중소병원 의료기관 종사자의 COVID-19 AstraZeneca (ChAdOx1) 백신 접종 영향요인과 접종 후 이상 반응 실태조사 (Factors Influencing COVID-19 AstraZeneca (ChAdOx1) Vaccination and Side Effects among Health Care Workers in an Acute General Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors affecting COVID-19 vaccination and associated side effects among health care workers in a small and medium-sized hospital. Methods: In May 2021, 301 workers out of a total of 670 working in a small and medium-sized hospital in Gyeonggi-do, were surveyed. The small and medium-sized hospital treats patients with COVID-19. Health care workers across different medical institutions responded with self-reported internet questionnaires. Factors influencing COVID-19 vaccination were analyzed via logistic regression. Results: Out of 301 subjects, 89.0% showed an intention to inoculate, and 85.7% were vaccinated against COVID-19. The most frequent reason for vaccination was responsibility as a medical worker. The fear of adverse reactions was the most frequent reason for non-vaccination. Adverse reactions after inoculation occurred in 70.9% of cases, and 30.6% were referred for treatment of adverse reactions. The factors ultimately influencing COVID-19 vaccination were vaccination intention, previous side effects from other vaccinations, occupation, and age. Conclusion: In order to improve the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccination, a systematic approach is required to determine the risk factors associated with the young age of the administrative staff/personnel, subjects with a history of side effects associated with other vaccines, and health care workers who do not intend to be vaccinated. It is important to develop strategies to improve immunization. In addition, accurate and essential information regarding the side effects of vaccination is needed, along with appropriate education and publicity.

  • Despite a general acknowledgement of the importance of thorough needs analysis, a lot of training and education programmes are not considering needs analysis. When it is actually done, needs analysis is often trial and error or conducted in a fairly ad hoc manner. we are feel to needs for systematic approach to training and education needs analysis. We investigated the training and education needs for safety management system of railway manager. railway manager is just object to safety management team. we are develop to questionnaire design for safety management system in railway safety management. The questionnaire is separate to expert and a staff in charge related railway safety. We are discusses to primary needs safety management system in railway management team, and proposed to adapting training needs analysis method in railway safety.

Online Learning after One Year of Digital Schooling in Romania: A Survey

  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemics, Romanian schools functioned online since March 2020, with more or less all school activities being implemented online, using the digital resources and technology. Although none of the key factors involved in education (teachers, pupils, parents) were prepared (emotionally, technically, economically etc.), online education was imposed ad a necessity to continue the teaching-learning-evaluation process, and teachers at all school levels were forced to rapidly adapt to online schooling. In this paper, we aim to investigate the perception of all three educational actors (pupils, parents and teachers) regarding the efficacy of online teaching and learning, based on a survey with 7701 respondents. Research data is relevant for online schooling in Romania between March 2020 and March 2021.

  • 본 논문에서는 이동 에드 혹 네트워크(Mobile Ad-hoc network: MANET)에서의 상황인식 기반의 에너지 스케쥴링 기법인 ESWC(Energy Scheduling Weighted-value Control) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 MANET에서 노드의 에너지를 관리하기 위한 여러 가지의 방법들이 제안 되고 있다. 특히 이동노드들의 경우 이동성에 따라 에너지 소모율이 다르며, 이때 상호 노드간 전송하는 데이터와 상호 위치에 따라 에너지 소모율은 다르게 된다. 본 논문에서는 계층적 클러스터 단위의 동적인 토폴로지에서 전송 거리와 전송 데이터의 패킷량이 어떠한 상호관계에 따라 노드의 소모 에너지에 미치는 영향이 있는지를 분석한다. ESWC에서 도출된 에너지의 가중치 결과는 최종적으로 전송 경로에 있어 에너지 소모율을 분석하여 네트워크상에서 전체적인 노드의 라이프타임을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 본 연구의 주어진 모의실험환경에서 노드의 방향성 및 시간에 따른 이동성을 반영함으로써 에너지 효율적인 클러스터링 및 라우팅 경로 알고리즘이 제공되어 네트워크의 최적화된 에너지 소모 결과를 보여주었다.

  • Delay Tolerant Network (DTN)란 노드 간 통신의 지연 시간이 길고 연결 단절이 자주 일어나는 네트워크 상황에서 데이터를 안정적으로 전달할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있는 네트워크를 말한다. DTN은 노드들 간의 연결 정도의 강약을 파악하여 연결 정도가 높은 노드를 통해 목적 노드로 메시지를 전달하는 방식을 사용한다. 노드들의 움직임이 빠르고 서로간의 거리가 멀어 지속적인 종단 간 연결성이 보장 되지 않는 상황일 때 DTN을 사용하면 안정적인 전송이 가능하다. 이때 이 노드들의 움직임을 예측 할 수 있다면 더 효과적인 메시지 전달이 가능 할 것이다. 이 논문에서는 이동 노드의 속도와 목적지 등과 같은 이동성 정보를 이용해 노드의 위치를 예측하여 효과적인 메시지 전달 경로를 결정하는 이동 예측 기반의 DTN 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 Mobility Strategy Sharing Location Service Protocol을 발전시켜 위치 정보 업데이트의 오버헤드를 최소화한다.

스테른 게를라흐(Stern-Gerlach)의 실험을 이용한 이동 예측 기법 (Prediction method of node movement using the Stern-Gerlach experiment)

  • 본 논문에서는 노드의 속성정보를 통해 노드의 움직임을 예측하는 PPoP(The Path Prediction algorithm based on Probability) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 이동 예측 알고리즘들은 GPS(Global Positioning System)를 사용해 노드의 이동을 학습을 통해 패턴화 하여 예측한다. 이때, 노드들이 이동 패턴을 벗어날 경우 예측률이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스테른 게를라흐의 실험(Stern-Gerlach experiment)을 분석하여 노드의 이동성을 예측하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 알고리즘에서는 노드의 이동 경로를 staore-carry-forward 방식으로 상황 인지에 의한 경로 설정 변경 예측 방법으로 이동 예측 확률 기법이다. 모의실험 결과 제안한 방법을 사용하여 노드의 이동성 및 패턴을 벗어난 상황에서도 노드의 예측 하고자 한다.

  • A series of functionalized furans were synthesized by way of a palladium-catalyzed coupling reaction of 2,3,5-trisubstituted furans with aryl chlorides through C-H bond cleavages at C-4 position. The feature of the reaction was facilitative preparation of furan derivatives with good functional group tolerance. All reactions gave the desired products in moderate to good yields in the presences of $BuAd_2P$ and t-BuOK in DMF at $120^{\circ}C$ after 15 h.

  • Motivation for learning is important for positive learning outcomes as well as for measured achievement levels. When students come to our classes, they bring with them learning histories in which we as individual teachers, most likely, did not have an input. Our students do not only bring with them different levels of prerequisite leanings but also different levels of affect for what they will be learning. If we leave their final learning at the mercy of these entry characteristics, a test given the first day before the course will have almost isomorphic results with their achievement levels on the last day. The ones who had 'it' on the first day will be the ones who in the future will also have 'it', not too different from what the present situation is all over the world. These circumstances will tend to be the case ad infinitum, unless of course, we want to change the situation. This research clearly shows that effective instructional methodologies coupled with cooperative peer interactions not only have an impact on achievement but also on positive attitudes toward one's learning.

불일치 사례로 유발되는 초등학생들의 반응에 대한 정성적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on the Elementary School Students' Responses Produced by a Discrepant Event)

  • In this study, elementary school students' responses toward a discrepant event about a float-or-sink problem were investigated through semi-structured interviews. Initial participants were 61 fifth-grade students from two elementary schools. After excluding the students who did not possess the target misconception from the results of a preconception test and who were not willing to participate in an interview, 31 students (14 males and 17 females) were finally interviewed by two teacher-interviewers. During the interviews, students were first provided with a hands-on experiment which was the same as the situation in the preconception test, and then they were asked about believability of the discrepant event, inconsistency between the discrepant event and their existing conceptions, and belief change after experiencing the discrepant event. Interviews were audio- and video-taped, and then were transcribed by two interviewers. After analyzing the interview transcriptions, we found four types of students' responses; rejection, uncertainty, peripheral belief change, and belief change. We also found that belief change response type should be classified into three distinctive subtypes; belief decrease, ad-hoc belief change, and analytical-abductive belief change.
