e-비즈니스 응용 시스템을 위한 컴포넌트 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Component Development For e-Business Application Systems)

  • 인터넷과 인트라넷 기반의 전자적 서비스를 통해 비즈니스 거래가 전자상거래 공간에서 보다 유용하고 확장된 비즈니스 개념들을 제공하게 하였다. 특히, 컴포넌트 기반 e-비즈니스 기술은 시스템과 응용 레벨 모두에서 e-비즈니스 이슈들을 해결하는 방향이 되고 있다 컴포넌트 기반시스템은 네트워크 간의 상호동작성, 여러 네트워크 환경들간의 이동성 등의 특성을 포함한다. 따라서, 전통적인 프로세스와 개발 모델들은 빠르게 변화하는 환경에 부적절한 구조를 가지므로, e-비즈니스 응용 개발자들은 컴포넌트 기반 웹 응용을 개발하기 위한 메커니즘으로 웹서비스기술을 시도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-비즈니스 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 웹서비스 기반의 e-비즈니스 시스템 아키텍처에 특히 초점을 맞추고, 다양한 상황에서 e-비즈니스 도메인에 적용하기 위한 설계패턴을 식별하고 명세화한다. 또한 제안된 프로세스를 적용하여 e-비즈니스 응용을 위한 컴포넌트들을 개발하도록 프로토타입과 프레임워크를 연구하고 CAS(Customer Authentication system)을 개발하는 사례를 보여준다. 끝으로, e-비즈니스에서 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방향을 보여줄 것이다.

A Process Model of E-Government Development: A case of E-Government Portals in Town of Amherst

  • The paper discusses a novel educational initiative in e-commerce pedagogy where students work on an e-government project. The paper describes a two-semester joint e-government project conducted by the town of Amherst, NY, and the State University of New York at Buffalo. During the first semester, students in a graduate e-commerce course in the School of Management were instructed to identify and analyze management issues valuable for small or middle size local government. In the second semster graduate students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering designed and implemented prototypes of three e-government portals: an on-line action site for governmental procurement (E-Procurement), a portal for reservation of community recreation facilities (E-Recreation), and a portal for online dog registration (E-DogRegistration) combining a central registry of dog owners with distributed veterinarian databases. The objective of this initiative is twofold. First, it saves the local government resources by eliminating duplication of services and by using students as developers. Second, it provides students with real life hands-on experience. The paper discusses both the technical issues involved in the implementation of the project, and the management issues that need to be taken into account to enhance the e-commerce experience for the ordinary citizen and local governments.

Mouse 임파구네서 ADP-ribosyltransferse의 glutamic acid 220과 222의 역할 (Role of Glutamic Acids 220 and 222 in Mouse Lymphocyte ADP-ribosyltransferase)

  • 다양한 동물세포로부터 그 cDNA가 dlining된 glycosylphosphatidylinositol-linked ADP-ribosyltransferase는 공통적으로 carboxy말단에 풍부한 glutamic acid motif (EEEVLP)를 소유하고 있다. 유사한 motif가 mouse 임파구의 ADP-ribosyltransferase(Yac-2)에서 발견되어진다. Yac-2는 ADP-ribosyltransferase 활성 뿐 아니라 NDA glycohyrolase의 활성도 소유하고 있다. yac-2에 있어, Glutamic acid가 풍부한 motif의 역할을 알아보기 위해 site-directed mutagensis가 수행 되었다. 돌연변이체인 E22OQ, E22OA, E222Q, E222A는 ADP-ribosyltransferase에 대해 불활성을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 Yac-2의 220번과 222번의 glutamic acid가 ADP-ribosyltransferase와 NDA glycohydrolase 활성에 필수적임을 나타내는 것으로, 이는 carboxy말단의 glutamic acid들이 Yac-2 효소의 활성에 중요한 역할을 함을 시사하는 것이라 하겠다.

Synthesis of Two Nitro Analogs of Tranylcypromine: Relations of Aromatic Substitution of Nitro Groups to MAO-Inhibitory Activity

  • Two new nitro analogs of tranylcypromine, (E)-2-(p-nitrophenyl)cyclopropylamine ((E)-p-NTCP) and (E)-2-(m-nitrophenyl)cyclopropylamine ((E)-m-NTCP) were synthesized in order to examine the effect of aromatic nitro substitution on the MAO-inhibitory activity of 2-phenylcyclopropylamines. The compounds were obtained by treating t-butyl (E)-2-(p-nitrophenyl) cyclopropanecarbamate and t-butyl (E)-2-(m-nitrophenyl)cyclopropanecarbamate with p-toluenesulfonic acid in $CH_3$CN. Inhibitions of rat brain mitochondrial MAO-A and B by the compounds were examined using serotonin and benzylamine as the substrate at both in vitro and ex vivo levels. It was found from in vitro measurements that (E)-p-NTCP at $6.0{\times}10^{-5}M$ elicited merely 22.5% inhibition against MAO-B without any effect on MAO-A. In contrast, (E)-m-NTCP showed fair degrees of inhibitions of MAO-A and B with $IC_{50}$ values, $2.5{\times}10^{-7}M\;and\;1.4{\times}10^{-6}M$, respectively. It was also noted from (E)-m-NTCP that m-nitro substitution caused a shift of selectivity of the inhibition toward MAO-A. According to ex vivo measurements at 1.5, 3, 6, and 12 hr following the administration of a dose of 0.015 mmol/kg, i.p. to the rats, the inhibition percents of MAO-A by (E)-m-NTCP were 58.6, 63.7 63.6, and 46.6%, slightly lower than those observed by tranylcypromine. Whereas, (E)-m-NTCP at the same dose level did not show significant inhibitions against both MAO-A and MAO-B. Possible reasons for the difference in potencies between (E)-m-NTCP and (E)-p-NTCP were sought in relation to differing electron withdrawing effects of m- and p-substituents which will influence electron density of the side chain amino functions and the partitions.

가축(家畜)과 가금(家禽)의 콕시디아 조사(調査) (Survey of Coccidia in Domestic Animals and Poultry)

  • A preliminary survey for classification of coccidia isolated from domestic animals and poultry was broadly conducted by the morphological aspects of the $o{\ddot{o}}cysts$. The number of animals and birds used in this survey were 762 chickens, 30 rabbits, 37 goats, 18 swine, 39 cattle, 8 dogs, 132 ducks, 23 deer and 15 horses. The species classified in each animal and bird were six species in chicken, nine in rabbits, nine in goats, six in swine, six in cattle, one in dogs and negative in ducks, deer and horses. The coccidial species in each animal and bird were as follows: In chicken: Eimeria acervulina, E.maxima, E. mitis, E. necatrix, E. praecox, and E. tenella. In rabbits: Eimeria irresidua, E. magna, E. media, E. neolepolis, E. perforans, E. piriformis and E. stiedae. In goats: Eimeria ahsata, E. arloingi, E. crandalis, E. faurei, E. granulosa, E. intricata, E. ninakohlyakimovae, E. pallida, E. perva. In Swine: Eimeria deblieki, E. perminuta, E. palita, E. scabra, E. scrofae and Isospora suis. In Cattle : Eimeria bovis, E. bukidonensis, E. cylindrica, E ellipsoidalis, E subspherica and E. Zurnii. In dogs: Isospora bigemina.

온라인 종합쇼핑몰업체의 e-Business 활용방안 (A Study on the e-Business Utility of On-line Shopping Mall Firms)

  • This paper examined a e-Business utility of on-line shopping mall firms. Based on the literature review and cases study, the following results were found. First, in e-business policy, it was found that partnership between government and market are very important to e-business utility. Second, e-CRM of on-line shopping mall firms should be considered web site design based on commodity, cafe based on experience and information shares, and transaction confirm service. Third, B2C e-commerce model should be contained firm-specific force, customer oriented force, social force, and technology force.

  • As one of the 31 e-Government project, BPR/ISP on e-Trade has been carried out during December 2003 and June 2004. The purpose of the project was designed to facilitate e-Trade by establishing Single Window for e-Trade. Elimination of legal obstacles is a condition precedent for activation of e-Trade. Thus this article is focused to present the way to revised the laws relating to e-Trade.

  • 우리나라 남해안, 특히 여수반도 주변의 도서들은 수많은 반도와 만, 섬 등의 자연경관으로 특별한 관심을 불러일으킨다. 이와 같은 자연경관을 지속가능한 생태관광자원으로 활용하기 위해서는 이를 잘 보존하는 노력 또한 중요하다. 현재 사도를 비롯한 여수시의 많은 도서들은 빼어난 자연경관에 비해 생태관광해설이 미비한 편이며, 자연경관 또한 염풍화와 침식으로 보존에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 생태관광의 맥락 속에 여수시 사도일원의 자연경관에 대한 조사를 통해, 생태관광지 선정 기준에 의한 생태관광 탐방로를 개발하고 생태관광해설 프로그램을 제시함으로써 생태관광의 활성화와 지역발전에 기여하고자 한다. 사도일원은 사도의 사빈과 해식애, 중도의 공룡화 석지와 연흔 건열, 시루섬의 육계사주와 응회암층 노두 암맥, 장사도의 풍화혈과 암맥, 그리고 나끝~추도 구간의 해할 현상 등의 생태관광자원을 가지고 있으며, 전반적으로 중생대 퇴적층 및 화석과 관련된 지형들이 발달하였다. 탐방경로는 사도 선착장을 기점으로 북쪽에서 남쪽으로 구성된다.

Double Mutations in eIF4E and eIFiso4E Confer Recessive Resistance to Chilli Veinal Mottle Virus in Pepper

  • To evaluate the involvement of translation initiation factors eIF4E and eIFiso4E in Chilli veinal mottle virus (ChiVMV) infection in pepper, we conducted a genetic analysis using a segregating population derived from a cross between Capsicum annuum 'Dempsey' containing an elF4E mutation ($pvr1^2$) and C. annuum 'Perennial' containing an elFiso4E mutation (pvr6). C. annuum 'Dempsey' was susceptible and C. annuum 'Perennial' was resistant to ChiVMV. All $F_1$ plants showed resistance, and $F_2$ individuals segregated in a resistant-susceptible ratio of 166:21, indicating that many resistance loci were involved. Seventy-five $F_2$ and 329 $F_3$ plants of 17 families were genotyped with $pvr1^2$ and pvr6 allele-specific markers, and the genotype data were compared with observed resistance to viral infection. All plants containing homozygous genotypes of both $pvr1^2$ and pvr6 were resistant to ChiVMV, demonstrating that simultaneous mutations in elF4E and eIFiso4E confer resistance to ChiVMV in pepper. Genotype analysis of $F_2$ plants revealed that all plants containing homozygous genotypes of both $pvr1^2$ and pvr6 showed resistance to ChiVMV. In protein-protein interaction experiments, ChiVMV viral genome-linked protein (VPg) interacted with both eIF4E and eIFiso4E. Silencing of elF4E and eIFiso4E in the VIGS experiment showed reduction in ChiVMV accumulation. These results demonstrated that ChiVMV can use both eIF4E and eIFiso4E for replication, making simultaneous mutations in eIF4E and eIFiso4E necessary to prevent ChiVMV infection in pepper.

국내 B2B e-marketplace의 활성화방안 (A Study on Promotion Plans of B2B e-Marketplace in Korea)

  • Nowadays, the spreading of electronic commerce using internet demands a lot of change in business environments, as it is called B2B. Especially, the B2B based EC have a majority rates over the 10% of whole EC markets. As the approach way and the core axis of e-Marketplace in B2B markets are changed more by the business section and industry section than by each company sections, all of the world leading company including Korea are trying to take a prior occupation in e-Marketplace market. In korea, B2B e-Marketplace are mainly leaded by ministry of commerce, industry and energy which choice the company, run a trial managed company. Above MOCIE efforts are now having a lot of trial and error. Accordingly, this thesis are focused on researching the construction trends of B2B e-Marketplace, the future prospects, and promotion plans.
