  • 본 논문에서는 사회복지사의 직무만족과 자기효능감과의 관계에 대한 실증적 탐색을 위한 이론적 배경을 제안한다. 선행 연구들에 의하면 자기효능감이 높은 사람일수록 해당 직무를 적극적으로 선택하고 많은 노력을 경주하고, 지속적으로 시도할 가능성이 높고 따라서 한 개인이 취하는 행동이나 과업이 성공할 확률이 높다고 한다. 하지만 사회복지 영역에 있어서는 업무의 특수성상, 다른 사회과학 영역에서와는 다른 이론적 차이점이 존재할 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 직무만족과 자기효능감에 대한 기존 사회과학 영역에서의 이론적 배경들을 살펴보고, 향후 실증분석을 통하여 사회복지실천 연구의 영역확장을 꾀할 수 있는 기초를 제공하고자 한다.

  • 인터넷의 확산과 함께 금융 산업에서 인터넷뱅킹의 등장은 은행 산업 전반에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 인터넷뱅킹은 더 이상 단순한 정보시스템이 아닌 은행의 경쟁력을 결정짓는 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 또한 국내 인터넷뱅킹 사용자의 증가로 인해 은행에서는 기존 인터넷뱅킹 사용자가 지속적으로 인터넷뱅킹을 이용할 수 있도록 여러 가지 전략을 개발하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 연구 분야에서 기술 수용에 대한 많은 연구들의 이론적 기반이 되었던 계획적 행동 이론(TPB)과 기술 수용 모델(TAM)을 인터넷뱅킹 이용의도 분석에 적용시켜 인터넷뱅킹 이용 행위를 실증 분석함으로써 지속적인 인터넷뱅킹 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하고자 하였다. 더 나아가 TPB 모형과 TAM 모형을 체계적으로 비교분석하여 인터넷뱅킹 이용의도에 관한 이론적 기초를 제시하고, 인터넷 환경에서 은행의 적극적인 인터넷뱅킹 활용에 도움이 될 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

Diffusion Theory of Spin Injection (스핀 주입에 대한 퍼짐 이론)

  • The diffusion theory for spin injection from magnetic layer into nonmagnetic layer was reviewed. Basic equations were derived and applied to a ferromagnet/semiconductor/ferromagnet system. The spin polarization and magnetoresistance were calculated. The reason for difficulty in detecting spin injection with magnetoresistance was explained, and a possible solution was discussed.

  • Iwata et al. analyzed the pseudorandomness of the block cipher Serpent which is a SPN-type transformation. In this parer, we introduce a generalization of the results, which can be applied to any SPN-type transformation. For the purpose, we give several explicit definitions and prove our main theorems. We will also apply our theorems to several SPN-type transformations including Serpent, Crypton and Rijndael.

  • The problem of determination of axial force in continuous welded rail(CWR) has attracted a number of railroad engineers due to its practical importance in prevention of accidents related to buckling and pull apart. In this paper, we investigated the application of the beam-column theory to presume the axial force in CWR and proposed the development process of the prediction equation and model to presume the axial force in CWR.

  • At first there was practice, then festivals and theory followed. Compared to the animation production, which is older then the medium film itself, festivals and theory in this area started with a delay. While animation programs where shown in film festivals like Cannes since the mid 1940s, the first animation festival in Annecy, France was founded in 1960, followed by several short-lived events in Romania, Italy and Tokyo and finally in 1972 by the second oldest festival up to date, Animafest Zagreb. Animation theory evolved in the late 1980s in the Anglo-American area with associations like the Society for Animation Studies, following its 'big sister' film studies. Expanding ever since as a research area, European animation studies in e.g. France, German speaking countries, Poland or Croatia have been catching up in recent years by organizing theoretical conferences and publications. A vivid synergy between practice, festivals and theory has always been a key factor for establishing a platform for the art form and culture of animation. However, in the past few years a trend could be observed towards a more intense interaction between animation festivals and theory. Animation festivals are hosting theoretical and scientific symposia or conferences, which are open for artist positions and insights into the industry. At the beginning of the lecture a short reflection of the concept of Animafest Scanner itself is followed by an introduction of the Symposium Expanded Animation at the media festival Ars Electronica Linz. The talk will subsequently focus on the multilayered academic symposia at the Festival of Animated Film ITFS and the International Conference on Animation, Effects, VR, Games and Transmedia in Stuttgart. These case studies will reveal the blurring boundaries between art, science, theory and industry as well as the specificities of the interplay between artists, practitioners, scholars, curators and festival visitors in different formats.

Hydraulic Characteristics of Fluid-Granule Mixed Flow in Embankment of Noncohesive Materials Due to Overflow (越流에 의한 非粘着性 堤體에서의 流體-固體 混合流의 水理特性)

  • This paper presents a theoretical analysis for a velocity profile of fluid-granule mixed flow and a sheet erosion of an embankment having noncohesive materials due to overflow. The velocity profile were obtained using the stress-strain relationships based on a grain-inertia regime and an erosion depth was obtained using dynamic Coulomb criterion. Experiments were performed to compare with theoretical values and fairly good agreements were found. Theoretical results on velocity profiles, which can be applied to any type of velocity profiles in a fluid-granule mixed flow, showed a considerable improvement for the existing theories on a debris flow. for a design purpose, formulas and figure diagrams for obtaining a velocity profile, an erosion depth, an overflow depth and a granular discharge were proposed for given values of a flood discharge, particle properties and embankment scale.

Strength Estimation of Die Cast Beams Considering Equivalent Porous Defects (다이캐스팅 보의 등가 기공결함을 고려한 강도평가)

  • As a shop practice, a strength estimation method for die cast parts is suggested, in which various defects such as pores can be allowed. The equivalent porosity is evaluated by combining the stiffness data from a simple elastic test at the part level during the shop practice and the theoretical stiffness data, which are defect free. A porosity equation is derived from Eshelby's inclusion theory. Then, using the Mori-Tanaka method, the porosity value is used to draw a stress-strain curve for the porous material. In this paper, the Hollomon equation is used to capture the strain hardening effect. This stress-strain curve can be used to estimate the strength of a die cast part with porous defects. An elastoplastic theoretical solution is derived for the three-point bending of a die cast beam by using the plastic hinge method as a reference solution for a part with porous defects.

  • A steady-state analytical model was presented for a loop heat pipe (LHP) with an evaporator that has a flat geometry. On the basis of a series of reviews of the relevant literature, a sequence of calculations was proposed to predict the temperatures and pressures at each important part of the LHP: the evaporator, liquid reservoir (compensation chamber), liquid line, vapor line, and condenser. The analysis of the evaporator, which is the only part in the LHP that has a capillary structure, was emphasized. Thin-film theory is applied to account for the pressure and temperature in the region adjacent to the liquid-vapor interface in the evaporator. The present study introduced a unique method to estimate the liquid temperature at the interface. Relative freedom was assumed in the configuration of a condenser with a simplified liquid-vapor interface. Our steady-state model was validated by experimental results available in the literature. The relative error was within 3% on the absolute temperature scale, and reasonable agreement was obtained.

A Study on the Correlation about Creating Component of Pleasure and Satisfaction on FPS Game (FPS게임에서 쾌감의 구성 요소 창출과 선호도 상관관계에 관한 연구)

  • This Study has limited our scope to the study of satisfaction factor. Due to the extensiveness of fun factors of games. We had identified satisfaction factors through investigating various theories based on funology. Then, we have directly applied the satisfaction factors to games in order to define the satisfaction factors of online FPS game. Then, we have applied the satisfaction factors on to four online games, at the first phase of the study. We interviewed a group of online FPS game experts to identify the constituent elements of the factors and concluded the second phase of our investigation based on the results from the first and second phases, we have conducted a survey to verify the hypothesis. We have verified the reciprocal relationship between the satisfaction factors and game popularity by conducting a multiple regression analysis on the survey results. To conclude, there is a correlation between online FPS games and the satisfaction factors; the satisfaction factors cause the users to be absorbed into the game and to enjoy it for a long period of time.
