Consumers' intention to be loyal to an apparel brand and apparel company was more explained by self attachment than by any other relationship quality types, whereas the intention to be loyal to specific department store was predicted by low involved relationship quality types such as habitual alternative and compensational bind. Trusted intimacy was the only relationship quality type that was significant in predicting consumers' intention to be loyal to salesperson in the future. • This study is intended to suggest fundamental data necessary for developing MBTI program that can help improve interpersonal relation skills of nursing science major students and their cohesion. This study is pre-experimental research by one group pretest-post test design to examine the effect of MBTI(Myers and Briggs Type Indicator) basic program on the interpersonal relationship between nursing science major students and their group cohesion and the relationship between interpersonal relationship and their group cohesion. I selected 39 of sophomore students in the department nursing science of K university in I metropolitan city as test group. 35 of them joined post-test. Pretest and MBTI basic program were done before conducting MBTI program. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS window 7.5. The difference in test group before and after conducting program was examined by paired t-test. The correlation between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion was measured by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The findings are as follows. $\cdot$ The difference before and after conducting MBTI program by sub-factors of interpersonal relation: There was no significant difference, as the average figure of interpersonal relation in test group was 87.22 before conducting MBTI and 85.08 after conducting MBTI respectively. The average figure of sensitivity among the sub-factors of interpersonal relation was 7.71 before conducting MBTI and reduced to 7.08 after conducting MBTI and there was significant difference between before and after conducting MBTI(t=-2.484, p=.018) $\cdot$ The difference in group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI program: The average figure of group cohesion in test group was 56.68 before conducting MBTI and increased a bit to 56.80 after conducting MBTI\, but there was no significant difference between them. $\cdot$ The relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI: As the relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI is examined, there was positive correlation of the significance level. p<.05 before conducting MBTI(r=.320, p=.047), and of the significance level, p<.01 after conducting MBTI(r=.780, p=.000). The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation before conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, reliability, friendliness and satisfaction, and group intervention, between receptivity among group members and reliability, and between group atmosphere and satisfaction. The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation after conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, communication, understanding, friendliness and satisfaction. and group intervention. There was positive correlation between receptivity among group members and openness, communication, understanding, friendliness and satisfaction. There was positive correlation between openness, communication, friendliness and satisfaction, and group atmosphere. Based on the above findings, I realize that MBTI basic program is essential to the improvement of group cohesion. In addition, it is shown that the sub-factors of interpersonal relation such as openness, communication, friendliness, satisfaction, and understanding, and the sub-factors such as group intervention and receptivity among group members are major factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion. So, the future MBTI program should include sub-programs that deal with the above factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion.

The findings proposed that economic education as well as asset management targeting the disabled are required and very helpful to support their family relationship satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, we need to think about the disabled-oriented asset-building programs. This study investigates paths among factors influencing family relationship satisfaction of person with disability using path analysis and the 11th panel data of KoWePS(Korean Welfare Panel Study). • As the competition intensifies and the market matures, marketers are more and more concerned with the relationship marketing. Many of the previous researches have pointed out that not all of the consumers are relationship-oriented. But none of the previous research has systematically investigated this issue. This research investigated the relationship among the three concepts: consumers' intrinsic characteristics, perceived importance of relational benefits, and relationship building intention with the salesperson. In this research the perceived importance of relational benefits is treated as mediating variable in the relationship between consumers' intrinsic characteristics and relationship building intention with the salesperson. The conceptual model in this study can be depicted as follows. From the consumers' perspective relational benefits can be defined as "the additional benefits consumers can receive in addition to core services through the long-term relationship with the service provider." And in this study two kinds of relational benefits are adopted by reviewing the previous research: confidence benefits and social benefits. Relational benefit received from the salesperson is very important to predict consumers' relationship building intention with the salesperson. The more relational benefits consumer wants from the salesperson, the more relationship building intention he/she has. From this point two hypotheses are derived as follows. Hypothesis 1: As the perceived importance of confidence benefit from the salesperson increases, the relationship building intention with the salesperson increases. Hypothesis 2: As the perceived importance of social benefit from the salesperson increases, the relationship building intention with the salesperson increases. In this study four individual characteristics(risk taking tendency, variety-seeking tendency, product knowledge, trust orientation) are hypothesized to influence the perceived importance of confidence benefits from the salesperson. And three individual characteristics(interpersonal orientation, price consciousness, trust orientation) are hypothesized to influence the perceived importance of social benefits from the salesperson. These 7 hypotheses are as follows. Hypothesis 3: As the risk taking tendency increases, the perceived importance of confidence benefits from the salesperson decreases. Hypothesis 4: As the variety-seeking tendency increases, the perceived importance of confidence benefits from the salesperson decreases. Hypothesis 5: As the product knowledge increases, the perceived importance of confidence benefits from the salesperson decreases. Hypothesis 6: As the trust orientation increases, the perceived importance of confidence benefits from the salesperson increases. Hypothesis 7: As the interpersonal orientation increases, the perceived importance of social benefits from the salesperson increases. Hypothesis 8: As the price consciousness increases, the perceived importance of social benefits from the salesperson decreases. Hypothesis 9: As the trust orientation increases, the perceived importance of social benefits from the salesperson increases. The whole model in this study can be depicted as follows: Data were collected from the 396 consumers who actually trade stocks through the salesperson and were analyzed using structural equation model. The analysis results show that consumers' perceived importance of relational benefits(confidence benefit and social benefit) play the roles of mediating variables in the causal relationship between consumers' inherent characteristics and their relationship building intention with the salesperson. As for the individual characteristics, the influences of variety-seeking tendency, trust orientation, and price consciousness are statistically significant. It was found that variety-seeking tendency has a significant negative effect on the perceived importance of confidence benefit, and that trust orientation has a significant positive effect on the perceived importance of both of confidence and social benefit. Finally it was also found that, on the contrary to the influence direction suggested in the hypothesis, price consciousness has a significant positive effect on the perceived importance of social benefit.

  • The concept that human and brand can related to each other is referred to as 'brand relationship' or 'consumer-brand relationship'. By arguing that the concept of brand relationship is a readily understandable analogue, it appears that relationship thinking in the context of consumers and brands sometimes is taken for granted without thoroughly discussing its applicability. This study tried to investigated the role of brand personification in building consumer-brand relationship. In order to explain the consumer-brand relationship as a kind of partner relationship among human beings, we need to define brand as human not inanimate object. Research findings show that personification is not a important factor that affects consumer-brand relationship. And this study shows brand experience is much more important factor than brand personification in building consumer-brand relationship. In the past researches, brand personality and brand congruity were major variables that effect consumer-brand relationship, but they did not mean consumers think their brands as human whenever they contact them. As a result, this study conclude that the frequency of personification is not that high compared to past studies suggested before, even if it is possible to find partial characteristics of human from brands.
