This study suggests the dynamic pricing model which reveals the organic relationship between ASP (Application Service Provider) price and the related factors, using system dynamics methodology. Basically, we applied the law of supply and demand for analyzing price changes. Then, we deducted ASP price, focusing on fixed cost and variable cost. We also researched the customer's buying behavior according to version differentiation policy. In the version policy, we set up the proposition about customer's satisfaction and willingness-to-pay, using option system. As a result, this research designed the simulation model which analyzes the changes of the sales according to version differentiations and customer's willingness-to-pay. Through this research, we can find effective version differentiation strategies. This paper also found that the larger the number of package, the greater the demand and customer's willingness-to-pay. The increase of the number of package causes the increase of the sales. The increase of the sale is not exactly relative to the number of package. Drawing S-curve, the sales was increased. This dynamic pricing model suggests the ground that the ASP price changes based on the existing version differentiation theory and the demand of customers can affect the changes of the sales. We expect that this model suggests a clear standard of ASP pricing by combining real cases.

Information System (IS) Outsourcing is one of the powerful alternatives to guarantee the competitive advantages in the rapidly changing business environment. Most studies on IS outsourcing area have focused on the Critical Success Factors(CSFs) influencing the Success of IS outsourcing or the performance measuring the success of IS outsourcing projects. The CSFs or the performances which measures the success of IS outsourcing project have limitations to explain how to succeed in doing IS outsourcing project. This study uses Real Options Approach to make IS outsourcing projects' success by recognizing and minimizing IS outsourcing risks.

BASMATI 플랫폼은 모바일 사용자 및 어플리케이션을 위한 지역간 클라우드 인프라 연동을 지원하는 시스템이다. 이를 위해 BASMATI 플랫폼은 모바일 사용자를 지원하는 서버 어플리케이션을 이종 클라우드 연동 환경에서 설치하고 제어할 수 있어야 한다. BASMATI 애플리케이션 컨트롤러(Application Controller)는 Application Service Provider(ASP)가 실행하고자 한느 서버 애플리케이션의 생명주기를 관리하고 서비스수준협약(Service Level Agreement, SLA) 위반을 탐지하여 애플리케이션의 재전개(Redeployment)를 포함한 SLA 위반 처리를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 BASMATI의 애플리케이션 제어기의 요구사항과 그 설계에 대하여 기술한다.

The JTEL's success case of implementing ERP through ASP is studied in this paper. This paper especially presents the detail processes of implementing ERP through ASP and the advantages of that. Critical success factors in this case study are that pre-prepared ERP template and repetitive prototyping methodology was successfully utilized and that end users involved positively and accepted the standard best-practice processes of the ERP template in this project. These factors reduced ERP training periods and also the whole implementation periods, which made the project time quite short and TCO less. Considering these success factors, ASP method provides the advantages of global e-business IT environment, continuous new IT technologies and flexible response to the business changes to the small and medium firms. Finally, the paper suggests the new direction and possibility for small and medium firms focusing on the core competency and utilizing new system infrastructure through ASP method compared with in-house implementation.

Web-based PMIS (Project Management Information System) has played significant role in construction management processes in Korea. As the use of web-based PMIS increases, regular quality assessment to identify user's requirements is necessary. However, there have been rare research efforts for quality assessment of web-based PMIS. This study aims to assess the quality of web-based PMIS, especially ASP-PMIS (Application Service Provider based PMIS) that is widely used in Korean construction industry. The assessment factors of ASP-PMIS quality were adopted from previous research and empirically confirmed using exploratory factor analysis. ISA (Importance-Satisfaction Analysis), which is a variation of original IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis), were selected for the assessment and analysis method in this research. A total of 253 completed questionnaires, composed of 23 assessment items, were collected from the ASP-PMIS users in Korea (construction managers and constructors), and they were used to analyse the quality of the systems. Some possible contributions of this research are: it introduces a simple and easy-to-use tool for assessing the quality of ASP-PMIS with a set of quality assessment factors that are selected from previous researches and empirically tested; it provides the quality assessment results of ASP-PMIS in Korea so that ASP-PMIS providers in Korea can understand the users' opinion on their systems; it also identified that the urgent factors that require immediate attention to improvement. However, further researches are to be required on the following areas: enhancing the quality assessment factors in terms of their relation to the success of ASP-PMIS and to the users' performance; assessing and analyzing the quality of individual ASP-PMIS; establishing continuous improvement systems institutionally and instrumentally.

최근 빠르게 변화하는 컴퓨팅 환경에 적응하기 위해 여러 분야에서 다양한 형태의 움직임들이 이루어지고 있다. 그 변화에 있어서 인터넷 기술의 발달로 인한 고속의 컴퓨터 네트워크화와 소프트웨어 기술의 발달로 인한 컴퓨팅 작업의 다양화, 단순화 등을 찾아볼 수 있다. 그리고 이러한 추세로 사용자 측면에서 볼 때 클라이언트측의 부담을 줄이는 방향으로 컴퓨팅 환경이 전개되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 시대적 요구에 따라 클라이언트측의 과부하를 최소화 할 수 있는 방안으로 ASP(Application Service Provider) 시스템 내부의 AMC(Application Management Center) 부분을 EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans)를 활용한 컴포넌트 기반으로 설계하고자 한다. 그리고 그로 인해 나타날 컴퓨팅 환경의 긍정적 발전모습과 차후 선행되어야 할 동반 기술들에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) face a number of different kinds of barriers to adopt information technology, including the lack of information, limited financial and technical resources, and absence of the well-trained work force in the realm of information technology. But application service provider (ASP)enables these SMEs to informatize. This paper is focused on studying the cases of the adoption and use of the ASP-based ERP systems that 7 SME shad adopted. The factors that influence the adoption and use of SMEs' ASP-based ERP systems are divided into the user companies that adopted the systems, the systems vendors, and environment. From the viewpoint of the user company, the successful adoption and use of the systems is significantly influenced by the clear motive of adopting the systems, the financial readiness, and the strong intention of CEO for pushing ahead with e-Business. From the systems vendor, it is influenced by the technical expertise of the vendor, the knowledge of the user company, and the experience of the systems development. From the perspective of environment, it is influenced by the push from the players in the value chains. The companies that had adopted the ASP-based ERP systems and that had extended the level of systems use had the benefits through reducing the cost, improving the internal business process, and achieving the learning and growth of the organization.

최근 들어 인터넷 보급이 폭발적인 증가를 보이면서 인터넷 비즈니스(Internet Business) 또는 전자 상거래(EC : Electronic Commerce)에 대한 관심이 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 외국은 물론 대부분의 국내 대기업과 중ㆍ소기업에서는 사운을 내걸고 인터넷 비즈니스 시스템(IBS : Internet Business System)에 대한 투자를 감행하고 있으며, 또한 수많은 개인 업자(SOHO)들도 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)를 통하여 창의적인 신규 사업에 뛰어들고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)는 고객에게 가치 있는 무엇인가를 제공해 줄 수 있어야하며, 그 대가를 인터넷을 통해 보상받을 수도 있어야 한다. 이러한 원리 속에서 인터넷은 경제적, 기술적인 도약을 통해 급속도로 확산되리라는 것이 전문가들의 공통적인 전망이다. 또한, web을 통한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보관리 시스템과 같은 ASP(Application Service Provider)에 많은 관심이 쏠리고 있다 본 연구는 중소 업체를 향한 인터넷 이용 경영 정보관리 시스템이 현재는 미약한 실정임을 파악, 이런 시대적 요구사항과 필요성에 의해 Web을 이용한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보 시스템을 개발한다.

Small-sized domestic logistics-companies are required to satisfy the high quality of logistics information service. However, these companies are not prepared to complete customers' requirement because of the e-logistics process, excess of logistics distribution steps, and so forth. Moreover, large-sited foreign logistics companies are going into domestic market and trying to share the market. In this paper, we propose an ASP-based real-time Logistics Information Control System using location-based service(LBS) and logistics information service to reinforce the competitiveness of domestic logistics-companies and improve the customer service quality. This system is designed to trace and control the real-time logistics movement information by using GPS and to process the transportation information by using SMS.

오늘날 기업의 인터넷 활용상태를 보면 인터넷을 통한 기업내의 인트라넷(Intranet), 기업간의 엑스트라넷(Extranet)이 활발하게 구축되고 있으며, 전자상거래 시도를 촉진하는 매개체로서의 역할도 충실하게 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷 환경에서 전자상거래가 활성화를 이루면서 웹사이트의 시스템을 제대로 구축하고자 하는 노력이 시도되었으며, 그 적용범위 및 가능성이 증대되었다. 기업의 입장에서 보면, 인터넷상의 모든 기업이 경쟁자가 되므로, 생존을 위한 더욱 치밀한 기술 및 기법이 필요하다. 전 세계의 고객으로부터 정보사용 수준에 관한 요구가 쇄도할 수 있으며, 그 요구는 현재의 수준보다 훨씬 다양한 형태로 나타날 수 있다. 이러한 고객의 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 단순한 정보를 제시하는 것에서 벗어나 전문지식을 이용한 웹사이트 시스템을 개발하는 것이 필연적이다. 이 상황에 적절한 대책 사업인 경남지역 기계산업정보화사업을 중점으로 해서, 그 동안 추진해 온 사업을 앞으로의 전국 대상으로 한 관련된 기업체들을 보다 더 확대 수용할 수 있게 정부차원에서 전략적인 방안이 마련되어야 하겠다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 적용하기 위한 전략적 방안은 국가차원에서 지역특성을 감안한 정보화 사업을 제대로 수행을 해야 한다. 이는 인프라 구축과 더불어 지속적인 사업이 되어야 한다. 대외적인 여세를 대비해 보면, 사업 추진해온 경남지역을 중심으로 한 경남지역의 4,877개 기계산업체를 대상으로 구성된 ASP(Application Service Provider) 기반 인프라를 현실화로 기하기 위해 국가차원에서 지속적으로 지원이 이루어진 여건 하에서 이용업체와 지원기관의 적극적인 협조체제가 이루어져야 만이 다가온 국제적 변화에 대응할 수가 있다는 것이다.
