MDVP와 Praat, Dr. Speech간의 음향학적 측정치에 관한 상관연구 (A Correlation Study among Acoustic Parameters of MDVP, Praat, and Dr. Speech)

  • The purposes of this study was to conduct a correlational analysis among $F_^{0}$, Jitter, Shimmer, and NHR (HNR), and NNE estimated by three speech analysis softwares, MDVP, Praat and Dr. Speech. Thirty females and 15 males with normal voice participated in the study. We used Sound Forge 6.0 to record their voice. MDVP, Praat and Dr. Speech were used to measure the acoustic parameters. The Pearson correlation coefficient was determined through a statistical analysis. The results came out as follows: Firstly, there was a strong correlation between $F_^{0}$ and Shimmer of both instruments. However, there was no correlation between Jitter of both instruments. Secondly, Shimmer showed a stronger correlation with HNR, NHR, and NNE than Jitter. Therefore, Shimmer was considered to be more useful and sensitive parameter to identify dysphonic voice compared to jitter.

Statistical Verification of Effects of Science Academic Performance on Emotional Expressiveness

  • Since the statistical significance levels of each F value (2.90 and 3.55) for positive expressiveness (PE) and negative expressiveness (NE) are all p<.01, it is found that there is a significant difference of PE and NE by science score. But, since the significant value of F value (1.725) for impulse strength (IS) is .095 (p>.05), it can be seen that there is no significant difference in IS by science score. The higher the science score, the larger the PE values and the lower the NE values. However, even if the science score increases, the IS values do not show a trend in a certain direction.

  • Two meroterpenoids (1 and 2) along with twelve known compounds (3 - 14) were isolated from the culture broth of a Penicillium sp. fungus collected from Chuja-do, Korea. Based on the results of a combination of spectroscopic analyses, the new compounds, preaustinoids E (1) and F (2), were determined to be epimeric austintype penta-cyclic lactones.

  • Let 𝓜 be a stable Serre subcategory of the category of R-modules. We introduce the concept of 𝓜-minimax R-modules and investigate the local-global principle for generalized local cohomology modules that concerns to the 𝓜-minimaxness. We also provide the 𝓜-finiteness dimension f𝓜I (M, N) of M, N relative to I which is an extension the finiteness dimension fI (N) of a finitely generated R-module N relative to I.

Doherty 전력증폭기의 선형성 개선과 효율 보상 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Linearity and Efficiency Compensation in a Doherty Power Amplifier)

  • 본 논문에서는 Doherty 전력 증폭기의 선형성을 증가시키는 mechanism을 이용하여 선형성을 증가시키고, 선형성 개선으로 인한 효율 감소를 보상할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 이를 검증하기 위하여 제안된 방법으로 20W급 전력 증폭기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제작된 class-F를 이용한 3-way 증폭기는 2-way 증폭기보다 선형성이 약 10dBc개선되었으며, 효율은 1.5% 가량 개선되었다. 또한 3-way 증폭기와 비교하였을 때, 선형 특성은 비슷하였으나, 효율 특성은 약 3.5% 개선되었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 F급 바이어스를 이용한 3-way Doherty 전력 증폭기는 선형성 및 효율 향상에 적합함을 확인할 수 있으며, 향후 다양한 무선 통신 시스템의 전력 증폭기에 적용되리라 기대한다.

괴화(槐花) 에탄올 추출물이 RBL-2H3 비만세포에서 Ca++ Ionophore에 의한 알레르기 반응 조절에 미치는 효과 (Anti-allergic Effect of Ethanolic Extract of Flos Sophora japonica L. on Ca++ Ionophore Stimulated Murine RBL-2H3 Cells)

  • 세포내 $Ca^{{+}{+}}$의 증가는 비만세포에서 수용체 활성을 거치지 않고 탈과립을 유도한다. 괴화는 천연 염색 재료로 사용되고 있으며, 또한 항염증 작용과 $Fc{\varepsilon}RI$와 IgE 가교에 의한 항알레르기 효능도 보고되었다. 이번 연구에서 비만세포에서 $Ca^{{+}{+}}$ 유입에 의해 생산되는 알레르기 매개물에 대한 괴화 추출물의 조절 기능을 보고한다. 괴화 추출물은 A23187에 의해 유도되는 IL-4와 TNF-${\alpha}$의 생산과 탈과립을 저해하였다. 또한 괴화 추출물은 DNFB로 유도한 알레르기 피부염의 동물 모델에서 알레르기 반응을 억제하였다. 괴화추출물 50 mg/kg을 경구투여 또는 도말을 한 경우, DNFB를 단독으로 처리한 군보다 IL-4, TNF 그리고 IFN-${\gamma}$와 같은 염증성 사이토카인의 생산량이 감소하였다. 또한 괴화 추출물을 처리한 경우 혈청 내 IgE의 함량이 DNFB를 단독으로 처리한 군보다 감소하였다. 괴화 추출물을 처리한 군에서의 비장과 림프절의 무게도 DNFB를 단독으로 처리한 군보다 감소하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 괴화는 비만세포에서 $Fc{\varepsilon}RI$ 자극뿐만 아니라 $Ca^{{+}{+}}$의 유입에 의한 항알레르기 효능이 있다는 것을 보고한다.

판재 Al 2024-T3 합금재료에서 나타나는 두께별 피로균열진전지연거동에 관한 ΔK환산법의 정량적분 (A Quantitative Analysis of ΔK Conversion Method for the Retardation Behavior of Fatigue Crack Growth in Varying Thickness of Al 2024-T3 Sheet Alloy)

  • 운송기계구조물의 제작에 사용되는 판재 알루미늄 합금재료는 일정한 피로응력조건하에서 두께에 따라 균열진전속도의 차이를 보인다. 이러한 두께효과는 판재 알루미늄합금의 주요한 피로파괴특성 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 일정한 피로응력조건하에서 실시한 후판 및 박판 Al 2024-T3 합금재료의 피로 시험을 통하여 두께효과를 파악하고, 이를 형상인자인 두께비, $R_t$ 및 하중인자인 두께별 등가유효응력확대비, $U_{i}^{equ}$에 의한 상호관계식, $U_{i}^{equ}=f(R_t)$로 나타내었다. 그리고 두께효과에 의한 후판 대비 박판시험편의 균열진전 지연거동을 ${\Delta}K$ 환산법을 사용하여 정량적으로 분석하였다. 두께효과의 경향을 정량으로 나타내기 위해 두께감소율(DoT)과 응력확대계수범위, ${\Delta}K$의 감소율(DoS) 등의 값을 구하여 이들 상호관계를 규명하였다.

  • Acarbose effectively inhibited the synthesis of dextran, and the inhibition pattern was a noncompetitive type with a $K_i$ value of 1.35 mM. It also inhibited the disproportionation reaction of dextransucrase with isomaltotriose and decreased the efficiency of the maltose acceptor reaction. Increased concentration of dextransucrase or maltose in reaction digests, however, decreased the degree of inhibition by acarbose.

천장형 유닛을 설치한 교실 내의 인체 주변 온열환경에 관한 실측연구 (A Field Measuring Study on the Thermal Environment of Human Surrounding in the Classroom Equipped with Ceiling Unit)

  • This paper performed to investigate on vertical temperature distribution, effective draft temperature (ETD) and PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) in the classroom, which is located YangSan city (Kyungsangnam-Do), Korea, is equipped with ceiling unit. The vertical temperature difference between F.L+10 cm (ankle) and F.L+120 cm (neck) of a measuring point which is adjacent corridor in the classroom showed about $1^{\circ}C$ but of measuring point which is adjacent outdoor expressed up to $4^{\circ}C$, The effective draft temperature (ETD) is -2.3 and -0.52 and 0.67 at near ceiling unit but is 1.2 and 3.3 at far from ceiling unit. The PMV of total classroom showed the range of 'Cold' and 'Slightly Cold.' Therefore, to achieve comfort condition in the classroom is equipped with ceiling unit, the location of ceiling unit and discharge angle and discharge distance from ceiling unit are very important elements.

중년여성의 정량적 초음파(Quantitative Ultrasound)로 측정한 골다공증 정도와 위험인자 (Osteoporosis Measured by Quantitative Ultrasound and Its Risk factors in Middle-aged Women, Gyeonggi-do, Korea)

  • Purpose: To identify Osteoporosis and the related risk factors in middle-aged women, the descriptive survey was done. Method: The subjects were measured in 465 residents who were 40-60 aged healthy women. They underwent ultrasound measurement and health examination in G city's Health Center in Gyeonggi-do, Korea from July 2000 to March 2001. The self-reported questionnaire consisted of total 17 items about risk factors related to osteoporosis. The evaluation of bone density was based on ultrasound measurements of right heel. All data were analyzed by SAS-PC Program. Result: Mean age of the subjects was 46.7. Mean T score related to bone density was -1.30, ranged from -3.52 to 3.06. In diagnosis classification according to T score, 74.8% of subjects was normal, 12.9% was osteopenia, 12.3% was osteoporosis. Among risk factors, there were significant differences by age (t=15.35. p=0.000), parity (F=12.81, p=0.000), menopause status (t=22.05, p=0.000), period after menopause (F=5.20, p=0.006). The higher frequency of delivery, postmenopausal and longer period after postmenopause of subjects had the lower the bone density. Conclusion: It would be necessary to develop and apply the community-based health promotion program for middle-aged women to prevent osteoporosis.
