As a first demonstration of proven stability for a-Si, over 7000h of stability data for a high drive current a-Si AMOLED pixel driver circuit was presented at SID 2004. Also demonstrated was an AMOLED display operating at 6V using the IGNIS 4-T pixel driver circuit [1] and based on a top-emission reverse OLED architecture. In this paper, an update to that information is presented with test data that is representative of lifetime in excess of 25,000 hours taking into account pertinent acceleration factors, extracted from high current drive and high temperature stressing conditions. Lifetimes will continue to increase, given the high and ever-increasing OLED efficiency.

Cardiac surgery in neonates with congenital heart disease has progressed dramatically in the past three decades. However, low-birth-weight neonates with congenital heart disease continue to challenge the intellectual and technical skills of healthcare professionals. We present a case of a low-birth-weight neonate with pulmonary atresia and a ventricular septal defect, in whom palliation was achieved with a right ventricular outflow tract stent using a hybrid procedure.

This study attempted to establish the role of university libraries for leisure reading by identifying the current status of university libraries about leisure reading, which is a part of the reading support service and by investigating and analyzing the university library librarian's percep tion of the necessity of leisure reading. To this end, a survey was conducte d on university libraries. As a result of the survey, 78% of university libraries were conducting leisure reading, and 72% of them provided separate space. Separate manpower was provided only in 30% of libraries, and book lists were provided mainly by best sellers. Regarding the need for leisure reading (4.28) and the role of university libraries (4.32), librarians responded that it was a necessary service for university libraries, and university library librarians that currently provide spaces and program s were more aware of the need.

This article attempts to define identity, role and functions of a university museum and to suggest specialization of the university museum in the perspective of culture, arts, and science. A university museum is defined as a center for the service of the university community and its development which acquires, researches, communicates, exhibits and educates, for purposes of eduinfotainment,29 material evidence of people and their environment. The target user of the today's university museum are not only professors, students, university workers, but also university neighbourhood such as the related professionals, patrons, parents, school children and villagers. A multi-dimensional and multi-purpose university museum can be established and managed in a real world and / or a cyber world in the perspective of culture, arts, and science. Based on a ubiquitous system30 in a cyber world vis-a-vie a real world, the university museum can be easily utilized by users anywhere, anytime and any device. In order to specialize the university museum in the perspective of culture, arts and science, it is desirable that the university museum director with the CEO of the university community promote the specialization of the university museum based on philosophy and strategies of university community management after they definitely evaluate the components and resources of the university museum such as human powers, museum collections, organizational, technological, capital, spacial and symbolic resources, The specialization of the university museum should be projected and executed in the direction of maintaining the typical scope of museum activities and managing the effective museum management. Specializing the university museum in the perspective of culture, arts, and science can contribute not only to establish the identity of the university community and to perform role and functions of the university museum but also to encourage academic development, to revaluate the brand of the university community and to promote the marketing for the university.

College students have a diverse educational background with the recent multiplicity in university admissions standards and procedures. As a result, their mathematical preparation and performance varies widely. Teaching calculus to such a diverse student group is a demanding task. Differentiated curriculum has been conducted for the university calculus course in Yonsei university for the past five years. A case study on the differentiated curriculum in Yonsei university is presented for the curriculum improvement. With its ideal purpose, the differentiated curriculum has created issues and problems in practice. As an alternative to the ideal differentiated curriculum, this study shows that a computer-based approach using a numerical software could give aids to overcoming the difficulty of inadequately prepared students in the learning process while mathematically sophisticated students could keep interested in the course. This study also presents the useful topics in calculus that can be implemented for computer-based calculus education and provides guidelines for the effective usage.

An incidentaloma is a tumor found incidentally without clinical symptoms or suspicion; the lesion may be adrenal, pituitary, or thyroidal. We report the case of an asymptomatic individual with preoperatively undiagnosed pheochromocytoma (size: 4.86 cm) that was revealed using elective nonadrenal surgical procedures. The patient demonstrated peri- and post-operative hypertensive crisis and tachycardia. Three days after the dramatic onset of symptoms, the patient expired due to pulmonary edema, multiple organ failure, and terminal sepsis, despite administration of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation. A left medial kidney mass obtained at autopsy confirmed pheochromocytoma.

Transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) for blunt hepatic injury in children is not common and is especially rare after damage control surgery (DCS). We report a successful TAE after DCS on a child for massive bleeding from the left hepatic artery due to a motor vehicle accident. The car (a sport utility vehicle) ran over the chest and abdomen of a 4-year-old boy. On arrival, initial vital signs were as follows: blood pressure, 70/40 mmHg; heart rate, 149/min; temperature, $36.7^{\circ}C$; respiratory rate, 38/min. After resuscitation, computed tomography was done, and a suspicious contrast leakage from a branch of the left hepatic artery and a spleen injury (grade V) were found. TAE was performed successfully after DCS for a liver injury.

Spontaneous hemothorax is rare, with limited data available on its etiology and treatment. We report a case of massive spontaneous hemothorax with a ruptured variceal phrenic vein during pregnancy, likely a complication of the Kasai procedure. Despite closed thoracostomy, the patient's symptoms and imaging findings did not improve. Emergent open thoracotomy and bleeding control were performed.

Thymomas are common anterior mediastinal tumors with a relatively favorable prognosis compared to that of other types of thoracic malignancies. However, thymomas that invade surrounding structures, such as the heart or vena cava, have been infrequently reported, and intracardiac thymomas are exceedingly rare. Treatment of invasive thymoma is difficult because the high rate of incomplete resection results in a high rate of recurrence. Herein, we present a rare case of a thymoma that originated in the right atrium and extended into the superior vena cava and brachiocephalic vein.

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether service quality, student satisfaction, and university image mediate the relationship between university sustainability practices and student loyalty of the students in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. To analyze the data, this study used a structural equation model to explore the relationships existing between constructs. A structured questionnaire comprising of 22 questions was used with 5 constructs. A total of 465 students from Ho Chi Minh City universities filled in the newly developed questionnaires using five points Likert scales. Consistent with the existing result, the study reveals a valuable insight on university sustainability practices toward student loyalty of the university. According to the findings, university sustainability practices have a positive direct impact on service quality, student satisfaction, university image, and student loyalty. And also service quality has a positive strong impact on student loyalty. Furthermore, service quality, student satisfaction, and university image play the mediating role in the relationship between university sustainability practices and student loyalty. Thus, the loyalty of students seems to reflect quite well from university sustainability practices, service quality, and university image. The findings indicate that universities should be more concerned about university sustainability practices, service quality, and university image in attracting student loyalty.
