The purpose of this study verify to influence the effect of the 4th industrial revolution recognized by airport operators on the airport management system and the moderator effects of convergence and leadership between these influence relationships. Data collected through a survey of airport operators using simple random sampling at six international airports in Korea. Data analysis performed using Structural Equation Modeling. The research results found that the 4th industrial revolution had a positive effect on the airport management system. Also, moderator effects of convergence and leadership found significant statistically. In this paper, we asserts that it should be reconstructed the airport management system as a system suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper provide theoretical data and directions for empirical research to airport researchers, and implications for airport enterprise managers and airport policy planners. The findings of this study are particularly helpful for international airports that have adopted the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

S/W, Coding 3d Print, Aduino, IoT 등은 4차 산업혁명 시대에 주요 산업 분야에서 공통으로 쓰이는 핵심 기술이다. 2018년도부터 코딩 교육 의무화가 되었으며, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 인재상인 창의 융합형 인재를 육성할 수 있는 교육이 더욱 필요한 때이다. 본 논문에서는 별자리 12궁에 대한 과학적 지식을 탐구하며 Coding, 3D Print, Aduino에 관한 지식을 교육하기 위한 시스템을 만들어 보았다. 메이커 교육을 융합한 창의 융합형 교구인 별 빛 교구와 별자리 무드 등을 제작하였으며, 이 2가지의 교구의 구성 및 교육 내용에 대해 기술하였다.

The city is experiencing various problems such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, urban crime, and faces the limit of growth. Recently, various attempts to build a Smart City have been spreading around the world, in order to solve these problems. Smart City is attracting attention as the core platform of the future city with the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution. However, various definitions of smart city are mixed, and the methods and strategies for implementing smart city are changing or evolving due to the development of technology and the experience during that time. This study summarizes the definition of various smart city through literature review and suggests smart city building strategy that enables sustainable growth of cities as a platform of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution era.

Considering the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this study examines the changes and influences of intelligent information technology and the role of consumer education in the context of consumption life. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical foundation to effectively respond to the future consumption society as an independent consumer by enhancing the understanding of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in terms of consumption life. First, in terms of changes in the consumption paradigm in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, production and consumption are converged by being shared through a comprehensive connection platform in real time. Regarding the meaning of consumption, mental experience is being emphasized; moreover, usage and sharing, rather than ownership, are being highlighted. In terms of major changes in consumption life, the emergence of a more convenient smart consumption life and the possibility of personalized consumption optimized for individual demand are anticipated. Moreover, sustainable eco-friendly consumption is expected to increase further, and rapidly changing consumption trends will experience accelerated progress in consumer-centered changes. Next, the predicted problems in consumption life in the Fourth Industrial Revolution include unequal consumption due to intelligent information technology power center and the use and management of personal information data. Furthermore, ethical concerns related to the introduction of new technologies will become prominent, eventually resulting in issues concerning consumption satisfaction. To effectively respond to these new paradigm changes, consumer education should be value-centered. Ethical aspects of consumption should be considered, and consumption life should include trust and mutual cooperation. Furthermore, consumer education should facilitate creative convergence.

This paper explores desirable status of block chain electronic government in relation to the prevention of cybercrimes and corruption. After the research, we suggest four measures to establish desirable status of block chain electronic government. Eventually, transparency is ensured thanks to the core concept of block chain technology, sharing, not only allowing all of the participants to share information and but also preventing them from forging or falsifying information. Furthermore, a wide variety of participants can play a role as monitors in the horizontal structure of governance system, which also assures credibility and reliability on electronic government through trust on block chain itself. Electronic government aims at virtue of expanded electronic democracy which strengthens information democracy. Also, establishment of electronic governance, that emphasizes networking and guarantees, is a desirable image of the future of the fourth industrial revolution. Therefore, the establishment of future electronic government according to the four principles drawn from this paper can be the most suitable model.
