  • 금융 소외 계층은 여전히 보이스피싱과 같은 금융 범죄의 위험에 직면하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 위험을 완화하기 위해 모바일 애플리케이션을 통한 보이스피싱 예방을 강화하고자 한다. 이를 위해 AI 기술을 적용하여 데이터를 추출, 학습 및 분석하는 혁신적인 보안 기술을 개발하고자 한다. 이러한 기술의 적용을 통해 금융 소외 계층을 더 효과적으로 보호하고 금융범죄로부터 보안을 강화하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

A Study for Applying for Crowdsourcing Technology in ITS (크라우드 소싱의 ITS 적용 방안)

  • One kind of crowdsourcing techniques which allow drivers to collect and provide traffic information using smartphones and applications is being introduced to ITS system as well. The introduction of crowdsourcing techniques requires changes in the existing ITS based on Insourcing which provide traffic information generated by detectors through VMS. ITS Information have had two problems, one is the high cost and the other is an interrupted service. Experts expect crowdsourcing technique which is created SNS, will overcome problems of ITS. But, there are not many examples and research results. Crowdsourcing technique was utilized in Jeju ATMS project to install ITS on the coastal round roads around Jeju since ITS to install point detectors turned out to be non-economic method in case of the coastal round roads with low traffic volume. However, there existed links in which traffic information cannot be generated as there were no smartphone users (crowds) even in the cost-effective crowdsourcing techniques, which indicates the fact that the crowdsourcing method is suitable for urban roads with many smartphone users, but not for local minor roads. On the contrary, insourcing-based ITS is considered to be non-economic method in applying to all roads in the city, but it can be effectively utilized in the local minor roads. Accordingly, Inter-sourcing based ITS operating system in which insourcing is connected with crowdsourcing was suggested in this study.

  • An increasing number of vehicles is causing various traffic problems such as chronic congestion of highways and air pollution. Local governments have been managing traffic by constructing systems such as Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) to relieve such problems, but construction of an infrastructure-based traffic system is insufficient in resolving chronic traffic problems. A more sophisticated system with enhanced operational management capabilities added to the existing facilities is necessary at this point. As traffic patterns of the urban traffic flow is time-specific due to the different vehicle populations throughout the time of the day, a local network-wide signal operation plan that can manage such situation-specific traffic patterns is deemed to be necessary. Therefore, this study is conducted for the purpose of establishment of a plan for contextual signal control management through signal optimization at the network level after setting the Frame Signal in accordance to the traffic patterns gathered from the short-term traffic forecast data as a means to mitigate the problems with existing standardized signal operations.

The Electromotive Force and Thermodynamic Properties of the Cell at High Pressure (고압하에서의 전지의 기전력과 열역학적 성질)

  • It is unable to derive the standard emf ($E^{\circ}$) of the cell at high pressure from the conventional method. However, when the concept of the complete equilibrium constant($K{\circ})$) is available to the conventional Nernst equation, it is possible to get the standard emf of the cell at high pressure(complete Nernst equation). Moreover, the other thermodynamic properties, such as the net change of solvation number(k), the compressibility of solvent(${\beta}$), ionization constant(K), the standard free energy change(${\Delta}G^{\circ}$), the standard enthalpy change(${\Delta}H^{\circ}$) and the standard entropy change (${\Delta}S^{\circ}$) of the cell reaction at equilibrium state have been also obtained. In this experiment, the emf of the cell; 12.5 % Cd(Hg)│$CdSO_4(3.105{\times}10^{-3}M),\;Hg_2SO_4│Hg$ have bee measured at temperature from 20 to $35^{\circ}C$ and at pressures from 1 to 2500 atms. The emf of the cell increased with increasing pressure at constant temperature, and did with increasing temperature at constant pressure. The net change of solvation number(k) of the cell reaction was 41.96 at $25^{\circ}C$, and kept constant value with pressure, while, K and ${\Delta}S^{\circ}$ increased with pressure, but whereas ${\Delta}G^{\circ}$ and ${\Delta}H^{\circ}$ decreased. Since the standard emf of the cell at high pressure can be calculated from the complete Nernst equation, the theory of chemical equilibrium could be developed with at high pressure as well as at the atmosphere.

Traffic Signal Control Algorithm for Isolated Intersections Based on Travel Time (독립교차로의 통행시간 기반 신호제어 알고리즘)

  • This research suggested a real-time traffic signal control algorithm using individual vehicle travel times on an isolated signal intersection. To collect IDs and passing times from individual vehicles, space-based surveillance systems such as DSRC were adopted. This research developed models to estimate arrival flow rates, delays, and the change rate in delay, by using individual vehicle's travel time data. This real-time signal control algorithm could determine optimal traffic signal timings that minimize intersection delay, based on a linear programming. A micro simulation analysis using CORSIM and RUN TIME EXTENSION verified saturated intersection conditions, and determined the optimal traffic signal timings that minimize intersection delay. In addition, the performance of algorithm varying according to market penetration was examined. In spite of limited results from a specific scenario, this algorithm turned out to be effective as long as the probe rate exceeds 40 percent. Recently, space-based traffic surveillance systems are being installed by various projects, such as Hi-pass, Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) and Urban Transportation Information System (UTIS) in Korea. This research has an important significance in that the propose algorithm is a new methodology that accepts the space-based traffic surveillance system in real-time signal operations.

The Effect of Thermal Stability of Cu(I) Precursors on the Deposition in the Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOVCD에 있어서 구리(l)전구체들의 열적 안정성이 증착에 미치는 영향)

  • Metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) of copper using three Cu( I ) precursors. (hfac)Cu (VTMS) (hfac= hexafluoroacetylacetonate, VTMS= vinyltrimethylsilane), (hfac)Cu(VTMOS) (VTMOS= vinyltri¬methoxysilane) and (hfac)Cu(A TMS) (A TMS= allyltrimethylsilane) was studied. The thermal stability and the gase¬ous phase reaction mechanism of Cu( I ) precursors were identified using $^1H$-, $^I3C$-NMR and Fourier transform infra¬red spectroscopy. It was found out that thermal stability of liquid phase (hfac)Cu(VTMS) and (hfac)Cu(VTMOS) were better than that of (hfac)Cu(A TMS) using FT - NMR. From in-situ FT - IR experiments, the disproportion reaction of Cu(hfac). the decomposition reaction of Cu(hfac), and cracking of free hfac ligand were observed. Also the effect of gaseous phase reaction on the deposition rates and film properties was investigated. The minimum temperature that deposition of copper films from (hfac)Cu(A TMS) was as low as 60$^{\circ}$C and such a low deposition temperature compared with those of other Cu( I ) precursors is believed to be related with weaken Cu- A TMS bond.

NK cell-activating receptor NKp46 does not participate in the development of obesity-induced inflammation and insulin resistance

  • Recent evidence establishes a pivotal role for obesity-induced inflammation in precipitating insulin resistance and type-2 diabetes. Central to this process is the proinflammatory M1 adipose-tissue macrophages (ATMs) in epididymal white adipose tissue (eWAT). Notably, natural killer (NK) cells are a crucial regulator of ATMs since their cytokines induce ATM recruitment and M1 polarization. The importance of NK cells is shown by the strong increase in NK-cell numbers in eWAT, and by studies showing that removing and expanding NK cells respectively improve and worsen obesity-induced insulin resistance. It has been suggested that NK cells are activated by unknown ligands on obesity-stressed adipocytes that bind to NKp46 (encoded by Ncr1), which is an activating NK-cell receptor. This was supported by a study showing that NKp46-knockout mice have improved obesity-induced inflammation/insulin resistance. We therefore planned to use the NKp46-knockout mice to further elucidate the molecular mechanism by which NKp46 mediates eWAT NK-cell activation in obesity. We confirmed that obesity increased eWAT NKp46+ NK-cell numbers and NKp46 expression in wild-type mice and that NKp46-knockout ablated these responses. Unexpectedly, however, NKp46-knockout mice demonstrated insulin resistance similar to wild-type mice, as shown by fasting blood glucose/insulin levels and glucose/insulin tolerance tests. Obesityinduced increases in eWAT ATM numbers and proinflammatory gene expression were also similar. Thus, contrary to previously published results, NKp46 does not regulate obesity-induced insulin resistance. It is therefore unclear whether NKp46 participates in the development of obesity-induced inflammation and insulin resistance. This should be considered when elucidating the obesity-mediated molecular mechanisms that activate NK cells.

  • ITS(Intelligent Transportation System)는 H/W 중심의 차량 및 교통 기반 기설에 통신.전자.제어.컴퓨터 등 S/W 중심의 기술을 적용하여, 각 차량 및 교통 시설(신호등, 도로, 교통 안내 표지판, 도로 상황판 등)들이 상호 보완적으로 작동할 수 있게 함으로써, 기존의 도로 교통 시설의 이용 효과를 극대화하고, 그 안정성을 향상시키며, 교통 수요 관리를 목적으로 사용자에게 교통 정보를 제공하는 지능형 종합 기술 체계이다. 이러한 최첨단 도로교통 관리의 ITS를 이용한 서비스는 각 나라마다 달리 정의되는데, 우리나라에서는 첨단교통관리시스템(ATMS), 첨단교통정보시스템(ATIS), 상용차량 운행관리 시스템(CVO), 차량 및 도로 시스템(AVCS) 그리고 첨단 대중교통 시스템(APTS)의 5개 분야로 나누어진다(1). 이 다섯가지 ITS 서비스 시스템은 공통적으로 정보 수집, 정보 처리, 정보 전달, 정보 통신 기능을 가지고 있다. 즉, 각종 검지기, 차량 단말, 노변 단말 등의 수집 장치에서 수집된 정보(정보 수집)는 관련 통신 방식(정보 통신)을 통하여 중앙 정보 처리 센터에 전달되어 그 서비스 요구 사항에 따라 처리(정보 처리)되고, 생성된 정보는 해당되는 통신 채널을 거쳐(정보 통신) 각종 사용자 단말기에게 제공(정보 전달)된다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 ITS체계의 정의, 목표 및 서비스 종류에 대하여 설명하였으며 교통 정보를 수집하고 처리하여 전달하는 과정과 이에 요구되는 통신 체계에 대하여 알아본다.

  • The media transport systems, such as printers, copy machines, facsimiles, ATMs, cameras, etc. have been widely used and being developed rapidly. In the development of those sheet-handling machineries, it is important to predict the static and dynamic behavior of the sheet with a high degree of reliability because the sheets are fed and stacked at such a high speed. Flexible media are very thin, light and flexible, so they behave in geometric nonlinearity with large displacement and large rotation but small strain. In the flexible media analysis, aerodynamic effect from the surrounding air must be included because any small force can make large deformation. In this paper, only the flexible media analysis is performed as early stage of analysis including aerodynamic effect. Through formulations and simulations for total Lagrangian(TL), updated Lagrangian (UL) and co-rotational(CR) method which are widely used for geometric nonlinear analysis, usefulness and reliability of each methods are investigated.

In the development of those sheet-handling machineries, it is important to predict the static and dynamic behavior of the sheet with a high degree of reliability because the sheets are fed and stacked at such a high speed. Flexible media are very thin, light and flexible, so they behave in geometric nonlinearity with large displacement and large rotation but small strain. In the flexible media analysis, aerodynamic effect from the surrounding air must be included because any small force can make large deformation. In this paper, surrounding air was modeled by incompressible Navier-Stokes flow and an arbitrary Lagranigan-Eulerian(ALE) finite element method with automatic mesh-updating technique was formulated for large domain changes. In the numerical simulations, the results with consideration of the air fast decayed and converged into static results while the results without considering air oscillated continuously.
