NGIS 기반하의 Business GIS 발전방안 (Development Strategies for Business GIS Based on NGIS)

  • 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 Business GIS 발전을 위한 국가GIS(NGIS)의 역할과 발전방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 통해 위치기반 환경에서의 GIS 활용 현황 및 정보통신기술 환경과 GIS 기술수준을 분석하였다. 또한, GML(Geography Markup Language)과 TPEG (Transport Protocol Experts Group) 같은 국제표준을 준수하는 GIS 콘텐츠 개발과 GIS의 killer application 분야로서의 LBS(Location-Based Service), 텔레매틱스, ITS(Intelligent Transport System), gCRM(geographic Customer Relationship Management), DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), u(ubiquitous)-City, u-Town 등 다양한 신규 정보통신분야의 접목을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 Business GIS의 QoS, 표준화, 연구 및 개발, GIS 교육, 보안등을 위한 국가GIS 기반의 개념적 수익모델을 정립하였다.

119 구급대원의 직무스트레스, 소진이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of job stress and burnout on the quality of life among 119 EMTs)

  • Purpose: This study examined the associations of job stress and burnout with the quality of life (QOL) among 119 emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: Using a descriptive correlational design, 260 EMTs working in D City or S City completed the questionnaires. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted to determine the predictors of QOL among 119 EMTs. Results: Overall, there was relatively low job stress among 119 EMTs. There were significant differences in job stress and burnout by general characteristics, especially regarding those of gender, service career, job rank, and self-reported health. In a hierarchical multiple regression, general characteristics explained 29% of QOL (Model I, F=16.369, p<.001). The explanatory power for QOL increased to 49% upon adding job stress (Model II, F=18.737, p<.001), and 59% upon adding burnout (Model III, F=22.621, p<.001). In the last model, self-reported health (${\beta}=.316$, p<.001), job demand (${\beta}=-.130$, p=.009), job insecurity (${\beta}=-.136$, p=.010), lack of reward (${\beta}=-.189$, p=.001), emotional exhaustion (${\beta}=-.196$, p=.004) and lack of personal accomplishment (${\beta}=-.334$, p<.001) were significant predictors of QOL among 119 EMTs. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is necessary to assess and manage job stress and burnout systematically among EMTs, and to develop health improvement programs for better QOL.

3차원 수리모델을 이용한 한강 상수원구간 지류영향 분석 및 수질오염사고 시나리오 모의 (Impact Analysis of Tributaries and Simulation of Water Pollution Accident Scenarios in the Water Source Section of Han River Using 3-D Hydrodynamic Model)

  • The Han River serves as an important water resource for the city of Seoul, Korea and in the neighboring metropolitan areas. From the Paldang dam to the Jamsil submerged weir, the 4 water intake stations that are located for the Seoul metropolitan population were under review in this study. Therefore the water quality management in this section is very important to monitor, analyze and review to rule out any safety concerns. In this study, a 3-D hydrodynamic model, EFDC (Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code), was applied to the downstream of the Paldang Dam in the Han River, which is about 23 km in length, to determine issues related to water resource management. The 3-D grid was composed of 2,168 horizontal grids and three vertical layers. In this case, the hydrodynamic model was calibrated and verified with an observed average daily water surface elevation, water temperature and flow rate data for 3 years (2013~2015). The developed EFDC model proved to reproduce the hydrodynamics of the Han River well. The composition ratios of the noted incoming flows at the monitored intake stations for 3 years and their flow patterns in the river were analyzed using the validated model. It was found that the flow of the Wangsuk Stream depended on the Paldnag dam discharge, and it was noted that the composition ratios of the stream at the intake stations changed accordingly. In a word, the Wangsuk Stream moved mainly along the right bank of the Han River under the condition of a normal dam flow. As can be seen, when the dam discharge rate was low, the incidence of lateral mixing was often seen. The scenario analyses were also conducted to predict the transport of conservative pollutants as in the case of a chemical spill accident. Generally speaking, when scenarios were applied, the arrival time and concentration of pollutants at each intake station was thus predicted.

EFDC-Hydro와 WASP7.2 를 이용한 금강하류의 수리-수질 연계 모델링 (Serial Use of Hydrodynamic and Water Quality Model of the Geum River using EFDC-Hydro and WASP7.2)

  • This study reports the serial use of a 3-D hydrodynamic model, EFDC-Hydro and a dynamic water quality model WASP7.2 that are maintained by USEPA. The 48 km section of the Geum River downstream between Daechung Dam and Gongju was selected as a sample study site. Topographical information was used to accurately represent morphology of the study site and boundary conditions were derived from governmental databases including WAMIS by Ministry of Land and Ocean and WEIS by Ministry of Environment. EFDC-Hydro was successfully calibrated for observed water level and WASP was calibrated using monthly observed water quality data obtained from the above sources. It was found that the current water quality target of BOD for the Geum River-H point could not be met on monthly basis though every other tributary of the area would meet its own water quality target as assigned in Korean TMDL. This study proposed the new target BOD water quality for the Gabcheon and Mihocheon as 4.3 and 3.6 mg/l, respectively so that the Geum River-H point can meet the target. When Sejong City is constructed, it is estimated that effluent discharge limit of BOD must be less than 4.5 mg/l to meet water quality of the point. This study shows that it is possible to carry out more precise modeling considering both water movement and water kinetics by using EFDC and WASP simultaneously.

Investigation of 3-D dynamic wind loads on lattice towers

  • In this paper, the along-wind, across-wind as well as torsional dynamic wind loads on three kinds of lattice tower models are investigated using the base balance technique in a boundary layer wind tunnel. The models were specially designed, and their fundamental frequencies in the directions of the three principal axes are still in the frequency range of the spectra of wind loads on lattice towers. In order to clear contaminations to the spectra of wind loads induced by model resonance, the generalized force spectra of the first mode of the models in along-wind, across-wind and torsional directions were derived based on measured base moments of the models. The RMS generalized force coefficients are also obtained by removing the contributions of model resonance. Finally, the characteristics of the 3-D dynamic wind loads, especially those of the across-wind dynamic loads, on the three kinds of lattice towers are presented and discussed.

한국 지형에서의 무선호출 주파수 대역의 전계강도 예측모델 (The Path Loss Prediction in Korean Terrain Environment)

  • 육상 이동통신의 서비스 범위 예측에 가장 기본이 되는 전송 손실 계산 방식은 그 적용범위 및 모델도출 방법에 따라 많은 발전을 거듭하여 왔다. 그러나, 전파는 이것이 지나가는 환경, 즉 빌딩의 특성이나, 나무, 그리고 지형형태 등에 의해 너무나 많은 영향을 받으므로 미국,일본 동 외국의 환경에서 만들어져 국내에 도입된 전파 예측모델들은 우리나라의 실정에 적합하지 않는 점이 많다. 본 논문에서는 국내 지형을 분석하여 그 특성에 따라 여섯가지의 종류로 분류하고 각각에 해당하는 국내 지역을 선정하여 무선호출 주파수 대역에서 전계강도 측정을 수행하였다. 또한, 이 측정 데이타를 이용한 실험식과 함께 산악지역에서의 회절 계산식을 포함하여 가시거리 및 비가시거리를 구분하여 전계강도를 계산하는 예측모델을 만들었다. 제안된 모델을 국내 지형 데이타 베이스와 연결하여 전계강도 예측을 수행한 값과 실측된 데이타와 비교한 결과, 최소 3dB에서 최고 9dB 정도로 오차가 나타났으므로 실용성이 있을 것으로 판단된다.

3차원 도시공간정보를 이용한 도시열섬현상의 분석 (Analysis of Urban Heat Island Effect Using Information from 3-Dimensional City Model (3DCM))

  • 본 연구는 2차원적 도시특성변수를 이용한 기존 선행연구와 달리, 도시기하학적인 특성을 중심으로 도시열섬현상에 관한 설명모형을 구축하고 이에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고 자하는 연구이다. 오하이오주 콜럼버스 도시(Columbus, Ohio)의 3차원 도시공간구축을 위하여 LiDAR 데이터가 활용되었고, 건축물의 외부공간을 구축하기 위하여 건물수치지도가 이용되었다. 또한 식생지수와 도시온도 자료를 추출하기 위하여 Landsat TM 영상의 band 3, band 4, Thermal band 가 이용되었다. 복잡한 자료 추출 과정을 통해 획득된 6가지 변수들(건물의 총 부피, 건물의 총 표면적, 평균 건물의 높이-도로폭 비율, 공극률, 건물바닥면적비율, 식생지수)을 도입하여 단순회귀 및 다중회귀 모형을 구축하였다. 회귀모형구축에 있어서는 비선형관계에 있는 변수를 선형화하기 위해 Box-Tidwell 변형기법을 적용하였으며 최적화된 변수변형을 통한 선형회귀모형을 구축하였다. 공극률, 식생지수, 건축 표면적 변수로 추정된 다중회귀모형은 전체 온도변이의 57%를 설명할 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 도시열섬을 저감시키기 위한 다양한 정책수립(오픈스페이스 확대정책, 옥상녹화, 벽면녹화 등)에 의미있는 결과를 제공하였다.

  • .9 GHz/14.4 kbps CDMA시스템의 역방향 링크에서 핸드오프방식 유형별 얼랑용량과 링크마진을 구하는 차단 확률을 각각 유도하였다. 현실적인 셀 최대용량으로 얼랑용량과 링크동작의 신뢰성을 위한 마진을 동일한 시스템 파라메터로 계산하고, COST-231모델을 적용한 전파손실을 구해 여러 지역에서 셀 커버리지와의 관계를 새로운 관점에서 제안하여 분석하였다. 소프트핸드오프를 하는 상황에서 $E_b/N_0$=5 dB에서 차단확률을 5%에서 2%로 낮출 경우 마진은 0.88 dB 더 높여야하고 용량은 2 얼랑 감소와 도시, 교외, 개방지역의 셀 커버리지가 0.12 km, 0.25 km, 1 km씩 줄어드는 정도에서 신뢰성과 서비스품질을 높일 수 있었다. 차단확률 5%인 경우 $E_b/N_0$=7 dB에서 5 dB로 맞춘다면 똑같은 2.8 dB 마진으로 9 얼랑 증가와 도시지역에서 0.2 km가 늘어났다. 이때 단일 셀 경우에 비해 용량은 10 얼랑 이상 줄어들어도 1.31 dB의 마진을 줄일 수 있어 각각의 지역에서 0.17 km, 0.3 km, 1 km 씩 커버리지가 증가하였다 또한 하드핸드오프에 비하면 2.16 dB의 마진을 더 줄일 수 있어 10 얼랑 증가와 0.22 km, 0.5 km, 2 km씩 늘어나는 소프트핸드오프 이득이 함께 발생하였다.

자기결정성 이론에 근거한 고혈압 전단계 노인의 건강행위이행 구조 모형 (A Structural Equation Model on Health Behavior Adherence for Elders with Prehypertension: Based on Self-Determination Theory)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and test a hypothetical model which explains health behavior adherence in elderly people with prehypertension. The model was based on self-determination theory (SDT). Methods: Data were collected from June 21 to July 15, 2010, using self-report questionnaires. The participants were 140 elders with prehypertension who lived in D Metropolitan City. Collected data were analyzed using PASW 18.0 for descriptive statistics and correlation analysis and AMOS 5.0 for covariance structure analysis. Results: It appeared that the overall fit index was good with a ${\chi}^2$ score of 13.23 (p<0.05), GFI of 0.97, AGFI of 0.79 and RMR of 0.28 in the modified model. The results revealed that significant main effects of both health provider's autonomy support and autonomous motivations were found on the measure of health behavior adherence. These factors explained 72% of variance in the participants, health behavior adherence. Conclusion: The overall findings may provide useful assistance in developing effective motivation-enhanced programs for health behavior adherence.

만성질환 자가간호 중범위이론 검증: 성인 중증고혈압환자를 대상으로 (Testing a Middle-Range Theory of Self-Care of Chronic Illness: A Validation for Korean Adult Patients with Severe Hypertension)

  • Purpose: The aims of this study are to provide a theoretical framework for improving the self-care of adults with severe hypertension and to examine the practical suitability of a middle-range theory of self-care for chronic illness by validating the structural model. Methods: Data were collected at a university hospital in D metropolitan city from July 1 to August 14, 2015. A total of 224 Korean adult patients with severe hypertension were recruited. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Results: The results show that the fit index of the hypothetical model meets the recommended level; 7 out of 8 hypothetical model paths were statistically significant. Motivation, self-efficacy, support from others, and accessibility to care showed statistical significance and explained 67.3% of the self-care process. The self-care process explained 45.3%, 63.6%, and 26.5% of quality of life, health, and illness stability, respectively. Conclusion: This model can be used as a theoretical framework for improving self-care among adult Korean patients with severe hypertension. Moreover, the practical suitability and validity of the middle-range theory of self-care for chronic illness is secured.
