In this study, we explore social awareness, interest, and acceptance of generative AI, including chatGPT, which has revolutionized web search, 30 years after web search was released. For this purpose, we performed a machine learning-based topic modeling analysis based on Korean news big data collected from November 30, 2022, when chatGPT was released, to August 31, 2023. As a result of our research, we have identified seven topics related to chatGPT and generative AI; (1)growth of the high-performance hardware market, (2)service contents using generative AI, (3)technology development competition, (4)human resource development, (5)instructions for use, (6)revitalizing the domestic ecosystem, (7)expectations and concerns. We also explored monthly frequency changes in topics to explore social interest related to chatGPT and Generative AI. Based on our exploration results, we discussed the high social interest and issues regarding generative AI. We expect that the results of this study can be used as a precursor to research that analyzes and predicts the diffusion of innovation in generative AI.

People have studied English using online English dictionaries when they looked for the meaning of English words or the example sentences. These days, as the AI technologies such as machine learning have been developing, documents can be translated in real time with Kakao, Papago, Google translators and so on. But, there has still been some problems with the accuracy of translation. The AI secretaries can be used for real-time interpreting, so this kind of systems are being used to translate such the web pages, papers into Korean. In this paper, we researched on the usage frequency of the combined English phrases from dictionaries by analyzing the number of the searched results on Google. With the result of this paper, we expect to help the people to use more English fluently.

본 논문에서는 사용자들의 운동 능력과 영어 학습 능력 향상을 위한 앱을 개발한다. 지정한 시간에 알람을 울리고, 운동 및 학습을 완료하는 경우에만 알람이 종료한다. 알람이 활성화되면 사용자가 강제적으로 종료할 수 없는 기능을 선택할 수 있다. TTS 기능을 적용하여 알람이 활성화되었을 때, 안내 음성이 나오도록 설계하였다. 학습 기능에 STT를 적용하여 영어 단어와 문장을 마이크에 인식하는 방식의 영어 문제를 제시하였다. 또한, OpenAI를 활용하여 매일 자정 새로운 영어 문제를 생성하고 서버에 저장한다. 이러한 기능들은 사용자의 선택권을 보장하며 건강 증진 및 자기 주도적인 학습에 도움을 줄 것이다.

본 연구는 AI 인적자본, AI 기반 인프라, AI 기술혁신역량 요인을 중심으로 OECD 38개국의 국가 AI 경쟁력 수준을 확인하고, 퍼지셋 이상형 분석방법을 활용하여 OECD 38개국을 국가 AI 경쟁력 수준에 따라 여덟 가지 유형으로 분류, 시사점을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, "AI 선도국" 유형에는 대체적으로 북미, 서유럽, 북유럽 국가와 함께, 대한민국을 포함하는 아시아 국가들이 포함되었다. 특히 미국은 국가 AI 경쟁력 3개 요인 모두에서 분석 대상 국가 중 가장 높은 퍼지점수를 보이는 등 글로벌 국가AI 경쟁력을 압도하는 모습을 보였다. 대한민국의 경우, 우수한 AI 기반 인프라 수준을 바탕으로 AI 선도국 유형에 포함되었으나, AI 인적자본과 AI 기술혁신역량 요인은 분석 대상 국가 중 중위권 수준에 머무르고 있어 향후 장기적 관점에서의 AI 인적자본 축적과 AI 기술혁신역량 강화가 요구된다.

현대사회가 점차 고령화 사회가 됨에 따라 퇴행성 뇌질환의 발병률이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 퇴행성 뇌질환에 관한 많은 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 퇴행성 뇌질환의 진단에서 영상분석은 영상표지자로서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 영상분석에서 객관적이고 일관성 있는 평가는 퇴행성 뇌질환의 조기 진단 및 정확한 진단에 중요하다. 이에 다양한 퇴행성 뇌질환과 관련한 영상연구에 자기공명영상(이하 MRI)을 이용한 인공지능이 조기 진단과 최적의 치료 방향 계획 및 결정에 도움이 될 가능성을 보여주었다. 특히 MRI 기반의 뇌용적 측정과 분획화 및 특성을 포착하는 인공지능 소프트웨어들이 개발되고 연구되기 시작했다. 본 고찰에서는 우리나라에서 퇴행성 뇌질환과 관련하여 사용되고 있는 인공지능 소프트웨어의 현재 상황과 향후 인공지능 소프트웨어의 퇴행성 뇌질환 연구에의 활용, 그리고 인공지능 소프트웨어의 한계에 대해서 다루고자 한다.

The crowdsourcing software development (CSD) is growing rapidly in the open call format in a competitive environment. In CSD, tasks are posted on a web-based CSD platform for CSD workers to compete for the task and win rewards. Task searching and assigning are very important aspects of the CSD environment because tasks posted on different platforms are in hundreds. To search and evaluate a thousand submissions on the platform are very difficult and time-consuming process for both the developer and platform. However, there are many other problems that are affecting CSD quality and reliability of CSD workers to assign the task which include the required knowledge, large participation, time complexity and incentive motivations. In order to attract the right person for the right task, the execution of action plans will help the CSD platform as well the CSD worker for the best matching with their tasks. This study formalized the task assignment method by utilizing different situations in a CSD competition-based environment in artificial intelligence (AI) planning. The results from this study suggested that assigning the task has many challenges whenever there are undefined conditions, especially in a competitive environment. Our main focus is to evaluate the AI automated planning to provide the best possible solution to matching the CSD worker with their personality type.

Currently, many universities are implementing software-oriented universities and artificial intelligence-oriented universities to foster software-oriented manpower. We are educating students to design and produce computational thinking and coding directly with their major knowledge. However, computer education is not easy for non-majors, and there are many difficulties in coding. The results of responses from 104 students from the College of Health Sciences and College of Social Management who took the liberal arts computer at University H were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 version. In the liberal arts computer class for non-majors, a PJBL-based class plan was proposed. The effectiveness of PJBL-based classes was confirmed through a questionnaire for the improvement of artificial intelligence liberal arts courses. As a result, PJBL-based education showed statistically significant results in terms of satisfaction, effectiveness, and self-efficiency of classes regardless of major.

본 논문에서는 일상생활의 편의성을 높이기 위한 새로운 AI 애플리케이션 'Chat Chef'를 제안 한다. 이 앱은 사용자의 냉장고 속 재료 정보를 바탕으로 ChatGPT를 이용하여 요리 레시피를 추천하는 기능을 제공한다. 사용자는 앱을 통해 냉장고 내의 재료들을 사진으로 촬영하면, 이미지 인식을 위해 YOLOv7를 이용하여 감자, 당근, 양파 등과 같은 식료품들을 약 3,000장의 이미지 데이터를 학습하여 인식하며, 바코드를 인식하여 제품들 목록을 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 제안한 'Chat Chef' 앱은 재료 목록과 ChatGPT API를 이용하여 사용자에게 개인화된 레시피를 제공하며, 요리 과정에 대한 정보를 제공한다. 이와 같이 ChatGPT와 같은 AI 기술을 활용하여 실생활에 적용할 수 있는 활용 방안을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 인공지능의 무한한 발전 가능성을 유지하면서 공정성과 윤리적 책임을 유지하는 AI 규제에 대한 균형 잡힌 방안을 제시합니다. AI 시스템이 일상생활에 점점 더 통합됨에 따라, 특정 인구 집단에 대한 편견과 불이익을 방지하기 위한 규제 개발이 필수적입니다. 본 논문에서는 책임 있는 개발과 적용을 보장하기 위해 AI 애플리케이션의 규제 프레임워크와 사례 분석 연구를 진행합니다. 본 논문을 통하여 AI 규제에 대한 지속적인 논의를 이끌어내며, 혁신과 공정성 사이의 균형을 맞추는 정책을 수립을 제안합니다.

Artificial intelligence-enabled business models aim to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, innovation, and productivity. The presented systematic literature review is conducted to highlight elucidating the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) methods and techniques within AI-enabled businesses, the significance and functions of AI-enabled organizational models and frameworks, and the design parameters employed in academic research studies within the AI-enabled business domain. We reviewed 39 empirical studies that were published between 2010 and 2023. The studies that were chosen are classified based on the artificial intelligence business technique, empirical research design, and SLR search protocol criteria. According to the findings, machine learning and artificial intelligence were reported as popular methods used for business process modelling in 19% of the studies. Healthcare was the most experimented business domain used for empirical evaluation in 28% of the primary research. The most common reason for using artificial intelligence in businesses was to improve business intelligence. 51% of main studies claimed to have been carried out as experiments. 53% of the research followed experimental guidelines and were repeatable. For the design of business process modelling, eighteen AI mythology were discovered, as well as seven types of AI modelling goals and principles for organisations. For AI-enabled business models, safety, security, and privacy are key concerns in society. The growth of AI is influencing novel forms of business.
