고조파 차단 특성을 가지는 정합용 튜너와 바이어스 선로를 이용한 증폭기 설계 (A Design of Amplifier Using Harmonic Termination Impedance Matching Tuner and Bias Line)

  • 본 논문은 비대칭 나선 구조의 결함 접지 구조(Defected Ground Structure: DGS)를 이용한 새로운 3 dB 브랜치 라인 하이브리드를 제안하였다. 본 논문에 제시된 3 dB 브랜치 라인 하이브리드는 2차와 3차 고조파 성분을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 특성을 갖는다. 또한 고조파 성분뿐만 아니라 저주파 혼변조 성분을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 DGS $\lambda$/4 바이어스 라인을 제안하였다. 고조파 차단 특성을 가지는 브랜치 라인 하이브리드 튜너와 바이어스 라인을 이용하여 IMT-2000 기지국 송신 대역에서 동작하는 증폭기의 2차, 3차 고조파 성분을 각각 25 dB과 27 dB 감쇄하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 회로를 이용하면 기존 방법보다 훨씬 용이한 증폭기의 고조파로드-풀 회로를 쉽게 구현할 수 있다.

라이다 자료를 이용한 하천지역 인공 제방선 추출 (Construction of a artificial levee line in river zones using LiDAR Data)

  • Mapping of artificial levee lines, one of major tasks in river zone mapping, is critical to prevention of river flood, protection of environments and eco systems in river zones. Thus, mapping of artificial levee lines is essential for management and development of river zones. Coastal mapping including river zone mapping has been historically carried out using surveying technologies. Photogrammetry, one of the surveying technologies, is recently used technology for national river zone mapping in Korea. Airborne laser scanning has been used in most advanced countries for coastal mapping due to its ability to penetrate shallow water and its high vertical accuracy. Due to these advantages, use of LiDAR data in coastal mapping is efficient for monitoring and predicting significant topographic change in river zones. This paper introduces a method for construction of a 3D artificial levee line using a set of LiDAR points that uses normal vectors. Multiple steps are involved in this method. First, a 2.5-dimensional Delaunay triangle mesh is generated based on three nearest-neighbor points in the LiDAR data. Second, a median filtering is applied to minimize noise. Third, edge selection algorithms are applied to extract break edges from a Delaunay triangle mesh using two normal vectors. In this research, two methods for edge selection algorithms using hypothesis testing are used to extract break edges. Fourth, intersection edges which are extracted using both methods at the same range are selected as the intersection edge group. Fifth, among intersection edge group, some linear feature edges which are not suitable to compose a levee line are removed as much as possible considering vertical distance, slope and connectivity of an edge. Sixth, with all line segments which are suitable to constitute a levee line, one river levee line segment is connected to another river levee line segment with the end points of both river levee line segments located nearest horizontally and vertically to each other. After linkage of all the river levee line segments, the initial river levee line is generated. Since the initial river levee line consists of the LiDAR points, the pattern of the initial river levee line is being zigzag along the river levee. Thus, for the last step, a algorithm for smoothing the initial river levee line is applied to fit the initial river levee line into the reference line, and the final 3D river levee line is constructed. After the algorithm is completed, the proposed algorithm is applied to construct the 3D river levee line in Zng-San levee nearby Ham-Ahn Bo in Nak-Dong river. Statistical results show that the constructed river levee line generated using a proposed method has high accuracy in comparison to the ground truth. This paper shows that use of LiDAR data for construction of the 3D river levee line for river zone mapping is useful and efficient; and, as a result, it can be replaced with ground surveying method for construction of the 3D river levee line.

레이저 소결 적층 시스템을 이용한 3차원 수산화인회석 인공지지체 제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fabrication of 3D Hydroxyapatite Scaffolds Using a Laser Sintering Deposition System)

  • Calcium-phosphate-based bioceramics are promising biomaterials for scaffolds because they can assist in bone regeneration. In this study, a laser sintering deposition system was developed, and 3D hydroxyapatite (HA) scaffolds were fabricated. The main process conditions of the HA scaffolds were laser power, table velocity, and laser focal distance. As the laser power increased, the line width, line height, and layer thickness also increased. Further, the line width, line height, and layer thickness decreased as the table velocity increased. As the laser focal distance increased, the line width increased, but the line height and layer thickness decreased. The fabricated green scaffolds were sintered at 1050 ℃ and 1150 ℃. The sintered scaffolds had a uniform and continuous interconnected shape, with pore sizes ranging from 850 to 950 ㎛ having 53% porosity. The compressive strength of the scaffolds decreased from 0.72 MPa (1050 ℃) to 0.53 MPa (1150 ℃). The biocompatibility of the scaffolds was investigated by analyzing the adhesion of osteoblast-like MG-63 cells cultured on the surfaces of the scaffolds. The results indicate that the scaffold sintered at 1050 ℃ had good mechanical and biological properties compared to that at 1150 ℃.

Graphic libraries, OpenGL, by Silicon Graphics, Inc. were utilized for 3D Graphics.

  • There has been more increased the development of 3D technique since many 3D contents of 3D graphic model, 3D mobile/computer game, and 3D CAD have been serviced in Web or industry fields. Therefore, the watermarking system is more required to protect the copyright for 3D contents. Currently there has been researched about the watermarking for 3D graphic model of mesh or NURBS. However, watermarking technique based on CAD design drawing leaves something to be desired yet. This paper proposed the watermarking technique for 3D CAD design drawing using Line and Arc components. After drawing out Line and Arc components from designed drawing, we embed the watermark into both the length of Line component and the radius of Arc component. Experimental results verified that the proposed algorithm satisfies the transparency about watermarked drawing and also has the robustness against several attacks by using public CAD tool.

  • Three dimensional shaded images are standard visualization method for CAD models on the computer screen. Therefore, much of the effort in the visualization of CAD models has been focused on how conveniently and realistically CAD models can be displayed on the screen. However, shaded 3D CAD data images captured from the screen may not be suitable for some application areas. Technical document, either in the paper or electronic form, can more clearly describe the shape and annotate parts of the model by using projected 2D line drawing format viewed from a user defined view direction. This paper describes an efficient method for generating such a 2D line drawing data in the vector format. The algorithm is composed of silhouette line detection, hidden line removal and cleaning processes.

  • 본 논문에서는 초고주파 집적회로에서 일반적으로 사용되는 90。 branch-line 커플러를 CPW와 마이크로 스트립의 다른 두 전송선이 조합된 형태로 구성하였다. 4포트 회로망에 대해서 even-odd 모드 해석 방법을 통해서 전송선들의 적절한 특성 임피던스를 결정하고, 효과적으로 전송선의 특성을 예측할 수 있는 유한 차분법 시간 영역 방법으로 전체 구조에 대해서 계산하였다 그리고 실제 제작 및 측정을 통해서 계산과 측정 결과가 잘 일치함을 화인하였다. 새롭게 제안된 커플러는 기존의 커플러의 비해 동작 주파수에서 두 출력 포트로 전력이 균등히 분배되고, 위상차가 90。로 유지되는 등 매우 우수한 성능을 가짐을 확인하였다.

  • 국내의 온라인 2D 게임 개발 능력은 국제적으로 강한 경쟁력을 확보하고 있으나, 온라인 3D 게임 분야에서는 자본력과 기술력의 한계로 세계 시장에서 경쟁력 우위의 지속적인 유지가 어려운 상황이다. 본 연구에서 제안하고자 하는 온라인 3D 게임 엔진 제반 기술은 외국의 업체에 비해 상대적으로 열세에 놓인 국내 게임 개발업체에 게임 엔진 기술을 제공하여 세계적인 게임 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 최신 기술동향을 반영한 3D 온라인게임 제작용 엔진을 위한 핵심 기술을 개발하였다. 제안된 게임엔진은 게임환경을 구성하고 시각화할 수 있는 렌더링 기술, 애니메이션 기술을 통합하고 보다 안정적인 온라인 서비스가 가능한 서버 기능을 제공한다.
