공극의 시간변화를 고려한 3 상 BLDC 모터의 동특성 해석 (Dynamic Analysis of a 3-Phase BLDC Motor Considering Variation of an Air-Gap)

  • In this study, vibrations of an electric motor are analyzed when the motor has the interaction between mechanical and electromagnetic behaviors. For this vibration analysis a 3-phase 8-pole brushless DC motor is selected. Vibrations of the motor are influenced by coupled electromechanical characteristics. The variation of air-gap induced by vibration has an influence on the inductance of the motor coil. To analyze dynamic characteristics of the rotor, we studied inductance by the variation of an air-gap. After obtaining the kinetic, potential and magnetic energies for the motor, the equations of motion are derived by using Lagrange's equation. By applying the Newmark time integration method to the equations, the dynamic responses for the displacements and currents are computed.

  • Most of the loads in industrial power distribution systems are balanced and connected to three power systems. However, in the user power distribution systems, most of the loads are single & three phase and unbalanced, generating voltage unbalance. This paper presents a scheme on operation states of a three-phase induction motor under unbalanced voltages. The three-phase voltages applied to the stator winding of the studied induction motor are controlled by respectively adjusting the magnitude and phase angle of each phase. The voltage unbalanced factor(VUF) of the three-phase source voltages can then be varied to examine the different values of VUF on machine's operation characteristics.

  • 대용량 유도전동기용 인버터 개발을 위한 부하 장치는 고가의 제작 비용 및 제작에 많은 시간이 필요하므로 유도전동기 및 부하 장치를 대체할 수 있는 시뮬레이터 개발에 대한 필요가 증대되고 있다. 기존의 대용량 3상 유도전동기의 인버터용 부하 시뮬레이터는 리액터와 3상 PWM 정류기를 사용하여 시험용 인버터의 전류를 제어함으로써 단지 인버터의 부하로만 작용할 뿐 유도전동기의 특성을 모사하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 LCL 필터와 3상 PWM 정류기를 이용하여 3상 유도전동기의 모델과 부하 특성을 모사할 수 있는 실시간 시뮬레이터를 제안한다. PWM 인버터에 흐르는 전류는 3상 유도전동기의 고정자 전류를 모사하며 LCL 필터의 인덕터에 흐르는 전류와 커패시터 전압에 의해 제어된다. LCL 필터의 커패시터 전압은 3상 유도전동기의 회전자 자속에 의해 고정자 권선에 유기되는 유도기전력을 모사하며 인덕터 전류와 PWM 정류기에 의해 제어된다. 3상 유도전동기의 회전자 전류, 고정자 및 회전자 자속, 전동기 토크, 슬립 주파수 및 회전자 속도는 인버터에 흐르는 전류와 유도전동기의 상수로부터 유도된다. MATLAB/Simulink 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 3상 유도전동기용 실시간 시뮬레이터의 전기적, 기계적 모델 특성 및 벡터제어 동작을 검증하였다.

국산자기재료를 이용한 비대칭자속분포 단상유도기구 (A Study On The Performances Of A Single-Phase Motor With Non-Quadrature Stator Windings Using Domestic Magnetic Materials.)

  • The requirements of a successful design for single phase induction motors with a high efficiency have, in recent years, led to the use of non-quadrature stator windings motors in which a high starting torque is a prime requisite. The capacitor motor is one of above machines in which various possible forms of asymmetry can be occur. These forms of asymmetry in the stator phase windings, encountered in machine designs, are 1) an asymmetrical disposition in space of their magnetic axes, 2) a difference in their effective number of turns, 3) a difference in the distribution of their coil groups per pole and 4) amounts of capacitance of an auxiary winding. In order to apply the effective performance prediction of these form to motors, mading of lower quality-domestic magnetic materials, the analysis and the experimental investigations of its sample motors are described in this paper. The utility of such a motor is demonstrated and it is shown that the effects- a good efficiency, good power factor and high starting torque-of the motor mechanism with non-quadrature stator phase windings can development disadvantages by using the lower quality-domestis magnetic materials.

Three-Phase Common-Mode Active EMI Filters for Induction Motor Drive Applications

  • In this paper, the conducted EMI reduction performances of active feed-forward current-sensing current-actuation (CSCA) and voltage-sensing current-actuation (VSCA) filters for a three-phase induction motor drive system are evaluated by experiments. For comparison purposes, the conducted EMI (CM emission, DM emission and total emission) of a three-phase induction motor drive with a conventional CM choke, a conventional CM choke in series with an active VSCA filter, and an active CSCA filter (where the CM choke was modified and used as a sensing current transformer) were compared to the case of a system without any filter inserted. Experimental results show that the active CSCA and VSCA filters can improve the CM reduction performance of the conventional CM choke by about 5 dB especially at low-frequencies. However, for DM comparisons, it shows that there is no different between cases with and without filters inserted.

  • 단상 유도전동기의 기동전류는 정격전류의 3-6배로 전등의 명멸, TV 화면의 산란, 전동기의 절연 열화, 옥내배선의 순간적인 열화 등을 발생시켜 전력손실, 가전제품의 효율저하 및 수명을 단축시키고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 본 논문에서는 트라이액과 교류변류기를 사용하여 기동전류를 3.7(%) 감소시키는 방법을 제안하였으며, 또한 반도체 소자를 사용함으로써 수명은 반영구적임을 확인하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to design 200 kW, 15,000 rpm 3 phase induction motor. This research deals with natural frequency and mode shape of rotating shaft of 3 phase induction motor with bearing stiffness by finite element analysis. We present natural frequency characteristic variation of rotating shaft according to change bearing stiffness. Also we are verified stability of rotating shaft from backward and forward critical speed by campbell diagram.

  • The main focus of this paper is the analysis on the controlling characteristics of self-excited D.C. motor driven by thyristor chopper. The controlling characteristics of short shunt compound motor driven by poly phase multiple thyristor chopper is better than that of driven by single phase thyristor chopper. And we got the following conclusions. A. Motor current capacity could be increased by the multiplicity n increase. B. Speed-torque characteristics is linear and adquate for constant Horsepower motor. C. Maximum current Riple ratio is proportional to almost inverse m$^{2}$. Also here shows the stable conditions and semiconducterlize datas for controlling the self-excited D.C. motor driven by thyristor chopper.

  • This paper presents a motor drive IC for automotive applications. The drive IC is dedicated to control and drive external MOSFETs which directly drive 3-phase motor with a high current. In case of driving high-side power switches, the bootstrap topology is widely used. however, it requires three bootstrap diode and three capacitor respectively. And it needs a minimum charging time to maintain high-side voltage. The motor drive IC uses a charge-pump circuit for all three high-side voltage with various protection schemes for automotive applications.
