침전극 저주파자극이 옥시토신 면역반응세포 변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Electrical Stimulation on the Change of Oxytocin Immunoreactive cells)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effects of electrical stimulation on the change oxytocin(OT) immunoreactive cells in the hypothalamus of the male SD rats. Fifteen healthy and normal male rats were divided into three groups, 5 SD rat in each group. The one group has been stimulated by electro-acupuncture(EA, 2Hz) for 30 min and the other group by EA for 1hr 30 min and control group has not been stimulated. The results were summarized as follows. OT immunoreactive cells were found in the Paraventricular nucleus (PVN), Supraoptic nucleus(SON) and Lateral Magnocellular Area(LMA). The number of OT immunoreactive cells of PVN were significantly increased after 30 min as compared with control group (p<0.05) and were also significantly increased after 1hr 30min than 30 min(p<0.05). The number of OT immunoreactive cells of SON were significantly increased after 30 min and 1hr 30 min(p<0.05) as compared with control group, but decreased after 1hr 30 min than 30 min. The number of immunoreactive hells of LMA significantly increased after 30 min(p<0.05) as compared with control group, but significantly decreased after 1hr 30 min than 30 min(p<0.05). These results show that OT is released into the hypothalamus in response to electrical stimulation.

열결(列缺).려구에 대한 용량별 He-Ne 레이저 침 조사(照射)가 고지방(高脂肪) 식이(食餌)로 유발된 고지혈증(高脂血症) 백서(白鼠)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Invasive Low Level Laser Acupuncture Therapy(LLLAT) depending on capacity at LU7+LR5 on the Hyperlipemia Rats Induced by High Fat Diet)

  • Objectives : This research was performed to investigate the effect of invasive low level laser acupuncture therapy(LLLAT) at Yolgyol+yogu(LU7+LR5) on weight gain, food intake, food efficiency, lipid metabolism and liver function in hyperlipemia rats. Methods : Experimental groups were divided into high fat diet cup(Control group), high fat diet and 15 mW/5 min LLLAT at LU7+LR5(15 mW/5 min group), 15 mW/10 min LLLAT at LU7+LR5(15 mW/10 min group), 30 mW/5 min LLLAT at LU7+LRS(30 mW/5 min group), 30 mW/10 min LLLAT at LU7+LR5(30 mW/10 min group). LLLAT was treated at the 15,30mW-5,10min once a 2day during 5 weeks. Results : Body weight was decreased significantly in 30 mW/s min group and 30 mW/10 min group compared with control group. Food intake was decreased significantly in 15 mW/5 min group and 15 mW/10 min group compared with control group. Food efficiency was decreased significantly in 30 mW/10 min group compared with control group. In the lipid metabolism, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and free fatty acid were increased significantly in 15 mW/5 min group and 30 mW/10 min group compared with control group. LDL-cholesterol was increased in 30 mW/10 min group and phospholipids was decreased significantly in all experimental group compared with control group. triglyceride was not showed significant result in all experimental group. In the liver function, AST was not showed significant result in all experimental group, ALT and ALP were increased significantly in 30 mW/10 min group, ALP was decreased in 30 mW/5 min group compared with control group. Conclusions : LLLAT at LU7 and LR5 can manage hyperlipemia by controlling body weight, food intake, food efficiency ratio and lipid metabolism.

전기자재에 대한 역돔의 심전도 (Response of Electrocardiogram of Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus to Electric Stimulus)

  • 전기자극에 대한 역돔, Oreochromis niloticus[Linnaeus]의 심전도를 구명하기 위하여, 어체내에 전극을 삽입하여 3 가지 전기자극원(20, 30, 40 Vp ; 10 msec)으로 실험어에 자극을 가하였을 때의 심전도를 서간과 야간으로 구분하여 60분간 조사한 심박수와 생체전위를 자극 전(마취상태, 안정상태)과 자극 후(자극-회복상태, 회복상태)로 구분하여 비교 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 역돔은 마취 후 3 분 뒤에 안정상태에 도달하였고, 안정상태에서의 평균상심박수는 서간에 45.8 beat/min, 야간에 45.0 beat/min였고, 평균생체전위는 서간에 1.76 $\mu\textrm{V}$, 야간에 1.75 $\mu\textrm{V}$였다. 2. 자극별 평균심박수는 \circled1 자극-회복상태에서 전기자극이 20 Vp인 경우, 서간에 34.9 beat/min, 야간에 33.4 beat/min였고, 30 Vp인 경우, 서간에 36.8 beat/min, 야간에 36.0 beat/min였으며, 40Vp인 경우 서간에 38.0 beat/min, 야간에 36.4 beat/min로 나타났다. \circled2 회복상태에서 전기자극이 20 Vp인 경우, 서간에 45.5 beat/min, 야간에 45.1 beat/min였고, 30 Vp인 경우, 서간에 47.9 beat/min, 야간에 49.0 beat/min 였으며, 40 Vp인 경우, 서간에 51.4 beat/min, 야간에 50.7 beat/min로 나타났다. 3. 자극별 평균생체전위는 \circled1 자극-회복상태에서 전기자극이 20Vp인 경우, 서간에 2.54$\mu\textrm{V}$ 야간에 2.39$\mu\textrm{V}$였고,30Vp인 경우, 서간에 3.30$\mu\textrm{V}$, 야간에 2.30 $\mu\textrm{V}$였으며, 40Vp 인 경우 서간에 6.05 $\mu\textrm{V}$, 야간에 3.23 $\mu\textrm{V}$로 나타났다. \circled2 회복상태에서 전기자극이 20 Vp인 경우, 서간에 1.92 $\mu\textrm{V}$, 야간에 1.95 $\mu\textrm{V}$ 였고, 30 Vp인 경우, 서간에 2.78 $\mu\textrm{V}$, 야간에 2.21 $\mu\textrm{V}$ 였으며, 40 Vp인 경우 서간에 3.60$\mu\textrm{V}$ 야간에 2.98$\mu\textrm{V}$로 나타났다.

반탄화에 의한 커피박 연료특성 (Fuel Properities of Spent Coffee Bean by Torrefaction)

  • This research analyzed the fuel characteristic change of spent coffee bean by torrefaction. The calorific value was increased from 4,974 kcal/kg to 6,075 kcal/kg ($260^{\circ}C$, 30min), 6,452 kcal/kg ($270^{\circ}C$, 30min), 6,823 kcal/kg ($280^{\circ}C$, 30min), 6,970 kcal/kg ($260^{\circ}C$, 30min). The highest energy yield was obtained when the spent coffee bean were torrefied on the condition of $280^{\circ}C$, 30min. The moisture absorption rate was decreased from 5.12% to 2.76% when the spent coffee bean were torrefied on the condition of $290^{\circ}C$, 30min. Lignin was increased from 11.33% to 14.39% on the condition of $260^{\circ}C$ 30min. But it did not preferability to torrefy spent coffee bean at temperature of more than $270^{\circ}C$ because lignin decreases to the level that is hard to make pellet.

Microwave 열처리에 의한 원유의 화학적 및 미생물학적 성상의 변화에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Changes in Chemical Composition and Microbiological Aspects of Raw Milk by Microwave Heating)

  • 원유를 $50^{\circ}C$, $55^{\circ}C$, $60^{\circ}C$, $65^{\circ}C$$70^{\circ}C$에서 30분간 microwave 열처리(MW)하고 $65^{\circ}C$에서 30분간 water bath(WB)에서 열처리 하였을때의 화학적 및 미생물학적인 성상의 변화와 $5^{\circ}C$의 냉장상태에서 10일간 보존하면서 화학적 및 미생물학적인 변화상태를 시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 원료유를 MW와 WB 열처리를 실시하였을 때에는 유지방, 유단백질, 유당, 및 총고형분 함량의 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 2. 원료유의 pH와 산도는 각각 6.75 및 0.16%이었으며, MW와 WB가열시의 pH와 산도는 6.75~6.50 및 0.16%~0.19%이었으며, phosphatase 시험결과는 $61^{\circ}C$에서 20분, $62^{\circ}C$에서 15분, $63^{\circ}C$에서 10분, $64^{\circ}C$에서 5분, $65^{\circ}C$에서 5분 이후의 MW가열과 $65^{\circ}C$ 30분간 WB가열에서 음성으로 나타났다. 3. 가열처리온도가 높아짐에 따라 whey protein의 항량은 감소하였으며, proteolytic activity는 MW가열에서 94%이었으며, $65^{\circ}C$, 30분간 WB가열에서는 44%로 낮게 나타났다. 4. 원유의 총균수는 $2.8{\times}10^5CFU/m{\ell}$로서, MW $65^{\circ}C$ 가열에서 $2.8{\times}10^3CFU/m{\ell}$, $70^{\circ}C$에서 $2.4{\times}10^3CFU/m{\ell}$, WB $65^{\circ}C$ 가열에서 $3.0{\times}10^3CFU/m{\ell}$로 나타났으며, $65^{\circ}C$$70^{\circ}C$ 30분간 MW가열과 $65^{\circ}C$, WB가열시에 저장 10일 동안 미생물수가 크게 증가하지 않아 보존성이 우수한것으로 나타났다. 또한 $61^{\circ}C$, $62^{\circ}C$, $63^{\circ}C$, $64^{\circ}C$, $65^{\circ}C$에서 5분 내지 30분 동안 MW가열시에 총균수가 5분 이후에 크게 감소하였다. 5. 원료유의 대장균수는 $2.6{\times}10^3CFU/m{\ell}$이었으며, $55^{\circ}C$, $60^{\circ}C$, $65^{\circ}C$$70^{\circ}C$에서 MW가열과 $65^{\circ}C$, WB가열시에 대장균이 검출되지 않았다. 또한 $61^{\circ}C$, $62^{\circ}C$, $63^{\circ}C$, $64^{\circ}C$$65^{\circ}C$에서 5~30분 동안 MW가열시에 5분 이후부터 검출되지 않았다. 6. 원료유의 내열성균수는 $5.2{\times}10^4CFU/m{\ell}$이었으나, MW $65^{\circ}C$ 가열에서 $2.0{\times}10^3CFU/m{\ell}$, $70^{\circ}C$에서 $1.9{\times}10^3CFU/m{\ell}$, WB $65^{\circ}C$ 가열에서는 $2.2{\times}10^3CFU/m{\ell}$로 나타났고, $65^{\circ}C$$70^{\circ}C$ 30분간 MW가열시와 $65^{\circ}C$ WB가열시에 저장 10일 동안 미생물수가 크게 증가하지 않아 보존성이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 $61^{\circ}C$, $62^{\circ}C$, $63^{\circ}C$, $64^{\circ}C$, $65^{\circ}C$에서 5분 간격으로 30분 동안 MW가열시 총 균수가 5분 이후에 크게 감소하였다. 7. 원료유의 내냉성 미생물수는 $2.8{\times}10^5CFU/m{\ell}$이었으나, MW $65^{\circ}C$ 가열에서 $2.0{\times}10^1CFU/m{\ell}$, $70^{\circ}C$에서 $2.0{\times}10^1CFU/m{\ell}$, WB $65^{\circ}C$ 가열에서는 $3.0{\times}10^1CFU/m{\ell}$로 나타났고, $65^{\circ}C$$70^{\circ}C$ 30분간 MW가열시와 $65^{\circ}C$ WB가열시에 저장 10일 동안 미생물수가 크게 증가하지 않아 보존성이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 $61^{\circ}C$, $62^{\circ}C$, $63^{\circ}C$, $64^{\circ}C$, $65^{\circ}C$에서 5분 간격으로 30분 동안 MW가열시 총균수가 5분 이후에 크게 감소하였다.

왕수를 이용한 중금속 오염토양에서의 추출방안 연구 (Heavy Metals Extraction from Contaminated Soils using Aqua Regia Extraction)

  • Aqua regia extraction for the quantification of heavy metals and As in contaminated soils was investigated as one of preliminary steps for on-site monitoring using sensor technology. Soil samples were taken from closed railway depot, closed mines, and closed refinery and various extraction conditions including $30^{\circ}C/15min$, $30^{\circ}C/30min$, $30^{\circ}C/60min$, $30^{\circ}C/120min$, $80^{\circ}C/15min$, $80^{\circ}C/30min$, $80^{\circ}C/60min$, $80^{\circ}C/120min$ were tested. The optimal extraction condition was determined as $80^{\circ}C/60min$ because the extraction efficiencies of Zn were relatively low and did not reach the targeted level (80-100% of original concentrations) for $30^{\circ}C$ conditions. It was found that the fractionation of heavy metals and As using the sequential extraction method was useful to understand the degree of metal extraction. In order to enhance the extraction efficiency within short extraction time, ultrasound technology using a 20 kHz horn-type sonicator was additionally used for $30^{\circ}C/15min$. It was revealed that ultrasound could significantly enhance the extraction efficiency and pulsed irradiation showed higher efficiency than continuous irradiation due to the less formation of bubble clouds. However high temperature condition ($80^{\circ}C$) was required to achieve high extraction efficiency for Zn in spite of the use of ultrasound.

30% 농도의 산소 공급이 기억력, 혈중 산소 농도, 심박률에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of 30% Oxygen on the Memory Performance, Hyperoxia and Heart Rate)

  • In this study, changes in memory performance, blood oxygen saturation and heart rate according to 30% concentration oxygen supply were observed. Ten healthy male and female college students (male:$25.8{\pm}0.8$ years, female: $24.2{\pm}1.9$ years) participated in the study. The experiment was performed as Rest (1min.), Control task (1min.), Word presentation (1min.), Reaction time task (1min.), Distractor (2min.), and Word recall (1min.) and the physiological signals such as blood oxygen saturation and heart rate were measured throughout the stages. Subjects who received 30% oxygen recalled more words than those who received 21% oxygen, which shows 30% oxygen supply has influenced positively on memory cognitive performance. When 30% concentration oxygen is supplied, the blood oxygen saturation in the task phases was increased and the heart rate decreased when comparing to 21%. It means that 30% oxygen can stimulate brain activation by increasing actual blood oxygen concentration in the process of cognitive performance, and the heart rate decreases because enough oxygen is supplied to process the cognitive performance.

염소의 xylazine 진정(鎭靜)에 대한 전침자극(電針刺戟)의 길항효과(拮抗效果) (Reverse effects of electroacupuncture on xylazine analgesia in goats)

  • This study was performed to investigate the reverse effects of Jen Chung electroacupuncture at 10 and 30 min after xylazine administration(0.1mg/kg) in goats. In the group of electroacupuncture at 30 min after xylazine administration, MAT and MWT were markedly shorter than in control and in 10 min after xylazine administration. The RR intervals were continuously increased in control and in the group of electroacupuncture at 10 min after xylazine administration, but in the group of electroacapuncture at 30 min after xylazine administration significantly reduced from about 45 min. The frequency(cps) of EEG was recovered to normal pattern after 90 min in the group of electroacupuncture at 30 min after xylazine administration, but considerably delayed in control and in the group of electroacupuncture at 10 min. Respiratory rates tended to be somewhat decreased and then gradually increased in all groups. In control, there were shown cycloapneustic respirations but no in the electroacupuncture groups. It was turned out to be that the electroacupuncture stimulation of Jen Chung at 30 min after xylazine administration was effective for the reverse of the xylazine analgesia.

Effect of Renal Ischemia in Tetraethylammonium Transport in Rabbit Renal Coritcal Slices

  • This study was carried out to determine effect of acute renal ischemia on transport function of organic cation, tetraethylammonium (TEA), in rabbit kidney proximal tubule. Clamping of the renal artery for 30 and 60 min produced a polyuria which was accompanied by an increase in $Na^+$ excretion. The capacity of kidney cortical slices to accumulate TEA was increased after 30 and 60 min of ischemia. When blood flow was restored for 30 min after 30 and 60 min of ischemia, the augmented TEA uptake was recovered to the control values. Oxygen consumption of cortical slices was stimulated after 30 min of ischemia, whereas it was not altered by 60 min of ischemia. A 90-min ischemia produced a significant inhibition of TEA uptake and tissue oxygen consumption. These results suggest that the basolateral transport system for organic cation persists after ischemic periods of 60 min despite evidence that tubular reabsorptive mechanism of $Na^+$ and water is markedly impaired. This may indicate that the active secretory systems of proximal tubule are more resistant to ischemic injury than the reabsorptive systems.

아스팔트 콘크리트 변형강도 시험에서의 적정 하중재하속도 선정 연구 (Determination of Proper Loading Speed for Deformation Strength Test of Asphalt Concretes)

  • 본 연구는 아스팔트 혼합물의 변형강도에 대한 적정 하중재하속도를 선정하기 위하여 수행하였다. 이를 위하석 직경(D) 40mm, 하단의 원형 절삭반경(r)을 10.0mm의 하중봉으로 Kim test의 하중재하속도를 분당 10mm, 30mm, 50mm, 70mm로 하여 변형강도를 측정하고 반복주행시험을 수행하여 얻어진 소성변형 특성치와의 상관관계에 대하여 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 하중재하속도별 변형강도 값은 하중재하속도가 증가함에 따라 변형강도도 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 이것은 하중재하속도가 변형강도에 미치는 영향이 큰 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 하중재하속도에 따른 변형강도와 반복주행시험 결과인 최종침하깊이 및 동적안정도와의 상관성 분석을 통해 30mm/min의 하중재하속도가 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 하중 30mm/min 하중재하속도가 불가능한 시험기의 30mm/min 하중재하속도에서의 변형강도는 제안된 환산계수를 적용해야 한다.
