The purpose of this study is to extend the research on the development of the performance indicators for the Education Welfare Priority Support Project and to secure the content validity for the application to the school site. The performance index of the Education Welfare Priority Support Project used in this study was originally consisted of 6 area, 33 sub-area, and 233 items. Two expert meetings were held for five doctoral professionals in the field of educational welfare. Delphi surveys were conducted for a group of 99 educational welfare workers who worked at the site for more than five years. The item selection criteria ($CVR{\geq}.29$, $CVI{\geq}.80$, convergence <.50, agreement ${\geq}.05$, stability ${\leq}.80$, $M{\geq}3.00$, SD <.80, reliability ${\geq}.6$) were applied. The 6 area, 23 sub-areas, and 93 items were verified and finally 90 items were selected from removing 3 items with low level of reliability. Providing suggestions and follow-up studies for the better use of the performance indicators for the Education Welfare Priority Support Project in the field.

In order to make the objective quality standard of Pleurotus eryngii, we statistically analysed fruit body collected by the type of market with our own mushroom research lab's quality standard and suggested the quality standard of Pleurotus eryngii by grade. Namely, premium(extra large), first(large), second(middle), and third grade(small) fruit body were 120~130, 110~120 below, 80~110below, and 80mm and below, respectively in height. The diameters of stipe of each grades were 40~45, 30~40below, 25~30below, 25mm below, respectively. The standard of the diameter of pileus indicated ratio of the diameter of pileus/the diameter of stipe instead of the diameter of pileus only because a quality is depend on a ratio of pileus/stipe. The premium and first grade of a ratio of pileus/stipe were 1.6 below and 1.7and below respectively. The weights of premium(extra large), first(large), second(middle), and third grade(small) fruit body were 95~120, 70~95below, 50~70below, 50g below, respectively.

대만은 인구 2,500만명의 국가로 중국진출의 전초기지로 활용이 가능한 매력적인 국가이다. 소비자의 가장 중요한 특징은 합리적인 소비를 중시하며, 가격에 민감하여 이를 활용한 다양한 마케팅이 중요하며 더운 나라로 음료형태의 건강기능식품이 가장 큰 규모를 형성하고 있으며, 건강기능식품의 경우 효능에 따라 제형을 선택하고, 젊은 층이 주 고객이나, 홍삼으로 주로 40대 이상이 소비하고 있다. 홍삼은 승열작용이 있다는 믿음을 가지고 있으며 중장년층이 주 고객이다. 홍삼형태로 80%가 약재상을 통해 유통되고 있으며 대만의 홍삼 시장은 한국과 차이가 있는 홍삼문화, 대기업 중심의 유통구조로 인한 벤더 중심 유통, 높은 제품경쟁력 그리고 막대한 판촉비 필요 등 대만 시장은 한국과 유사한 완숙기 시장을 형성하고 있다. 그러나 한류의 영향으로 한국에서 성공가능성이 큰 제품을 대만시장에 맞도록 수정하여 출시한다면 도전해 볼만한 시장임에는 틀림없다.
