대학들은 급변하는 사회 환경에 적합한 교육역량 수준을 높이기 위해 다양한 방법들을 찾고 있다. 본 논문에서는 조사 항목을 수정, 보완한 만족도 사전조사를 개강 전에 실행하여 학업성취도를 높이고 전공 이탈자의 비율을 낮춰 교육 성과를 높이는 방안을 제안한다. 일반적인 만족도 조사 이후에 시행되는 교육품질 개선(CQI) 방식을 보완하고자 만족도 사전조사를 시행하였다. 학생역량을 강화하기 위해 설계가 진행 중인 인공지능형 메디치 플랫폼에 적용할 수 있는 머신러닝 기법의 랜덤 포레스트를 활용하여 중요한 데이터의 예측 및 분석을 가능하게 하였다. 만족도 사전조사 데이터들을 전처리하여 수강 신청 학생들의 정보를 설명 변수로 정의하고 분류하여 모델 생성 및 학습하였다. 실험 환경은 주피터 노트북 3.7.7, Python 3.7에서 관련 알고리즘과 사이킷런(sklearn) 라이브러리를 함께 사용하였다. 제안하는 방안의 결과를 수업에 반영하여 수업 후에 진행하는 교육 만족도 조사의 변화와 중도 탈락생 수의 동향을 비교 분석하였다.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of globalization of Korean food according to well-being value perception and the foreign visitor Korean food experience. An analysis of variance and a linear regression analysis were conducted to analyze the hypotheses. The findings are summarized as follows: (1) The most important quality when eating Korean food was "taste" (37.3%). (2) The most important well-being value recognition items for Korean food were "kimchi" and "bulgogi". "Bibimbap is well-being food" (3.82 points) and "Korean food is healthy because it consists mainly of cereals and vegetables" (3.56 points). (3) The subjects highly recognized the "improvement in service quality of Korean restaurants" (3.59 points) with regard to the importance of a globalization strategy for Korean food. (4) High-intake Korean foods were "bibimbap", "baechookimchi", "galbigui", "pajeon", and "bulgogi", in that order. In contrast, the intake frequency for "songpeon", "sikhei", and "guksu" was very low. (5) The subjects thought that the globalization possibility for Korean food was high, as foreigners ingested a lot of baechookimchi. (6) The most effective well-being value recognition item for globalizing Korean food was "Korean food is nutritious and good for the health" followed by "I have much interest in Korean well-being food". and "Korean food is a well-being food because it contains many fermented and seasonal items", in that order. (7) The most effective food for globalizing Korean food with a high-intake frequency was "baechookimchi", followed by "galbigui", "guksu", and "bibimbap".

소프트웨어 테스트는 소프트웨어 개발 과정에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 현재 많은 조직들이 테스트 성숙도를 높이기 위한 노력을 진행하고 있다. 그 중에서 일리노이공대의 TMM(Test Maturity Model)이 대표적이라고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 TMM은 바로 테스트 성숙수준을 측정하는데 문제가 있다. 그래서 TMM과 테스트 프로세스를 향상시킬 수 있는 TPI(Test Process Improvement) 모델을 통해, 우리는 Enhanced-TMM에 테스트 속성과 성숙도 상호관련 매트릭스를 사용한 테스트 성숙수준 측정 방법을 구체적으로 제안하고자 한다.

In this paper, a new active circuit for common-mode voltage (CMV) cancellation in three-level NPC (neutral-point clamped) inverters is proposed, which can avoid the saturation of the common-mode transformer (CMT). The proposed circuit utilizes an additional three-level leg to produce the compensating CMV of the NPC inverters, which eliminates the CMV of the inverter through the CMT.

Recently, rainfall induced hazard has been increased gradually, for example, typhoon Rusa in 2002 and Maemi in 2003. In addition, localized heavy rainfall has been also caused tremendous damage to railroad systems. Measured data from the Meteorological Adminstration sometimes, However, are not in accordance with those of rain gauges in local area, because of its good distance. This study develop automatic alarming software to estimate and prevent these kind of rainfall induced hazards in railroad system with online transportation.

본 논문은 신재생에너지 보급 확대를 위해 2002년도부터 국내에서 시행되고 있는 발전차액지원제도의 시행성과의 평가기준으로서의 성과지표를 개발하였다. 제안한 성과지표는 평가자의 주관이 개입될 수 있는 지의 여부에 따라 정량(계량)지표와 정성(비계량)지표로 구분하고, 사업시행절차에 따른 투입, 과정, 산출, 그리고 결과지표로 구분하여 성과지표를 구성하였으며, 유관기관별 성과지표의 정보공유체계를 제안하였다.

The hydrodynamic flow between two eccentric cylinders is examined for small values of modified Reynolds number porosity parameter and the non-dimensional slip velocity parameter in the presence of a radial magnetic field. The stream function and the pres-sure distribution are calculated and the results are presented graph-ically.

This paper presents a method for optimal operation to improve reliability of MicroGrid systems considering load types and interruption cost. The objective functions such as power losses cost, operation cost of dispersed generations, power purchasing cost, and interruption cost are minimized for reliability improvement and efficient operation. The several indices for reliability evaluation are improved by renewable energy sources installation.

Geumgang 2nd agricultural comprehensive development project is to develope the infrastructure in 43,000ha agricultural area. For this is the very large project, it is necessary to consider the plan of water use comprehensively. Therefore, watershed water balance model for this project has been developed and a variety of analysis has been carried out. And Geumgang Project Water Management System has been developed for the manager of irrigation facilities.
