퍼지와 비례 제어를 이용한 지게차 AGV의 주행제어 (Fuzzy and Proportional Controls for Driving Control of Forklift AGV)

  • 본 논문은 지게차 AGV(autonomous ground vehicle)의 자율주행을 위한 제어 방법에 관한 연구이다. 기존에 개발된 지게차 AGV의 위치측정 방법으로는 자기-자이로 유도(magnet-gyro guidance) 방식과 유선 유도(wire guidance) 방법이 있지만, 유지보수에 대한 지속적인 노력과 비용문제가 있으며, 작업 환경의 변화에 따라 작업 환경을 재구성해야하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 외란에 강인하고 작업 환경 및 작업 내용의 변경에 유연한 시스템을 구축하기 위해 레이저 내비게이션 센서와 엔코더, 자이로 센서의 센서융합을 통한 위치측정 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 팔레트를 하역 운송해야하는 지게차 AGV의 주행제어를 위해 팔레트와 지게차 AGV 사이의 거리 차와 각도 차를 바탕으로 퍼지 제어 및 비례 제어를 이용한 주행제어기를 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 지게차 AGV를 위한 제어 시스템의 성능 분석을 위해 물류 운송작업이 가능한 작업공간에서 동일한 하역 작업을 10회 반복 하였다. 그 결과, 시뮬레이션에 의해 생성된 경로와 실제 주행경로의 최대 평균 오차가 87.77mm를 가짐을 확인하였다.

  • In this study, the unmanned vehicle to develop a preliminary step, we were facilities for Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) simulator is designed and implemented. Industry is increasingly the more advanced automation and management systems need to be efficient. These studies are at least 24-hour continuous unmanned vehicles and personnel can result in reduction of labor costs. In addition, safety accidents can be minimized in the industry as an effect of intelligent AGV is essential. This study is the initial step for the development of AGV. manufactured simulator to Simulation and drives the performance of the system is evaluated. The configuration of the simulator, ultrasonic sensors, infrared sensors, and using the obstacle were to follow a given path. In addition, two-way communication between the host computer and the main processor that was. communication method that IEE802.11 meets the standard is applied to high-speed wireless LAN systems, each of the sensor information is calculated. AGV having a drive shaft 4 of the four wheels are respectively independent structure. AGV's main processor is driven using a high-performance DSP, and the controller controls the steering device of the load could be significantly reduced.

  • Due to the increase in importance of factory-automation (FA) in the field of production, the importance of he autonomous guided vehicle's (AGV) role has also increased. This paper is about an active and effective controller which can flexibly prepare for changeable circumstances. For this study, research about an behavior-based system evolving by itself is also being considered. In this paper, constructed an active and effective AGV fuzzy controller to be able to carry out self-organization. To construct it, we tuned suboptimally membership function using a genetic algorithm (GA) and improved the control efficiency by self-correction and the generation of control rules.

  • Facilities are getting more automated and informative in modern manufacturing systems, especially in semiconductor and LCD plants. These systems keep a great deal of such information on its current and near-future status as the arrival time and job completion time of their parts. This paper presents an efficient policy for AGV and part routing using information on the future status of the system where AGVs are playing a central role for material handling. Efficient control of AGVs is very important because AGV systems often become the bottleneck and limit the total production capacity of a very expensive plant. The cell controller records the future events chronologically in Next Event Schedule, and uses this list to determine to which place the AGVs and parts to be sent.

뉴로퍼지방식 광유도식 무인반송차의 경로추종 제어 (A Path-Tracking Control of Optically Guided AGV Using Neurofuzzy Approach)

  • 경로 추적의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서 이 논문에서는 광유도식 무인방송차(AGV)의 뉴로퍼지 컨트롤러를 제안한다. 2바퀴 각각 조향 기능이 있는 AGV의 전방과 후방에 센서들이 장작되어 있으며, 그 센서들의 정보를 이용하여 AGV의 경로를 유도하게 된다. 측정된 광센서가 연속적인 데이터가 아니기 때문에 광유도식 AGV 는 쉽게 경로를 이탈하게 되고 경로 추적 성능은 떨어지게 된다. 광센서의정보들은 on/off 신호에 의해 발생되므로 비연속적으로 얻어지게 되고, 동적 오착가 측정되어진다. 센서에 의해 정보를 얻은 후 동적 오차는 좌우측 바퀴의 각 속도를 이용한 데드 레코닝(Dead Reckoning) 방법에 의해 연속적으로 계산되어진다. 여기서, 추정 윤곽 오차는 측정 윤관오차를 윤곽오차의증북(Variation)의 합의로 정의된다. 뉴로퍼지 시스템은 퍼지 제어기와 신경회로망으로 이루어졌다. 추정 윤곽 오차를 줄이기 위해 역전파 (Back-Propagation) 학습에 의해 퍼지 맴버쉽 함수의 계수들은 적응적으로 조정된다. 제안된 기존의 퍼지 제어기와 비교분석된다. 성능 분석을 위해 제안된 제어 이론은 모의 실험에 의해 검증된다.

  • This paper describes a vision-based line-tracking system for AGV and steering control scheme. For detect the guideline quickly and exactly, We use four line-points which complement and predict each other. This low-cost line-tracking system is efficiently using PC-based real-time vision processing, Steering control is studied through an steering controller with guide-line angle and line-point error. This method is tested via a typical AGV with a single camera in laboratory environment.

  • This paper introduces a clean mobile robot fur 4th generation LCD cassette, which is guided by optical sensor and position compensation using vision module. The mobile robot for LCD cassette transfer might be controlled by AGV controller which has powerful algorithms. It offers optimum routes to the destination of clean mobile robot by using dynamic dispatch algorithm and MAP data. This clean mobile robot is equipped with 4 axes fork type manipulator providing repeatability accuracy of $\pm$ 0.05mm.

  • We design Collision Avoidance System using model vehicle. The purpose of this system(Collision Avoidance System) is to maintain continuously constant distance between a forward running vehicle and a following automatic guided vehicle(AGV). For this system, we design modeling of vehicle and observe this through simulation. By sing super sonic sensors to measure the distance between vehicles and controller using 80c196kc for changing velocity of motor, we design Collision Avoidance System as maintaining continuously constant distance between vehicles.

  • This paper presents a hierarchical real-time operation control and monitoring scheme of the FMS/CIM center which has been implemented at the Automation and Systems Research Institute of Seoul National University. The hierarchical structure of the whole scheme consists of three lavers. The upper layer is in charge of on-line scheduling, computer network control, shop-floor monitoring and command generation for AGV dispatching, machining, assembly, inspection, set-up, etc. The middle layer has six modules, which are installed in the FMS host computer with the upper layer and run on the multi-tasking basis. Each module is connected to one of six cell controllers distributed in the FMS model plant and transfers operation command down to each cell controller through the Ethernet/TCP-IP local area network. The lower layer is comprised of six cell control software modules for machining cell, assembly cell, inspection cell, set-up stations. AS/RS and AGV. Each cell controller reports the status of the manufacturing facilites to the middle layer as well as ecxecuting the appropriate sequence control of the manufacturing processes.
