The objectives of this study were to compare visual observation and an electronic grazing time method and to evaluate the effects of nutritional plans on intake, grazing behavior and horizontal and vertical locomotion of young bulls in a tropical pasture. Thirty-nine Nellore young bulls with an average body weight of $345{\pm}9.3$ kg kept in pasture were used. The experimental treatments consisted of: restricted: animals kept in a plot with a low mass of forage receiving mineral mixture only; control: animals receiving mineral mixture only; HPHC: a high protein and high carbohydrate supplement; HPLC: a high protein and low carbohydrate supplement; LPHC: a low protein and high carbohydrate supplement; LPLC: a low protein and low carbohydrate supplement. GPS collars equipped with activity sensors were used. Information about head position, latitude, longitude and altitude were recorded. Daytime grazing behavioral patterns monitored by a continuous focal animal recording method was compared to behavior estimated by the activity sensor. Feed intake was estimated by a marker method. The Restricted group presented lower (p<0.05) intake of dry matter and TDN. However, difference in dry matter intake was not found (p>0.05) between non-supplemented and supplemented animals. Difference was not found (p>0.05) in daytime grazing time obtained by visual observation or the activity sensor method. The restricted group showed longer (p<0.05) grazing time (9.58 h/d) than other groups, but difference was not found (p>0.05) in the grazing time between Control (8.35 h/d) and supplemented animals (8.03 h/d). The Restricted group presented lower (p<0.05) horizontal locomotion distance (2,168 m/d) in comparison to other groups (2,580.6 m/d). It can be concluded that the use of activity sensor methods can be recommended due to their being similar to visual observation and able to record 24-h/d. While supplements with high carbohydrates reduce pasture intake, they do not change grazing behavior. Moderate supplementation (until 50% of protein requirement and 30% of energy requirement) of beef cattle on tropical pasture has no effect on daily locomotion.
Purpose: To assess the accuracy of toric intraocular lens (IOL) implantation by the location and size of the corneal incision. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 98 patients (98 eyes) who underwent phacoemulsification with toric IOL implantation from January 2014 to March 2017. The patients were divided into two groups: group 1 got an incision of the superior side of the cornea (n = 54) and group 2 received an incision on the temporal side of the eye (n = 44). For both groups, incisions were made at their steep corneal astigmatism axises. Each group was further divided into subgroups for whom different sized blades were employed (2.75 vs. 2.2 mm widths). We measured the refractive index and autokeratometric parameters. We postoperatively assessed residual astigmatism and any reduction thereof. Results: In both groups, uncorrected and best-corrected visual acuity, refraction cylinder astigmatism, and autokeratometric astigmatism improved statistically. Between two groups, corneal astigmatism decrease was not significant. Residual astigmatism also showed no significant differences between the two. Patients in both groups treated using 2.75 mm wide blades exhibited greater increases in corneal astigmatism. Conclusions: During cataract surgery, precise correction of astigmatism via toric IOL implantation is possible when surgically induced astigmatism is minimized by careful choice of the location and size of the corneal incision.

It is well known that a single moving camera video is capable of extracting the 3-dimensional position of an object. With this in mind, current research performed image-based monitoring to establish a floating structure model using a camcorder system. Following this, the present study extracted frame images from digital camcorder video clips and matched the interest points to obtain relative 3D coordinates for both regular and irregular wave conditions. Then, the researchers evaluated the transformation accuracy of the modified SURF-based matching and image-based displacement estimation of the floating structure model in regular wave condition. For the regular wave condition, the wave generator's setting value was 3.0 sec and the cycle of the image-based displacement result was 2.993 sec. Taking into account mechanical error, these values can be considered as very similar. In terms of visual inspection, the researchers observed the shape of a regular wave in the 3-dimensional and 1-dimensional figures through the projection on X Y Z axis. In conclusion, it was possible to calculate the displacement of a floating structure module in near real-time using an average digital camcorder with 30fps video.
Background: To compare the dose of radiation received by the fetus in a pregnant patient irradiated for head and neck cancer using helical tomotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3DCRT). Materials and Methods: The patient was modeled with a humanoid phantom to mimic a gestation of 26 weeks. Radiotherapy with a total dose of 2 Gy was delivered with both tomotherapy (2.5 and 5.0 cm jaw size) and 3DCRT. The position of the fetus was predicted to be 45 cm from the field edge at the time of treatment. The delivered dose was measured according to the distance from the field edge and the fetus. Results and Discussion: The accumulated dose to the fetus was 1.6 cGy by 3DCRT and 2 and 2.3 cGy by the 2.5 and 5 cm jaw tomotherapy plans. For tomotherapy, the fetal dose with the 2.5 cm jaw was lower than that with the 5 cm jaw, although the radiation leakage was greater for 2.5 cm jaw plan due to the 1.5 fold longer beam-on time. At the uterine fundus, tomotherapy with a 5 cm jaw delivered the highest dose of 2.4 cGy. When the fetus moves up to 35 cm at the 29th week of gestation, the resultant fetal doses for 3DCRT and tomotherapy with 2.5 and 5 cm jaws were estimated as 2.1, 2.7, and 3.9 cGy, respectively. Conclusion: For tomotherapy, scattering radiation was more important due to the high monitor unit values. Therefore, selecting a smaller jaw size for tomotherapy may reduce the fetal dose. however, evaluation of risk should be individually performed for each patient.
This study is to find out how the sawdust-mixed RC beam with holes acts compared to two case of normal one with sawdust without hole, without sawdust. variables are ED3H1, ED3H2, ED3H1UB, ED3H2L, ED5H1, ED5H1UB, ED5H2, ED5H2L, Normal with sawdust PLA without sawdust. All sand, aggregate, cement are in accordance with KS. mixing design is also in accordance with KS and done at D remicon company in order to decrease any error in mixing manually. ED3H1 showed 7tone of maximum load capacity having only minor tensile deformation around hole, compared to the center of the beam. ED5H2L showed almost same shape of tensile strain between hole area and center of two beam length, while having 9.5 tone load capacity, incase of two holes being in the longitudinal axis. But ED5H2 in case of two holes being in same forcing direction showed 8.4tone of load capacity while having minor tensile chape around hole and normal tensile shape in the center of beam length. Two diameter 3cm hole in longitudinal axis give more effective behavior than the other case, practically. Capacity decrease between 5cm and 3cm in eccentric position form the longitudinal axis is less than percents. There is minor capacity difference between hole diameter 3cm hole, but 13tone difference of load capacity between hole diameter 5cm.

The purpose of this research is to show how to use the patternist's CAD system in order to make design patterns efficiantly. Using the PAD System Technologies company's PAD System Module, which is very officiant in designing patterns, the basic pattern or design pattern can be designed and applyed to the Sample Module, thus, then it could manufacture, retouch or choose a model, making it posible to go to the next level which is seam patterns for industrial use. By understanding the change of the design that is chosen through the design pattern making and Sample Module process', this study is presentated a plan on how to utilize the patternist's working adaption ability by the CAD system, and also considered the problems in using it. Ability of Design Confrontation of CAD System: 1) The result of an operation can be saved and retouched. On a saved list the patterns can be chosen and changed, thus, making it posible to complete a design very quickly. 2) When sewing every designed pattern in Sample Module, the model can be operated merely by selecting each sewing position, thus creating the same effect of a designer's muslin sample process in a much lesser time. Point at issue in the utilization CAD system: 1) When combining two darts into one place the amounts of darts that are already these have to be erasers, and then, the two darts points are moved that place, thus, containing them, which is very conplicated. 2) When making a gathering, because system can only be recognized in a opend line, the pattern should be separated in order to put a gathering inside a pattern. 3) In order to readjust the amounte of dart. The dart is erased first and then made new dart again. 4) When making tucks in a Sample Module, the form that gets narrow towards the pivot point can not be recognized so the sewing lines of the tucks is adjusted into parallel lines. 5) The Sample Module 3D operation can not attach the bodice to the shirts, instead they become fixed into each other. In the case of shoulder line tucks the amounts of pleats can not be expanded draperary naturally, thus, making it hard to showing the silhouette accurately. If these problems are solved, especially if the silhouette of a model can be created to have natural drapery in the 3D Module, models can be shown on the screen in possible to compare and examine even a change of a detail, by designing this 3D Module Production sample process will be more effective, thus, making the CAD system more useful in sewing design process.

A system that extracts seabed topographic information by simultaneously and continuously observing the horizontal position and water depth in the sea by combining a single beam echosounder and GNSS was constructed. By applying the developed system to actual measurements of small-scale sea areas, the effectiveness of bathymetry and sea-floor topographic data acquisition using GNSS and echosounder was examined. By using the developed outdoor program DS-NAV and indoor program DS-CAD and applying the tide level data at the time of actual measurement of the target sea area, it was possible to derive bathymetry results based on the datum level i.e. approximate lowest low water level(A.L.L.W). By using the developed outdoor program DS-NAV and indoor program DS-CAD and applying the tide level data at the time of actual measurement of the target sea area, it was possible to derive the results of bathymetric survey based on the datum level. From database built through the actual measurement. it was possible to create 3D model of the sea-floor topography and extract cross-sections. The results of this study are expected to be economically useful for extracting seabed topographical information from small sea areas or in dredging sites for offshore construction.
Drosophila melanogaster Oregon-R had been bred in a large quantity and the crude alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) obtained was purified and the activity of the enzyme was measured, analyzed and its patterns were examined. The results obtained are presented below: 1. Through this experiment, it was found that the specific activity of ADH of the D. melanogaster is about more than five times as strong as that of the D. mlanogaster Samarkands which was found by Jacobson et al. in 1970. 2. It was learned that the ADH isozyme patterns of this strain was found to be $ADH_1$ and $AHD_2$ in the fast form and $ADH_5$ in the slow form. 3. It was learned that, $ADH_1, ADH_2$, and $ADH_5A$ are found as the ADH patterns of crude enzyme, and that $ADH_1, ADH_5A$ and $ADH_5B$ as the ADH patterns of the purified enzyme. 4. After the isolation andpurification of $ADH_5A$ and $ADH_1$ isozymes, specfic activity of $ADH_5A$ was found to be 4,330 (units/mg) and that of $ADH_1$ to be 3,670 (units/mg), and the exact position of their zymogram on the 7% acrylamide disc gel was distinguished.
Mandibular movements are guided mainly by three determinants, namely the two posterior controls (the Temporomandibular joints) and the anterior control (the incisal guidance). The aim of this study was to evaluate the incisal guide angle in effort to reconcile a patient's condylar guide angle and incisu guide angle, to develop criteria for incisal guidance in clinical practice. 48 subjects (male 33, female 15) with intact intercuspation, without past history and symptoms of stomatognathic system, were selected for this study. All of the subjects had not anterior prostheses. The sagittal condylar guide angles and incisal guide angles were measured and estimated statistically by cephalogram and articulator (Whip-Mix 8500A). The results of this study were as follows: 1. Average of condylar guide angle was 43.33 degree by cephalogram, and was 35.18 degree by articulator. 95% confidence interval was from 40.43 to 46.23 degrees in cephalogram and was from 32.98 to 37.38 degrees in articulator. 2. Average of incisal guide angle was 51.51 degree by cephalogram, and was 44.11 degree by articulator. 95% confidence interval was from 49.12 to 54.95 degrees in cephalogram and was from 40.67 to 47.56 douses in articulator. 3. Difference between condylar and incisal guide angle was 8.18 degree by cephalogram, and was 8.94 degree by articulator. 95% confidence interval was from 4.61 to 11.74 degrees in cephalogram and was from 4.90 to 12.98 degrees in articulator. 4. In case of the incisal guide angle steeper than condylar guide angle, subjects were 69% (33 of 48) in cephatogram and 75% (36 of 48) in articulator. 5. By the multiple regression equation, condylar guide angle was more influenced by the anterior teeth. 6. When the mandible protrudes from the intercuspal position to the edge to edge position the incisal linear movement was 4.18mm (S.D.:1.30mm) and the condylar linear movement was 4.38mm (S.D.:1.26mm).

The carrageenans are linear, sulfated Polysaccharides extracted from various species of the Rhodophyta (marine red algae). The carrageenan backbone is based on a repeating disaccharide sequence of $\beta$-D-galactopyranose residues linked glycosidically through position 1 and 3, and $\alpha$-D-galactopyranose residues linked glycosidically through position 1 and 4. Carrageenans are typical food polysaccharides in that food applications overwhelmingly dominate their end uses. Other applications, hewer, including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, industrial suspensions and paints are also of importance But because of its high degree of gelling and viscosity with low solubility, carrageenan is limited to use beyond $0.03\%$ as food additives. Response Surface Methodology was applied for optimizing the processing parameters of ultrasound treatment in order to produce low-molecular-weight carrageenan. The use of ultrasound significantly reduced viscosity of $\lambda$-carrageenan solutions. Optimal parameters for ultrasound reduction of carrageenan molecular weight were: temperature, $10^{\circ}C$; ultrasound intensity, 121.64 $W/cm^2$ ; tarrageenan concentration, $2\%$; treatment time, 40 min. As the gel permeation chromatogram of dextran standards (M.W.= 500,000 ; 260,000 ; 167,000 ; 71,400 ; 42,000) and ultrsound treated carrageenan, the molecular weight of ultrasound treated carrageenan were approximately 200,000 (peak 1) and 60,000 (peak 2), respectively.
