The purpose of this thesis is to contemplate Astrology, 28 Fixed star, and Naksatra. The goal of this study was to look through the birth process of Astrology in the classical literature, and to examine how it can be applied to each individual's life by looking into the meaning of 28 Fixed star and Nakshatra. From the literary review, Astrology existed among the Babylonians 1000 BC and it originated from the start of calling by naming the animal. Assyrians called it "the zodiac is the Way of the Moon" which was written on Molapin in the Enuma Anu Enil, the clay plate recorded by Assyrians. Therefore, it was found that the zodiac, called Astrology, was made through the movement of the moon. There are also 28 stars in 배도, which is the way the moon passes, and it is called 28 Fixed star. 28 Fixed Star is called Nakshatra in India and can read the natural destiny of an individual through Nakshatra., Knowing the lunar month and date, you can find the individual Nakshatra and choose the best life in the framework of your natural destiny. Therefore, this researcher reviewed the literature on Astrology, 28 Fixed Star and Nakshatra and suggested the utilization plan. I hope this study will help the related field in the future.

본 논문에서는 nonradiative dielcctric (NRD) 도파로를 이용하여 28GHz대에서의 single balanced mixer를 설계하였다. 혼합기에 필요한 $90^{\circ}$ hybrid direction기 3dB 결합기를 NRD 도파로를 이용하여 설계 하였고 CST MWS를 이용하여 설계 결과를 검중 하였으며 결과는 중심 주파수 28GHz에서 대역폭이 1GHz의 결합기를 설계하였음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와동시에 다이오드를 부착하기 위해 NRD 도파로와 마이크로스트립의 매칭 구조를 1 pole UDR과 patch를 이용하여 혼합기를 설계, 제작하였다.

The paper explores the potential of Support Vector Machines (SVM) approach in predicting 28-day compressive strength and slump flow of self-compacting concrete. Total of 80 data collected from the exiting literature were used in present work. To compare the performance of the technique, prediction was also done using a back propagation neural network model. For this data-set, RBF kernel worked well in comparison to polynomial kernel based support vector machines and provide a root mean square error of 4.688 (MPa) (correlation coefficient=0.942) for 28-day compressive strength prediction and a root mean square error of 7.825 cm (correlation coefficient=0.931) for slump flow. Results obtained for RMSE and correlation coefficient suggested a comparable performance by Support Vector Machine approach to neural network approach for both 28-day compressive strength and slump flow prediction.

Chang Hyon-Gwang(1554-1637) compared the relationship between Ipam and the 28 places with that of the Polestar and 28 constellations. And he considered the ipam to be the core of the universe. This paper aims to identify the meaning of christening to the places for him. I analyzed contents of Chang's , and which preserved the traditional view of the site and writings. As a result, christening to the natural places mean that promote the environment for housing. It is a architecture by itself.

Nuruk plays a significant role in the flavor and quality of Takju and Yakju, which are produced through saccharification and alcohol fermentation by various microorganisms. In this study, we identified microbial strains isolated from a plate count and PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) analysis targeting the 16S and 28S rRNA genes, in order to characterize bacterial and fungal diversity in Sansung Nuruk. The numbers of bacteria and fungi in Nuruk were $1.5{\times}10^9$ CFU/g and $2.2{\tims}10^8$ CFU/g, respectively. The 16S rRNA gene sequence indicated that the predominant bacteria in the isolates and PCR-DGGE profile of Nuruk were Kocuria spp., Pantoea spp., Lactobacillus spp., Pediococcus spp., Weissella spp., Staphylococcus spp., endophytic bacterium, uncultured Gamma-proteobacteria, uncultured Cyanobacteria, and Actinobacteria. Dominant bacteria from the PCR-DGGE profile were Pediococcous pentosaceus and uncultured Cyanobacteria. The 28S rRNA gene sequence indicated the predominant fungi in the isolates and PCR-DGGE profile to be Trichomonascus spp. Pichia spp., Torulaspora spp., Wickerhamomyces spp., Sacharomycopsis spp., Lichtheimia spp., Mucor spp., Rhizopus spp. Aspergillus spp., and Cladosporium spp. Dominant fungi from the PCR-DGGE profile were Pichia kudriavzevii and Aspergillus oryzae. The PCR-DGGE technique was used for the first time in this study to assess a microbial community in Nuruk and proved to be an effective protocol for profiling microbial diversity.

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus (MRS) can be colonized in various body sites and is more frequently isolated in healthcare associated persons. This study aimed to evaluate the contamination rate of MRS in a high school environment, those living with closed life style. Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from only the hands of 2 students among a sample of 28 students, and S. aureus were susceptible to methicillin antibiotics. Coagulase negative Staphylococci (CoNS) were isolated from the hands of 26 students (26/28, 92.9%), and among them, 14 (53.8%) isolates were methicillin-resistant CoNS (MRCoNS). Among the 14 MRCoNS, S. warneri was the most common (8/14, 57%) and susceptible to most $non-{\beta}-lactam$ antibiotics, such as clindamycin, erythromycin, ciprofloxacin, tetracycline, gentamicin, and vancomycin. In a culture of 31 desks, S. aureus was not isolated but CoNS were isolated from 26 desks (26/31, 83.6%), which did not harbor the mecA gene. The other bacteria isolated from the hands and desks were Micrococcus and Bacillus spp. In conclusion, methicillin-resistant S. aureus was not isolated from the hands and desks of high school students. However, the frequency of MRCoNS harboring mecA gene were high in the hands of high school students. Therefore, to prevent and to control the transfer of infection, intensifying preventive education, such as hand washing, and active surveillance systems, such as an investigation of contamination or carrier rate of resistant bacteria are necessary.

The objective of the study was to assess the general characteristics and motility characteristics with Computer Assisted Sperm Analyzer (CASA) system in Jeju horse semen. Semen was collected from 5 fertile Jeju horse by use of a Missouri type artificial vagina. Semen volume and pH were recorded, and sperm concentration was determined with a hematocytometer and motional characteristics of sperm were analysed by CASA. The viability and morphological abnormalities were assessed by a vital staining. The average volume of ejaculates was 42.5 ml and the average of sperm concentration was $198.5x10^6/m1$. The motional characteristics in Jeju horse semen was showed $70.4{\pm}28.7{\mu}m/s\;for\;VAP,\;69.6{\pm}28.9{\mu}m/s\;for\;VSL,\;94.1{\pm}30.0{\mu}m/s\;fo\;VCL,\;2.3{\pm}0.7{\mu}m/s\;for\;ALH,\;7.6{\pm}1.1Hz\;for\;BCF,\;99.1{\pm}1.2%\;for\;STR,\;and\;77.1{\pm}12.7%\;for\;LIN$. The percentage of sperm with abnormal head, midpiece and tail was 4.2%, 20.6%, 4.6% respectively.

Polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) performance degrades when hydrogen sulfide ($H_2S$) is present in the fuel hydrogen gas; this is referred to as $H_2S$ poisoning. This paper reveals $H_2S$ poisoning on PEMFC by measuring electrical performance of single cell FC under various operating conditions. The severity of $H_2S$ poisoning depended on $H_2S$ concentration under best operating conditions($65^{\circ}C$ of cell temperature and 100% of anode humidification). $H_2S$ adsorption occured on the surface of catalyst layer on MEA, but not on the gas diffusion layer(GDL) by analyzing SEM/EDX data. In addition, MEA poisoning by $H_2S$ was cumulative but reversible. After poisoning for less than 150 min, performance of PEMFC was recovered up to 80% by just inert nitrogen gas purging.

Water dispersible ZnS:Mn nanocrystals were synthesized by capping the surface of the nanocrystals with four kinds of aminoacids ligands: arginine, cystein, histidine, and methionine. The aminoacids capped ZnS:Mn nanocrystal powders were characterized by XRD, HR-TEM, EDXS, and FT-IR spectroscopy. The optical properties of the aminoacids capped ZnS:Mn colloidal nanocrystals were also measured by UV/Vis and solution photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopies in aqueous solvents. The solution PL spectra showed broad emission peaks around 575 nm (orange light emissions) with PL efficiencies in the range of 4.4 to 7.1%. The measured particle sizes for the aminoacid capped ZnS:Mn nanocrystals by HR-TEM images were in the range of 5.3 to 11.7 nm.

This paper aimed to investigate the influence of consumer lifestyle on consumer selection of bakery cafe attributes. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire by 403 random consumers between the ages 20s and 30s in several bakery cafes in Seoul and Gyonggi area. Different methods of statistical analysis had been used such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, k-means clustering analysis, cross tabulation, one way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test with SPSS for Window 13.0 package. First, when analyzing the 16 questions of comsumer lifestyles, four factors were extracted: 'dining out-oriented factor', 'achievement-oriented factor', 'brand-oriented factor', and 'health-oriented factor'. Second, the respondents were divided into three groups by k-means cluster analysis: no interest group, dining-out & value oriented group, and health-brand oriented group. Third, consumer's bakery cafe attributes were categorized into five factors including 'food', 'convenience and image', 'store promotion', 'positive dining experience', and 'menu & merchandises'. Finally when analyzing the differences in the selection of bakery cafe attributes according to consumer's lifestyles, it showed a significant differences.
