Extraction of Speaker Recognition Parameter Using Chaos Dimension (카오스차원에 의한 화자식별 파라미터 추출)

  • This paper was constructed to investigate strange attractor in considering speech which is regarded as chaos in that the random signal appears in the deterministic raising system. This paper searches for the delay time from AR model power spectrum for constructing fit attractor for speech signal. As a result of applying Taken's embedding theory to the delay time, an exact correlation dimension solution is obtained. As a result of this consideration of speech, it is found that it has more speaker recognition characteristic parameter, and gains a large speaker discrimination recognition rate.

  • This paper describes result of experiment of parameters affecting the micro hole drilling time, kind of assisting gas and it's pressure. The result reveals that parameter value of 0.08J, 20Hz, dwell time of 300 microseconds can be a good machining condition to make micro hole diameter range of 50-70${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, Assistant gas such air, O2, Ar, N2 was adapted. Assistant gas of air makes heat affected zone enlarge due to burning of material, also it makes hole irregular and damage because of refusion stick to caused by chemical reaction with Al2O3 ceramic material. O2(99.9%) has good characteristic to get good drilling and smooth surface on pressure of 0.2kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$, but it is expensive. Ar, N2 makes material burn and crack severely and proved to be an appropriate but, Ar was better than N2.

  • A16061, SB41 and SM45C was used for developing tool wear monitoring system in face milling. First of all, Neural networks of which input are 8 $_{th}$ order AR morel parameters, frequency band energies, cutting conditions was used to monitor tool wear for each material. Finally, A unified neural network, which has tensile strengths of each material as an additional input, was constructed to consider the effect three materials on the features of tool wear. It was verified that tensile strength is the one of properties of workpiece materials.s.

  • This paper describes a real time algorithm for blood flow estimation of LDF(laser Doppler flowmeter). Many algorithms for blood flow estimation are using power spectral density of Doppler signal by blood flow. In these research, the fast Fourier transformation is used to estimate power spectral density. This is a block processing procedure rather than real time processing. The algorithm in this paper used parametric spectral estimation. This has real time capability by estimation of AR(autoregressive) parameters sample by sample, and has smoothing power spectrum. Also, the frequency resolution is not limited by number of samples used to estimate AR parameter. Another advantage of this algorithm is that AR model enhance SNR.

  • Electron swarm parameterdthe drift velocity and longitudinal diffusion coefficienthn $SiH_4-Ar$ mixtures containing 0.5% and 5% monosilane were measured using over the range of E/N from 0.01 to 300 Td at room temperature. Electron swarm parameters in argon were drastically changed by adding a small amount of monosilane. The electron drift velocity in both mixtures showed unusual behaviour against E/N. It had negative slope in the medium range of E/N, yet the slope was not smooth but contained a small hump. The longitudinal diffusion coefficient also showed a corresponding feature in its dependence on E/N. A two-tern approximation of the Boltzmann equation analysis and Monte Carlo simulation have been used to study electron transport coefficients.

HBr 가스를 이용한 MgO 박막의 고밀도 반응성 이온 식각

  • 최근 차세대 반도체 메모리 소자로 대두된 magnetic random access memory(MRAM)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 MRAM의 magnetic tunnel junction(MTJ) stack을 구성하는 자성 재료의 건식 식각에 대한 연구에서는 좋은 profile을 얻고, 재층착의 문제를 해결하기 위한 노력이 계속해서 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 photoresist(PR)과 Ti 하드 마스크로 패턴 된 배리어(barrier) 층인 MgO 박막의 식각 특성을 유도결합 플라즈마를 이용한 고밀도 반응성 이온 식각(inductively coupled plasma reactive ion etching-ICPRIE)을 통해서 연구하였다. PR 및 Ti 마스크를 이용한 자성 박막들은 HBr/Ar, HBr/$O_2$/Ar 식각 가스의 농도를 변화시키면서 식각되었다. HBr/Ar 가스를 이용 식각함에 있어서 좋은 식각 조건을 얻기 위한 parameter로서 pressure, bias voltage, rf power를 변화시켰다. 각 조건에서 Ti 하드마스크에 대한 터널 배리어층인 MgO 박막에 selectivity를 조사하였고 식각 profile을 관찰하였다. 식각 속도를 구하기 위해 alpha step(Tencor P-1)이 사용되었고 또한 field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)를 이용하여 식각 profile을 관찰함으로써 최적의 식각 가스와 식각 조건을 찾고자 하였다.

Review of Experimental Researches on Gastrointestinal Activity of Agastache rugosa (Fisch. & C. A. Mey.) Kuntze and Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. (곽향(藿香) 및 광곽향(廣藿香)의 위장관 효능에 대한 실험연구 고찰)

  • The pharmacological rationale of Agastache rugosa (AR) or Pogostemon cablin (PC), which have been used in traditional Korean medicine to treat dampness pattern or syndrome in gastrointestinal tract, was investigated on the gastrointestinal disorders. In-vivo model studies that examined the effect on the gastrointestinal disorders of AR or PC were collected. They were classified into disease-induced in-vivo models or non-disease in vivo models. The target disease, animal species, induction method, administration, and outcomes (changes in morphological and histological parameter, or blood and fluid) of each study were analyzed. The therapeutic mechanism of AR or PC extract was evaluated by the induced diseases and the changes in outcomes. There were contradictory reports on gastrointestinal motility of AR or PC in disease non-disease in-vivo model. AR or PC inhibited gastrointestinal motility in disease model of increased gastrointestinal motility, while promoted motility in disease model of decreased gastrointestinal motility. AR or PC also inhibited inflammatory changes in gastrointestinal inflammation model. These results suggest that the bidirectional regulation of gastrointestinal motility and the improvement of gastrointestinal inflammatory disorders might underpin traditional therapeutic effect of AR or PC, that is effect to resolve dampness of gastrointestinal tract.

Testing the exchange rate data for the parameter change based on ARMA-GARCH model

  • In this paper, we analyze the Korean Won/Japanese 100 Yen exchange rate data based on the ARMA-GARCH model, and perform the test for detecting the parameter changes. As a test statistics, we employ the cumulative sum (CUSUM) test for ARMA-GARCH model, which is introduced by Lee and Song (2008). Our empirical analysis indicates that the KRW/JPY exchange rate series experienced several parameter changes during the period from January 2000 to December 2012, which leads to a fitting of AR-IGARCH model to the whole series.

  • Cold rolled steel sheet for automotive was treated by Ar/$O_2$ atmospheric pressure plasma to improve the adhesive bonding strength. Through the contact angle test and calculation of surface free energy for cold rolled steel sheet, the changes of surface properties were investigated before and after plasma treatment. The contact angle was decreased and surface free energy was increased after plasma treatment. And the change of surface roughness and morphology were observed by AFM(Atomic Force Microscope). The surface roughness of steel sheet was slightly changed. Based on Taguchi method, single lap shear test was performed to investigate the effect of experimental parameter such as plasma power, treatment time and flow rate of $O_2$ gas. Results shows that the bonding strength of steel sheet treated in Ar/$O_2$ atmospheric pressure plasma was improved about 20% compared with untreated sheet.

Temperature effect on Dry Etching of ZrO2 in Cl2/BCl3/Ar Plasma (기판 온도에 따른 Cl2/BCl3/Ar 플라즈마에서 ZrO2 박막의 건식 식각)

  • The wafer surface temperature is an important parameter in the etching process which influences the reaction probabilities of incident species, the vapor pressure of etch products, and the re-deposition of reaction products on feature surfaces. In this study, we investigated all of the effects of substrate temperature on the etch rate of $ZrO_2$ thin film and selectivity of $ZrO_2$ thin film over $SiO_2$ thin film in inductively coupled plasma as functions of $Cl_2$ addition in $BCl_3$/Ar plasma, RF power and dc-bias voltage based on the substrate temperature in range of $10^{\circ}C$ to $80^{\circ}C$. The elements on the surface were analyzed by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
