담수호 수질관리를 위한 측정자료의 통계적 분석방법 연구 (A study of statistical analysis method of monitoring data for freshwater lake water quality management)

  • 본 연구는 공개된 수질측정 자료를 이용하여 담수호의 수질변화추이를 분석하고 수질항목의 이상여부의 판단기준을 마련하며, 자료로부터 부영양화의 지표인 Chlorophyll-a를 예측할 수 있는 회귀모형을 구성하여 담수호 관리에 이용할 수 있는 방안을 검토하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 서해안 담수호 3개소를 선정하여 약 20년간의 수질항목자료를 회귀분석 방법으로 분석하고, 각 수질항목의 연중 주기적인 변화를 나타내는 회귀식과 신뢰도 95%에서의 표준편차를 산정함으로서 이상 여부의 판단방법을 제시하였다. 또한 불규칙한 관측일로부터 Chlorophyll-a의 시간적 변화율을 산정하고, 다른 수질항목간의 상관관계 분석 및 회귀모형을 구성하여 분석함으로서 수질측정 자료만을 이용하여 Chlorophyll-a의 변화를 예상할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 통계학적 모형에 의한 근사적인 수질예측방법으로서 향후 수질측정 자료의 양적·질적 개선이 이루어진다면 담수호 수질관리에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 스마트팜의 전력 효율 관리는 기후 변화와의 연계로 중요성을 가지고 있다. 기후 변화가 농업에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 가운데, 미래의 농업은 스마트팜을 활용하여 기후 영향을 최소화할 것으로 예상되고 있으나 스마트팜의 전력 소비는 현재의 전기 생산 체제로 인해 기후 위기를 악화시킬 우려가 있다. 이에 따라 스마트팜의 전력 사용을 효율적으로 관리하고 최적화하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 스마트팜 장비의 전력 사용량을 실시간으로 모니터링하고, GRU를 활용하여 1시간 뒤의 전력 사용량을 예측하는 시스템을 제안한다. CT 센서를 설치하여 전력량을 수집하고, 이를 분석하여 이상 패턴을 탐지하고 예방한다. 또한 IoT 기술과 결합하여 전체 전력 사용량을 효율적으로 관리하고 모니터링한다. 이를 통해 전력 사용을 최적화하고, 에너지 효율성을 향상시켜 탄소 배출을 줄일 수 있다. 이 시스템은 스마트팜의 에너지 관리뿐아니라 전반적인 에너지 사용 효율성을 향상시킬 것으로 기대된다.

선천성 심질환에 대한 중재적 치료술의 최근 진전 (Recent advances in transcatheter treatment of congenital heart disease)

  • Over the last several decades there has been a remarkable change in the therapeutic strategy of congenital heart disease. Development of new tools and devices, accumulations of experience, technical refinement have positively affected the outcome of interventional treatment. Many procedures including atrial septostomy, balloon valvuloplasty, balloon dilation of stenotic vessel with or without stent implantation, transcatheter occlusion of abnormal vascular structure, transcatheter closure of patent arterial duct and atrial septal defect, are now performed as routine interventional procedures in many institutes. In diverse conditions, transcatheter techniques also provide complementary and additive role in combination with surgery. Intraoperative stent implantation on stenotic vessels, perventricular device insertion, and hybrid stage 1 palliative procedure for hypoplastic left heart syndrome have been employed in high risk patients for cardiac surgery with encouraging results. Transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect has been performed safely showing comparable result with surgery. Investigational procedures such as percutaneous valve insertion and valve repair are expected to replace the role of surgery in certain group of patients in the near future. Continuous evolvement in this field will contribute to reduce the risk and suffering from congenital heart disease, while surgery will be still remained as a gold standard for significant portion of congenital heart disease.

말기 폐림프관 평활근종증 환자에서의 단측 폐이식술 (Single Lung Transplantation in the Patient with End-stage Lymphangioleiomyomatosis -Report of 1 case-)

  • 폐림프관 평활근종증은 주로 가임기 여성에서 발병하며 점진적으로 호흡부전에 이르게 하는 드문 질환이다. 폐의 혈관, 림프관 그리고 기관지를 구성하는 평활근 세포의 비정상적 과오종성 증식으로 인해 기관지 폐쇄, 낭성 기포로의 변환, 림프관 폐쇄 등의 특징이 있으며 대부분 호흡곤란, 기흉, 기침, 흉통, 객혈, 유미흉 등을 동반한다. 호흡부전을 동반한 말기 페림프관 평활근종증은 페이식이 유일한 치료법으로 국내에서 시도된 적은 있으나 아직 성공사례에 대한 보고가 없었다. 본원에서는 폐림프관 평활근종증을 앓고 있던 말기 호흡부전의 40세 여자 환자에게 좌측 단일 페이식술을 시행하여 좋은 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 헬륨가스 흡입에 따른 조음기관의 특성이 변화되는 것을 측정하기 위해 음성분석학적 요소의 적용을 통한 실험을 수행하였다. 헬륨가스는 기존에 잠수부가 사용하던 질소가스가 인체에 치명적인 공기 색전증을 유발하게 되면서 이를 극복하기 위한 대체 호흡용 가스로 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 헬륨가스는 명료도가 낮은 squeaky voice를 유발하기 때문에 잠수부들의 비정상적인 음성에 대한 해석에 어려움이 많다. 따라서, 헬륨가스가 음성기관에 미치는 영향을 음성분석학적 특성 변화로 측정하기 위해 헬륨가스 흡입 전과 후의 음성을 기반으로 피치 및 스펙트로그램 측정, 분석에 대한 실험을 수행하였다.

초고속 통신망을 이용한 재택산전간호관리 시스템 개발 (Development of the Home-Based Prenatal Care System via Information Superhighway)

  • Due to the rapid socioeconomic development and the introduction of the national health insurance system the general population's need for health care and utilization of health care services have increased dramatically. As a result of this change. Korea is experiencing a shortage of health care facilities and health manpower, and this leads long wailing line at doctor's offices. One of the solutions of this problem could be home health care system for those who have minor health related problems. With this background, this study was conducted to look at the feasibility of a home-based prenatal care system using information superhighway and nursing informatics specialists. With the home-based prenatal care system, the pregnant woman checks her blood pressure, tests her urine for sugar and protein, and measures her body weight at home and sends the information to a hospital computer via the information networks such as public telephone line and information superhighway. Nursing informatics specialist at the hospital will go through each patient record and screen those who have abnormal values and notify them to see a doctor as soon as possible. Besides telemonitoring features, the proposed system will include tole-education capabilities for the patients so that patient can learn whatever they need to know ragarding the prenatal care via information networks. If this system develops and operates, patient can save time in terms of travel to and from the hospital and waiting time in the hospital. And the health care institute can utilize its resource more efficiently.

전방십자인대 재건수술 환자와 정상인의 보행 연구 (Gait Study on the Normal and ACL Deficient Patients After Ligament Reconstruction Surgery Using Chaos Analysis Method)

  • The anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) is an important stabilizer of knee joint. The ACL injury of knee is common and a serious ACL injury leads to ligament reconstruction surgery. Gait analysis is essential to identify knee condition of patients who display abnormal gait. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and classify knee condition of ACL deficient patients using a nonlinear dynamic method. The nonlinear method focuses on understanding how variations in the gait pattern change over time. The experiments were carried out for 17 subjects(l2 healthy subjects and five subjects with unilateral deficiency) walking on a motorized treadmill for 100 seconds. Three dimensional kinematics of the lower extremity were collected by using four cameras and KWON 3D motion analysis system. The largest Lyapunov exponent calculated from knee joint flexion-extension time series was used to quantify knee stability. The results revealed the difference between healthy subjects and patients. The deficient knee was significantly unstable compared with the contralateral knee. This study suggests an evaluation scheme of the severity of injury and the level of recovery. The proposed Lyapunov exponent can be used in rehabilitation and diagnosis of recoverable patients.

Fluoranthene 독성에 기인하는 비정상적 어류행동의 신경생화학적 분석 (Neurobiochemical Analysis of Abnormal Fish Behavior Caused by Fluoranthene Toxicity)

  • Fluoranthene, a common polycyclicaromatic hydrocarbon (PAH), exhibits phototoxicity which may affect aquatic organisms. The eventual goal of this study is to develop a biomarker of Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes) used in monitoring hazardous chemicals in the ecosystem. In this study we investigated neural toxicity of fluoranthene in Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes) along with comparative analysis of corresponding behavioral response. The untreated individuals shooed normal behavioral characteristics (i. e., smooth and linear movements). The treated fish, however, showed stopping and abrupt change of orientation (100 ppb), and severely reduced locomotive activity and enhanced surfacing activity (1,000 ppb). Treatment of the medaka fish with fluoranthene caused a significant suppresson of acetycholine esterase (AChE) activities in the body portion but not in the head portion. When fish were exposed to 1,000 ppb of fluoranthene for 24 hr, the body AChE activities decreased from 126.${\pm}$31.89 (nmoles substrate hydrolyzed per min per mg protein) to 49.51${\pm}$11.99. Expressions of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) protein in the different organs from both head and body portions were comparatively analyzed using an immunohistochemical technique. Five organs of the medaka fish showing a strong TH protein expression were the olfactory bulb, hypothalamus, optic lobe, pons and myelencephalon regions. This study provides molecular and neurobehavioral bases of a biomonitoring system for toxic chemicals using fish as a model organism.

초산납이 생쥐 간뇌의 미세구조 및 Catecholamine 대사에 미치는 영향 (Acute and Subacute Effect of Lead acetate on Enzyme Activities and Ultrastructure in Mouse Diencephalone)

  • The present experiment was performed to investigate the acute and subacute effect of lead acetate on ultrastructural and biochemical changes in mouse diencephalon. In acute case, mouse were peritoneally injected with lead acetate at a dose of 0.26 mmole/kg body weight, and after treatment, mouse were sacrificed at time intervals of 12, 24, 48, and 96 hours. In subacute case, mouse were injected at doses of 0.07 mmoie/kg B. W. and 0.13 mmole/kg B.W. once at two days, and after treatment, mouse wee sacrificed at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks. It was observed that after acute treatment, changes composed of increased monoamine oxidase activity, $Na^{+}-K^{+}$ ATPase activity, decreased $Mg^{2+}$-APTase activity, wrinkled myelin, swollen Golgi apparatus and more dense synaptic vesicle in nerve terminal. After subacute treatment, decreased monoamine oxidase activity, increased $Mg^{2+}$-ATPase, $Na^{+}-K^{+}$ ATPase, lose of myelin, uneven mitochondrial distribution, synaptic vesicular density and edema, but at a higher dose the effect was more severe. Therefore, lead acetate caused abnormal change of diencephalon, and at a subacute, it appears metal accumulative toxicity.

랫드에서 옻나무 추출액(Rhus-II)의 4주 반복 투여 안정성 평가 (Four-Week Repeated Dose Safety Test of Rhus-II Orally Administrated to Rats)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the four week repeated toxicity in Sprague-Dawley rats orally administrated with Rhus-II (water fraction of Rhus Veniciflua). In acute toxicity test, three groups (40 rats of both sex) were administrated different dosages of Rhus-II, 2 g/kg (high dosage group), 1 g/kg, 0.5 g/kg and one group (10 rats of both sex) were received by orally only saline according to the Regulation on Korea Food and Drug Administration, respectively. There was no difference in body weight change, feed intake and water consumption among different dose groups. There was no alteration in relative organ weight by the administration of Rhus-II. No death of abnormal clinical signs was observed during the experimental period. Between the groups orally administered Rhus-II and the control group, there was no statistical significance in urinalysis, hematological test or serum biochemical values. There were no gross findings at final sacrifice. There was no evidence of histopathological alteration mediated by four week treatment with Rhus-II. These results suggest that no observable effect level(NOEL) of the test orally administration was considered to be more than 2g/kg in rats under the conditions employed in this study.
