4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 서비스 산업에서 4차 산업혁명 기술의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 개발 및 활용 현황을 파악하고 이에 기반하여 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 혁신 특성과 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 혁신 특성을 파악하기 위해 통계청의 기업활동조사 데이터를 기반으로 조사·분석을 수행하였다. 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술에 대해 기업 비율, 기술 개발 및 활용 비중, 개발·활용 기술, 기술 활용 분야, 기술 개발 방법측면에서 분석하였다. 또한 서비스 산업 4차 산업혁명 기술 변화 추이도 분석하였다. 서비스 산업의 분석결과를 바탕으로 타 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 활용 및 개발 현황과 비교·분석하였다. 특히 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 혁신 유형을 4차 산업혁명 기업 비율과 4차 산업혁명 기업 비율의 증가율 관점에서 4가지 유형으로 구분하고 서비스 산업별 유형을 도출하였다. 연구 및 분석결과를 바탕으로 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 혁신 특성과 시사점을 9가지 관점에서 제시하였다. 연구결과 서비스 산업 기업이 타 산업 기업보다 더 적극적으로 4차 산업 혁명 관련 기술을 개발하거나 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났고 그 격차는 더욱 확대되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 세부 서비스 산업별로는 정보통신업, 금융 및 보험업, 교육 서비스업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 개발 또는 활용 비율이 상대적으로 높았고, 4차 산업혁명 기업 비중이 가장 많이 증가한 서비스 산업은 부동산업, 교육 서비스업, 보건업 및 사회복지 서비스업으로 조사되었다. 특히, 클라우드, 빅데이터, 인공지능이 핵심 3대 4차 산업혁명 기술로 분석되었다. 서비스 산업은 4차 산업혁명 기업 비율과 증가율 측면에서 4개의 유형으로 구분할 수 있으며 유형별 차별적인 혁신 특성을 반영한 서비스 산업 혁신 방안이 필요하다.

Purpose - With the technology of the 4th industrial revolution, business models of agricultural sector are changing rapidly toward convergence and high value-added business models due to the 6th industrialization of agricultural. Our goals is to examine the 6th industrialization of agriculture, and then to apply the technology of the 4th industrial revolution to the 6th industrialization of agriculture, suggesting the possibility of future agriculture, and then linking the export competitiveness of agricultural products. Research design, data, and methodology - As the methodology, case studies and empirical analyzes were conducted as well as literature studies. The case analyses included tomatoes, pig breeding farms, and an empirical analysis was conducted using the AHP analysis by experts of the 6th industrialization. In addition, using 124 survey data, this study examined and analyzed the items of the 4th industrial revolution technology for the 6th industrialization of agriculture and the strengthening of export competitiveness. Results - Results showed that the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution helped "6th industrialization of agriculture" and "the strengthening of export competitiveness" using two successful cases. The AHP analysis was also carried out, and it was found that the improvement of the technology in the 4th industrial revolution could contribute to the future industrialization as well as the 6th industrialization of agriculture. First of all, we looked many conditions were important and urgent. Among the technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, the mobile, big data were important. Moreover, it was recognized that linkage and convergence related efforts would greatly contribute to strengthening export competitiveness of agriculture such as price and quality competitiveness. Conclusions - The 4th industrial revolution such as hyper-connectivity, hyper-intelligence and hyper-predictability contribute greatly to the 6th industrialization of agriculture, and therefore it is essential to improve the competitiveness of the agricultural sector by using the technology of the 4th industrial revolution. In particular, based on analyses of the diamond model, the "demand conditions" was the most important factor for the activation of the 6th Industrialization, and then "related and supporting fields", "factor conditions" and "business context" were followed in order. The results of this study can be useful for policy, practical and academic sectors.

With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, there is a rising interest in the impact of these changes on Korea's trade. While the previous studies related to the 4th Industrial Revolution are very limited in the field of trade research, this study attempts an empirical analysis regarding the effect of the use of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology on the performance of exporters, based on the data of the Survey of Business Activities during 2017-2019 by the Korean government statistical office. Through the empirical analysis in combination with the propensity score matching (PSM) and the difference-in-difference (DID) analysis, this research confirms that the use of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology has a positive effect on the export performance of Korean exporters.

Purpose: This study aims to induce interest in the future society that could change with the advance of the 4th Industrial Revolution. It also intends to identify the direction of university education by investigating the perception of university students majoring in dental laboratory technology about the latest technology used in this era. Methods: The study recruited 240 college students majoring in dental laboratory technology at K and D universities in Gangwon-do and Daejeon, respectively. Online and face-to-face surveys were conducted from March 20, 2022 to April 10, 2022. Results: Although their interest in the use of emerging technologies during the 4th Industrial Revolution was above average 3.85, the dental laboratory technology students exhibited relatively high levels of anxiety 3.19 and reluctance 2.96. Second, their interest in emerging technologies demonstrated positive correlations with major satisfaction and understanding of concepts and readiness, whereas reluctance and anxiety pointed to negative correlations with understanding of the concepts of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Conclusion: Formulating guidelines is necessary to help students increase their understanding of the 4th Industrial Revolution and prepare them appropriately by setting an educational direction that can flexibly respond to the rapidly changing industrial environment.

However, there is little research on the analysis of the major issues about the 4th Industrial Revolution. Accordingly, this study aims to analyse these major issues. Data mining such as topic modelling method is used for this analysis. This study is expected to be helpful for the researcher and policy maker of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting innovation activities related to the introduction of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology for Korean firms faced to the severe global trade and competition environments. This paper conducted an empirical analysis using the 'The Survey of Business Activities' distributed by the Statistics Korea in 2019. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that the firm size, labor cost, R&D, and intellectual property rights had a significant influence on the firms' adoption of the 4th industrial revolution technology. It was also found that the dummy variables such as strategic alliance between companies, review of entry into a new business, transfer of main business operations, and holding of subsidiaries had statistically significant effects on innovation activities. In addition, this paper showed that the firm characteristics had impacts on innovation activities of firms by the 4th industrial revolution technology type. In order for Korean firms to adapt to the challenges by the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is important to provide policy support and an environment in line with the characteristics of the firms.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명기업의 기술혁신역량이 경영성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치게 되는지를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 또한, 4차 산업혁명기업과 비 4차 산업혁명기업 간의 경영성과에는 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 표본은 기술보증기금이 자체적으로 기술평가를 거쳐 기술혁신기업 및 4차 산업혁명기업으로 분류한 2,543개 기업의 현장 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. 기술혁신역량 변수에는 연구개발 인력 규모, 연구개발 조직 수준, 지식 재산권수, 무형자산 비율, 지식자산 금액, 연구개발 투자금액, 연구개발 집약도 라는 변수를 사용하여 분석하였다. 4차 산업혁명기업의 기술혁신역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석에서는 연구개발 조직 수준 요인을 제외한 요인들 모두가 경영성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되어 연구가설이 지지되었다. 특히, 지식자산 금액이 경영성과에 상대적으로 더 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었다. 또한, 4차 산업혁명기업과 비 4차 산업혁명기업 간 평균 비교 분석에서는 4차 산업혁명기업이 보다 경영성과가 높게 나타난 것으로 확인되었다.

After being introduced "4th Industrial Revolution" in the Davos Forum 2016, it is continuously talked about "4th Industrial Revolution" as an industrial and social innovation momentum for solving structural problems of economy and society. In this situation, our government established "the Committee of 4th Industrial Revolution" as a control tower and announced a policy "4th Industrial Revolution recommendation for government" in 2019. The Ministry of National Defense is pursuing "4th Industrial Revolution" policies and organizing a team "4th Industrial Revolution Smart Defense Innovation Team" in accordance with government-wide policies from 2019. In this paper, I will look at the background and status of the Smart Defense Innovation policy. And I am proposing development plans to create practical results as like "Strengthening governance for the Smart Defense Innovation" and "Implementation of the budget for the Smart Defense Innovation" and so on.

본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명과 기술 상용화에 대해 논의하고, 기술 상용화에 영향을 미치는 성공 요인을 문헌 연구를 통하여 도출하여, 제4차 산업혁명을 주도하는 산업계 경영진에게 설문을 통하여 이들 요인을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 문헌연구 결과 기술 상용화에 영향을 미치는 11가지 성공 요인은'대화와 소통','경영층 지원','경영에 대한 이해','기술 상용화의 이해','관련자간의 협력','기술 상용화 장려책','공동목표 인식','정부 지원','기술 상용화 경험', '기술의 구체성','수요자 요청 기술'이었다. 404부의 설문지를 제4차 산업혁명 업계에 속하는 기업의 CEO와 CIO에게 발송하였고, 최종 응답률은 64.4%(260부)로서 상당히 높은 참여율을 보였다. 응답자들은 제4차 산업혁명의 기술 상용화에 가장 중요한 요인으로'관련자간의 협력'을 꼽았고, 뒤이어'경영층 지원','대화와 소통','공동 목표 인식','기술 상용화에 대한 이해'순으로 평가하였다. 기업이 제4차 산업혁명의 기술 상용화 프로젝트의 성공 가능성을 제고하기 위해서는, 본 연구에서 높은 평가를 받은 성공 요인들에 높은 관심을 가지고 사업을 추진하여야 할 것이다.
