Critical Temperature for Grain Filling of Japonica Rice in Korea (우리나라 자포니카 벼 품종의 등숙 한계온도 분석)

  • Critical temperature for grain filling of three Korean japonica rice varieties was analyzed by late transplantation to induce a low temperature during grain filling period in a field study. The grain filling percentage (GFP) and grain dry weight (GDW) showed a sigmoid development for the first and second transplants in 2020 and first to third transplants in 2021. For the third transplant in 2020 and fourth transplant in 2021, the GFP and GDW reached a peak at 42 days after heading (DAH), and then decreased or remained unchanged. In non-linear regression analyses, 95% of the final GFP and GDW appeared at 49 - 62 DAH for the second transplant in 2020 and at 37 - 46 DAH and 30 - 36 DAH for the second and third transplants in 2021, respectively. At these time points, the critical seven-day moving temperature (7dMovT) was 8.4~9.4℃ for the second transplant in 2020 and 9.4~10.9℃ for the second and third transplants in 2021, depending on the grain filling traits and varieties of rice. The lowest 7dMovT was 8.4 - 8.7℃ in the three varieties. The observed lowest 7-day mean temperature (7dMT) accompanying increases in the GFP and GDW was 9.4 - 10.1℃, depending on the varieties in the third transplant of 2020 and fourth transplant of 2021. In the two transplants mentioned above, the highest 7dMT that showed no increase or decrease in grain filling traits was 8.7 - 9.1℃. The critical temperature for grain filling of japonica rice was 8.4 - 8.7℃ based on the 7dMovT and 9.1 - 9.4℃ based on the 7dMT. The previous 7dMT of 10℃ is recommended to determine the marginal harvest time for safe rice cropping since the temperature was the highest among the lowest temperature that accompanied an increase in grain filling traits.

Suggestion of Design Criteria in Merge Areas of Climbing Lanes (오르막차로 종점부 설계기준에 관한 연구)

  • This study deals with developing Critical GaP Model and Merge Probability Model which describe traffic patterns in the microscopic view, for the Purpose of suggesting a proper design criteria within the climbing lane section. Minimum tolerance speeds at the end of the climbing lane are calculated 60km/hr for 2-lane freeway, and 75km/hr for 4-lane freeway. In case of 2-lane freeway, the result is same as existing design criteria. and a new value is 15km/hr higher than existing design criteria for 4-lane freeway. In addition, auxiliary length at the end of the climbing lane is needed about 200m for 4-lane freeway to adjust high minimum tolerance speed. Therefore we propose to increase minimum tolerance speed for 4-lane freeway.

A Study on the 4th Industrial Revolution in the View of Special Educational Teachers (특수교사들의 관점에서 바라보는 4차 산업혁명)

  • This study is to examine the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution among special educational teachers as a preliminary study to explore the future special educational should continue forward in this new period. For the purposes of this study, a survey was conducted focusing on 117 special educational teachers in Korea. The major results were presented as follow. special educational teachers recognized that "the 4th industrial revolution" will have a positive effects on the special education, However, the level of understanding and interest in this was low. Moreover, Special teachers learned about 4th Industrial Revolution mainly through TV and media, recognized the needs for expert education on the fourth industrial revolution. Special teachers recognized that the Fourth Industrial Revolution was necessary for special education but was not realistically prepared. Special teachers said that programs for special education should be developed and distributed based on the 4th Industrial Revolution. In conclusion, The study is meaningful in understanding the Fourth Industrial Revolution from the perspective of special teachers and in providing basic evidence to support special education.

  • 제4차 산업혁명이 시작되었고 한다. 인류가 한 번도 경험하지 못한 새로운 시대가 온다고 하며, 미래 사회의 변화에 전략적 대응 방안이 필요하다고 역설한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 제4차 산업혁명을 명확하게 이해하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 제4차 산업혁명과 세계미래보고서 2055에 있는 단어들의 상호작용 데이터베이스(DB)를 추출하였다. 추출한 DB를 기반으로 상호작용 네트워크를 구축하였다. 네트워크는 멱함수 성격을 가지는 전형적인 사회네트워크를 보여주었다. 제4차 산업혁명 네트워크에서는 제4차 산업혁명, 방법론, 국제안보문제, 사물인터넷, 신소재가 연결계수가 높은 허브 단어였으며, 세계미래보고서 네트워크에서는 인공지능, 메가시티, 자율주행차, 슈퍼휴먼, 텔로미어가 허브단어였다. 추출한 허브 단어를 중심으로 다양한 분야의 콘텐츠와 융합하면 미래세계에 필요한 융합 콘텐츠에 대한 통찰력을 얻을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 4차산업혁명시대 산업분야가 IT 기반의 촉진자(Enabler)분야와 기존산업 중심의 수용자(Adopter) 분야로 이원화되어 추진되고 있다. 특히, 기존의 제조업 중심 중견기업들은 4차산업혁명시대 이에 대한 필요성과 중요성을 중요하지만 자신들의 주력산업 기반으로 4차산업혁명 분야 신사업을 추진하는데 한계를 보이고 있고, 특히 촉진자 분야인 Enabler 분야는 진입을 어려워하며, 결국 수용자 중심의 인더스트리 4.0 중심으로 진행할 수밖에 없어 4차산업혁명시대 큰 부가가치 창출의 신사업 마련에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 IT중심의 창업초기 기업들은 4차산업혁명분야 촉진자 분야에 진입이 왕성하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 창업기업은 빠른성장인 스케일업 관점에서 보면 비용과 시간차원에서 상당한 난항을 겪고 있다. 이런 상황에서, 본 논문은 창업기업중심의 4차산업혁명 촉진자분야와 중견기업중심의 4차산업 수용자 분야간에 시너지적 협업을 유도하는 방안을 제시하고 있다.

SCS Curve Number and temporal Variation of Rainfall (강우의 시간분포를 고려한 CN값 산정)

  • A relation between the temporal variation of rainfall and direct runoff was characterized using temporal indexes of rainfall(1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th moment). Curve Number has a relation with 1st and 2nd moment for AMCIII condition when the rainfall duration is relative (10th quantile). Also peak runoff ratio(QP/Q) has a relation with 1st and End moment for AMCIII condition as well as 3rd and 4th moment for AMC I condition. Considering all durations of rainfall, alternatively, Curve Number has a relation with 1st and 2nd moment for AMCIIIcondition besides every moments for AMC I condition. But peak runoff ratio(QP/Q) has few relations excepting 3rd and 4th moment for AMC I condition. As a results, temporal indexes of rainfall are useful to determine curve numbers regarding the temporal variation of rainfall.

An Empirical Analysis of the Agglomeration Effects of the 4th Industry on Local Economy (4차 산업 집적이 지역경제에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • Recent years have seen a rapid boom of the 4th industry and relevant policies in regions. However there are only a few studies about the impact of the 4th industry on the local economy. This study examines the agglomeration effects of the 4th industry on regional economy by using a spatial statistical models. As a result, it was found that the agglomeration of the 4th industry had a positive effect on the productivity of the local economy, while there is not good enough evidence to prove the relationship between the 4th industry and the income of the region. These findings indicate that the impact of the agglomeration of the fourth industry on the local economy is limited. In addition, the impact on the local economy was different by the type of the fourth industry, and the manufacturing industry and financial and insurance industries had a positive impact on the growth of the local economy.
