Purpose: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution are influencing various factors by the emergence of new jobs and the change in perception of job stability due to globalization of information technology and industry This study attempted to present implications by verifying the structural relationship of beauty workers' sustainable organizational commitment and the method necessary for conflict management in the industrial field due to the recent changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Research design, data and methodology: This study sampled 604 beauty industry employees Frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, factor analysis, and path analysis were performed using SPSS WIN23.0. Results: It was found that the change in the employment environment caused by the 4th industrial revolution had a significant negative (-) effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of beauty industry workers. Conclusion: This study is that changes in the employment environment negatively affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment of beauty workers. We hope to contribute to the development and growth of the beauty industry by providing basic data for the beauty tech service industry in the 4th industrial era.

본 논문의 목적은 4차 산업혁명의 기술을 활용하여, 농업의 6차산업화를 선도하는 국내외의 사례 분석을 수행하고, 한국의 상황에서 그 가능성과 ABCD 전략모델을 활용하여 그 전략적 방향성을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 기술과 농업의 6차 산업화에 대한 개념을 조사하고, 미국, 한국 및 중국의 성공적 사례를 고찰하였다. 즉, 미국 사례에서는 새로운 기술을 통해 수확량의 정확한 예측에 적용했고, 한국사례에서는 첨단 버섯 재배에서 4차 산업혁명 기술을 활용했다. 중국의 경우, 첨단 감시시스템에 의한 포도의 2모작 재배를 성공시켰다. 분석결과, 4차 산업혁명의 기술이 농업의 6차 산업화에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 인지하였고, ABCD 전략모델을 통해 향후 우리 농업이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시했다.

18세기 1차 산업혁명 이후로부터 여러 차례에 걸쳐 혁명적 산업 변화가 이루어졌다. 4차 산업혁명은 지능과 정보가 융합된 형태로 전개되는 새로운 형태의 산업혁명이다. 사회, 문화, 경제, 교육 시스템은 접속과 경험이라는 커다란 주제 안에서 전개될 것으로 예상된다. 4차 산업혁명의 특징적 요소인 지능적 기계화의 흐름 속에서, 인간과 기계의 분업화라는 관점은 반드시 필요하다. 도구에 관한 것은 기계와 인공지능에게 맡기고 인간은 본질적인 문제를 바라보아야 한다. 4차 산업혁명의 패러다임과 기술발전의 흐름 속에서 교육의 관점은 근본적으로 변화되어야 한다. 암기력을 기반으로 하는 소유의 개념이 아닌, 접속과 활용의 능력을 길러주는 교육으로 나아가야 한다. 로봇과 인공지능이 많은 부분을 담당할 수 있으므로 인간은 기계가 할 수 없는 토론, 협업, 의사소통, 감성, 예술성이라는 영역에 주목할 필요가 있다. 4차 산업혁명은 인간과 기술의 융합, 인문학과 과학기술의 융합이다. 융합적 교육과 독서가 중요하다.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 기반 우리나라 군(軍) 조직이 미래 전장에서 승리할 수 있는 이정표를 제시하는 측면에서 출발한 연구이다. 따라서 본 연구의 제 1장 서론은 군사 선진국들이 4차 산업혁명 기반 국방분야의 산업기술 현황이 어떻게 운용되는지 거시적 측면에서 연구의 필요성에 대해 출발하며 제 2장 이론적 배경은 우리나라 국방분야의 4차 산업혁명 기술현황과 한국형 전투(선견·선결·선타)개념을 고찰하며 제 3장 군사 선진국의 국방로봇 기술 분석은 미국, 이스라엘, 독일의 무인 전투로봇에 대한 사례를 분석하였다. 결국, 미래전은 첨단플랫폼을 기반으로 초연결· 초지능화 군(軍)으로 도약했을 때 전장을 지배할 수 있을 것이다. 우리 군(軍)도 국방로봇을 전투체계별 특징에 부합되게 연구·개발하고, 군사적으로 활용해야 할 것이며 더 나아가 적의 사이버 및 전자전·우주 공격 등으로부터 아군의 핵심능력과 중심을 보호할 수 있는 전투수행 개념을 확대·발전시켜 나가야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify home economics (HE) teachers' concerns about and perceptions of HE education using the latest technologies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution and to reveal whether they differ according to teachers' general background variables. The questionnaire survey method to measure HE teachers' concerns and perceptions of HE education using the latest technologies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution was conducted online using the Google Questionnaire from which 150 responses were received. The main results were as follows. Firstly, HE teachers scored an average of 3.46 out of 5 for the latest technology. Among these interests in the latest technology, interest in "augmented reality and virtual reality technologies" scored the highest at an average of 3.80, while interest in "neural network machine learning" (2.78) was low. HE teacher's concerns about HE education using the latest technologies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution were high, with an average score of 4.40. Among these concerns for the latest technology, "concern about the results of HE education using the latest technology" scored the highest at 4.53. HE teachers' anxiety about the latest teaching technology in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution was moderate, averaging 3.05. The highest form of anxiety was "anxiety about the impact on the job" (4.03) and the lowest was fear of "the disappearance of the teacher's job" (2.50). HE teachers' innovation resistance to the latest teaching technology was low at 2.18. Expectations of the latest technology in HE classes in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution averaged 3.85, slightly higher than the middle of 3.

The world is now going through the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Major global economies, including the United States, Germany, Japan and China, are fostering industries related to the fourth industrial revolution with policies and investments. South Korea is also setting up its fourth industrial revolution committee under the president, expanding policies and investment to foster industries related to the fourth industrial revolution, and increasing investment in research and development. Accordingly, government and private investment in industries and technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution is made extensively around the world, and many related industries and technologies are being developed. In this paper, we will look into the status and problems of Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration projects that can quickly and easily introduce technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution in the private sector where many developments are taking place, and present the direction of development.

Purpose - This study aims to examine the relationships between the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety behavior, and logistics safety performance, as well as the moderated mediating effects of logistics safety behavior through safety culture in Korea. Design/methodology - Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety, and logistics performance. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, and mediating effect analysis were performed. In addition, the moderated mediating effect analysis applying SPSS Process Model No. 7 was conducted. Findings - Usefulness and sociality of the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology had a significant effect on logistics safety behavior. Ease of use, sociality, and efficiency had meaningful effect on logistics safety performance. And in the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology and logistics safety performance, logistics safety behavior had a significant mediating effect. But the moderated mediating effect of safety behavior through safety culture was not significant. Logistics companies can improve logistics safety performance through the utilization of new logistics technologies such as intelligent logistics robots, autonomous driving technology, and artificial intelligence, etc. Originality/value - This is the first study to analyze the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology in the 4th industrial revolution and logistics safety. In addition, previous studies analyzed mediating effects or moderating effects, but this is the first study to identify the moderated mediating effects of safety behavior through safety culture. In other words, it has originality in terms of research methodology.

The media has depicted an abrupt socio-technological change in the Republic of Korea with the 4th Industrial Revolution. Because technologies cannot realize their potential without social acceptance, studying conflicts incurred by such a change is imperative. However, little literature has focused on conflicts caused by technologies. Therefore, the current study investigated media coverage regarding conflicts related to the 4th Industrial Revolution from 2016 to 2020 in the Republic of Korea, applying text-mining techniques. We found that the overall amount and coverage pattern conforms to the issue attention cycle. Also, the three major topics ("SMEs & Startups," "Mobility Conflict," and "Human & Technology") indicate quarrels between conflicting social entities. Moreover, the temporal change in media coverage implies the political use of the term rather than technological. However, we also found the media's deliberative discussion on the socio-technological impact. This study is significant because we expanded the discussion on media coverage of technologies to the realm of social conflicts. Furthermore, we explored the news articles of the recent five years with a text-mining approach that enhanced the objectivity of the research.

In spite of the rapid change of the technology, the university education cannot escape from the traditional form of classroom teaching. University education is assessed through listening the same content of lecture, completing the same assignment and test at the same time, same place. To prepare for the 4th industrial revolution, it is investigated to reorganize the curriculum(32.5%), strengthen the lifelong education(21.4%), expand the compulsory education(17.6%), expand the innovation school(13.7%), expand the educational finance(10.4%) as the field of education which need to be strengthen. The change of the education is essential to prepare for the 4th industrial revolution which creativity, collaboration, fusion, problem solving are the core ability. In this thesis, it is to be compared that the subjects opened in liberal arts of domestic and overseas university in this 4th industrial revolution and Basic Liberal Art Education Curriculum is promoted for the smooth management for preparing the future and taking the action to the change. Stereotyped and inflexible frame should be changed to 'Structure', 'Recognition', 'Attitude' for making the base of 'Diversity', 'Personalization', 'Flexibility' which are needed to uplift 'Imagination', 'Creativity' for education of the future and the new era.

Cyber Physical System으로 상징되는 제4차 산업혁명(Industry 4.0)이 전 세계적으로 확산되어 감에 따라 향후 구현될 다양한 사이버 시스템들의 기술적 안정·신뢰성을 확보하기 위해서는 융합보안 인프라 구축이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명의 확산과 관련하여 생활안전의 개념을 포함하는 광의의 융합보안산업 및 기술의 현상을 파악하고, 관련된 지식간의 연계 가능성을 분석하여 보안의 융합화에 필요한 산학협력을 촉진할 수 있는 인력양성, 기술개발, 정책개선 등에 관한 종합적인 발전 정책을 제안하고자 한다.
