It is expected that the change of industrial structure of Knowledge based economy, and service based economy would affect on economic life of physically-challenged person with no exceptions. There have been some former studies which have been misunderstood the employment of disabled due to the declining employment of the disabled and prejudice to the disabled based on biased perspective and public opinion. This study have analyzed the employment conditions of the ordinary workers and disabled workers out of those prejudices and biased opinions. Wage, economic activity ratio, age, educational background and industry those 5 parameters are brought for analyzing the two comparison group. Each parameter have compared based on the statistical data of ordinary workers and disabled workers for past 7 years. Weight between each parameter have been drawn by collecting the experts' opinion using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and utility of employment of two comparison groups have been estimated through progress inclination of each parameter. Through the estimated outcome, present condition and controversial issues and way of improvement of domestic employment of ordinary workers and the disabled is mentioned.

This paper presents the state of the art of computational structures technology(CST) and comparison of two computational mechanics - CST and CFD, to the CFD engineers. Classical mechanics is based on the five classical axioms which describe the motion and behaviors of the continuum materials like solid structures and fluids. Computational structures technology uses the finite element method to solve the governing equation, whereas finite volume method is generally used in CFD. A few famous commercial structural analysis programs and DIAMOND/IPSAP will be introduced. DIAMOND/IPSAP is the efficient parallel structural analysis package developed by our research team. DIAMOND/IPSAP shows the better performance than the commercial structural analysis software not only in the parallel computing environments but also in a single computer.

This paper proposes an fill-factor algorithm that determines embedding parameters which are needed in optimal attractor reconstruction. For reliability test, using this algorithm, we reconstructs the attractor of numerical chaotic data such as Duffing equation, Lorenz equation and Rossler equation whose embedding parameters are known. Also we reconstructs the attractor of experimental data and evaluates correlation dimension. Experimental data used in this paper are 38 ECG data of AHA(American Heart Association) ECG database. For numerical chaotic data, correlation dimension and Lyapunov exponent of reconstructed attractor are very close to those of attractor using original coordinate system.

This survey is mainly focus on identifying the efficacy of CPR training for 92 first responders who participated in the first aid and emergency rescue program dated on November 22 and November 24, 2000. First responders are trained and evaluated using AHA guideline for 4 hours. Data are analyzed by Percentage, Mean, T-test, F-test using SPSS program. The results for this study are as follows: 1. An average score for CPR evaluation is high as 1.71 of total score 2.0. 2. Between adult CPR and infant CPR, an average score for adult CPR is higher than infant CPR. The highest item of adult CPR and infant CPR is checking for unresponse(1.95 and 1.93), the lowest items are checking for circulation and chest compression position in the adult CPR and location of chest compression in the infant CPR 3. There are statistically significant differences in the evaluation score of CPR according to age, education level, occupation, job experience and emergency accident situation in the past.

Effects of thermomechanical treatments(TMT) on the microstructures and mechanical properties in Al-2.27%, Li-1.28%, Cu-0.63%, Mg-0.12%, Zr alloy were investigated. The TMT process improved the tensile strength. Growth of ${\delta}^{\prime}$, S' and $T_1$ phases was restrained by TMT processes while the density of ${\delta}^{\prime}$, S' and $T_1$ phases was increased by TMT processes. The TMT treated specimens tend to fail in inter-subboundary mode. The increases of strength by the T-HA processes were compared to those of the T-AHA processes.

This study examined the songs and play-games of youngsters who escaped from the North and came to South Korea. The 5 female and 1 male participant mostly entered South Korea through Chinese, Viet Nam and Cambodia after escaped from the North. Through individual interviews, the researcher collected 31 North Korean songs and 21 play-games. Themes of songs were devotion their's country and/or their's national leader, a television serial drama and such traditional play-songs as komojul-nomki(jumping the rubber rope). Data from the collected songs and play-games indicated similarity between South and North Korea; both North and South Korean children liked a television serial drama songs and both sides played similar games, through sometimes the name was different.

Purpose: It was to induce higher-level papers which can make Korea's Emergency Medical Service System better. Methods: This study was conducted by analysing of 250 papers published in the Journal of Korean Society of Emergency Medical Technology from 1997 to 2005. Results: Most of papers which dealt with non-clinic(94.4%), non-job description(76.8%), non-scope of practice(94.4%), other than AHA's recommendations such as response intervals and survival rates from cardiac arrest(90.4%) were written by professors(61.6%) and 1-2 authors(72.8%). Conclusion: It brought up some needs of enlargement of new members.

This paper describes pattern classification algorithm of ECG using back-propagation neural network. We presents new feature extractor using second order approximating function as the input signals of neural network. We use 9 significant parameters which were extracted by feature extractor. 5 most characterized ECG signal pattern is classified accurately by neural network. We use AHA database to evaluate the performance ol the proposed pattern classification algorithm.

In a dental treatment, a dentist has to know the possibility to happen all kinds of the emergency and to prepare for managing that situation. Especially, the cardiac arrest is the most serious emergent problem. If the accident were happened, most dentists got embarrassed. The American Heart Association (AHA) is offering the Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) programs for the healthcare who need to prepare the life threatening situation. The PALS is specialized to someone who participate in pediatric health-care field. This program is composed of three major emergency problems, such as respiratory emergencies, shock and cardiac arrests. The main concepts of the PALS are early recognition and systemic team approach. The purpose of this study was to introduce about PALS and to prepare response system for emergencies in the dental environment.

This paper presents the isolation and performance evaluation of PV systems installed at Tibet area of China in order to identity the key factors that determines system operation at a severe climate conditions and promote the cooperation of PV technology between Korea and China. The installed systems consist of 100kW on-grid connected PV systems, BOS(balance of systems), data acquisition and transmission equipments. The Korea side supplied the solar cell, BOS like as inverter, control box and monitoring system. And the Chinese side assembled solar module by using Koreans solar cells, constructed site and built control house.
