역전기투석 응용을 위한 이오노머가 코팅된 세공충진 이온교환막의 제조 및 특성분석 (Preparation and Characterizations of Ionomer-coated Pore-filled Ion-exchange Membranes for Reverse Electrodialysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 역전기투석 응용을 위해 엔지니어링 고분자 기반의 이오노머와 다공성 폴리에틸렌 지지체를 사용한 세공충진 이온교환막을 제조하고 이를 결합한 이오노머-세공충진 복합막을 제조하였다. 이온전도도가 높은 이오노머와 우수한 기계적 강도를 가진 세공충진막을 결합함으로써 상용 이온교환막(AMX/CMX, Astom Corp., Japan) 대비 동등 수준의 전기화학적 특성 및 응용에 적합한 물리적 안정성을 확보할 수 있었다. 제조된 이오노머-세공충진 복합막을 이용하여 역전기투석 성능을 평가한 결과 상용막 대비 음이온 교환막의 경우 86.4%, 양이온 교환막은 104.8% 수준의 우수한 발전성능을 나타내었다.

코스튬플레이 패션에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Costume Play Fashion)

  • The article is alms to investigate the characteristics, the originality, and the interest of fashion design of costume play, which is recently specifically popularized among young fashion mania. The influence of commercialization power of the Disneyland and the animation characters of Japanese caricatures makes the costume play to be one of the main new generation culture. Since the costume play just begins at this moment, the full understanding of the costume play is hard because of the small amount of the materials and happenings of the phenomena. However it reveals the design trends and creativity of the new generation. As the investigation of costume play fashion and the types of costume play, the following results are obtained. 1. The originality of the costume play is thought to be induced from the mask which is used against the ghost in primitive ages, the fancy parade of halloween festival, commercial advertisements of Disneyland, the Japanese caricatures, and the animation games. 2. The distinctive characteristics of Korean costume play shows the massive behaviour, which is different from the individualized costume play in Japan. This facts show the parts of the interest culture of the persons who has the equal interest. The costume play is applied as the sound showing culture, in which the young generation express and enjoy themselves by"kki" - the passion of young energy. 3. The boom of costume play introduce the increased number of costume play shop, pro model, and designer. It also introduce the interest of the new fashion design for the young generations. Thus it is expected the new fashion infra structure in near future.ar future.

Evaluation of Inbreeding and Genetic Variability of Five Pig Breeds in Czech Republic

  • The complex analysis of the pedigree records of Czech Landrace (CLA), Czech Large White-dam line (CLWd), Czech Large White-sire line (CLWs), Duroc (DC), and Pietrain (PN) was performed to determine trends of genetic diversity (GD), and to find the main sources of the GD loss. The total size of the pedigree was 132,365, 391,151, 32,913, 13,299, and 7,160 animals in CLA, CLWd, CLWs, DC, and PN, respectively. Animals born in the years 2011 through 2013 were assumed as the reference population. The average pedigree completeness index for one generation back was 95.9%, 97.4%, 91.2%, 89.8%, and 94.2% for appropriate breeds. Number of ancestors explaining 100% of gene pool was 186, 373, 125, 157, and 37 in CLA, CLWd, CLWs, DC, and PN, respectively. The relative proportion of inbred animals (58%, 58%, 54%, 47%, and 25%), the average inbreeding (2.7%, 1.4%, 2.5%, 3.6%, and 1.3%) and the average co-ancestry (3.1%, 1.6%, 3.3%, 4.2%, and 3.3%) were found over the past decade in analysed breeds. The expected inbreeding under random mating increased during the last 10 years in CLWs and PN and varied from 1.27% to 3.2%. The effective population size computed on the basis of inbreeding was 76, 74, 50, 35, and 83 in 2012 in CLA, CLWd, CLWs, DC, and PN, respectively. The shortest generation interval (1.45) was observed for CLWd in sire to son selection pathway. The longest generation interval obtained PN (1.95) in sire to daughter pathway. The average relative GD loss within last generation interval was 7.05%, 4.70%, 9.81%, 7.47%, and 10.46%, respectively. The relative proportion of GD loss due to genetic drift on total GD loss was 85.04%, 84.51%, 89.46%, 86.19%, and 83.68% in CLA, CLWd, CLWs, DC, and PN, respectively. All breeds were characterized by a high proportion of inbred animals, but the average inbreeding was low. The most vulnerable breeds to loss of GD are DC and PN. Therefore, a breeding program should be more oriented to prevent the increase of GD loss in these breeds.

태양광시스템 모델식과 기계학습을 이용한 발전성능 추정 (Estimation of Power Using PV System Model Formula and Machine Learning)

  • In this paper, a machine learning model by using a regression algorithm is proposed to estimate the power generation performance of the BIPV system. The physical model formula for estimating the generation performance and the proposed model were compared and analyzed. For the physical model formula, simple efficiency model, temperature correction model, and regressive physics model for changing an irradiance were used. As a result, when comparing the regressive physics model for changing an irradiance and the proposed model with the actual generation measured data, the respective RMSE values are 0.1497 kW, 0.0451 kW and the accuracy values are 86.44%, and 96.56%. Therefore, the proposed model implemented in this experiment can be useful in estimating power generation.

두부폐액(廢液)의 조성(組成) 및 Saccharomyces Cerevisiae를 이용(利用)한 Alcohol 발효(醱酵) (Soybean Whey Composition and Alcohol Fermentation by Using Saccharomyces Cerevisiae)

  • 폐액으로 방류되는 두부 폐수(whey)를 이용하여 alcohol 발효를 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. whey중(中)에 함유(含有)된 환원당은 약 0.71%로서 이당(糖)을 이용(利用)하며 l당(當) 최대(最大) 1.86 g의 ethanol이 생산(生産)되었으나 수률(收率)이 낮아서 경제성은 희박하다. 그러나 발효에 의해서 단백질과 당이 각각 94%, 81%만큼이나 감소한 결과(結果)로 미루어 보아 두부 폐수중(廢水中)의 유기물(有機物)을 alcohol 발효(醱酵)에 이용(利用)할 수 있음을 확인(確認)하였다.

A NEXT GENERATION MULTI-BEAM FOCAL PLANE ARRAY RECEIVER OF TRAO FOR 86-115 GHZ BAND

  • The noise temperature of existing millimeter-wave receivers is already within two or three times quantum noise limit. One of practical ways to increase the observation speed of single dish radio telescope without longer integration time is use of multi-beam focal plane array receiver as demonstrated in several large single dish radio telescopes. In this context the TRAO (Taeduk Radio Astronomy Observatory), which operates a 143n Cassegrain radio telescope, is planning to develop a 4 x 4 beams focal plane array SIS receiver system for 86-115 GHz band. Even though millimeter-wave HEMT LNA-based receivers approach the noise temperature comparable to the SIS receiver at W-band, it is believed that the receiver based on SIS mixer seems to offer a bit more advantages. The critical part of the multi-beam array receiver will be sideband separating SIS mixers. Employing such a type of SIS mixer makes it possible to simplify the quasi-optics of receiver. Otherwise, an SSB filter should be used in front of the mixer or some sophisticated post-processing of observation data is needed. In this paper we will present a preliminary design concept and components needed for the development of a new 3 mm band multi-beam focal plane array receiver.

골다공증에 대한 인지측정도구 개발 (Development of an Osteoporosis Awareness Scale for Women)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop an instrument measuring awareness of osteoporosis. Methods: The process included construction of a conceptual framework, generation of 86 preliminary items, verification of content validity, selection of secondary items, verification of construct validity and extraction of final items. The 86 items were reviewed for content validity by two groups of experts and were tested to evaluate inter item correlation coefficient by two groups of adult women. From June to August 2007, data were collected from 383 adult women who lived in Seoul and provinces in Korea. Data were analyzed by performing item analysis, Varimax factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. Results: There were 31 items in the final instrument categorized into 5 factors. The factors were labeled as "preventive behaviors (10 items)", "risk factors (5 items)", "characteristics of osteoporosis (6 items)", "improving bone health (5 items)", and "bone physiology (5 items)". Cumulative percent of variance was 60.92% and eigen values ranged from 1.20 to 12.44. Cronbach's alpha was .948 and ranged from .804 to .917. Conclusion: Validity and reliability of the scale are confirmed in this study showing its utility for measuring awareness of osteoporosis for women. Utilization of the scale will also contribute to designing an appropriate prevention program for osteoporosis.

협조운용을 적용한 자율주행 차선변경에 관한 연구 (A Study on Autonomous Vehicle Lane Change Method Using Cooperative Maneuver)

  • 자율주행자동차의 상용화를 앞두고, 현재의 교통체계에 적용을 검토해야 한다. 한정된 교통 환경에서 자율 주행자동차가 적용되었을 때, 차선변경 규칙을 효과적으로 설정하는 것만으로도 이득을 가져올 수 있다. 본 연구는 소규모 군집주행을 포켓주행으로 정의하고, 차량 간에 효과적인 이동을 제안한다. 복잡한 도로상황을 가정하고 제안한 협조운행방식을 적용 하였다. 정체된 도로환경에서 차량 간의 불규칙한 차간간격은, 통제와 협조에 의해 차선변경 하고자 하는 차량의 수락간격 확보를 가능하게 한다. 차량의 이동 방법에 대해 다양한 연구를 진행 중이며, 한 가지 예시를 기술하였다. 기존 차선변경방법보다 제안한 차선변경 방법은 최대 86.6%의 교통 지연시간 감소를 나타내었다. 효과적인 차선변경 방법으로 교통량 개선을 보였으며, 나아가 차세대 도로설계에 영향력 있는 인자로써 기대할 수 있다.

A Comparative Study on the Features and Applications of AI Tools -Focus on PIKA Labs and RUNWAY

  • In the field of artistic creation, the iterative development of AI-generated video software has pushed the boundaries of multimedia content creation and provided powerful creative tools for non-professionals. This paper extensively examines two leading AI-generated video software, PIKA Labs and RUNWAY, discussing their functions, performance differences, and application scopes in the video generation domain. Through detailed operational examples, a comparative analysis of their functionalities, as well as the advantages and limitations of each in generating video content, is presented. By comparison, it can be found that PIKA Labs and RUNWAY have excellent performance in stability and creativity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to comprehensively elucidate the operating mechanisms of these two AI software, in order to intuitively demonstrate the advantages of each software. Simultaneously, this study provides valuable references for professionals and creators in the video production field, assisting them in selecting the most suitable tools for different scenarios, thereby advancing the application and development of AI-generated video software in multimedia content creation.

Horseradish Peroxidase가 고정화된 다공성 탄소 전극을 이용한 페놀의 전기화학적 분해 (Electrochemical Degradation of Phenol by Using Reticulated Vitreous Carbon Immobilized Horseradish Peroxidase)

  • 용액 상에서 페놀류에 대해 95%의 분해특성을 지니는 동식물세포유래의 효소(horseradish peroxidase, HRP, EC 1.11.1.7)를 다공성 탄소 전극에 고정화시키고 이를 전기화학 반응기에 도입하여 전극반응에 의해 연속적으로 발생되는 과산화수소를 이용하여 페놀의 분해를 수행하였다. FT-IR 분석을 통해 다공성탄소전극 표면에 HRP의 아민기와 펩티드 결합을 위한 카르복실기가 생성되었음을 확인하였고 가교제(coupling agent)로 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC)를 이용하여 공유결합으로 고정화시켰다. 또한 HRP를 활성화 시켜 페놀을 처리하기 위해 전해질로 사용된 인산염 완충용액의 농도($10{\sim}200$ mM)와 pH($5.0{\sim}8.0$), 외부 산소 주입량($10{\sim}50$ mL/min)및 potentiostat/galvanosta에 의한 외부 공급전압($-0.2{\sim}-0.8$ volt, vs. Ag/AgCl)의 조건을 달리하며 RVC 전극 표면에서 발생되는 과산화수소 농도 및 전류효율을 고려하여 최적 자체 발생조건을 결정하였다. HRP가 고정화된 RVC 전극은 초기 고정화된 HRP 활성에 대해 4주 동안 89%의 상대적 효소 활성도(relatively enzymatic activity)를 지니는 안정한 전극임을 확인하였으며 실험실 스케일의 연속식 전기화학 반응기에 도입되어 최적 과산화수소의 발생조건에서 86%의 분해 효율을 보였다.
