To implement effective technology-based education, we need knowledge for functional aspects of technology as well as design and procedural aspects of curriculums. Also, we need positive teaching efficacy. In this regard, we investigate the effects on teachers' TPACK and technology teaching efficacy on mathematics after make the teachers design and teach technology-based classes according to the ASSURE model which is suitable in designing technology-based educations. First, we let the teachers design and teach two unit hour classes. The first class had been done with the teachers learned functional aspects of technologybased educations, and the second one with them designed based on the steps in the ASSURE model. To analyze the effects of ASSURE model, we have performed a case-study for one teacher who had taken part in our college class. As a result, we conclude that the teacher's experiences in designing classes based on the ASSURE model help improve the teacher's TPACK and technology teaching efficacy on mathematics in a positive way.

The purpose of this study is to design and apply that teaching and learning methodology of motion image based on modified ASSURE model to improve creativity the competitive power of an information oriented society. To accomplish the end of this study, the following procedure and methods were performed. After the theoretical consideration about education visual image and creativity, we get to the bottom the connection of them. In the result of that, it designed plans for teaching and learning applied by modified ASSURE model. And it had larger efficiency to apply a creativity develop learning model when it spread out teaching and learning process to produce motion image. The main points of the result and the meaning are as follows. Firstly, in the light of the result of this study, student's creativity were enhanced to a large extent as applying this study. It appeared that the average of performance improved from 30.18 to 37.44. Such difference was t=-14.39 (p<0.05), which is a meaningful difference in terms of statistics. Secondly, it laid the foundations for being cultural prosumer as applying this study. Additionally, it anticipated that all the students join in this study become leader group in the age of digital media.

This paper aims to introduce some useful multimedia freewares, and also support Chinese instructor with discussing how to operate them for instructional design of multimedia language learning class. For this aims, this paper consists of three parts: First, instructional design. This part is focused to what kind of instructional model to be based on, for example, Dick & Carey model, ADDIE model, ASSURE model etc. This part introduces these models, and modifies ADDIE and ASSURE model to D.D.A.I.E.S and S.S.A.U.R.E.S as 'A(nalysis)' in these model may apply to the next 'D(evelopment)' on ADDIE, 'S(elect Methods, Media and Materials)' on ASSURE in the practical Chinese class. Second, Programme: What to use. This part is focused to what kind of free software we can use. In the web site online, there are huge free softwares so we usually hesitate to select and also don't know how to operate even though selected one of them. This part, accordingly, introduces ten of useful freewares and compares each other in terms of usefulness for Chinese instructors. Third, Programme: How to use. It is of no use just to know what to use but not to know how to operate, so this part describes how to use freewares like a kind of manual in detail as far as possible. In conclusion, we hope more Chinese instructors to learn and use more useful freewares for designing the better multimedia Chinese class by this paper.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the experience of the process of developing instructional media by using Scratch for in-service teachers, after they participated in programming education with Scratch conducted as part of teaching methods using ICT. In particular, this study aimed to explore in-service teachers' thoughts and experiences of the objectives and methods integrated the programming education into their subjects creatively and convergently. To achieve the objective, they conducted an instructional design in accordance with their subject's learning goals and methods on the framework of the ASSURE model. Then, they conducted a project to develop instructional media with Scratch as part of the instructional design. 10 in-service teachers who attends the Graduate School of Education at K University in the second semester of 2019 were participated in this study. As a result, teachers showed positive expectation that the use of media developed by Scratch could bring significant results to attract students' interest and promote students' participation to lead learner-centered classes. This study has implications for future direction on programming education for professional development programs of prospective teachers as well as in-service teachers.

In this study, a smart Learning instruction model for school library was developed in terms of library instruction. Based on ADDIE model and ASSURE model, this model is organized considering the characteristics of school library, including facilities, materials, human resources, information problem solving process, collaborative teaching and blended learning, and utilizing smart devices. The entire procedure of this model is as follows: "establishment of instructional objectives${\rightarrow}$learner analysis${\rightarrow}$analyzing the learning environment${\rightarrow}$analyzing the learning task${\rightarrow}$instructional process design${\rightarrow}$developing instructional tool${\rightarrow}$instruction${\rightarrow}$evaluation". In addition, an instructional practice is provided for actual experience of smart Learning in school libraries.

In this paper, a robust discrete model reference adaptive controller is proposed using a generalized model reference adaptive algorithm for single-input single-output discrete systems. A signal dependent time-varying dead-zone is employed in a generalized adaptive control structure. This adaptive controller is shown to assure the boundedness of the signals of the system even in the presence of bounded external disturbance.

Recently, necessity of VV & A is also embossed as practical use and importance of M & S are increased in National Defense. The purpose of VV&A is to assure development of correct and valid simulations and to provide simulation users with sufficient information to determine if the simulation can meet their needs. VV&A processes are performed to establish the credibility of the models and simulations. Guidance and Regulation of VV&A are insufficient actual conditions in Korea and example that apply to actuality M&S is state that is hardly. In this paper, VV&A assure its credibility of application VV&A process in Army on the basis of US Organization's application example and provide initial point of VV&A application of National Defense M&S that is developed subsequentness.

In this paper, the trend of quality management system that suppliers in the automotive industry are adopting, the classification system of suppliers and car manufacturers requirements for quality are described. Due to the complexity of the requirements for quality, the introduction of an active quality management system which can meet all conditions is a difficult task. Thus, to cope with this difficulty, this paper shows the optimal requirements that suppliers have to consider when they are introducing quality management system and the discriminated strategies to assure parts quality by supplier model.

The purpose of this study is to develop educational strategies and models by applying future-oriented elements of libraries, which are transitioning into integrated spaces through collaboration with archives and museums, into school library education. This study focuses on the changes where libraries expand their spaces and roles in response to the trends of a pluralistic society. The term 'Larchiveum' was established to represent a knowledge and culture complex space. The concepts and functions of this term were identified, and the characteristics of materials collected and managed by archives, museums, and art galleries, as well as domestic and international educational information services, were analyzed to explore ways to integrate them into school library education. Based on the ASSURE instructional design model, which emphasizes the effective selection and use of teaching and learning media, this study developed Larchiveum strategies, including 'Inquiry-based Information Utilization,' 'Curriculum Integration and Convergence,' 'Collaboration, Sharing, and Dissemination,' and 'Digital Archive,' and structured the educational content accordingly. The procedures and steps were refined through the evaluation and feedback of field experts, leading to the development of a collaborative educational model that incorporates Larchiveum strategies, resources, and inquiry-based instruction.

The purpose of this study is to develop the simplified model of the crankshaft in the large marine engine for dynamic analysis. Because the actual engine system is under complex dynamic loading condition and it has multi-cylinder, the dynamic analysis is purchased at a high computation cost. In spite of this burden, the dynamic analysis must be perfonned to assure structural integrity of operating marine engine. Therefore, simplification of the analytic model is necessary for dynamic analysis. Beam-mass model, which is generated with the section property method, is the model simplified effectively. Section property method can provide desired section information by optimization technique. By applying beam-mass model to the crankshaft in the large marine engine, the usefulness of the proposed method was proven.
