The purpose of this paper is to study on the third party logistics service enforcement of inland container depot at Pusan area. The main results of this paper are as follows: First, the inland container depot related to location selecting factor researches analyzed and korean TPL market reviewed. Second, the TPL service function reinforcement method and investments are mentioned. In detail the 9 factors are as follows: competitive high position and improvements of harbor back complex, ICD goods enterprise investment strategies, the harbor back which is inexpensive only the rent, taxes benefit and incentive, site security and base facility expansion, the goods service provision which is flexible, connection plan construction of goods enterprise, the incentive strategic establishment which is discriminated, the marketing activity which is long-term. and lastly the ICD and TPL Policy are needed that government and logistic enterprise's cooperation gains competitive advantage.

A large number of industry and trade circulation enterprises integrate logistics resource. They give links of product transport to some professional logistics enterprises in order to reduce costs. We call these professional logistics enterprises as the Third-party Logistics. As the development of the computer and internet, the suppliers, buyers and the Third-party Enterprises connect each other with internet. And different company use different management software, so heterogeneous data become a big problem of the information system for Third-party Enterprises. We built the logistics ontology with prot$\'{e}$g$\'{e}$, and translate it in OWL. We also built the rules for Logistics Ontology to improve the limitations of the OWL. Then we design the intelligent system for 3PL Enterprises Distribution Center based on Logistics Ontology and Logistics Rules. At final, we give an example to show the workflow visually.

최근 물류환경의 변화로 제품의 신속한 수송과 고객 지향적 물류서비스 제공의 극대화를 꾀하려는 기업들은 제3자 물류의 활용에 커다란 관심을 가지게 되었다. 기업이 제3자 물류업체 활용을 통한 성과를 높이기 위해서는 고객서비스의 향상, 물류관련 비용의 절감 및 물류활동에 대한 운영효율의 향상을 수행할 수 있는 물류업체를 선정하는 것이 중요하다 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 제3자 물류업체 선정과 관련한 주요 선행연구의 종합적인 고찰을 통하여, 제3자 물류업체 선정에 대한 평가기준들을 도출하였다. 선정을 위한 기준으로 비용, 물류서비스, 업체평가, 정보시스템의 4가지 항목으로 나누었고, 이를 계층화하여 AHP기법을 통하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 상위기준의 상대적 중요도는 물류서비스가 0.425로 가장 높게 나타났고, 비용(0.232), 정보시스템(0.224), 업체평가(0.120) 순으로 나타났다. 비용의 항목에 포함되어 있는 하위기준의 중요도는 경제성이 0.710, 안정성이 0.290으로 나타났다. 물류서비스 항목에 포함되어 있는 하위기준의 중요도는 신뢰성이 0.780, 유연성이 0.220로 나타났다. 업체평가 항목에 포함되어 있는 하위기준의 중요도는 기업역량이 0.507, 관계지향성이 0.493로 나타났다. 정보시스템 항목에 포함되어있는 하위기준의 중요도는 정보인프라가 0.471, 정보활용도는 0.529로 나타났다. 분석에 있어 추가적으로 학계와 실무계 전문가 집단으로 나누어 그 중요도를 산출하였는데, 학계 전문가 집단과 실무계 전문가 집단 모두 상위기준에 있어 물류서비스가 가장 높게 나타났다. 주목할만한 점은 학계 전문가 집단의 경우 정보시스템이 비용보다 더 높게 나타난 반면에, 실무계 전문가 집단은 비용이 정보시스템 보다 더 높게 나타났다는 것이다.

More manufacturing companies tend to outsource their logistics functions to logistics service providers to ensure their own competitiveness than before. This paper investigates the differences between customer perceptions and expectations on three key logistics outsourcing decisions. For testing logistics service qualities, a research model which employs a SERVQUAL model was developed and a survey targeting manufacturing companies has been conducted. The average difference of logistics service level between customer perceptions and expectations was derived as 8% from a result of gap analyses. The findings here reveal the level of service quality of Korean logistics service providers as well as suggest core capabilities for them in order for gaining a competitive edge on the competitors and improving their performances.

전 세계적인 기후변화 협약과 정부의 저탄소 녹색성장 정책으로 물류기업은 탄소배출량 감축을 위한 노력을 해야 할 시대에 직면하고 있다. 특히 화주기업에 대한 서비스제공과 화주의 경영 가치 실현에 공헌해야 할 제3자 물류기업은 기업자체의 경쟁력뿐 아니라 화주기업의 탄소경영에 이바지하기 위해서라도 이산화탄소 배출량을 감축하는 노력을 해야 한다. 탄소 배출량을 감축하기 위해서는 제3자 물류기업의 특성에 맞는 탄소배출량을 산정해야 하고 이러한 산정방법이 공정하고 일관성 있는 체계로 실행되어야 한다. 이산화탄소 배출량을 산출하기 위해서는 탄소경계 설정과 연료별, 연비법, 톤-킬로미터법 등 다양한 계산방식을 적용해야 하는데, 본 연구에서는 제3자 물류기업의 현실에 맞는 이산화탄소 배출량 산정 모형에 대하여 연구하였다.

Since 1990s, more and more enterprises outsource the logistics to reduce the cost and improve core competence, which bring the prosperity of 3PL, industry in China. However, some data shows that the service quality of 3PL is not good enough, there is only a few companies that can provide systematic service, and the satisfaction of the customer is very low. Besides, many enterprises choose 3PL service provider mainly based on the price. Although there are many papers on the logistics service quality, they mainly research on single part, Studies on the relation between the service quality and the partnerships of outsourcing are scarce. Therefore, this study tries to research the service quality, partnership and the relationship between them in China's 3PL industry systematically. On the foundation of the service quality and partnership theories by former researchers, taking present situation of China's 3PL industry into consideration, this paper constructs service quality and the partnership evaluation system and develops LSQ-PP model to examine the relation between the service quality and partnership. and then use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analysis the full sample of collected questionnaires. Finally, the thesis summarizes the conclusion and offers suggestions for practice and future research.

In this paper, the current problems of logistics industry in Korea and their possible solutions were discussed. With Korea Telecoms KT-Logis, the supplier and demander of logistics service would not have to invest large sum of money into their computer system. All they need is just a computer with internet connected. What KT-Logis influence on the logistics industry are the following; 1. Many logistics service supplier and demander can do the business on the web with one computer system. 2. This web based computer system does not only work on the office but also apply on the field worker such as delivery personnel or even the forwarder with mobile phone. 3. KT-Logis is an integrated system which cover the broad arrange of logistics management from truck management to customer relations management. 4. Finally, KT-Logis is web based systems which suits for current e-business and mobile environment. In future, more studies should be done to develop more progressive integrated logistics information systems with enterprise resource planning(ERP) and supply chain management(SCM).
