Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop and measure the effect of a movie-based-nursing intervention program designed to enhance motivation for rehabilitation and reduce depression levels in stroke patients. Methods: The study used a quasi-experimental, nonequivalent control group and a pretest-posttest design. The 60 research subjects were assigned to the experimental (n=30) or control group (n=30). The movie-based nursing intervention program was provided for the experimental group during 60-minute sessions held once per week for 10 weeks. The program consisted of patient education to strengthen motivation for rehabilitation and reduce depression, watching movies to identify role models, and group discussion to facilitate therapeutic interaction. Results: After 10 weeks of participation in the movie-based nursing intervention program, the experimental group's rehabilitation motivation score was significantly higher, F=1161.54 (within groups df=49, between groups df=1), p<.001, relative to that observed in the control group. In addition, the experimental group's depression score was significantly lower relative to that observed in the control group, F=258.97 (within groups df=49, between groups df=1), p<.001. Conclusion: The movie-based nursing intervention program could be used for stroke patients experiencing psychological difficulties including reduced motivation for rehabilitation and increased depression during the rehabilitation process.

본 연구에서는 노인의 구강건강관리 실태를 파악하여 구강건강 인지 및 수준을 파악하고자 만 60세 이상 노인 256명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포한 후 직접 면접 조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 잇솔질 방법은 남자의 경우 횡마법, 여자의 경우 회전법을 주로 사용하고 있었으며, 60~69세에서는 회전법 68.1%, 70세 이상에서는 횡마법 80.4%로 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다(p < 0.001). 2. 성별 치과방문 실태는 60~69세에서 이가 아플 때 내원한다가 49.1%로 높았고, 70세 이상에서 1년에 한번 내원한다가 47.9%로 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 3. 구강 내 보철장착 필요성 인식여부는 여자가 75.4%로 남자보다 높았고, 60~69세에서 74.1%로 70세 이상 보다 60~69세에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높았으며(p < 0.05), 학력별 구강 내 보철장착 필요성 인식여부는 무학 77.2%, 초등학교 졸업이상에서 57.0%로 무학이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(p < 0.01) 4. 현재 의치사용 유무는 남자가 92.6%로 여자보다 의치 사용율이 더 높았고, 60~69세에서 62.9%, 70세 이상에서 85.0%로 연령이 높을수록 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(p < 0.001). 5. 의치 관리 실태는 세척 후 찬물에 보관한다가 여자가 95.5%로 통계적으로 유의하게 높았고(p < 0.001), 연령별, 학력별 의치사용 유무는 세척 후 찬물에 보관한다가 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다.

본 논문에서는 강판 결함 검출 시스템의 아날로그 신호처리를 하기 위해 저전력 이득 조절 증폭기(PGA)를 설계하였다. 설계된 PGA는 홀 센서에서 나오는 신호를 검출 하려는 결함의 종류에 따라 그 이득을 6dB에서 60dB까지 7가지 단계로 조절 가능하다. PGA이득은 선형성 및 칩 크기를 고려하여 스위치의 온-저항과 수동소자 크기에 의해서 조절 되도록 설계하였다. 이득오차는 0.2dB 보다 작으며 소비전력은 0.47mW이다. 전원전압 1.8V에 $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS 공정을 이용하여 PGA를 설계하였다.

본 연구는 복숭아 '천홍'의 착과 수준(fruiting level, FLs)을 3수준(FL-Low, Middle, High)으로 하여 결과지의 신초 발달과 성숙 과실의 무게 및 당도를 비교하였다. 결과지당 신초수 분포 비율에서는 FL-Low의 1-2개(42%), FL-Middle의 1개(47%), FL-High의 1개(42%)에서 가장 높았다. 과실 무게 및 당도 분포 비율에서는 FL-Low의 210-270g (50%) 및 10-12Brix (44%), FL-Middle의 180-240g (60%) 및 10-12Brix (59%), FL-High의 180-240g(60%) 및 11-13Brix (48%)에서 가장 높았다. 그리고 FL-High에서만 과중과 결과지 신초수 간 상관성을 나타내었다. 그리고 당도(y)에 대하여 과실 무게(x)는 FL-L에서 y=0.0126x+8.1857, 그리고 결정계수((R²)가 0.1964으로 P≤0.01 유의수준에서 매우 높은 관계성이 인정되었다.

High-order harmonics from gaseous atoms driven by an intense femtosecond laser pulse can form an attosecond pulse train. By selecting suitable harmonic generation conditions, the harmonic spectrum can be broad enough to form sub-hundred attoseconds. One serious limitation, however, comes from the inherent attosecond chirp originating from the harmonic generation process. We have proposed to compensate for the positive attosecond chirp by making use of negative group delay dispersion of a metallic x-ray filter or a gaseous medium. We generated 240-as pulses from neon and compressed them to 60 as after propagating through argon, close to the transform-limited duration of 47 as.

This study examined the inhibitory effect of extracts of Trichosanthes kirilpwii sorted according to the parts on the growth of HL-60 cells. The growth of HL-60 leukemia cells was markedly inhibited by the treatment of the 80％ methanol extract of roots (10 $\mu\textrm{g}$/mι), stems (50$\mu\textrm{g}$/mι), pips (10$\mu\textrm{g}$/mι), and gourds (100 $\mu\textrm{g}$/mι), or the ethylacetate fraction of leaves (100 $\mu\textrm{g}$/mι). when the HL-60 cells were treated with the extracts of T. kirilpwii sorted according to the parts, DNA fragmentation and sub-G1 hypodiploid cells were observed. Moreover, T. kirilpwii extracts increased the level of the expression of the active form of caspase-3 and the activation of caspase-3 was demonstrated by the cleavage of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase, a vital substrate of effector caspase. The results suggest that the inhibitory effect of extracts of T. kirilpwii sorted according to the parts on the growth of HL-60 cells seems to arise from the induction of apoptosis.

현재 부산항대교 아래를 통과할 수 있는 선박의 높이는 60m 이하로 제한되어 있어, 60m 이상의 대형 선박은 부산항 국제여객터미널을 이용하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 60m 이상의 대형 선박의 안전한 교량 통과를 위하여 해수면 변화에 의한 교량 높이 변화를 지속적으로 측정하고, 이를 실시간으로 제공하는 서비스를 개발하였다. 고정밀 레이저거리측정기, GPS 센서, 광모듈, 댐핑구조물로 구성된 계측시스템을 통하여 해수면 변화에 따른 교량 높이 변화를 측정하고, 측정된 정보는 클라우드 기반의 모바일 앱을 통하여 실시간 제공된다. 또한 통항 지원 및 높이제한 변경을 위한 객관적 교량 높이 자료를 확보하기 위하여 관측데이터를 분석하고 예측모형을 도출하였다. 결과적으로 이번 연구의 결과는 부산항대교의 통항높이 규칙을 60미터에서 63미터로 개정하는데 객관적인 근거자료가 되었다.

The black rockfish Sebastes schlegelii neutrophil cytosolic factor components p47 phox (phagocyte oxidase) cDNA was cloned. The sequence of the cDNA showed that rockfish p47 phox cDNA consisted of 1,952 bp contained open reading frame encoding predicted polypeptide of 420 amino acids. Additionally analysis of the p47 phox amino acid sequence showed two potential SH3 domains. The functional domains are highly conserved in many animals, though the sequence of the components of the black rockfish showed low homology with that of mammals. The deduced amino acid sequence of the black rockfish p47 phox was similar to those of the carp (60.4%), zebrafish (59,2%), rainbow trout (68.5%), xenopus (55.2%), mouse (54.2%), rabbit (54.5%), rat (53.7%), and chicken (50.9%). The expression of the rockfish p47 phox molecule was induced in peripheral blood leukocytes (PBLs) from 1 to 12 h following LPS stimulation, with a peak at 6 h after the stimulation, and which increased at 1, 3, and 12 h after treated with Poly I:C compared with the control. The rockfish p47 phox gene was expressed in various tissues of healthy fish. The level of p47 phox expression was high in the PBLs, kidney and spleen.

A monoclonal antibody (mAb) to the glucoprotein D (gD) of Herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2) was successfully generated by hybridoma technology and characterized. The mAb, SKS2v, recognized a gD antigen with an apparent molecular mass of 60kDa in a Western blot analysis. The isotype was determined by a sandwich ELISA to be IgG2a. HSV-2 exhibited major antigens of 36, 43, 46, 47, 60, 69, 81, 96, 109, 112, 159, and 227 kDa among 25 protein profiles in SDS-PAGE, and among these antigens, those of 60, 112, 125, and 227 kDa were immunodominant in a Western blot analysis using antisera, thereby indicating that they play a role in inducing neutralizing antibodies in HSV-2 infection. When reacted with Vero cells infected with HSV-1 and HSV-2 SKSv2 showed a reactivity to the surface of the infected cells, and a gD antigen of 60 kDa appeared to be expressed in both types of HSV.
