전산모사를 이용하여, 자기소용돌이의 공진 주파수에 대한 두께 의존성을 조사하였다. 자기소용돌이의 공진 주파수는 2차원(2D)과 3차원(3D) 계산결과 모두 두께가 두꺼워짐에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 2D와 3D 계산 결과는 두께가 두꺼워짐에 따라 차이를 보였는데, 이는 3D 계산과 달리 2D 계산에서는 두께가 증가함에 따라 두께방향으로 발생하는 불균질한 자화 구조를 고려하지 않았기 때문이다.

Virtual world typically characterized by Second Life (www.secondlife.com) has been successfully drawing a great deal of potential users all around the world. Attention towards 3D avartars has been increasing exponentially especially in the electronic commerce world. 3D avatars have firm position in the virtual world. This study is launched to explore this research void in which trust transference from 3D-avatars-sales representative to customers purchase intention will be especially analyzed on. To perform experiments, a research model was built in a form of path analysis. Two types of 3D avatars were designed and implemented-at-tractive type and professional type. Questionnaire survey was adopted, and empirical analysis results were obtained from the research model. Results reveal that the proposed hypotheses are proven with statistical significance.

3차원 영상은 2차원 영상과 달리 사물을 직접 볼 때처럼 입체감을 느낄 수 있으며 영상을 통해 바라보는 공간과 자신의 공간 연결이 더 자연스러워지므로 시각정보에 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 2차원 영상을 3차원으로 변환하기 위하여 몇 가지 방법이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 3차원 영상을 변환하기 위하여 2차원 단일 영상을 사용하지 알고 계속적으로 입력되는 다중 영상을 MPEG의 움직임 벡터를 적용한 공간적 분석 알고리즘을 제안한 결과 실험대상으로부터 3차원 효과를 확인하였다.

구면 RGP 렌즈는 렌즈 후면과 각막 사이에 눈물이 일정한 두께를 형성하면서 뛰어난 난시교정효과를 나타낸다. 이러한 RGP 렌즈의 난시교정 효과를 체계적으로 연구하여 임상 구면 RGP 렌즈처방에 활용하고자 렌즈착용 전후의 전체난시량 변화 각막난시량의 변화, 잔여난시 변화를 비교, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 구면 RGP 렌즈의 교정 전 후 전체난시량이 2.00D 이하에서는 교정이 거의 모두 이루어졌으나, 전체 난시량이 2.50D 이상에서 미교정된 상태를 보였으며, 특히 3.00D 이상에서는 난시 교정효과가 급격히 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 구면 RGP 렌즈의 교정 전 후 각막난시량은 2.50D 이하에서 약도의 저교정 상태로 나타났으나, 3.00D이상에서는 전체난시와 마찬가지로 난시 교정효과가 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 구면 RGP 렌즈 처방시 잔여난시량은 그대로 발현하는 것이 아니고, 잔여난시 도수가 일정부분 감소하여 전체난시 상태로 나타났다.

현재 다양한 연구에서는 유체인 안개의 자연스런 표현을 위해 프랙탈과 카오스 이론을 적용한다. 이러한 연구로 적용할 수 있는 전문 툴들을 사용하는 것은 자연스러운 표현이 가능하기 때문이다. 그러나, 일반인은 이러한 것을 아직 쉽게 표현하기는 매우 어려운데 그것은 고비용과 전문가들을 필요로 하기 때문이다. 따라서 누구나 어렵고 복잡한 고가의 전문툴들과 전문적으로 프로그래밍 제작을 최소로 한 안개의 표현을 쉽게 할수 있도록 하는 것이 일반적인 과제들이다. 본 연구는 이러한 2D 이미지에 대한 유체의 표현연구를 구체화하는 것으로 다양한 이미지 표현이 전문방송에서 개인에 이르는 UCC까지 가능하도록 쉽게 구현하였다. 특히, 이 연구는 3D 공간에서 안개의 유체적인 표현이 가능하기 때문에 한국화를 3D와 같이 표현할 때 배경에 안개의 표현을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 하였다.

최근 제조 분야의 미래 유망기술이자, 막대한 파급효과를 유발할 것으로 예상되는 3D 프린터에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있으며, 3D 프린터 제품 가격의 하락에 따른 다양한 형태의 제품 보급이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 현재 보급되고 있는 개인용 3D 프린터는 기술적 성능의 한계점에 따라 높은 가공 정밀도를 요구하지 않는 단순한 형태의 사출물 출력에 사용되고 있으며 소비자 만족도가 매우 낮다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 3D 프린터의 한계점을 극복하기 위해 정밀도가 높은 SLA 방식의 3D 프린터 사출방식과 사무용 레이저 프린터의 LSU(Laser Scanning Unit)를 융합한 폴리곤 미러 스캐닝 방식의 3D프린터를 제안하였다. 제안하는 3D프린터는 정밀도와 제조 속도를 개선하여 기존의 보급형 3D프린터를 대체할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Objectives : Since the program about sodium lauryl sulfate that might cause oral dryness and taste change including oral tissue allergy was on the air, the ingredients of D.I.Y dentifrices without sodium lauryl sulfate have been sold in online shopping mall and ordinary people can make the dentifrices easily. But there have not been any reports about the effect of dental plaque removal and preference about D.I.Y dentifrices. Therefore, this study was designed as a pilot study which aimed to investigate the effect of dental plaque removal and prefernece about D.I.Y dentifrices. Methods : 6 subjects were collected to test the effect of dental plaque removal with D.I.Y dentifrices with written consent. They didn't brushed the teeth during 12 hours until the check-up time on the next day. The O'leary index was calculated in baseline, 1 minute, 2 minute, 3 minute after brusing with D.I.Y dentifrices and market dentifrices. The preference about D.I.Y dentifrices through self-administered questionnaire was surveyed in 51 subjects after using D.I.Y dentifrices. Results : 1. The market dentifrices could remove larger amount of dental plaque than D.I.Y dentifrices, but, it wasn't significant. 2. In feeling refreshment, the market dentifrices had more positive answers significantly. 3. In feeling taste change, the market dentifries had more duration of taste change significantly. 4. In feeling oral dryness, the market dentifrices had more duration of oral dryness after toothbrushing. but, it wasn't significant. 5. As a result about reviewing the dental journals about ingredients of D.I.Y dentirices, green tea, sodium carbonate, bamboo salt, propolis had each evidence. But, We could not find out the evidences of calculus adhesion by corn starch, preservative by napri, disinfectant of peppermint. Conclusions : Although we cannot find the difference of the effect of dental plaque removal between D.I.Y dentifrices and market dentifrices, and D.I.Y dentifrices have the merits of decrease of oral dryness and taste change, it was suggested to have another test about stability and safety of D.I.Y dentifrices for safety of the user of D.I.Y dentifrices.

The glpD genes encoding gly-3-p dehydrogenase is essential for the aerobic growth of E. coli on glycerol or gly-3-p. The glpE gene, the function of which is unknownm is transcribed divergently with respect to glpD gene. Expression of the adjacent but divergently transcribed glpD the glpE genes is positively regulated by the cAMP-CRP complex. In this study, for a precise investigation of the functional elements in the regulatory region for transcription activation by cAMP-CRP, deletion mutation have been introducted into the regulatory region. The effect of the deletion mutant on transcriptional regulation was tested in vivo by $\beta$-galctosidase activity. Deletion mutants in the regulatory region of glpD demonstrated that the presence of the CRP-binding site resulted in an sixfold increase in promoter activity. And also deletion mutants of glpE gene demonstrated that the presence of the CRP-binding site resulted in an eightfold increase in promoter activity. Insertion of 22 bp oligomer in the deletion mutants has shown that the CRP binding site is need for maximal expression of glpD and glpE genes. glpD and glpE gene, cAMP-CRP complex, deletion mutant, transcriptional regulation.

This paper concerns a numerical investigation on the effect of construction sequence on three-arch (3-Arch) tunnel behavior. A three-arch tunnel section adopted in a railway tunnel construction site was considered in this study. A calibrated 3D finite element model was used to conduct a parametric study on a variety of construction scenarios. The results of analyses were examined in terms of tunnel and ground surface settlements, shotcrete lining stresses, loads and stresses developed in center column in relation to the tunnel construction sequence. In particular, the effect of the side tunnel construction sequence on the structural performance of the center structure was fully examined. The results indicated that the load, thus stress, in the center structure can be smaller when excavating two side tunnels from opposite direction than excavating in the same direction. Also revealed was that no face lagging distance between the two side tunnels impose less ground load to the center structure. Fundamental governing mechanism of three-arch tunnel behavior is also discussed based on the results.

본 논문에서는 3중 모드를 형성하는 $2{\times}2$배열 피드혼 안테나용 모노 펄스 피드를 설계 제작하고 복사 특성을 고찰하였다. 단일 피드의 경우 이득은 8.25dB의 값을 가지며,. 변환부에서 공기 중으로 연결되는 부위에 전계면으로 확장되는 구조를 갖게 함으로써 이득은 증가하고 구형 도파관과 공기 중의 반사는 저하시켰다. 급전 피드 port1과 port2는 수직으로 위치하여 개구부 혼의 두께를 얇게 함으로써 격리도는 -25dB이하의 특성을 만족하며 높은 주파수일수록 격리도는 향상됨을 확인하였다. port1과 port3은 수평으로 위치하여 전기장의 분포가 병렬로 연결되기 때문에 전기장의 결합은 적게 일어나지만 자기장의 결합이 나타나기 때문에 port1과 port2와의 격리도 보다는 최저 2dB에서 최대 6dB 향상된다. port1과 port4는 구조적으로 직접 결합은 아주 적은 양만 발생하지만, port2와 port3의 영향으로 -35dB이하가 됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.
