  • A furostanol glycoside, $mp\;190{\sim}198^{\circ}$, was isolated from the MeOH extract of Smilax china rhizomes. The structure was established as a mixture of $26-O-{\beta}-_D-glucopyranosyl-(25R)-22-methoxy-furost-5-en-3\beta,26-diol\;3-O-\alpha-_L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1\rightarrow2)-\beta-_D-glucopyranoside$ and its 22-hydroxy derivative on the basis of spectral data and chemical correlations.

  • 2D 이미지로부터 카메라의 위치 정보를 추정할 수 있는 Structure-from-Motion (SfM) 기술과 dense depth map 을 추정하는 Multi-view Stereo (MVS) 기술을 이용하여 2D 이미지에서 point cloud 와 같은 3D data 를 얻을 수 있다. 3D data 는 VR, AR, 메타버스와 같은 컨텐츠에 사용되기 위한 핵심 요소이다. Point cloud 는 보통 VR, AR, 메타버스와 같은 많은 분야에 이용되기 위해 mesh 형태로 변환된 후 texture 를 입히는 Texturing 과정이 필요하다. 기존의 Texturing 방법에서는 mesh의 face에 사용될 image의 outlier를 제거하기 위해 color 정보만을 이용했다. Color 정보를 이용하는 방법은 mesh 의 face 에 대응되는 image 의 수가 충분히 많고 움직이는 물체에 대한 outlier 에는 효과적이지만 image 의 수가 부족한 경우와 부정확한 카메라 파라미터에 대한 outlier 에는 부족한 성능을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 Texturing 과정의 view selection 에서 depth 정보를 추가로 이용하여 기존 방법의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

Respiratory Motion Correction on PET Images Based on 3D Convolutional Neural Network

  • Motion blur in PET (Positron emission tomography) images induced by respiratory motion will reduce the quality of imaging. Although exiting methods have positive performance for respiratory motion correction in medical practice, there are still many aspects that can be improved. In this paper, an improved 3D unsupervised framework, Res-Voxel based on U-Net network was proposed for the motion correction. The Res-Voxel with multiple residual structure may improve the ability of predicting deformation field, and use a smaller convolution kernel to reduce the parameters of the model and decrease the amount of computation required. The proposed is tested on the simulated PET imaging data and the clinical data. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed achieved Dice indices 93.81%, 81.75% and 75.10% on the simulated geometric phantom data, voxel phantom data and the clinical data respectively. It is demonstrated that the proposed method can improve the registration and correction performance of PET image.

A Study on 3D Tunnel Data Model for Integrated Map of Underground Spaces (지하공간통합지도의 3차원 터널 데이터 모델에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to design a tunnel part model for underpass and subway lines that correspond to tunnel sector among the underground facilities(structure types) covered in the integrated map of underground spaces. For this purpose, we compared and reviewed the characteristics of international standards related to tunnel data models. As a result, it was found that CityGML 3.0 - Tunnel module was the most suitable for designing a 3D tunnel data model. Afterwards we reviewed the legal and institutional regulations to derive the standard elements of the 3D tunnel data model. Then we conducted a demand survey targeting experts in related fields to derive standard elements for addition and extension of underpasses and subway lines. Based on the above process, we designed and presented a 3D tunnel data model using UML. This study is expected to be meaningful as a basic study to improve the utilization of tunnel model in the integrated map of underground spaces.

  • Rapid Prototyping(RP) is the technique which is used to make prototypes or functional parts directly using the 3-D solid data. Before building the prototype, several processes such as transfering 3D data from CAD system(STL) determination of build-direction, adding support structure and slicing are required. Among the above processes. determination of build-direction is the target of this study. The build direction is determined by many factors according to the objective of the user, like part accuracy, number of support structure, build time, amount of trapped volume, etc, But it is not easy to determine the build-direction because there are many factors and some factors have dependent properties with one another. So, in this study the part accuracy, the number of support structures and build time are considered as the main factor to determine the optimal build-direction. To determine the optimal build-direction for increasing part accuracy, sum of projected area which caused stairstepping effect was considered. The less the projected area is the better part accuracy is About the optimal build-direction to minimize the amount of support structure, sum of projected area of facets that require support structures was considered. About the build time, we considered the minimum height of part we intended. About the build time, we considered the minimun height of part we intended to make.

  • To develope SOC(social overhead capita) which constructs the railroad, highway etc., the geo-technical foundation have to be well understood for the safety works. In this paper, we selected Moonkyung area for the study area, which has various geological units and geological structure including the big thrust and fold. By this reason one of the geo-technical information is the engineering geology map. To make the map, lithology and soil distribution with drilling data are important elements. Three dimensional geo-infomation is established by fence diagram which is several geological cross sections and/or computer software 3D Geomodeller, EarthVision, GSI3D, Gocad.

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the inundation characteristics over coastal area due to the variation of sea level and plane arrangement of manholes using the 3D numerical model that is able to simulate directly interaction of WAve Structure Sandy beach(LES-WASS-3D). At first, The adopted model was validated through the comparison with an existing experimental data and showed fairly nice agreement. And then, the inundation characteristics over coastal area are discussed in relation to the variation of sea level and plane arrangement of manholes.

  • A doll created by various materials is a miniature based on human model, and it has been one of components in a puppet show to take some responsibility for human's culture activity. However, demand and supply keeps on the decrease in the puppet show industry, since professional puppeteer has been reduced rapidly, and also it is difficult to initiate into the skill. Therefore, many studies related Robotic Marionette for automation of puppet show have been internationally accompanied, and more efficient structure design and process development are required for better movement and express of puppet with motor based controller. In this research, we suggest the effective way to enable to express the marionette's motion using motion data based on motion capture and 3D graphic program, and through applying of 3D motion data and proposal of simulation process, it will be useful to save time and expenses when the Robotic Marionette System is practically built.

  • The visualization of Moire or laser-scanned data has been explored by many researchers and has been an important issue on computer graphics research. In this paper, we present various techniques that handle tremendous amount of 3D range data which are generated by the ETRI- Moire Scanner. The techniques include constructing an efficient data structure, constructing triangle meshes and decimation and registration of multiple-view range images and textures.

  • A new dammarane-type triterpenoid, betulafolianediol, $C_{30}$H$_{52}$O$_{3}$, mp $165^{\circ}$[${\alpha}$]$_D$^{20}=+$20^{\circ}$, was isolated form the unsaponifiable fraction of leves of Betula latifalia $K_{OMAROV}$ (Betulaceae). From the spectral data of the betulafolianediol and its derivatives, betulafolianediol monoacetate (II) and betulafolianediol monoketone, the structure of betulafolianediol was provide to be 3${\alpha}$, 25-dioxy-dammarane-20[S]->24 [S]-epoxide.
