Nowadays, several welding processes are generally used to join parts together, and the materials are generally steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and other difficult-to-weld materials. If a proper welding process is chosen, it is helpful for welding parts. However, there is no desirable technique for appropriately deciding on the welding process in the industry. Therefore, an appropriate method of selecting a welding process is needed for the novice worker in the industry. In this sense, a new analytic network process (ANP) technique is used for effective decision making in welding. By considering several criteria in ANP, a selection method is suggested to decide on the proper welding process. In the study, several criteria were considered for the proper welding of parts. By considering a matrix of prior interdependence effects among various welding processes, a decision-making method based on an ANP is accomplished using a weighting matrix, which is supposed to select an appropriate welding process. In addition, for appropriate decision criteria of the welding process, several factors, such as material, shape, precision, economics, and equipment, are used to accomplish the ANP algorithm. Moreover, the final weighting matrix is calculated following its ANP strategy. Furthermore, this decision-making technique is applied to both stainless razor spot joining and thick steel pipe joining. The results show its reliability and practicality, and the novice engineer and manager can use this technique to determine the best welding process.

Oriental pear was used as treatment of asthma, control of blood pressure tonic medicine vasoaction, diabetes in oriental medicine. In this study, it was investigated that pear phenolic compound effects on cardiovascular system as blood pressure and renin and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) in plasma, Cardiac hypertrophy. The experiments were performed on Sprague Dawley rats, 2K1C hypertension model was prepared by constricting the left renal artery with a sliver clip. Animals were then divided into four groups, 5mg/Kg(PPC-A) 10mg/Kg(PPC-B) 15mg/Kg(PPC-c) and control group. Pear phenolic compound solution were supplied with them for 3weeks, a day's interval. The results are that The blood pressure was significantly decreased at 15days in PPC-A group than control group. The plasma ANP was increased in PPC-A and PPC-C group, and cardiac hypertrophy was significantly decrease in PPC-C group compared with control group.

본 연구에서는 연구개발 사업에서 기술가치평가의 중요성 및 필요성을 인식하며, ANP(Analytic Network Process)기법을 적용하여 연구개발 사업으로 추진되고 있는 가스하이드레이트 개발 사업의 기술향상도를 평가하였다. ANP 방법은 요인들간의 상호 종속성 및 네트워크를 고려하여 연구개발 사업을 통해 개발된 기술의 가치를 평가 할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 가스하이드레이트 개발사업의 기술향상도 평가를 위하여 사업의 4개 기술 분야 별 전문가의 자문 및 설문 결과를 바탕으로 기술향상도에 영향을 미치는 속성을 선정하였고, 각 속성 및 대안의 상호 종속성 관계를 고려한 네트워크 구조도를 도출하였다. ANP 기법을 적용하여 가중치 행렬을 도출한 결과 네트워크 구조도에서 보여지는 상호 관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 속성간 네트워크 관계는 기술가치평가에서 ANP 방법의 적용의 당위성을 제공해 준다. 기술향상도를 나타내는 요인의 극한 가중치 도출 결과에서는 모든 기술에서 실현 가능성이 가장 높게 평가되었다. 1위 이외에 다른 속성의 순위 및 기술향상도의 평가에서는 사업 수행 전 기술의 수준에 따라 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다.

대규모로 진행되는 도시환경정비사업의 경우, 다수의 참여주체의 요구 및 내/외부적인 요인에 의하여 사업의 환경, 주체, 법규, 계획 등이 빈번히 변화되는 특성을 지닌다. 이처럼 대규모로 진행되는 도시환경정비사업에서는 다수의 변화의 가능성을 가지고 있는 만큼, 전체 사업의 업무프로세를 기반으로 변화요인을 정의하여 사업추진단계별로 발생 가능한 변화요인을 사전에 인지하고 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시환경정비사업과 같이 다수의 변화 가능성이 내재된 사업의 체계적인 변화관리를 위하여, 업무프로세스를 기반으로 주요 변화관리 요인을 도출하였다. 또한 ANP방법론을 활용하여 도출된 변화요인들에 대한 외적, 내적 특성을 반영함으로써 사업 추진단계별 특성화된 주요 변화요인들의 중요도를 정량적으로 제시하였다.

현대 무기체계의 복잡체계화로 인해 국방은 M&S와 T&E가 중요시되고 있으며, 한정적인 자원을 효율적으로 운용하여 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있는 연구를 지속적으로 진행하고 있다. 기존연구에서는 프로세스 기반 모델링을 이용한 성능평가 시스템 개발이 진행되고 있지만 성능평가에 합당한 무기체계의 기능을 선정하는데 있어, 객관적 근거나 과학적 방법 이 부족하기 때문에, 같은 기종이라도 상황에 적합한 기능을 선정하기 어렵다. 또한 사용자의 요구사항을 체계적으로 반영할 수 없으며, 다양한 평가요소의 상호작용을 고려하기 힘들다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 성능평가 시뮬레이션에서 사용되는 평가객체 선정 시, 객체 선정기준과 사용자의 요구사항 및 현실적 상황을 반영할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 먼저, 다 기준 의사결정 방법인 ANP기법을 이용하여 객체를 선정하고, 연구결과를 바탕으로 프로그래밍 언어(C#)를 이용한 의사결정 지원시스템을 구현하였다.

Recently expanded and enhanced software system inevitably demands serious managerial considerations on its maintenance cost. This study proposes a systematic and thorough assessment model for software development methods to the end of maintainability, incorporation ISO 9126 quality standards-based criteria. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) is employed in our model to find the effect of any dependency among the items of the criteria and the alternative methods. This study then applies the model empirically in order to evaluate the efficacies of the Structured Method and the Objected-Oriented Method. At first, this study performs the test on the existence and direction of any dependency under the three types of assumptions, and then determines the relative dominance of the two methods.

This paper overviews the historical background and development of applied nutrition and community nutrition in Korea. The nutrition studies in the early years focused on animal experiments, human metabolism, and food analysis and therefore were limited to classrooms and research laboratories in universities without spreading into the lives of people. Korean specialists trained through the UN International Course of Applied Nutrition initiated the Applied Nutrition Program (ANP) in Korea in the 1960s. The ANP in Korea was effectively implemented until 1986 with support from UNICEF, FAO, and WHO as a national project to improve the nutrition and health of rural residents. With economic development and urbanization in Korea, the rural-focusing ANP was re-born to a more extended version with the name of "Community Nutrition", targeting the nutrition and health of the entire Korean population. Scholarly associations including the Korean Society of Community Nutrition established in 1995 have significantly contributed to the development of Community Nutrition in Korea and are expected to continue to work for a better connection between nutrition and health promotion.

본 연구는 ANP법을 활용하여 전평시 군수지원 시스템에 대한 운용평가 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 평가를 위하여 본 연구에서는 군 실정에 부합한 평가기준 재정립하여 기준별 구체적인 평가방법을 제시하였다. 그에따라 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 시스템 운용의 최적조합을 판단하는 과정과 정수계획법을 통한 수리적 모델링으로 군수품의 배송비용에 대한 경제성 평가를 제시하였고 회귀분석을 통한 효용성 평가와 IPB에 의한 군수품 수송의 안정성 평가를 실시하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 각 평가 결과를 ANP법을 이용한 종합 평가치를 산출하여 전평시 지휘관 및 참모의 부대지휘절차간에 구체적인 방책구상 및 선정시 지휘관이 최적의 의사결정할 수 있도록 하였다.

Variable weld bead penetrations related to the base metal chemistry of stainless steels in GTA welding have been under constant investigations due to their industrial implications. It has been proposed that among other elements, the sulfur content of steels determines the weld pool geometry, particularly its penetration. It is suggested that the surface tension temperature gradient of steels becomes positive with appropriate dosing in sulfur and results in inward melt flow, propitious for deeper welds. However, the chemistry of industrial steels is complex due to the presence of multiple minor elements either deliberately added or remnant impurity traces. With this in view, investigations on 41 austenitic and nine martensitic stainless steels were carried to see if there existed any possible relation between the weld profile and some of the designated elements. The results suggest no direct correlation between sulfur or any other major or trace element and weld penetration. At first glance the results are contradictory to what is often asserted.
