First, we have reviewed the concepts of technology as tools, artefacts, and instruments and then introduced constructivism, mathematical communication, and anthropological views on the technology as instruments. Next, this study has supported the anthropological studies considering the facts that learners develop instrumented schemes in the interactions among learners, tools, and mathematical knowledge, and has discussed the change of paradigm. Finally, we have argued that curriculum, epistemology, and relevant studies should be changed to the new paradigm, and then we have discussed that the change of paradigm should be established on the nature, the purpose, the contents, and the assessment in mathematics learning and the role of teachers.

The importance of Virtual Manufacturing System is increasing in the area of developing new manufacturing processes, implementing automated workcells, designing plant facility layouts and workplace ergonomics. Virtual manufacturing system is a computer system that can generate the same information about manufacturing system structure, states, and behaviors as is observed in a real manufacturing. In this research, a virtual manufacturing system for flexible manufacturing cells (VFMC), (which is a useful tool for building Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), has been developed using object-oriented paradigm, and implemented with software QUEST/IGRIP. Three object models used in the system are the product model, the facility model, and the process model. The concrete behaviors of a flexible manufacturing cell are re[presented by the task-oriented description diagram, TIC. An example simulation is executed to evaluate applicability of the developed models, and to prove the potential value of virtual manufacturing paradigm.

These days, Home Economics in Korea is confronted with the inner argument about its identity and the outer pressure of re-organization caused by educational reformation. Fundamentally, these internal and external challenges to Home Economics arise from that Home Economics has not been fulfilling the needs of individuals and families due to weakening of integrate perspective, insufficient practice and conservative tendency of study. To get over the current problems and construct a new paradigm of Home Economics contributing to the requirements of new era, the following prerequisites might be fulfilled; \circled1 More active concern about surmounting the alienation that threatening the modern family life and self-actualization of individuals. \circled2 An endeavor to find a new family philosophy and patterns of family culture as the basis of community restoration that harmonize the traditions with changes. \circled3 An Effort to find a highter values that contribute to symbiosis and development of global community including all human beings, creatures and eco-system on the earth.

This study suggests a new paradigm of fashion merchandising as an environmental change of the fashion industry. The study has the pattern of a literature study and it is analyzed through journals, professional books, fashion magazines, and newspapers. Examined are the environmental changes of the fashion industry, the condition, and problems of the merchandising process that is executed currently, as well as an examination of the concept of fashion merchandising, Concepts and changes for new fashion merchandising strategies are suggested that are helpful for academics and fashion companies. This paper defines the concept of new fashion merchandising as the integrated management activity of planning, development, and selling fashion products to create a profit for the company with the satisfaction of the target customers. This study proposes the pursuance of integrated merchandising, the change of product planning and product development, and the strengthening of store-centered retail merchandising in order to change the direction of fashion merchandising.

This paper is to explore a new planning paradigm for urban landscape-not a new paradigm for urban landscape planning- in the light of environmental aesthetics. This is an endeavor to construct an alternative to the philosophical absence in the landscape profession. The landscape has been conceived of visual -oriented urban scene, and this notion is one of consequences of subject-object dualism in Western modernity project. In contrast with this convention, the authors consider urban landscape as the aesthetic field in which an experience of urban landscape actually works in human ordinary life and experience. To acquire an aestetic experience in this aesthetic field, we need to replace the doctrine of disinterestedness with engagement and contemplation with participation. This concept of participatory engagement with landscape can be translated in specific and concrete ways into urban landscape planning, replacing the traditional panoramic landscape with engaged landscape. The authors approach the urban landscape from the vantage point of an aesthetics of engagement by developing the four environmental situations : the sailing ship, the circus, the cathedral, and the sunset. They may serve as useful guides in cultivating and beautiful urban landscape to replace the forces of vulgarity and monotony that depress the modern city. 오늘날 기업환경은 기업보안에 대한 근본적인 변화를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 변화의 핵심은 오늘날 글로벌기업의 보안관리는 중요한 경영자의 업무이며, 보안실무자는 비즈니스적 사고를 가진 매우 전문화된 교육과 훈련이 필요한 전문직이라는 것이다. 지구촌의 급격한 글로벌화의 진행은 지리적인 영역의 한계에 제한되었던 기업들의 비즈니스의 한계를 무너뜨렸다. 글로벌화와 더불어 과학기술의 발전에 따라 추동되는 급격한 기업환경의 변화는 기업연속성유지에 새로운 패러다임을 요구하고 있다. 글로벌화의 진행에 따라 국가경제에서 기업이 차지하는 비중이 점차적으로 증가하고 우리나라는 무역을 통하여 국가경제의 동력을 유지하고 있는 무역 의존적인 경제시스템으로 한국경제의 편향성이 가속화하고 있다. 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서는 기존의 국내에서의 기업운영과는 다른 새로운 전략이 필요하다. 즉, 국내에서의 기업운영에서 대외적인 리스크에 대한 대응력이 어느 정도 확립되어 있으나, 해외에서의 영업활동에서는 국가마다 상이한 기업활동에 대한 관행의 차이와 지배구조의 변화 등 수많은 예상하지 못한 리스크에 직면하게 된다. 이러한 새로운 리스크에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 기업리스크에 대한 새로운 패러다임이 요구한다. 특히 새로운 보안리스크에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 뉴패러다임과 같은 사고의 유연성이 요구된다. 글로벌 시장에서 세계적인 기업과 경쟁하고 새로운 기업환경에서 발생하는 보안리스크에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 기업경영진과 구성원의 보안에 대한 인식변화와 보안정책에 혁신적인 변화가 요구된다. 이러한 변화의 근간에는 기업보안업무의 확대, 보고라인의 개선, 보안실무자의 전문성과 위상의 제고, 실무자의 다양성과 보안에 대한 투자의 증가 등이 있다.

In the face of recent digital and digital transformation, companies and industries are trying to be agile to adapt and respond to change. Agile paradigm is spreading beyond the boundaries of existing applications such as IT-related projects and software development. In this regard, this study, we analyzed the diffusion of agile paradigm by text mining abstracts of research papers from 2001 to 2019. In addition, we discussed agile transformation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through this study, we confirmed that we are studying agile transformation in various fields such as business environment, corporate organizational culture, manufacturing industry, and supply chain. The results of this study will contribute to understanding the meaning and role of agile as a basic paradigm for digital transformation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

WTO출범과 전자상거래의 출현은 국내외 물류산업의 환경변화에 가장 큰 영향을 제공하고 있으며 국내의 경우 물류중심지 전략을 국가발전과제로 활용하면서 물류관리의 신패러다임의 도입과 활용방안이 적극 활용되고 있다. 특히 신패러다임으로 전개되는 물류관리는 기업에게 있어서 소비자의 욕구를 만족할 수 있는 제품을 생산제조하여 이를 효과적으로 공급할 수 있는 능력으로 기업으로 하여금 물류아웃소싱의 적극적 활용을 촉진하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류관리의 신패러다임인 물류아웃소싱이 경쟁력 요인임을 강조하고 국내외 물류아웃소싱을 개선하기 위한 활용전략과 과제를 제안하였다.

This study attempts to illuminate Ijema's philosophy of Four-Constitution as a new political theory of human beings as it has been regarded as the philosophy of Body-Politics and Life World[Body-Community], the notion of which was formulated quite uniquely according to the doctrine of Post-Juhi(朱子) in Joseon(朝鮮) dynasty. The philosophy of Four-Constitution was the result of succession of and reflection upon a long tradition; since the crisis aroused of Confucianism as a pragmatic science and a pure theory of science, after having collided with the science of the west, Ijema as a Confucian scholar and a oriental medicine struck upon and opened a new way to a discursive solution, the philosophy of Four-Constitution as Body Politics and Life World of New Paradigm by reconsidering the fundamental spirit and ideology of the doctrine of confucian tradition.
