We investigated an anti-aliasing (AA) filter for digital camera photography by which the excessively high-frequency components of the image signal are suppressed to avoid the aliasing effect. Our optomechanical AA filter was implemented by applying rapid relative motions to the imaging sensor. By the engineered motion blur of the mechanical dithers, the effective point-spread function (PSF) of the imaging system could be tailored to reject the unwanted high-frequency components of the image. For optimal operations, we developed a spiral filter motion protocol that could produce a Gaussian-like PSF. We experimentally demonstrated that our AA filter provides an improved filtering characteristic with a better compromise of the rejection performance and the signal loss. We also found that the pass band characteristic can be enhanced further by a color-differential acquisition mode. Our filter scheme provides a useful method of digital photography for low-error image measurements as well as for ordinary photographic applications where annoying $moir{\acute{e}}$ patterns must be suppressed efficiently.

We present a method for deriving most optimal filter system by which the accuracy of derived physical quantities can be maximized. Using Kurucz(1978)'s model atmospheres, an optimal four filter system for F and G dwarfs is suggested, for which mean wavelengths are located at $3400{\AA}$, $3850{\AA}$, $4190{\AA}$, and $4600{\AA}$ with half-bandwidth of $200{\AA}$. It is found that 35, 38 and 42 filters of the DDO system and the $Str{\ddot{o}}mgren$ u and $\nu$ filters are close to those of the most optimal system.

Among other filters such as light filter, wave filter, air filter, ultra filter and filter paper, a novel adsorption filter from thermostable polyester nonwoven fabrics immobilized with functional super activated carbon by means of quinoline soluble, activateable isotropic pitch binder were developed in this study. The activated carbon precursor is available in the market branded as coconut shell based activated carbon(CCS-AC) produced by Dongyang Carbon Co. Ltd. BET-surface area of this precursor was $1,355\;m^2/g$, after KOH-activation it increased over $2,970\;m^2/g$ and was named as super activated carbon. In the preliminary research, this precursor was impregnated with $PdCl_2$(0.188 wt%) $KMnO_4$(3 wt%) and redox-agent(CuCl2, 0.577 wt%) in order to promote TOF up to 100/h and Selectivity up 99% and patented as a functional AC for the ethylene adsorption. The enhancement of the isotropic pitch binder to the AC-immobilized adsorption filter was BET-surface area upgraded by $266\;m^2/g$ and promoted the Iodine- and MB-adsorption by 1.4 times, respectively and also micro pore wide ranges < $5{\AA}{\sim}30\;{\AA}$ >.

We present the Programme of Monitoring of Flare Stars in the Orion aggregate by. CCD based. Photometer mounted at the Newtonian focus of 70/98/210-cm meniscus telescope through glass imaging quality C1 filter (3900${\AA}$/800${\AA}$) with a time resolution of 0.5-1.0 min.

A white light flare was observed at the limb on 16 August 1989 in He 10830 ${\AA}$ spectra, H$\alpha$ slit jaw photo-grams, and white light filter-grams of ${\lambda}=5600{\AA}{\pm}800{\AA}$. The kernels of the white light flare are not spatially related with Ha brightenings, suggesting that the flare energy would be released at the photosphere.

라돈 자핵종의 알파 측정용 여과지 매질에 대한 평가를 위한 연구는 물리적 특성조사로 여과지의 정전하 충전과 역학적 강도가 조사된 후, 시료채취 전과 후 여과지에 부가되는 압력차로 여과지의 성질을 시험하였으며, 알파 스팩트럼분석으로 여과지내 부착된 라돈 자핵종의 에너지스펙트럼을 분석하여 성능지수를 계산한 후 여과지의 특성을 비교 평가하였다. 평가의 결과 새로운 여과지 매질은 과거의 표준인 Millipore AA보다 크게 유리한 점은 없었으나, 정전하가 문제되는 곳에서는 Metricel DM-800을 권고하였다. 또한 평가방법은 새로 개발될 여과지들의 물리적 특성과 매질의 수집효율을 고려하여 라돈 자핵종의 알파 측정용 여과지 매질 평가를 위해 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

We have obtained photometry of stars in NGC 2264 with several combinations of H$\alpha$ filters and continuum filters. The main purpose of these observations was to determine the best filter combination for selecting low ma!,s member stars in their Pre-Main Sequence (PMS) stage using H$\alpha$ photometry. A narrow band H$\alpha$ filter (${\Delta}{\lambda}$ = $l0{\AA}$) with any combination of continuum filters showed the highest resolution in the H$\alpha$ photometry.

표면 탄성파 필터 적절한 임피던스 정합 조건도 얻고자 단상 단방향성 및 양방향성 변환기형 필터를 제작하였다. 그리고 경사진 빗살무의 변환기 형태인 표면 탄성파 필터 제작하기 위하여 Langasite 기판위에 빗살무의 전극들을 형성시켜 모의실험을 수행하였으며, 전극재료로는 Al-Cu를 사용하였다. Langasite 기판위에 형성시킨 단상 단방향성 필터의 전극 수는 50쌍, 두께는 $5000{\AA}$으로 하였으며, 반사기 폭은 $3.6{\mu}m$이고 전극 폭과 전극과 반사기 사이의 간격은 각각 $1.2{\mu}m$로 하였다. 양방향성 필터에서는 전극 폭과 간격은 각각 $1.8{\mu}m$로 하였다. 제작한 필터의 임피던스 정합 후 주파수 특성에서 중심 주파수는 190MHz, 대역폭은 5.3MHz정도로 측정되었으며, 리플 특성은 0.3dB 이하이고, -20dB 정도의 삽입 손실이 측정되었다.

본 연구는 시설재배에서 관비, 양액재배에 가축액비를 활용하기 위하여 한외여과막(UF) 분리 후 역삼투막 (RO)에서 농축액비를 제조하였다. 농축액비의 양분불균형을 조정하기 위하여 친환경농자재를 첨가하여 액비를 제조하였다. 처리구는 농축액비와 친환경농자재를 혼합하여 시용하는 조합처리를 두었으며 농축액비 단독처리구 (CS), 농축액비의 부족성분인 인산을 보충한 농축액비+골분혼합처리구 (CS+BM), 농축액비에 안산, 질소성분 보충을 위한 골분, 동물성아미노산 혼합처리구 (CS+BM+AA), 농축액바에 인산, 질소, 무기물 성분 보충을 위한 골분, 동물성아미노산, 해초분말 혼합처리구 (CS+BM+AA+SW)와 대조구로 원예연구소 상추 표준양액구 (NS) 등 5개 처리구를 두었다. 상추(Lactuca sativa L.)를 공시하여 수경재배에서 상추의 생육과 수량에 미치는 액비의 영향을 검토하였다. 1. UF/RO 공정을 통하여 SS (Suspended solid)의 수치가 20 이하로 양액 재배시 막힘 문제가 없는 액비의 생산이 가능하였다. UF/RO에서 생산된 농축액의 비료가치는 식물생육에 필요한 질소, 칼리, 황 등 다량의 다량원소와 다양한 미량원소를 함유하고 있어서 비료로서 가치가 있었으나 칼리함량이 상대적으로 높고 질소, 인산 함량이 낮아 농축액비 (CS) 단독처리구는 양분의 불균형을 초래하여 생육이 불량하여 상추수량이 화학양액대비 51%의 저조한 수량을 나타내었다. 2. 농축액비에 골분, 동물성아미노산, 해초분말을 혼합한 시용구는 대조구인 표준양액과 대비 84% 상추수량을 나타내었다. 따라서 농축액비에 골분, 동물성아미노산, 해초분말을 첨가한 혼합용액을 조제하면 화학양액에 비하여 수량감소가 16% 있었으나 유기물에서 유래한 액비로 상추 수경재배에 활용이 가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

Relationships between surface structure and adsorption properties of smoke components were investigated in surface-modified and un-modified activated carbon filter cigarettes. Commercially available activated carbon was treated with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, and their pore volume, surface structure, BET surface area, pore type and size were studied. BET surface area and pore volume were decreased by nitric acid treatment, but median pore diameter was 8.1 $\AA$, which showed better development of pore compared with that of un-modified activated carbon, 6.9 $\AA$. In case of hydrogen peroxide treatment, BET surface area and pore volume were increased. Their pore was found to be a slit type based on V-t plot analysis. Neutralization capacities for bases of different strength (NaHCO3, Na2CO3, NaOEt and NaOH) showed that the majority of the acidic surface groups are of weak acidity. Modification of the activated carbon surface led to a slight change in adsorption properties when analyzing the smoke of triple-filter cigarette with surface-modified activated carbon.
