Sinbundang Line(SBL) Train moves the transition zone where is located between Jeongja station and Migeum station switched over from Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) system area to Automatic Train Control (ATC) system area and viceversa. The SBL train to move the between SBL and Bundang Line is needed to install the Specific Transmission Module (STM) on SBL Line for interface with Bundang Line; STM receives from speed code from Bundang Line. So we suggested the method to ensure mutual compatibility and reliability for train operation on each other signaling system.

5678SMRT (Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Co) by a ATC/ATO system the other side which is operated with an automatic movement with a manual operation, the Seoul subway 1.2 lines ATS and 3.4 lines adopt a ATC method and they are operated. But it is improving progressively in SMRT railway ATO method. The ATO the operation method leads exchange of information of wayside and train system for and it is possible, the TWC system configuration is becoming wayside and train system and the radio antenna. It discussed the equipment for a TWC system and a automatic operation from the dissertation which it sees. It investigated a data exchange, a message format and an interface control method and it joined in and a system maintenance conservative method it discussed.

본 논문에서는 고속의 내부 링크를 가진 ATM교환 시스템에서 다양한 인터페이스를 수용할 수 있는 가입자 정합장치의 다중화 구조를 살펴보고, 버퍼의 크기와 셀 지연을 분석하였다. 그리고 다중화 시 셀 손실을 최소화하고 새로운 ATC들을 수용할 수 있는 버퍼 제어 방법을 제안하였다.

Automatic Train Protection(ATP) System is developed by ETCS(European Train Control System) CONSORTIUM for unify Europe railway system. ATP system is composed of Eurobalise and EuroATC. Nowadays, Korea construct ATP system in conventional line and new electrical locomotives also install ATP system. It is important to verify quality which form checklist during Factory Acceptance Test at beyond the seas. In this paper, review the process, test item, norm and checklist for the Balise Transmission Module, Compact Antenna Unit, Vehicle Control Unit and Communication Controller at the Plymouth Bombardier and Vasteras enics factory.

Platform Screen Door(PSD) has been installed and operated at seoul subway line $1\sim4$ in the manual train operation mode(ATS/ATC) by SeoulMetro since 2005. SeoulMetro uses the wireless (RF) communication system and the train door detection system for the link between the train and PSD doors opening/closing motion in the manual train operation mode. For the convenience and safety of passengers, the train doors and the PSD doors opening/closing shall be synchronized as much as possible. In ATO(Automatic Train Operation) mode which provides the interface between train control system and PSD system, ATO signaling system makes the train doors and PSD doors open/close command signals systematically, so PSD doors can be opened/closed almost simultaneously with the train doors. But, in the manual train control(ATS/ATC) mode, PSD system needs to detect the train doors open/close operation and make PSD open/close command signals to actuate PSD doors. These PSD open/close commanding process cause time delay of PSD doors opening/closing motion in response to the train doors opening/closing motion. Sometimes the response delay time can be over 1 second, which is not proper to operate PSD, and need to be reduced This paper presents the reduction method of the PSD response delay time to improve the convenience and safety of passengers.

비행 편수의 증가 추세는 관제 밀집도를 높여 항공관제 사와 조종사간 communication 실수를 유발할 수 있는데 특히 호출 부호(Call Sign)의 혼동, 착각에 의한 경우가 많은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 항공 관제사와 조종사간의 communication 실수는 항공기 고도 위반, 활주로 침범, CFIT, 공중 충돌, Near Miss로 인한 위험 상황을 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구는 민간 항공사에 근무하는 조종사들의 유사 콜사인에 대한 혼동 정도와 위험성 인식을 설문 조사하였으며 이를 분석하여 방지 대책을 모색하였다. 국내 조종사와 외국인 조종사의 혼동 정도와 위험성 인식의 차이는 나타나지 않았으며 공항이 위치한 국가에 따라 혼동 정도의 차이가 있었다. 동일 항공사에서 나타나는 유사 콜사인은 자체 해결 가능하였지만 타 항공사와의 유사 콜사인을 해결하는 데는 한계가 있어 관계 기관의 적극적인 중재가 요구된다.

최근 국제적으로 화학물질에 대하여 분류체계를 단일화하기 위하여 "화학물질의 분류표지 등에 대한 세계 조화시스템(Globally Harmonized classification system, GHS)" 분류체계를 도입하고 있고, 또한 동물보호법에 따라 실험동물수를 축소한 급성경구독성시험법-고정용량법, 급성독성등급법(acute toxic class method, ATC), Up-and Down법을 새롭게 적용하고 있다. 본 시험은 국내 농약 등록시 수행하고 있는 급성경구독성시험인 $LD_{50}$ 시험법과 개정된 시험법 중 급성독성등급법(ATC)을 비교하여 새로운 시험법 적용과 GHS 분류체계 도입여부를 평가하기 위하여 실시하였다. 시험 농약은$LD_{50}$이 GHS 분류기준의 경계부분에 있는 농약 13종을 선발하여 $LD_{50}$ 시험법과 급성독성등급법을 동시에 수행한 결과 Methidathion EC, Parathion-ethyl의 $LD_{50}$은 $LD_{50}$ 시험법은 각각 57.3, $60\;mg\;kg^{-1}$ 이었고, 급성독성등급법은 $200\;mg\;kg^{-1}$ 으로 $LD_{50}$ 차이가 있었으나, GHS 분류체계의 독성구분 결과 모두 3급으로 동일하게 분류되었고, Carbofuran GR은 $LD_{50}$ 시험법은 $310\;mg\;kg^{-1}$, 급성독성등급법은 $300\;mg\;kg^{-1}$ 으로 비슷하였으나 GHS 분류 3급 기준이 $300\;mgvkg^{-1}$이하이므로 각각 4등급, 3등급으로 분류되었으며, Phosphamidon SL, Endosulfan EC, EPN EC, Dimethoate EC, Phenthoate EC, Zeta-cypermethrin EW, Bifenthrin EC, Fenthion EC, Carbaryl WP, Chlorpyrifos.Diflubenzuron WP의 $LD_{50}$ 은 두 시험 모두 비슷하였고, GHS 독성분류도 동일하였다. 이상의 결과 농약 등록시 급성경구독성시험에 급성독성등급법과 GHS 분류체계에 대한 적용가능성을 제시하고 있다.

데이터 양의 폭발적 증가에 따른 관리 효율성 제고를 위한 클라우드 서비스 활용이 일상으로 자리잡고 있는 현재, 데이터 프라이버시 보존을 위한 다양한 암호화 기법이 적용되고 있다. 클라우드 시스템의 방대한 컴퓨팅 자원에도 불구하고 다수 사용자로부터 아웃소싱된 데이터의 중복으로 인한 저장 효율성의 저하는 서비스 효율을 현저히 감소시키는 요인으로 작용하면서, 프라이버시가 보장된 암호문에 대한 데이터 중복제거에서의 효율성 향상을 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최신 USENIX ATC에 발표된 Ren et al.의 신뢰실행환경을 활용한 암호문에 대한 중복제거의 효율성 개선을 위한 연구결과를 분석하고 서비스에 참여하는 키 관리 서버를 사용자에 통합함으로써 제3의 독립적인 키 관리 서버의 필요성을 제거하면서도 키 관리의 안정성 개선 방법을 제시한다. 실험을 통하여 제안 기법에서 약 30%의 통신 효율 개선 효과를 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Recently electrical industry has been rapidly restructured by deregulation in the developed countries. The voltage stability problem of a power system is associated with a rapid voltage drop due to heavy load and it occurs because of inadequate reactive power supply at some critical buses. More effective power system control means for line flow and bus voltage are required for applying FACTS. In this paper Jacobian method used to study on the voltage stability, The Jacobian method is to check the eigenvalue of the load flow Jacobian matrix. If the power system is unstable, one of the eigenvalues, at leasL has crossed the imaginary axis. This paper demonstrate enhancement of ATC by application of STATCOM at WSCC 9-bus system.

The railway signaling system consists of several vital computerized equipments. Now the project for development of signaling system for the next-generation high-speed train is progressed according to the consortium. The developing signaling system by this project, kTCS(Korean Train Control System), is composed of kTCS-CTC, kTCS-IXL, kTCS-ATC and etc. The KTCS signaling has to be operated as a integrated system by interface between each signaling. To achieve these, communication protocols between each signaling have to be designed and message codes are defined. In this paper the configuration of integrated kTCS system and designed communication protocol is presented.
