아임계 및 초임계 조건의 물을 이용하여 캐나다산 Athabasca 오일샌드로부터 역청 추출 및 황 제거 실험을 수행하였다. 0~120 min의 반응시간, 360, $380^{\circ}C$의 온도, 15~30 MPa의 압력 및 $0.074{\sim}0.61g/cm^3$의 물 밀도를 변화시키면서 micro reactor에서 역청 수율을 조사하였다. 역청 수율은 온도에 상관없이 압력이 증가할수록 증가하였으며, 특히 초임계 영역에서 수증기 개질반응에 의해 생성된 수소에 의해 역청의 수율이 급격히 증가하였다. 전체 기상 생성량은 압력 증가에 따라 감소하였으나 $380^{\circ}C$에서 황과 수소의 생성분율은 25 및 30 MPa로 압력 증가에 따라 소량 증가하였다. 이상의 결과는 초임계 조건이 수소의 생성과 황의 제거에 유리하다는 것을 보여준다. 초임계 조건$380^{\circ}C$, 25와 30 MPa)에서 역청 수율은 최대 약 22%였으며, 오일샌드에 함유된 황 제거율도 최대값 40%에 도달하였다.

기존 벙커C유에 바이오중유 혼합비율을 50%, 80% 및 100%로 변화시키면서, 발전기 출력 320 MW, 380 MW 일 때 각각의 시간당 연료소비량을 측정하였다. 벙커C유 전소일 때의 시간당 연료소비량과 비교한 결과 발전기 출력 320 MW에서 바이오중유 혼합비율이 50%부터 100%까지 높아짐에 따라 시간당 연료소비량이 11.0%에서 20.4%까지 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 발전기 출력 380 MW에서는 바이오중유 혼합비율이 50%부터 100%까지 높아짐에 따라 시간당 연료소비량이 12.0%에서 21.1%까지 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 더 나아가 측정된 시간당 연료소비량과 발전기 출력, 연료의 고위발열량을 이용하여 발전효율을 산출하였고, 발전기 출력 320 MW, 380 MW에서 모두 바이오중유 혼합비율이 50%부터 100%까지 높아지면서 발전효율은 감소함을 확인하였다.

A voltage controlled oscillator for the local oscillator in 380 MHz TRS handset is designed and fabricated. To improve the phase noise characteristics, the NEC's 2SC4226 transistor with NF=1.2 at 1 GHz and Toshiba's 1SV229 varactor diode with Q=70 are used. And an inductor of VCO is realized by microstrip line. At the bias condition of 5 V and 10 mA, the output power and phase noise in the operating frequency range of 357∼387 MHz are above 3.7 dBm and 111 dBc/Hz at 12.5KHz offset from the carrier, respectively. And FM sensitivity deviation are within ±0.4 KHz. This VCO is well suited for TRS handset.

본 연구에서는 발포질석을 글리세롤로 코팅하여 인에 대한 흡착력을 높인 발포질석 흡착제 제조 및 인 제거능력을 평가하였다. 발포질석과 4 mol%의 황산을 포함한 글리세롤을 1:4 비율로 혼합 후 380, 580, $780^{\circ}C$로 가열하여 다공성 탄소층을 발포질석 표면에 부착하였다. $380^{\circ}C$로 가열한 질석의 경우 비표면적인 $53.1m^2/g$을 나타내었으며, TGA 분석을 통해 탄소성분의 산화로 인한 질량손실이 가장 큰 것으로 분석되었다. $380^{\circ}C$로 제조된 코팅 발포질석을 이용한 수용액 속의 인 제거를 흡착모델에 적용해보니 Langmuir 모델에 더 적합하며 여기로부터 구한 최대제거량은 714.3 mg/kg으로 기존 점토광물을 이용한 인 흡착연구결과보다 더 흡착용량이 뛰어난 것을 알 수 있었다.

We find a metastable vortex state of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy free layer in spin transfer torque magnetic tunneling junctions by using micromagnetic simulations. The metastable vortex state does not exist in a single layer, and it is only found in the trilayer structure with the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy polarizer layer. It is revealed that the physical origin is the non-uniform stray field from the polarizer layer.

Reactions of methylenethioxanthene (3) with n-propanethiol in the presence of di-t-butyl peroxide(DTBP) afforded preferentially propyl 9-thioxanthenylidenemethyl sulfide(8) rather than propyl 9-thioxanthenylmethyl sulfide(9) regardless of the concentration of n-propanethiol. On the other hand reactions of 3 with a low concentration of n-propanethiol in the presence of dibenzoyl peroxide(DBPO) gave 8, 1,2-bisthioxanthenylidene ethane(11), and thioxanthenylidenemethyl benzoate(12) but only 8 was formed at high concentration of the thiol. The formations of these products were rationallized by an electron transfer mechanism.

Extracting informative representation of molecules using graph neural networks(GNNs) is crucial in AI-driven drug discovery. Recently, the graph research community has been trying to replicate the success of self supervised in natural language processing, with several successes claimed. However, we find the benefit brought by self-supervised learning on applying varitional auto-encoders can be potentially effective on molecular data.

In this study, we investigated effect of Mo addition on mechanical properties of Cu added ADI. Ductile cast iron specimens were austenitized at $900^{\circ}C$ for 150 min and then austempered at $380^{\circ}C$ for the various time periods from 15 min to 480 min. Mo added ADI had a higher volume fraction of retained austenite, and the volume fraction of retained austenite was determined by XRD analysis. As decreasing volume fraction of retained austenite, the elongation was also decreased as expected. But the UTS and yield strength were not decreased.

Between Jan. 1962 and Dec. 1988 380 cases of palliative operations were done in 357 patients for congenital heart disease. These includes 55 cases of classic Blalock-Taussig shunt, 212 cases of modified Blalock-Taussig shunt, 17 cases of Glenn shunt, 26 cases of Waterston shunt, 3 cases of Brock procedure, 33 cases of pulmonary artery banding, 6 cases of transpulmonary valvotomy, 4 cases of unifocalization, and 10 cases of open atrial septectomy. We divided the operative procedures into the conventional and the unconventional. Under the unconventional procedures, the cases since April, 1986 were only included. The number of patients who died within the early 30 days after operation is the following: 40 in systemic-pulmonary shunts, 2 in Brock procedure, 12 in PAB, 15 in unconventional procedures. The age of the patients who need palliative operation is lowering more and more and their characteristics of the disease is being transferred to the more complexities. So the role of palliative surgery in the congenital heart disease is changing.

현재 정보이용자는 icloud, google drive등과 같은 clouding storage 서비스를 이용하여 자신의 정보를 저장한다. 하지만 서버와 사용자간의 데이터 전송 시 발생할 수 있는 데이터 손실, 서버에 저장된 데이터 삭제 및 소유권 문제 등이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 발생 가능한 정보보안 문제를 해결하기 위한 기술들을 소개하려 한다.
