A study was conducted to determine the kiln drying schedule for hydrid aspen, This kiln drying schedule was found by oven drying method and developed by pilot testing of 2.0cm, 2.5cm, 3.0cm-thick green lumber. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Kiln drying schedule developed by oven-drying method was $T_{12}-E_5$ for 2.5cm-thick green lumber. 2. Drying times for 2.0cm-thick green lumber(127.0 percent moisture content) to 7.3 percent moisture content, for 2.5cm-thick green lumber(95.0 percent moisture content) to 9.7 percent moisture content, and for 3.0cm-thick green lumber(118.5 percent moisture content) to 10.0 percent moisture content were 45 hours, 45 hours, and 54 hours, respectively. 3. Drying rate from 90 to 10 percent moisture content of 2.5cm-thick lumber was about 0.7 times faster than that of 2.0cm-thick lumber and about 1.1 times faster than that of 3.0em-thick lumber. 4. End checks for 2.0cm-, 2.5cm-, and 3.0cm-thick green lumber occurred 95, 74 and 100 percent moisture content, respectively and reached maximum amount in 53, 41, and 60 percent moisture content, respectively. 5. No surface check and no honeycomb occurred. 6. Cupping and collapse slightly occurred and the quality of dry lumber was first.
The objective of this study was to analyze the risk of preterm birth (PTB) and low birth weight (LBW) in extramarital birth by analyzing 2008-2012 birth certificated data (2,328,719 births) from Korea Statistics. Odds ratio and 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) were calculated from logistic regression analyses to describe the associations between PTB & LBW and extramarital birth adjusted for maternal age, maternal occupation & education, infantile sex, birth order and number of child birth (singleton & multiple birth). The rate of extramarital birth was 1.8 percent and 2.1 percent in 2010-11. The incidence of LBW was 8.1 percent in extramarital birth and 5.0 percent in marital birth. The incidence of PTB in extramarital birth were 8.2 percent and 5.8 percent in marital birth. Compared with marital birth, the odds ratio (OR) for PTB were 1.48 (95% CI: 1.43-1.54) for extramarital birth. Risk of LBW was higher in extramarital birth (OR: 1.70, 95% CI: 1.64-1.76) than that of marital birth. Among mothers younger than 20 years, the odds ratio of PTB among extramarital birth, relative to married birth was 1.69 (1.49-1.91). Among unmarried mothers, those at a higher risk of LBW was aged 20-29 years (1.69: 1.59-1.79). Maternal unmarried status was associated with increased risk of PTB and LBW.
Objectives: This study was performed to review studies on Essential Tremor (ET) in Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods: We reviewed papers in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 2007~2016. Search keywords were 原发性震颤, 特发性震颤, essential tremor and idiopathic tremor, and excluded non-clinical studies, non-related to ET or TCM studies, theses for degrees and non-Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT). The quality of the articles was assessed by Jadad scale and the Risk of Bias (RoB). Results: Thirteen studies were selected. 'Criteria for the diagnosis of ET' was most frequently used as diagnostic criteria. 'Tremor rating scale' was primarily used for outcome measurement. Meta-analysis of nine trials revealed the effective rate of acupuncture and Western medicine (WM+Acu) groups was significantly higher compared to the WM group (RR: 1.48, 95 percent CI: 1.20 to 1.82, p=0.0002, $I^2=0$ percent) and tremor rating scale was also significantly decreased in the treatment group (MD: -1.35, 95 percent CI: -2.17 to -0.54, p=0.001, $I^2=0$ percent). Also, effective rates of Electro-acupuncture (EA) and Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) groups were significantly higher than that of the WM group {(RR: 1.53, 95 percent CI: 1.22 to 1.92, p=0.0003, $I^2=0$ percent) in EA vs. WM and (RR: 1.35, 95 percent CI: 1.16 to 1.57, p<0.0001, $I^2=0$ percent) in CHM vs. WM}. However, the quality of selected clinical studies was poor. Conclusions: Treatment of ET in TCM may be more effective and safe than in Western medicine. Therefore, we hope this study will lead to further clinical research on treatment of ET in Korean medicine.
In this paper, we has been studied self controlled mobile robot system with CCD camera. This system consists of TMS320F240 digital signal processor, step motor, RF module and CCD camera. we used wireless RF module for movable command transmitging between robot and host PC. This robot go straight until 95 percent filled screen from input image. And the robot recognizes obstacle about 95 percent filled something, so it could avoid the obstacle and conclude new path plan.
As the volume of spam has increased to extreme levels, many anti-spam filtering techniques have been proposed. Among these techniques, the machine-Loaming filtering technique is one of the most popular filtering techniques. In this paper, we propose a machine-learning spam filtering technique based on the neural network, the genetic algorithm and the $X^2$-statistic. This proposed filtering technique is designed to overcome the problems in existing filtering techniques, and to achieve high spam filtering accuracy. It is able to classify spam and legitimate emil with 95.25 percent and 95.31 percent accuracy. This accuracy of the sum filtering is 7.75 percent and the 12.44 percent higher than rule-based filtering and the Bayesian filtering technique, respectively.
Purpose: The study aims to assess the inter-rater reliability of the Korean Triage and Acuity Scale between the research nurses and the triage nurses. Methods: Interrater reliability was measured on 400 adult (≧15) and 400 pediatric (<15) patients who visited the emergency medical center from January 4 to June 30, 2018. Results: The study result showed that the inter-rater reliability of the Korean Triage and Acuity Scale was substantial, with κ=.73 (95% Confidence interval= .68-.78) and 77.0 percent agreement. The inter-rater of Pediatric Korean Triage and Acuity Scale was also substantial, with κ=.76 (95% Confidence interval= .71-.82) and 83.8 percent agreement. Conclusion: Although the inter-rater reliability of the Korean Triage and Acuity Scale was acceptable, the percent agreement was lower than the desirable level (<80.0%). It was confirmed that Pediatric Korean Triage and Acuity Scale had an acceptable level of inter-rater reliability and percent agreement for clinical use. Efforts should be made to improve the reliability in the future.

Purpose : Obesity is a significant health problem with medical and psychological consequences for children and adolescents. The purpose of this study was to assess the correlation between body fat percent using bioelectrical impedance(BI) and other variable methods. Methods : We measured height, weight, body mass index(BMI) and body fat percent by skinfold thickness(ST) and BI in 1,035(496 male; 539 female) children from seven to 18 years of age. The correlation coefficients between BI and each of the other different methods were obtained. The sensitivity and specificity to predict obesity by these several methods were studied. Results : Fat percent estimated by BI analysis and BMI showed a strong correlation(r=0.749). Fat percent estimated by BI analysis and ST showed a very strong correlation(r=0.835). At the 95th percentile cut-off point for BI, ST showed a sensitivity of 57.7%, and a specificity of 97.6% for estimating body fat. At the 95th percentile cut-off point for BI, BMI showed a sensitivity of 84.9%, and a specificity of 99.3% for estimating body fat. Conclusion : The fat percent estimated by BI analysis correlated strongly with ST or BMI. BI analysis is an objective and accurate method for estimating body fat in childhood obesity.
