Eight strains of Lactobacilli(a, b, b', c, d, e, f and g) were isolated from seven Korean liquid-yogurts(A, B, C, D, E, F and G), and identification and tolerance-test to digestive fluids were carried out. Isolate a from yogurt A and isolate a from yogurt E were identified as L. casei, isolate b from yogurt B as L. acidophilus, isolate d from yogurt D as L. bulgaricus, isolate f from yogurt F as L. helveticus, and isolate b' from yogurt B, isolate c from yogurt C and isolate g from yogurt G as L. jugurti, respectively. Isolate f(L. helveticus) and c(L. jugurti) showed high tolerance to artificial gastric juice but didn't to bile acid. Isolate b(L. acidophilus), a(L. casei), and e(L. casei) showed high tolerance to both artificial gastric juice and bile acid, but isolate d(L. bulgaricus), b'(L. jurgurti) and g(L. jugurti) did not.

Recently, the importance of B2B CSR is being highlighted. Meanwhile, in B2B marketing, salesperson is widely recognized as a key resource influencing supplier firm performance. Therefore, the author paid attention to the role of supplier CSR reputation in customer-salesperson interaction process. So, this study collected dyadic data from 161 B2B purchasing managers and salespersons interacting with them. For customers, a supplier CSR reputation increased customer citizenship behavior and customer long-term orientation. With salespersons, they experienced less burnout due to interacting with customers having higher customer citizenship behavior and long-term orientation. Moreover, the results confirmed that a supplier CSR reputation lowered salespersons' emotional exhaustion through two serial-multiple mediation paths. This research verified that customers' perception and responses to supplier's CSR significantly influence B2B salesperson burnout.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the possibility of whether B2B e-marketplaces continue to grow. There are numerous barriers to the growth of e-marketplace, but certain key factors can push e-marketplaces beyond these obstacles. In the stage of generating traffic, it is essential to find a vertical area to attract buyers and sellers which can generate B2B transaction through e-marketplace. Generating traffic is possible only for e-marketplaces established by those who have vertical knowledges and strong off-line relationship in the vertical areas. In the stage of concentrating traffic, more attention should be given to reach critical mass and to increase transaction through e-marketplace. Currently, there seems to be a tendency that having major buyers as members of a e-marketplace is an true factor for the successful e-marketplace. Finally, to attain the locking traffic, e-marketplace needs to have the ability to generate revenue through B2B transaction. What we have learn from this study is that having the software-technology is not a sufficient condition to successfully operate B2B e-marketplace. It is important for e-marketplace to attract major players in order to increase B2B transaction, and also to make profit by them.

A composite of TiB2-Al2O3 system was successfully prepared from a mixture of TiO2, B2O3, and Al by self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) with a novel characteristic, utilizing the internal oxidation heat of aluminium metal of the mixture, instead of by a conventional technique, externally heating a mixture of Ti, B and Al2O3. From a mixture with B/Ti molar ratio of =2.0, pure two phases of TiB2 and $\alpha$-Al2O3 with good crystallinity and small, uniform sizes were formed. However, when the B/Ti molar ratio of the mixture goes to a value less than 2.0, in addition to the above main minerals, a small smounts of metastable phases such as TiB and Ti3B4 were formed. It was found that about 60%, the optimum green density of compacts gave their highest reaction rate and temperature during SHS process. TiB2-Al2O3 system composite with B/Ti molar ratio of =2.0 could be pressurelessly sintered even at 190$0^{\circ}C$ under Ar gas flows without any addition of sintering aids, showing their good properties such as 91.2% in relative density, 2750 kgf/$\textrm{mm}^2$ in Vickers hardness and 2620 kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ in flexural strength.

In this paper, we will show that the multiplicative group G in a finite ring R with identity 1 has a (B, N)-pair satisfying the following conditions; (1) G=BNB where B and N are subgroups of G. (2) B.cap.N is a normal subgroup of N and W = N/(B.cap.N), is generated by a set S = { $s_{1}$, $s_{2}$, .., $s_{k}$} where $s_{i}$.mem.N/(B.cap.N), $s_{i}$$^{2}$.iden.1 and $s_{i}$.neq.1. (3) For any s.mem.S and w.mem.W, we have sBw.contnd.BwB.cup.BswB. (4) We have sBs not .subeq. B for any s.mem.S. When G, B, N and S satisfy the above conditions, we say that the quadruple (G, B, N, S) is a Tits system. The group W is called the Weyl gorup of the Tits system.ystem.m.

For purification of a 70kDa toxic protein of mosquitocidal delta-endotoxin from B. thuringiensis strain H9B, immuno-affinity chromatography was performed. After separation of 70kDa toxic proteins from the delta-endotoxin of the strain H9B on SDS-PAGE, the 70kDa toxic protein was subcutaneously injected into rabbit for making a polyclonal antibody. A anti-70kDa toxic protein was purified by a column chromatography packed with protein A-sepharose 4B gels. The 70kDa toxic protein from delta-endotoxin of the strain H9B was also purified by an immuno-affinity chromatography packed with CNBr-activated sepharose 4B gels conjugated anti-70kDa toxic protein after elution with 1/10M citric acid-1/5M Na$_{2}$HPO$_{4}$ buffer(pH3.2) containing 0.5M NaCl. The 70kDa toxic protein was purified through only one step-separation system, was demonstrated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblot.

In this study, noise arresting effect of the noise control room from the transmission of surrounding noise was tested when the packing noise control rooms were set up in the test room in which the prerecorded noise from an engine room was reradiated at the same level as the original pressure. The inner space of control room A is $3.389m^3(1.19\times1.19\times2.14m)$ having walls furnished with plywood board 9mm in thickness and noise control room door$(60\times45cm) $ and illumination lamp are placed. In case of the control room B, noise absorption board(10mm fiber board which holds the corntype concavity with diameter of 5mm, depth 5mm, space 15mm) is adhered to the internal ceiling and styrol foam boards(20mm) to the walls. The other struction is same as the control room A. Type C is the same as B except wool board(Glass Fiber, 33mm) on the walls. Type D is same as type A except that the thickness of wall is 12mm and wood pyramid type cone$(5\times5\times13cm)$ is adhered to the ceiling ana walls(Fig. 1). When the recorded noise and vibrated noise were controlled in various levels. The noise pressure which passed through the control rooms was measured by sound level meter(Bruel & Kjar 2205, measuring range 37-140dB). In order to calculate the absorption rate in the control rooms the noise pressure was measured at different distances when the recorded noise pressure was radiated. The followings are the results obtained from the experiment. 1. When the noise pressure of the test room was 60dB, transmission rate of type A was $69.7\%$ and increased $3.3\%$ per 10dB. At the same condition, the rate was $53.9\%$ and increased $4.5\%$ per 10dB in type D. Type D was the most effective in noise arresting of the four and the effect was D,C,B and A in order(Fig.2). 2. When the oscillator sound and vessels noise were radiated in 1,000Hz, at one meter distance to the type A and D, the oscillator sound pressure were 77dB and 73dB, while the vessels noise pressure were 73.3dB and 66.2dB respectivley(Fig.3). 3. Refering to the influence of the frequency to the lower oscillator sound(1,000Hz) pressure, both type C and D were almost same at 140cm but type C was 0.3dB lower than type D at 20cm distance(Fig.4).

A cDNA encoding a putative member of cathepsin B of the thiol pretense superfamily was cloned from a cDNA library of the mulberry longicorn beetle, Apriona germari. Sequence analysis of the cDNA encoding the cathepsin B of A. germari (AgCatB) revealed that the 972 bp cDNA has an open reading frame of 324 amino acid residues. The deduced protein sequence of the AgCatB showed high homology with cathepsin B of the insects, Bombyx mori (47.3% amino acid identity), Helicoverpa armigera (46.6%) and Sarcophaga peregrina (45.6%), and the lowest homology with Aedes aegypti (33.2%). The AgCatB contains six disulfate bonds typical for cysteine pretenses. The three amino acid positions Cys-109, His-267, and Asn-287 which are conserved, active sites characteristic for cathepsin B, were also found. Phylogenetic analysis further confirmed that the AgCatB has a close relationship with that of B. mori, H. armigera and S. peregrina.

The VB5.2 interface of B-lSDN, that is located between an access network and a service node, allows dynamic allocation and release of ATM resources. In this paper, we propose the B-ANCC protocol of the VB5.2 interface to minimize the overall connection setup delay by introducing the access network. The B-ANCC protocol enhances the B-BCC protocol and adopts a parallel interworking function with signaling protocols in the service node. To confirm the correctness of the proposed B-ANCC protocol, we validate it using the automated validation tool, SPIN. We analyze and simulate the sequential interworking model based on the B-BCC protocol and the parallel interworking model based on the B-ANCC protocol, in terms of a connection setup delay and a completion ratio. It is shown that our proposed parallel interworking model with B-ANCC reduces a setup delay and improves a completion ratio compared to the sequential interworking model with B-BCC.
