STEP(Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data)은 이기종 자동화 시스템 간에 제품정보를 교환하는데 사용되는 국제표준이다. 이 표준안은 ISO TC184/SC4에서 제정되고 있는데, 이 회의가 매년 3-4회씩 열리고 있다. 95년 3월에는 호주 시드니, 95년 6월에는 미국 워싱톤, 지난 10월에는 프랑스의 그레노블에서 개최되었다. 이 글에서는 그레노블 회의에 참석한 보고를 드리고자 한다. 말미에 수집자료 목록을 첨부하였으므로 관심있는 분들은 연락을 바란다.

'91년 이래 매년 정보통신산업 실태조사를 시행하고 있는 우리 협회는 국내 부가통신서비스 현황과 2005년 까지의 각 부문별 전망자료를 수록한 "95 정보통신산업 실태조사 부가통신서비스"편 보고서를 발간하였다. 이에 보고서의 주요 내용을 요약해 본다.

정부의 95년도 낙농정책방향이 제시됐다. 김경남 농림수산부 축산경영과장은 지난 12월 19일 축협중앙회2층 대강당에서 축산신문사가 ‘전환기 낙농산업의 안정적 발전방향 모색’을 위해 개최한 심포지엄에서 ‘정부의 95낙농정책방향’이란 주제로 특별강연을 했다. 강연 내용 중 ‘95정책방향을 발췌, 게재한다.

There was a large reform in administrative districts during 1990-95, which might influence the estimates of migration according to the definition of migration. An indirect method has been worked out in this paper to measure the influence of the district reforms on migration estimation and to provide more accurate recent trend of migration. The district reform during 1950-95 tended to decrease the estimate of total migrants and influenced substantially the estimates of migrants between urban and rural. When the influences of district rewarm were removed, it was found that total migrations increased by 8.5%, between two periods 1985-'90 and 1990-'95, and the net migrants in the rural areas reduced drastically. It was also found that the change in migration trend between urban and rural was no more a local but a nation wide phenomenon.

본지에서 소개하고 있는 '한국의 건축가' 기획연재는 그동안 게재 되었던 이희태(95년 3월호 ~ 5월호), 김정수(95년 6월호 ~ 8월호)에 이어 건축가 김수근(1931~1986)에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 이번호부터 소개되는 건축가 김수근편 에서는 그가 태어난 1931년부터 1960년까지의 유년시절과 건축의 수련기(성장배경과 서울의 북촌, 일본에서의 건축교육)를 시작으로 1960년부터 1972년까지의 한국건축의 새로운 이념형을 찾아서(김수근 건축연구소, 한국종합기술개발공사, 인간환경 계획연구소), 공간시대(1972년~1986년)등으로 구분하여 그의 작품세계를 지난해 12월 15일 개최됐던 제6차 아시아건축사대회 기간 중 우리 협회와 몽골건축사협회가 상호 협력을 위한 협정체결을 합의, 서명함으로써 이루어진 이번 여행은 몽골건축사협회 공식 초청으로 지난 7월 22일 시작됐다. 6박 7일의 일정으로 한몽 건축기술 정보교류 및 우호증진과 상호 긴밀한 유대 관계를 위해 김규태 우리협회 회장을 단장으로 한 방문단은 협회이사와 국제위원 7인을 단원으로 구성, 찬란한 역사를 지닌 몽골을 찾았다. 이글은 초원의 나라 몽골을 다녀와서 방문단의 일원으로 참여한 박서홍(희산건축)씨가 몽골건축을 중심으로 그 문화를 소개, 연재한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors associated with falls among older adults. This cross-sectional study used the data of 10,272 older adults who participating in the Korean Elderly survey, including demographic and health related characteristics. The data were analyzed with complex samples in SPSS ver. 23.0. The results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=1.262, 95%CI 1.111-1.433), education (OR=0.846, 95%CI 0.764-0.937), subjective health status (OR=1.172, 95% CI 1.041-1.320; OR=1.422, 95%CI 1.289-1.570), number of chronic illness (OR=1.438, 95%CI 1.050-1.968), number of medications (OR=0.798, 95%CI 0.659-0.967), muscle strength of low extremities (OR=1.260, 95%CI 1.101-1.441), and fear of falling (OR=3.576, 95%CI 3.166-4.039; OR=14.236, 95%CI 12.637-16.038)were significantly associated with fall accidents in the elderly. Thus, it is necessary to develop fall prevention program to reduce fear of falling and improve health status in the elderly.

As the survey results of cultivation area, farmhouse, yield and income to clarify the effect of PO Film on Korean melon industry in Seongju region, the covering areas of PE film of Korea, Kyungsangbuk-do and Seongju-gun in 2014 were decreased 91.5%, 94.9% and 95.2% as to 2010. In contrary, the covering areas of PO film of Korea, Kyungsangbuk-do and Seongju-gun in 2014 were increased 342.5%, 500% and 825% as to 2010. The cultivation area and farmhouse in 2015 were decreased 8.8% and 11.9% than those in 2010. The yield and production in 2015 were 38.2% and 25.9% increased han those in 2010. The gross and net income in 2015 were 1.3 and 2.7 times increased than those in 2010. Finally, to change as PO film, the productivity will be increased. And cleaning work and noxious materials discharge will be decreased.

The objective of this study is to test the flood forecasting capability of TOPMODEL on a single watershed in Korea. The selected study area is the Soyang River basin with outlet at Soyang Dam site. The three daily hydrographs and the three hourly flood events during 1990~1996 are selected for model calibrations and performance tests. The model parameters are estimated on 1990 daily event by manual fitting technique and the effects of topographic index distribution to river flow simulations are investigated on the study area. The model performance on correlation coefficient between the observed and the simulated flows for the verification periods are above 0.77 on the 95-, 96-daily events, while above 0.87 for 90-, 95-, 96-hourly events. By the consideration of flood flow characteristics in Korea, the physical interpretation of the model concept, and the model performance, it can be concluded that the TOPMODEL is feasible as a flood forecasting model in Korea.
