified design methodology and verification platform for giga-scale System on Chip (SoC). According to the growth of VLSI integration, the existing RTL design methodology has a limitation of a production gap because a design complexity increases. A verification methodology need an evolution to overcome a verification gap. The proposed platform includes a high level synthesis, and we develop a power-aware verification platform for low power design and verification automation using it's results. We developed a verification automation and power-aware verification methodology based on control and data flow graph (CDFG) and an abstract level language and RTL. The verification platform includes self-checking and the coverage driven verification methodology. Especially, the number of the random vector decreases minimum 5.75 times with the constrained random vector algorithm which is developed for the power-aware verification. This platform can verify a low power design with a general logic simulator using a power and power cell modeling method. This unified design and verification platform allow automatically to verify, design and synthesis the giga-scale design from the system level to RTL level in the whole design flow.
The amount of unstructured data generated online is increasing exponentially and the analysis of text data is being done in various fields. In order to identify the research trends on the platform government, the title, year, academic society, and abstract information of the academic papers on the subject of platform government were collected from the database of the domestic papers, DBPIA(www.dbpia.co.kr). The results of the existing research on the platform government and related fields were analyzed based on each stage of the national informatization promotion. The technology, service, and governance topics were extracted from papers on platform government and the trends of core topics were analyzed by year. Entering the era of the intelligent information society, this study has significance for providing the basis for defining a new role of government - the platform government that sets the stage for the private sector to lead the innovation, and plays the role of an 'enabler' and 'facilitator' instead. The purpose of this study is to understand the platform government research through objective analysis of its trends. Looking for future directions, this study will contribute to future research by providing reference materials.
Government publications at public institutions are data that are intended to convey the purpose of an institution or the performance of its business to the public or inside the institution. The management of government publications has become increasingly important under the framework of laws and systems, but matters concerning the nature and value of government publications have not been carried out at records management sites. The Act focused on the archives of the six metropolitan government, and presented issues and improvement measures for efficient management of government publications. To that end, the government should maintain a consistent payment system for publications. As payment method and payment book data in government publications are presented differently by law, a system for integrated management should be established to provide brief information and original information. Second, it is necessary to establish an administrative system that meets the storage environment. The publication registration and payment book system presented by the government's publication guidelines is the central system of the National Archives and Records Service, so it is not an efficient system in the agency archives. Third, support should be provided to recognize the value of government publications and to preserve and manage them in the long term. To dispose of the government publications, a realistic classification method, integrated and controlled program should be presented, and criteria for users using the service should be provided. Fourth, it is the establishment of an integrated management system for government publications. The National Archives Service, the National Central Library, and the National Assembly Library should simultaneously build an abstract of information and original information so that they can be managed systematically and efficiently.
This study identifies the trend of Korean accounting researches on profit adjustment. We analyzed the abstract of accounting research articles published in Korean Citation Index (KCI) by using text mining technique. Among papers whose themes were profit adjustment, topics were divided into 4 parts: (i) Auditing and audit reports, (ii) corporate taxes and debt ratios, (iii) general management strategy of companies, and (iv) financial statements and accounting principles. Unlike the prediction that financial statements and accounting principles would be the main topic, auditing was analyzed as the most studied area. We analyzed topic trends based on the number of papers by topic, and could figure out the impact of K-IFRS introduction on profit adjustment research. By using Big Data method, this study enabled the division of research themes that have not been available in the past studies. This study enables the policy makers and business managers to learn about additional considerations in addition to accounting principles related to profit adjustment.
As the dependence of technology on the economic structure increases, the importance of National Core Technology is increasing. However, due to the nature of the technology itself, it is difficult to determine the scope of the technology to be protected because the scope of the relation is abstract and information disclosure is limited due to the nature of the National Core Technology. To solve this problem, we propose the most appropriate literature type and method of analysis to distinguish important technologies related to National Core Technology. We conducted a pilot test to apply TF-IDF, and LDA topic modeling, two techniques of text mining analysis for big data analysis, to four types of literature (news, papers, reports, patents) collected with National Core Technology keywords in the field of Display industry. As a result, applying LDA theme modeling to patent data are highly relevant to National Core Technology. Important technologies related to the front and rear industries of displays, including OLEDs and microLEDs, were identified, and the results were visualized as networks to clarify the scope of important technologies associated with National Core Technology. Throughout this study, we have clarified the ambiguity of the scope of association of technologies and overcome the limited information disclosure characteristics of national core technologies.
University Identity can effectively convey the core values for which schools aim by establishing university identity and integrating one unique image. Therefore, most universities are actively implementing promotional strategies such as newly defining university identity or releasing cultural products. Recently, university brands have been continuously exposed and differentiated through SNS such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook as well as existing advertisements and homepages. This study analyzes the identities of the top 80 universities in Korea and China, by referring to the rankings of Asian universities in the 2021 QS World University Rankings, and addresses differences in terms of design shape, number of colors, and use of English. Moreover, 'Cohen's Kappa' consistency analysis was applied to secure data accuracy by analyzing the difference in visual expression of university identity between the two countries through quantification and cross-analysis of visualized university identity design of Korean and Chinese universities. As a result of the study, it is creative, irregular, and has a lot of use of blue, red, and green, and most of them can be seen in less than two colors. In addition, it turns out that word marks and abstract forms of expression are used for university identity design. This study can present implications as effective basic data for internationalizing universities and creating differentiated university identity designs in the future.

This study aims to explore, using both quantitative and qualitative data analyzing the structural relationship between creative process and product, the types of elementary students' scientific creativity. For this, 105 fifth-graders responded to a scientific creativity test that assesses creative process and product, and four students who scored the highest were interviewed. In the interview, they were asked about the cognitive process they used in generating the creative product. Then, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were used, along with the interview data, to type the students. The main findings of the study are as follows. First, the structural equation modeling of creative process and product gave satisfactory results in absolute and incremental fit indexes. Second, among the three components of creative process - knowledge, inquiry skill-observation, and creative thinking skills -, only creative thinking skills had significant effects on creative product. Third, divergent thinking skills had the strongest correlation with the creative product, followed by convergent thinking skills. Associational thinking skills did not have significant correlation. Fourth, elementary students' scientific creativity could be categorized into Creative Type, Useful Type, Original Type, and Non-creative Type, based on their creative product. The Non-creative Type could be further classified into Common Type, Repetitive Type, Non-response Type, Irrelevant Type, and Abstract Type. Fifth, most students used either knowledge or observation in their creative process, making them either Knowledge-oriented Type or Observation-oriented Type. In addition, there were DT Type, DT-CT Type, and DT-CT-AT Type among the students, based on the kinds of creative thinking skills they mainly used in the process. This study provides implications for educators and researchers in scientific creativity education.
Nowadays, artificial intelligence model approaches such as machine and deep learning have been widely used to predict variations of water quality in various freshwater bodies. In particular, many researchers have tried to predict the occurrence of cyanobacterial blooms in inland water, which pose a threat to human health and aquatic ecosystems. Therefore, the objective of this study were to: 1) review studies on the application of machine learning models for predicting the occurrence of cyanobacterial blooms and its metabolites and 2) prospect for future study on the prediction of cyanobacteria by machine learning models including deep learning. In this study, a systematic literature search and review were conducted using SCOPUS, which is Elsevier's abstract and citation database. The key results showed that deep learning models were usually used to predict cyanobacterial cells, while machine learning models focused on predicting cyanobacterial metabolites such as concentrations of microcystin, geosmin, and 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB) in reservoirs. There was a distinct difference in the use of input variables to predict cyanobacterial cells and metabolites. The application of deep learning models through the construction of big data may be encouraged to build accurate models to predict cyanobacterial metabolites.

This study is to conduct the basic study for the achievement and assessment standards for the subject of 'Human Development' and 'Food and Nutrition', which are the curricula of Vocational Home Economics High Schools. These two subjects were newly adopted in the Vocational study Section of the 2005 College Entrance Examinations. In other words, this study is to provide the basic data for implementing the quality education based on the proper assessment of the curricula. For this purpose. this study analyzed the character & objective of 'Human Development' and 'Food and Nutrition'. Secondly. through the theoretical review for the concept & necessity of absolute evaluation standards. this study ensures the concept of achievement and assessment standards. and also designs the developing measures (including procedures). The achievement standards were developed by the following 5 step procedures. (1) Analyzing the objectives & contents of curricula. (2) Designating the development field of achievement standards (3) Developing the achievement standards. (4) The assessment of achievement standards. (5) Confirming the achievement standards. The assessment standards were developed by the following 5 step procedures. (1) Analyzing the achievement standards, (2) Designating the assessment field (3) Developing the assessment standards (4) Evaluating the assessment standards (5) Confirming the assessment standards Thirdly, this study suggested the exemplary achievement standards and assessment standards for the subject of Human Development, Food and Nutrition. Future study needs some critical review for the method of developing achievement and assessment standards for the subject of Human Development, Food and Nutrition. For example. the properness of 'Contents Element' which was designated as the developing field in the achievement standards, the discussion on validity of Contents Element abstract. the base of evaluating classification in terms of low, middle and high level, and other things should be considered through critical discussion. Especially the follow-up study should include the development of various evaluating methods to enable the clear communication for the achievement and assessment standards based on abstract concept and theory, thereby it could enable the actual interpretation and practical use.

This study examines the trend changes in keywords and topics of STEAM education from 2009 to 2020 to derive future development direction and education implications. Among the collected data, 42 cases of Ministry of Education's documents, 1,534 cases of articles, and 880 cases of abstract of researches were selected as research subjects. Keyword analysis, keyword network and topic modeling were performed for each stage of STEAM education policy through the Python program. As a result of the analysis, according to the STEAM education policy stage, there were differences in the frequency and network of keywords related to STEAM education by media. It was confirmed that there was a difference in interest in STEAM education policy as there were differences in keywords and topics that were mainly used importantly by media. Most of the topics of the Ministry of Education's documents were found to correspond to topics derived from articles. The implications for the development direction of STEAM education derived from the results of this study are as follows: first, STEAM education needs to consider ways to connect multiple topics, including the humanities. Second, since the media has a difference in interest in STEAM education policy, it is necessary to seek a cooperative development direction through understanding this. Third, the Ministry of Education's support for core competency reinforcement and convergence literacy for nurturing future talents, the goal of STEAM education, and the media's efforts to increase the public's understanding of STEAM education are required. Lastly, it is necessary to continuously analyze the themes that will appear in the evaluation process and change STEAM education policy.
