The Influence of Frequency on Wayside Transmitter of ATP System upon Reinforcing Bars in Concrete Slab Track (콘크리트 슬래브궤도에서 철근이 ATP시스템 지상자의 주파수에 미치는 영향)

  • In concrete slab track, the signal current using wayside transmitter of ATP (Automatic Train Protection) system is influenced by reinforcing bars. The magnetic coupling between reinforcing bars and wayside transmitter of ATP system as a filter makes an input current distorted. So, it makes an alternating current signal with a desirable size not transmit to on-board system of a train. Way to decrease the distortion of an input current signal frequency is to avoid maximum induction current frequency. And the induction phenomenon between reinforcing bars insulated and wayside transmitter of ATP system does not occur. In this paper, we represent the model about wayside transmitter of ATP system and reinforcing bars on the concrete slab tracks, and calculated the parameters demanded for the model. Also, we demonstrated it through the Maxwell program. Furthermore, we calculated impedance on wayside transmitter used in KVB system and ERTMS/ETCS system which are a kind of ATP system, frequency response of induction current, using Matlab, and demonstrated the validity of it, using PSpice program.

  • 고객 만족과 납기 충족율을 최대화하기 위하여, 정확하고 실용적인 납기회답 시스템(ATP)은 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 복잡한 공급사슬관리 환경 하에서 조달, 제조, 분배 등을 모두 고려한 정확한 ATP 수량 할당은 매우 어려운 업무이고, 때문에 많은 연구들이 이루어져 왔다. 지금까지 기존의 선행 연구에서 시도되었던 ATP 모형들은 공통적으로 정수배의 시간 단위만 고려해 왔고, 이는 실제 산업 현장의 ATP 프로세스를 정확하게 반영하지 못하고 있는 비현실적인 가정이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SCM을 위하여 비정수 타임 랙을 사용한 ATP 시스템을 고려한다. 기존 연구들에서 이산형의 무리한 가정으로 표현되어 왔던 시간 단위를 동적 생산 함수(dynamic production function) 개념을 통하여 비음의 실수 범위에서의 자유롭게 나누어 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통하여 기존 ATP 연구들의 무리한 가정을 제거하였으며, 보다 더 현실에 가까운 ATP 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 특히 공급 사슬(Supply Chain) 전체의 재고와 생산, 운송을 모두 고려하며 고객 주문에 대응하는 통합 ATP 시스템을 설계하였고, 기존 연구들이 미처 고려하지 못한 시간 흐름의 연속성에 중점을 두고 선형 계획(LP) 문제의 형태로 비정수 타임랙(non-integer time lag)을 갖는 ATP 시스템을 모델링하였다.

  • This paper includes ATP(Automatic Train Protection) simulator development and ATP algorithm verification to allocate wayside and train-borne and verify ATP functions of communications based train control system. The train control system has some characteristics such as simple structure and high safety when wireless communication technology is applied to the train control system. Especially, vital functions can be performed with in wayside and train-borne ATP. However, different system can be realized because I/F contents vary in accordance with vital functional allocation of ATP. Drawing characteristics in accordance with wayside and train-borne functional allocation and drawing I/F details affected by such characteristics are needed accordingly. This paper includes ATP simulator development creating train location information by direct activation of an electric motor, verifies train safety distance control algorithm of ATP by functional allocation such as train movement authority and train speed limit to ATP, and draws any supplementation needed. Appropriate simulated environment for verify ATP algorithm and main factors that affect to the ATP function were confirmed.

  • KORAIL carries out an improvement project of railway signaling system for the conventional line from the existing method which permits a train to move within limited speed the ground signal of ATS(Automatic Train Stop) system. The proposed system makes possible that a train can be driven using a speed profile created by onboard signaling system(ATP) with the movement authority from ground balise. A driving test over 100,000km is being executed by developing a tilting train for the speed elevation on the conventional line. And, the introduction of the tilting train by ATP system to the Jung-ang line is expected. However, a speed elevation on a curved line section has a restriction. Therefore, research on safety braking model and train separation control technology for the localization of ATP system is required preferentially. In this paper, we presented a safety braking model of ATP system and a train separation control method that use ground balise as variable information provider, and executed a performance simulation.

It can be used by the core function with ATP rule that can reconcile supplies and demands on the supply chain. Therefore We can be acquire the conformation about on the due date of supplier by using the ATP function of management about real and concurrent access on the supply chain, also decide the affect about product availability due to forecasting or customer's orders through the ATP. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a ATP and analyzes data which is concerned of ATP. tinder the these environments, defines the ATP nile that can improve the customer value and data flow related the eCRM and builds on a algorithm.

  • The framework for making a coordinated decision for large-scale facilities has become an important issue in supply chain(SC) management research. The competitive business environment requires companies to continuously search for the ways to achieve high efficiency and lower operational costs. In the areas of production/distribution planning, many researchers and practitioners have developedand evaluated the deterministic models to coordinate important and interrelated logistic decisions such as capacity management, inventory allocation, and vehicle routing. They initially have investigated the various process of SC separately and later become more interested in such problems encompassing the whole SC system. The accurate quotation of ATP(Available-To-Promise) plays a very important role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fill rate maximization. The complexity for intelligent manufacturing system, which includes all the linkages among procurement, production, and distribution, makes the accurate quotation of ATP be a quite difficult job. In addition to, many researchers assumed ATP model with integer time. However, in industry practices, integer times are very rare and the model developed using integer times is therefore approximating the real system. Various alternative models for an ATP system with time lags have been developed and evaluated. In most cases, these models have assumed that the time lags are integer multiples of a unit time grid. However, integer time lags are very rare in practices, and therefore models developed using integer time lags only approximate real systems. The differences occurring by this approximation frequently result in significant accuracy degradations. To introduce the ATP model with time lags, we first introduce the dynamic production function. Hackman and Leachman's dynamic production function in initiated research directly related to the topic of this paper. They propose a modeling framework for a system with non-integer time lags and show how to apply the framework to a variety of systems including continues time series, manufacturing resource planning and critical path method. Their formulation requires no additional variables or constraints and is capable of representing real world systems more accurately. Previously, to cope with non-integer time lags, they usually model a concerned system either by rounding lags to the nearest integers or by subdividing the time grid to make the lags become integer multiples of the grid. But each approach has a critical weakness: the first approach underestimates, potentially leading to infeasibilities or overestimates lead times, potentially resulting in excessive work-inprocesses. The second approach drastically inflates the problem size. We consider an optimized ATP system with non-integer time lag in supply chain management. We focus on a worldwide headquarter, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities are globally networked. We develop a mixed integer programming(MIP) model for ATP process, which has the definition of required data flow. The illustrative ATP module shows the proposed system is largely affected inSCM. The system we are concerned is composed of a multiple production facility with multiple products, multiple distribution centers and multiple customers. For the system, we consider an ATP scheduling and capacity allocationproblem. In this study, we proposed the model for the ATP system in SCM using the dynamic production function considering the non-integer time lags. The model is developed under the framework suitable for the non-integer lags and, therefore, is more accurate than the models we usually encounter. We developed intelligent ATP System for this model using genetic algorithm. We focus on a capacitated production planning and capacity allocation problem, develop a mixed integer programming model, and propose an efficient heuristic procedure using an evolutionary system to solve it efficiently. This method makes it possible for the population to reach the approximate solution easily. Moreover, we designed and utilized a representation scheme that allows the proposed models to represent real variables. The proposed regeneration procedures, which evaluate each infeasible chromosome, makes the solutions converge to the optimum quickly.

  • 경부고속철도의 개통과 함께 서울-부산 간 운행시간이 새마을호 기준 4시간 30분에서 2시간으로 단축되는 등 획기적인 시간 절감을 이루었으나 이는 고속철도가 운행되는 지역에 국한된 것이다. 이에 고속철도 비 수혜지역의 운행시간 단축을 위해 기존선 속도향상이 요구되며, 이러한 목적으로 한국철도기술연구원에서는 틸팅열차를 개발하여 시운전 10만Km를 목표로 시험운행중이다. 또한 한국철도공사에서는 이와 유사한 목적으로 기존선 신호시스템인 ATS 시스템을 차상신호시스템(ATP)으로 개량하는 사업이 추진되고 있다. 현재 틸팅열차에는 기존의 ATS(자동열차정지장치) 차상장치만을 장착하여 차량의 성능 확인을 위한 시험 및 시운전을 우선적으로 추진하고 있는 상태이며 이러한 ATS 차상장치는 160km/h 이하의 속도에서만 본연의 기능이 유지되고, 그 이상의 속도에서는 현실적으로 사용이 어렵기 때문에 틸팅열차의 목표속도인 200km/h에서 적합하게 시험하기 위해서는 적합하지 않다. 따라서 한국철도공사에서 추진하고 있는 ATP 구축사업의 지상설비와 연계될 수 있는 ATP 차상장치를 설치하여 시험을 하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위한 틸팅열차와 ATP 차상장치와의 인터페이스에 대해 연구하였다.

Research about optimal installation of ATP system in High speed Rolling-stock (고속차량 ATP시스템 개량의 최적화에 관한 연구)

  • A signal equipment improvement project for the existing facility ATS to ATP is under construction in Kyung-Bu and Ho-Nam commercial line including 400 rolling stocks. But there was a concern for the interface between KTX OBCS and ATP from the beginning of the project. At present, this is the front burner event. This paper introduces interface checking and predicted failure point between KTX OBCS and ATP improvement system. Through this measure the optimal installation of the ATP will be possible. The study was made under maintenance efficiency including reliability because the KTX signal equipment must qualify the above condition.

  • 본 논문에서는 고안전성 연산제어 장치의 열차제어시스템에 대한 적용성을 평가하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 고안전성 연산제어 장치의 적용대상으로 열차제어시스템에서 가장 대표적인 지상 ATP 시스템을 선정하였다. 지상 ATP(Automatic Train Protection) 시스템은 다수의 차상 ATP 시스템과 통신하여 각 열차의 위치를 확인하고, 각 열차마다 안전 운행에 필요한 정보이동허가, 제한 속도 등의 열차정보를 전송하는 열차제어시스템의 하나이다. 적용대상 열차제어시스템(지상 ATP)의 고안전성 연산처리 장치의 평가항목으로 입력처리시간, 보팅 성공률, 보팅 용량, 최대 입력처리 개수를 정하였으며, DSV보드 LVDS 전송성능, DSV 메모리 공유 및 보팅성능, 최대 입력처리성능 및 보팅성공률을 시험하여 고안전성 연산처리장치의 적용성을 평가였다.
