A Study on Dynamic Modeling and Analysis of a Wheelset (휠셋의 동역학 모델링 및 해석에 관한 연구)

  • The accuracy of wheel-rail contact analysis is mainly determined by the methods to find wheel-rail contact points and to calculate contact forces. The 2-dimensional approach which calculates contact points based on the profile curves of the wheel and rail has advantage of reducing calculation time but shortage of approximating the solutions when comparing with 3-dimensional analysis In this analysis, wheelset dynamic behaviors calculated by the approach based on the 2-dimensional wheel-rail curves are compared with those by the 3-dimensional wheel-rail surfaces. Yaw angle and lateral displacement of wheelset center are compared when negotiating a curve.

인체측정자료와 3차원 컴퓨터 인체모형을 이용한 세탁기 외부규격 결정

  • 본 연구는 대 용량화와 다 기능화의 추세에 따라 점차 대형화, 복잡화되고 있는 세탁기 에 대한 사용편리성을 고려한 사용자 중심 제품개발의 일차적 접근으로, 인체측정 자료를 근거로 하여 세탁기의 외부 규격을 제안하였다. 결정 대상인 세탁기 외부규격은 높이, 폭 세탁조 바닥 높이, 컨트롤 패널의 위치 등이었으며, 이를 위하여 고려된 인체 자료는 신장, 어깨 높이, 눈 높이, 팔꿈치 높이, 팔 길이 등이 었다. 기존의 인체 자료들은 세탁기의 외부규격을 결정하는 데 많은 부족함이 나타났으며, 인체 자세의 단순화와 자료의 가정이 요구되었다. 이러한 제한은 3차원 컴퓨터 인체모형을 활용한 세탁동작의 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 사용자의 동작범위를 파악하므로서 보완하였다. 특정의 제품을 설계하는 과정에 서는 일반적으로 입수할 수 있는 인체측정자료에 비하여 보다 정밀하고 많은 항목의 자료가 요구도히었으여, 이러한 자료의 한계를 극복하는 데는 3 차원 컴퓨터 인체모형을 이용한 시 뮬레이션이 유용하게 활용될 수 있었다.

  • The 3 dimensional point positioning from SPOT imagery is performed by bundle adjustment methods of analytical and digital photogrammetry, and need the precise determination of image coordinates and accurate coordinates of ground control points. In this study, the authors analysed the digitized planimetric accuarcy and height accuracy of topographic maps in comparison with accurate coordinates by coordinates resulted by bundle adjustment in each cases between different acquisition method of ground control point coordinates and formats of SPOT imagery.

  • For several years, although the demand of high accuracy kinematic positing using multiple bases has been increased, most of the commercial GPS processing softwares can provide the single-baseline solutions only. Thus, we studied the methods to improve the accuracy of the kinematic positioning using the network configuration based on the several single-baseline solutions. As discussed in this study, the positioning accuracy as well as the network stability is improved by introducing the geodetic network adjustment theories into the kinematic positioning application. Three different methods to remove the rank-deficiency, RLESS, BLIMPBE and SCLESS, are analyzed in this study. The 3D RMS error has been improved from 3.5cm(max) to 2.1cm using the network-based kinematic positioning, and it is desired to choose BLIMPBE and SCLESS depending on the accuracy of the base stations.

Application of Smartphone Camera Calibration for Close-Range Digital Photogrammetry (근접수치사진측량을 위한 스마트폰 카메라 검보정)

  • Recently studies on application development and utilization using sensors and devices embedded in smartphones have flourished at home and abroad. This study aimed to analyze the accuracy of the images of smartphone to determine three-dimension position of close objects prior to the development of photogrammetric system applying smartphone and evaluate the feasibility to use. First of all, camera calibration was conducted on autofocus and infinite focus. Regarding camera calibration distortion model with balance system and unbalance system was used for the decision of lens distortion coefficient, the results of calibration on 16 types of projects showed that all cases were in RMS error by less than 1 mm from bundle adjustment. Also in terms of autofocus and infinite focus on S and S2 model, the pattern of distorted curve was almost the same, so it could be judged that change in distortion pattern according to focus mode is very little. The result comparison according to autofocus and infinite focus and the result comparison according to a software used for multi-image processing showed that all cases were in standard deviation less than ${\pm}3$ mm. It is judged that there is little result difference between focus mode and determination of three-dimension position by distortion model. Lastly the checkpoint performance by total station was fixed as most probable value and the checkpoint performance determined by each project was fixed as observed value to calculate statistics on residual of individual methods. The result showed that all projects had relatively large errors in the direction of Y, the direction of object distance compared to the direction of X and Z. Like above, in terms of accuracy for determination of three-dimension position for a close object, the feasibility to use smartphone camera would be enough.

  • Abstract Gallium arsenide crystal is usually grown from the melt by the horizontal Bridgman method. We constructed pseudo - steady - state model for crystal growth of GaAs which inclue melt, crystal and the free interface. Mathematical equations of the model were solved for flow, temperature, and concentration field in the melt and temperature field in the crystal. The location and shape of the interface were also solved simultaneously. In 2 - dimensional model, the shape of the interface is flat with adiabatic thermal boundary condition, but it becomes curved with completely conducting thermal boundary condition. In 3 - dimensional model, the interface is less curved than 2 - dimensional case and the flow intensity is similar to that of 2 - dimensional case. With the increase of flow intensity vertical segregation shows maximum value in both 2 - and 3 - D model. However, the maximum value occurs in lower flow intensity in 2 - D model because the interface is more curved for the same flow intensity.

  • 본 연구에서는 3차원그래픽스를 이용하여 영상검지기에서의 교통정보를 얻기 위한 검지영역 설정시 안정된 검지영역을 찾기 위한 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 기존의 영상검지기에서는 사용자가 임의로 검지영역을 설정하여 교통정보를 수집함으로 인하여 안정된 교통정보를 얻기가 어려웠으며, 영상카메라의 설치시 과다한 설치규격의 설정으로 비효율적 측면이 발생될 수 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해서는 영상검지기를 현장에 설치하기 전에 영상검지기 설치를 위한 사전 모의실험을 토대로 최적의 안정된 설치위치 결정이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서 개발한 모의 실험기는 도로의 기하구조와 차량을 모델화 하고 이를 3차원으로 좌표화하여 좌표변환식과 원근변환식을 이용하여 3차원좌표를 2차원으로 변환시키고 컴퓨터 모니터에 투영하여 대상 설치위치에서의 결과를 가시화하였다. 본 연구는 개발된 모의실험기의 적용성 검토를 위하여 현재 영상검지기를 운영중에 있는 한 접근로를 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하였다. 수행결과 교통량과 통행속도계측시 최적검지영역 설정을 위한 영상검지기의 설치규격은 높이가 각각 7m, 12m이상이며, 수직각은 각각 $30^{\circ}$, $80^{\circ}$인 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study is the 3-D precision deformation measurement of a bridge, obtain results of precision control points by GPS and 3-D measurement system and develope efficientlty technices which can solve precision 3-D analysis by CRP In the result, we could overcome the problems of former control point measurement in the way of the combination system of GPS and 3-D measurement system to positioning decision of reference points and control points. Then we could symplify old measurement process on the 3-D deformation analysis of a linear structure and complement parted analysis fault of measurement instrument.

  • 가상카메라 개념을 이용하여 프로젝터를 움직이지 않고도 투사 영상의 크기, 위치, 회전을 자유롭게 조정할 수 있는 디스플레이 기법을 제안한다. 먼저 디스플레이 초기화를 통해 가상의 3차원 공간을 설정하고 공간 내에 디스플레이 할 원본영상이 표시된 스크린과 가상카메라를 위치시킨다. 3차원 공간을 바라보는 가상카메라는 스크린을 바라보는 사용자의 눈을 가정하는 것이므로, 사용자는 가상카메라의 위치 및 속성을 지정함으로써 결과적으로 자신의 위치에 따라 투사영상의 크기조정, 위치조정, 회전의 모드 종류 및 조정 정도를 자유롭게 결정하여 최적의 화면을 볼 수 있다.

  • A study on the indoor positioning system has been active recently for the location based service indoors. In the 3 dimensional positioning system based on the acoustic signal and TDOA technology, the error characteristics of the estimated source position would be changed depending on the number of microphones and the pattern of the microphone array. In this paper, the estimated position error according to the measured distance error between the microphones and the signal source is analyzed, and the optimum microphone array is decided considering the estimated position error patterns and the total amount of the estimated position error.
