지난 93년 11월 현대건설에서 국내 건설업체 최초로 ISO 9000 품질시스템 인증서를 취득한 후 많은 건설업체에서 인증서를 취득했거나 추진중에 있다. 국내 건설업계의 ISO 9000 인증업무를 3~4개의 외국 인증기관에서 점유하고 있어서 건설사마다 비슷비슷한 시스템으로 가고 있는 것이 현실이다. 그러나 인증기관마다 장단점이 있으므로 각 회사는 좀더 여러 인증기관에서 다양하게 선택하는 것이 나으리라고 본다.

설계 생산 및 서비스 등 일련의 산업활동을 최적상태로 유지와 관리가 가능한 ISO 9000 인증제도는 품질보증시스템에 관한 국제표준으로 세계 76개국에서 국가 규격으로 채택 운영중에 있으며, 동남아(싱가폴)와 중동 및 일본의 건설성은 96년부터 공공공사 입찰 참가자에 대하여 ISO 9000 인증을 의무화할 예정이다. 이렇듯 품질보증체제가 새로운 무역상 기술장벽으로 대두되고 있어 이에 대한 사전 대비책이 필요하다.

ISO9000의 자격을 취득하는 것이 해외사업의 기본 요소이다라고 하는 기업이 많다. 반면에 그러한 자격증을 취득하여도 자사의 풍토에 맞지 않아서 도움이 되지 못한다라는 목소리도 적지 않다. 그러나 비싼 비용을 지불하고 취득한 ISO 9000 자격증과 매뉴얼이 그기업을 위하여 유용하게 만들어지지 않았다면 그것은 기업의 경영에 마이너스가 될 뿐이다.

디지털경제는 고객의 시대라 말할 수 있으며 그 사업방식은 기업에서 고객 중심으로 이동하고 있다. 원가와 규모의 경제, 원자재 확보가 주요 중심사였던 대량생산 시대를 넘어 규격과 신뢰성, 내구성, 사후서비스를 강조하며 ISO14000, TQM, QS9000, ISO9000 등의 국제 인증이 강조되던 품질시대도 뒤로하고 글로벌시대를 맞아 차별화 된 제품, 빠른 회전과 신속배달, 개인화 서비스, 편리성, 사용의 용이성을 내용으로 하는 가상고객시대로 치닫는 것이다.

Purpose: To evaluate the characteristics of (widely used) cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images. Materials and Methods: Images were obtained with CT performance phantoms (The American Association of Physicists in Medicine; AAPM). CT phantom as the destination by using PSR $9000N^{TM}$ dental CT system (Asahi Roentgen Ind. Co., Ltd., Japan) and i-CAT CBCT (Imaging Science International Inc., USA) that have different kinds of detectors and field of view, and compared these images with the CT number for linear attenuation, contrast resolution, and spatial resolution. Results: CT number of both PSR $9000N^{TM}$ dental CT system and i-CAT CBCT did not conform to the base value of CT performance phantom. The contrast of i-CAT CBCT is higher than that of PSR $9000N^{TM}$ dental CT system. Both contrasts were increased according to thickness of cross section. Spatial resolution and shapes of reappearance was possible up to 0.6 mm in PSR $9000N^{TM}$ dental CT system and up to 1.0 mm in i-CAT CBCT. Low contrast resolution in region of low contrast sensitivity revealed low level at PSR $9000N^{TM}$ dental CT system and i-CAT CBCT. Conclusion: CBCT images revealed higher spatial resolution, however, contrast resolution in region of low contrast sensitivity was the inferiority of image characteristics.

ISO/IEC 9000에 의하면 품질이란 사용 시 사용자 요구사항을 만족시키는 제품이나 서비스의 특성을 종합한 개념으로 정의하고 있다. 웹애플리케이션의 시큐어코딩은 안정성과 함께 정보시스템 서비스 품질을 결정짓는 요소 중의 하나이다. 시큐어코딩을 달성하기 위해서는 품질을 기반으로 하는 설계 모델이 필요하다. 그 이유는 보안도 하나의 품질 속성으로서 비 기능적 요구사항의 범위에 속하기 때문이다. 웹애플리케이션 품질평가체계 설계를 위해서는 품질의 정의를 기초로 품질속성, 품질요구사항, 품질측정 시나리오가 정의되고 설정되어야 한다. 이를 위해 IEEE 1061 품질모델을 참조한 웹애플리케이션 품질모델 관리체계를 개발한다. 웹 애플리케이션 아키텍쳐 설계는 시큐어코딩 품질모델 체계, 웹어플리케이션 이해관계자 관심 도출, 아키텍처 동인 결정, 품질속성 도출, 보안품질 요구사항 설정, 웹어플리케이션 아키텍처기술서 작성, 보안 프레임워크 설계 순서로 구성된다.

A construction model of quality management system in manufacturing industry focuses on process approach and continual improvement amongst the quality management 8 principles which are elements of quality management system of ISO 9000:2000 family standards, and proposes the model that can construct quality management system throughout the process approach as more simple and effective way in developing and applying a quality management system for characteristics of the manufacturing industry.

The organizations registered ISO 9000:1994 have upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 family through transition period by December, 2003. Some features of ISO 9001:2000 family are that it merged three ISO 9000 series, reduced 20 requirements to five major clauses, and focused on Plan-Do-Check-Act improvement cycle. We interviewed quality managers and staffs of 37 companies certified ISO 9001:2000 in Busan and Kyungnam provinces where most machine, metalwork, and manufacturing companies in South Korea are located. Using statistical analysis, we find out which status of firms are related with the requirements of five clauses. We also discover if there is any difference in performing the requirements depending on top managership, reasons for seeking ISO 9001:2000 certification, and ISO 9001:2000 operating period.

We analyze the current quality management status for firms producing steel outfits of ships and develop an efficient QMS appropriate to Korean steel outfit industry. The firms recently obtained ISO 9000 certificates and are located in Pusan ${\cdot}$ Kyungnam district of Korea. The analysis is based on the audit results from ISO 9000 for seven steel outfit firms during last three years. We find out major requirements of ISO 9000 and investigate statistical relationship among major requirements, types of data, and groups of firms by using a statistical package, SAS. Recommendations regarding add-on requirements are suggested to install an efficient QMS in Korean steel outfit firms.
