전북지역 유치원교사의 식생활교육 실태와 연수 요구도 (Status and Training Demand on Dietary Education of Kindergarten Teachers in Jeonbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the kindergarten teachers operation and demand of dietary education in Jeonbuk province. The study was carried out using a self administered questionnaire and the subjects were 148 kindergarten teachers. The questions were general characteristics of the subjects, operating status as frequency, place, education time, and training demand on dietary education. The results are as follows. All subjects were female(100.0%), more than half were 20's(62.8%) in their age, teaching career was 31.8% in less than 3 years, and 68.2% in more than 3 years. Frequency of the dietary education operation was 3 times per week(53.4%), place of education were classroom(81.9%), and education time was lunch time(87.5%). Twenty three point eight percent of the subjects recognized the facilities for education was lack, 32.6% of them did the education materials was lack. The desirable frequency of dietary education was 1~2 times per week(40.4%). About two third of the subjects(73.6%) recognized the objects of the dietary education was not only preschool children but also their parents. Most of the subjects(83.8%) had willing to get training, the proper training program was 10 hours(87.8%), and they prefer semester weekday(64.9%) than semester weekend(30.5%). Proper ratio in the core value of dietary education as environment : health : thanks was 31.8% : 40.9% : 27.2%. It is concluded that the demand on dietary education of kindergarten teachers is necessary for their education program in kindergarten.

요양보호사의 구강보건 지식, 구강건강 인식이 요양시설 노인의 구강건강 관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Oral Health Knowledge and Awareness of Caregivers in Charge on Oral Health-Related Quality of Life of the Elderly in Nursing Homes)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of oral health knowledge and awareness of caregivers in charge on the oral health-related quality of life of the elderly in nursing homes. Data were collected from 115 elderly without dementia and their 115 caregivers in nursing facilities in S and C cities. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The average score for oral health knowledge and awareness of the caregivers were 11.62, 39.22 points each and the oral health-related quality of life of the elderly was 40.62 points. Oral health knowledge, awareness of caregivers and oral health-related quality of life of the elderly showed a difference according to oral health education experience of the caregivers (𝜌<.001), the nursing facility evaluation grade (𝜌=.016), and the oral health education experience (𝜌=.008), working hours of 40 hours or less per week of caregivers (𝜌=.008) each in order. The influencing factors on the oral health-related quality of life of the elderly were the oral health education experience, the working hours per week of the caregivers and the facility evaluation grade. This findings imply that developing customized program and the work environment improvement for caregivers should be considered to improve the oral health-related quality of life of the elderly in nursing homes.

마음챙김 명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 직장인의 직무스트레스와 대인관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of a Group Art Therapy Program based on Mindfulness Meditation on the Job Stress and Interpersonal Relationships of Office Workers)

  • 본 연구는 마음 챙김 명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 직장인의 직무스트레스와 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 경기도 A시에 소재한 직장인 24명으로 실험집단 12명과 통제집단 12명을 무선 배치하여 실험집단은 6주 동안 총 12회(주 2회, 각 90분)기를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단에 참여한 직장인의 직무스트레스 전체와 직무스트레스요인, 스트레스 증세요인, 직무스트레스 결과요인의 하위요인 모두 사전에 비해 사후에 감소되었다. 둘째, 실험집단에 참여한 직장인의 대인관계 전체와 하위요인인 지배성, 보복성, 냉담성, 사회적 회피성, 비주장성, 피착취성, 헌신성, 간섭성 모두 사전에 비해 사후에 감소되었다. 결과적으로 본 마음챙김 명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 직장인의 직무스트레스 감소와 대인관계를 향상시키는데 효과가 있음이 제시되었다.

감정코칭 집단상담 프로그램이 대학생의 주관적 안녕감과 대인관계에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Emotion Coaching Group Counseling Program on Subjective Well-being and Interpersonal Rtions of University Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 감정코칭 집단상담 프로그램이 대학생의 주관적 안녕감과 대인관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상자는 J대학교 재학생 24명으로, 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 12명씩 배정되었다. 감정코칭 집단상담 프로그램은 주 1회 2시간씩 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 주관적 안녕감과 대인관계 검사를 사전 사후에 실시한 후 효과정도를 공변량분석(ANCOVA)를 통해 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 감정코칭 집단상담 프로그램은 참여 대학생들의 주관적 안녕감과 그 하위요인인 생활만족도, 긍정정서에서 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 또한 대인관계의 하위요인 중 의사소통과 개방성, 민감성에서 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 이는 감정코칭 집단상담 프로그램이 생활만족도와 긍정정서를 향상시킴으로써 주관적 안녕감을 높이게 되었으며, 대인관계에서 의사소통을 향상시키고 타인을 이해하고 개방적으로 교류할 수 있는데 도움이 된다는 사실을 검증하였다.

영양교육 체중조절 프로그램을 통한 비만 아동의 비만도, 영양지식, 식습관 및 영양소섭취의 변화 (Changes in the Obesity Index, Nutritional Knowledge, Food Habits and Nutrient Intakes in Obese Children after a Weight Control Program of Nutritional Education)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the change in the anthropometric values, biochemical index, nutritional knowledge, food habits and nutrient intakes in obese children after a weight control program. The subjects of the study were 22 obese children with an obesity index over 120%. The children that participated in this study took nutritional education for weight control along with exercise once a week. The weight control program was conducted for 10 weeks. The BMI, WHR (Waist-Hip ratio), body fat (%) significantly decreased at the end of the weight control program. Total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol were also significantly decreased. The nutritional knowledge scores and knowledge score about obesity were slightly improved. Energy intake significantly decreased from 1768 to 1421 kcal. Intake of Ca, Na, K, vitamin A, vitamin $B_6$, vitamin C and folate increased, while intakes of P, Zn, vitamin $B_1$, vitamin $B_2$, vitamin E and niacin decreased. The distribution of energy intake was significantly changed for the better. The percent fat consumed decreased from 26.5 to 19.7%. In addition, the distribution of energy intake in the meals was changed, where the percent calories consumed during lunch significantly increased from 31.4 to 40.1% and the calorie percentage consumed from snacks significantly decreased from 17.6 to 10.7%. In conclusion, the nutritional education in the weight control program, which was conducted for 10 weeks, was effective in improving the anthropometric values, biochemical index and nutrient intake although nutrition knowledge and eating behaviors only changed slightly. Thus, nutritional weight control programs for obese children should be continuously provided under the proper cooperation of a nutritional teacher at elementary schools.

정서·행동 관심군 중학생 대상 목표달성이론을 적용한 집단상담 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of Group Counseling Program Based on Goal Attainment Theory for Middle School Students with Emotional and Behavioral Problems)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a group counseling program based on goal attainment theory on self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and school adjustment of middle school students with emotional and behavioral problems. Methods: Forty-four middle school students with emotional and behavioral problems (22 in the experimental group and 22 in the control group) from G city participated in this study. Data were collected from July 30 to September 24, 2015. The experimental group received the 8-session program, scheduled once a week, with each session lasting 45 minutes. Outcome variables included self-esteem, interpersonal relationship, and school adjustment. Results: There were significant increases for self-esteem (t=3.69, p=.001), interpersonal relationship (t=8.88, p<.001), and school adjustment (t=4.92, p<.001) in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: These results indicate that the group counseling program based on goal attainment theory is very effective in increasing self-esteem, interpersonal relationship, and school adjustment for middle school students with emotional and behavioral problems. Therefore, it is recommended that the group counseling program based on goal attainment theory be used as an effective psychiatric nursing intervention for mental health promotion and the prevention of mental illness in adolescents.

요부신전운동에 의한 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effect by Lumbar Extension Exercise)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the effect of Lumbar extensor exercise program and develop the Lumbar extensor exercise program which will be suitable to the patients characteristics. In this study the experimental group was made up of 38 subjects. They are the patients with low back pain using the Lumbar extension exercise program in C hospital. The lumbar extension exercise program was given two times a week for 8 weeks. The results were estimated by Lumbar extensor strength by diagnosis agent. The results were measured three times, one time pre-treatment and two times post-treatment at 4weeks and 8weeks by lumbar extensor curve angle(0, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72). The results were compared at pre-test 4weeks and 8weeks. The muscle strength measured at both 4weeks and 8weeks with the greater strength was shown at 4weeks. The muscle strength of patients with M.strain, Laminectomy and HNP was increased at all angles except for patients with stenosis. The results of this study indicated that diagnosis influenced the muscle strength in Lumbar extensor exercise program.

아쿠아로빅 운동프로그램이 여성노인의 체력과 혈중지질에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of an Aquarobics Exercise Program on the Physical Fitness and Blood Lipids in Elderly Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an aquarobics exercise program on the physical fitness and blood lipids in elderly women. The subjects of the study were twenty-six elderly women enrolled in an Aquarobics exercise program consisting of 60 minutes per session, 3 times a week during the period of 12 weeks. The effects of the program were assessed using the instruments to measure physical fitness and blood lipids before and after the aquarobics exercise program. Data was collected between September and December in 2006, and analyzed by frequency, paired with a t-test, using a SPSS. The results were statistically significant in muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and cardiopulmonary endurance, but no significant differences were found in agility, total cholesterol, triglycerides and high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Aquarobics exercise can be an effective nursing intervention to improve muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and cardiopulmonary endurance in elderly women.

베하스 운동프로그램이 골관절염 노인의 통증, 균형감, 낙상효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of BeHaS Exercise Program on Pain, Balance and Fall Efficacy in Elderly with Osteoarthritis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of BeHaS exercise program on pain, balance, and falling efficacy in elderly with osteoarthritis. Method: A convenience sample of 52 elderly people with osteoarthritis who lived in C city were recruited through the public health center. For this quasi-experimental study design, 31 of the elders were assigned to the experimental group which received the BeHaS exercise program twice week for eight weeks, and 24 were assigned for the control group (no intervention). Outcome measures were numeric pain scale, standing on one leg for balance, fall efficacy scale. Analysis was performed with SPSS version 12.0 program. Results: Pain was decreased significantly in the experimental group as compared to the control group, Balance and fall efficacy were improved significantly in the experimental group as compared to the control group. Conclusion: The BeHaS exercise program can be effective in improving pain, balance, and fall efficacy in elders with osteoarthritis.

요가운동 프로그램이 중년여성의 스트레스 반응, 체력 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Yoga Exercise Program on Response of Stress, Physical Fitness and Self-esteem in the Middle-aged Women)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of a yoga exercise program on stress response, physical fitness and self-esteem among middle-aged women. Methods: Participants were 39 middle-aged females from District Y in Seoul who were assigned to either a treatment (N=19) or to a control group (N=20). The treatment participated three times a week in a yoga exercise program which included classes and practices. Data collection instruments included the Symptoms of Stress Inventory (1977), the Rosenberg's self-esteem scale (1965) and measurements of grip strength, flexibility and balance. The data were analyzed using the SPSS-WIN 12.0 program. Results: The treatment group had significantly lower score for stress response (t=-6.18, p<.001) and higher scores on grip strength (t=2.52, p=.018), balance (t=3.24, p=.003), and self-esteem (t=4.46, p<.001). There was no significant difference in flexibility (F=0.51, p=.479). Conclusion: The yoga exercise program can be used as a nursing intervention for middle-aged women to reduce stress and improve self-esteem.
