지역 경쟁력 강화를 위한 전략으로 지역자산의 효율적 활용이 점점 더 중요해지고 있다. 지역의 정체성 및 경쟁력의 핵심은 지역자산이기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 지역의 자산을 평가하여 개발우선지역을 도출하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 사용된 분석방법은 GIS 분석, Big Data Trend 분석, AHP 분석 이다. 지역자산의 잠재력을 평가하기 위해 자산의 선호도, 역사적 가치, 자원의 군집성(Cluster), 광역교통접근성, 인구밀도 등을 분석 지표로 설정하고, 각 항목의 중요도를 반영하기 위해 AHP기법을 이용하여 항목별 가중치를 적용하였다. 경상북도 영주시를 대상으로 분석한 결과 부석사, 소수서원, 희방사, 풍기온천리조트, 풍기역, 국립산림치유원, 영주동지역, 무섬마을 등 8개의 주요거점을 도출하였다.

한국섬유산업은 위기에 직면하고 있으며, 해외진출이 증가하고 있다. 한국 섬유산업이 세 번째로 많이 진출하고 있는 인도네시아는 세계4위 인구라는 거대내수시장과 낮은 임금으로 생산직인력채용이 용이하여 외국인 직접투자가 섬유분야에서 가장 활발히 진행되고 있으며 이중 한국의 직접투자액이 5위이다. 인도네시아 진출 한국 섬유원단업체의 발전 전략을 수립하기 위하여 먼저, 문헌연구를 통하여 국내외 섬유업체의 SWOT 대표 요인들을 도출하였고, 인도네시아에 진출한 한국 섬유산업 중, 원단생산업체 내 전문가들을 대상으로 FGI방식을 통해 2차 SWOT 대표요인들을 도출하였다. AHP 분석기법에 따라, SWOT 대표요인들로 계층모형을 만들고, 설문을 실시하여 의사결정요인들의 최종가중치와 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 인도네시아에 기존에 진출한 기업과 향후 진출을 목표로 하고 있는 기업에게 도움이 될 수 있는 경영전략을 제시하고자 한다.

The aim of this study is to develop suitability site indicator of urban-rural return to fishing and to analysis priority of the indicators. The study is based on literature review, expert survey and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods. This study found 5 factors(natural environment, acceptance environment, social overhead capital, economy, fishing environment) and 21 detail variables. as a result of AHP, fisheries resources, acquisition convenience of fishing license, income(except fishing), attitude of local resident, one-person household income, high income fishing were showed high priority. This result indicate that economic foundation is most important factor for suitable site of the returning.

BIM (Building Information Model/Modeling) is attracting attention not only as a unit technology, but also as a factor that can promote the transformation of the entire construction industry process. This study aims to investigate the status and cases of policy introduction and legalization of BIM in foreign countries for the advancement of their own construction industry, and to discover policy implications that can be applied to Korea. The first survey uncovered policy elements, and based on this, the second survey conducted an in-depth survey of experts in actual BIM service and research activities. Looking at each priority, BIM standardization, mandating BIM in projects, payment standard establishment, and PQ additional points were given the highest level of importance.

본 연구는 AHP기법을 이용한 평생교육진흥기본계획 수립을 위한 정책 중요도 분석을 위해 대전시 평생교육 실천현장의 평생교육전문가와 평생교육기관장, 평생교육담당자 및 평생교육사 32명을 대상으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)방법을 활용하여 추진과제의 영역과 하위 요소의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 조사하고 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 추진과제 영역별 상대적 중요도는 1) 대학 중심 평생교육체제 실현 2) 온 오프라인 평생학습 종합지원체제 구축 3) 사회통합을 위한 맞춤형 평생학습 지원 4)지역사회의 학습역량 강화 순으로 나타났다. 추진과제 요소별 상대적 중요도는 1) 성인학습자를 위한 대학체제 전환 2) 온라인 평생학습 지원체제 구축 3) 지역대학의 평생교육 역할 강화 4) 세대별 대상별 맞춤형 평생학습 지원 5) 기초 광역 지자체의 평생교육 추진체제 강화 6) 전문성 투명성 강화를 통한 평생교육 질적 향상 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 앞으로 제3차 평생교육진흥기본계획 수행에 있어서 추진과제의 영역 및 요소들이 모두 중요하지만 그 중에서도 특히 '대학 중심 평생교육체제 실현' 영역과 '성인학습자를 위한 대학체제 전환' 요소 등에 대한 비중있는 수행이 이루어져야 함을 시사한다.

This paper proposes an application methodology of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) based decision making theory for improvement priority by assessment of various risk factors affecting on deterioration of water supply systems, as major social infrastructure. AHP method is organized with three level of hierarchy which is introduced for multi-criteria decision making in this study. In the first level, assessment outputs are calculated by AHP for each affecting factor. In the second level, criteria are estimated by using assessment results with respect to structural and environmental factors. Consequently, ranking decision is performed in the third level. In order to present the effectiveness, a proposed method is compared with FCP(Fuzzy Composite Programming) for decision making. Since the results of the proposed method show better performance with consistent results, it can be applied as an efficient information for the determination for improvement priority of the study infrastructure.

본 논문의 연구목적은 의료기관에서의 경영성과측정에 사용하는데 사용되는 성과 요인들의 우선순위를 연구하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 계층분석기법을 사용하였다. 또한 의료기관의 경영성과를 측정하는 성과측정요인과 그에 따른 핵심성과 요인(Key Performance Indicator : KPI)은 Kaplan과 Norton의 균형성과표(BSC) 측정방식을 응용하였다. 이를 위해서 연구자는 실험적이고 확정적인 요인 분석을 실시하여 성과측정요인을 생성하였고, 이들 측정요인들의 신뢰성과 타당성을 조사하였다. 92개 종합병원급 의료기관 중에서 56개의 병원으로부터 유효한 설문지에 대한 답을 얻었다. 요인분석으로 성과측정지표를 개발한 후에는 이들 요인들 사이의 우선순위를 결정하기 위하여 계층분석기법(AHP)을 사용하였다. AHP 분석의 결과로 우리는 성과측정요인과 그의 핵심성과지표들의 중요도에 따라 정렬된 리스트를 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 급변하는 의료환경에서 각 의료기관들이 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 경영전략의 하나로 채택하고 있는 경영성과분석 전략의 방향과 기준을 제시할 수 있다.

The 6th industrialization is one of the most important policies for Korean agricultural sector, and Korean government allocates the large portion of policy budget to promote the 6th industrialization. However, recently, Korean government has experienced the confusion and inefficiency due to too many policy programs for the 6th industrialization. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current policy programs for the 6th industrialization and to suggest the several guidelines for the more efficient policy system, including the priority of policy programs for the 6th industrialization. The results of studies present a few findings as follows: First, Korean government should evenly promote the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd industry in agricultural sector. Second, the main agent of the 6th industrialization needs to be the ministry of agriculture, food and rural affairs. Third, the policy resource for the 6th industrialization should be focused on the prominent farmers or enterprises. Forth, the policy programs for the 6th industrialization need to be grouped.

현재 각 관리 주체별로 절토사면에 대한 유지관리를 시행하고 있으나 평가항목 및 평가모형이 다양하고 접근방법이 상호보완적이지 못하므로 보편성 및 객관성이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 기존 절토사면 평가기법에 대한 분석을 통하여 합리적인 모형개발을 위한 접근을 시도하고 붕괴사례 분석을 통하여 붕괴 주요원인 및 인자를 발굴하고 이를 계층분석기법(AHP)을 이용하여 기존 절토사면의 조사 평가단계에서 조사우선순위를 결정하기 위한 평가표를 작성하였다.
